Nice apartment of reasonable size. Comfortable beds and room cleaned and towels changed daily. WiFi was not available after paying for it. Complained twice over 2 days to get it fixed.

Great customer service and nice clean hotel. Will recommend to anyone who like the idea of apartment hotels.

Hotelli vähän aikaa nähnyt, mutta siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Huoneisto siisti ja osittain uudistettu, mutta jälleen vähän aikansa elänyttä. Allasalue siisti, allasbaarin ruoka hinta-laatu-suhteeltaan hyvää. Minigolf mukava lisä. Kaikki huoneistossa toimivaa ja siivous hyvää. Hotellin sijainti suhteessa kauppoihin, ravintoloihin ja vanhaan kaupunkiin hyvä. Kävellen pääsee kaikkialle.

Excellent, clean hotel. Fantastic facilities. Apartments excellent, with great facilities. Only 4 stars, I went half board but the choice of evening menu was disappointing. It was the same menu for the whole holiday. Breakfast served until 10:00, however I went between 09:15-09:30 and there was NO hot food available the whole holiday. If I go again it would be self-catering. Excellent restaurants nearby. Location excellent, between the new and old towns.

The 4 star rating I provided is largely attributable to the excellent service received from Adriane and Joao at the front desk. Adriane was fantastic on our arrival, assisting with the storage of our luggage and how to get around, all with a very friendly demeanour. Joao was absolutely brilliant, even before our arrival, promptly and efficiently responding to my email queries. He was a wealth of information on a daily basis with our day trip planing, including recommendations on weather and transport services. He was at all times pleasant and friendly and is an asset to the establishment. The resort itself was comfortable and clean, but somewhat dated, although the putt putt course is wonderful. In close proximity to the 'Strip' and Old Town, with a free shuttle service to the Old Town 3 times a day. Overall, a Three Star establishment at best.

We found the hotel staff to be welcoming with most speaking English very well. They were attentive and helpful. They had no issue storing our bags after checkout for free. The open areas were clean and tidy, the wifi in the lobby area worked well with  a nice desked area or comfy seats to use whilst emailing or surfing. The outside pool was large and clean although not heated so cold in the mornings. There were no chairs at all around the pool, just lots of very low sunbeds. The inside pool was quite small but warm and clean. It had signs saying swim caps were mandatory but, having bought some, it became obvious that noone else wore them and there was no enforcement by staff. There were no staff at all attending either pool. The lifts all worked and were rapid, if a bit small. Our apartment was clean and tidy although the furniture had seen better days and was a bit rickety. My biggest gripe was how dimly lit the apartment was. The bulbs were all low powered making it hard to read at night and there were no lamps. During the day, the main room had loads of natural light from the patio doors.  The balconies were clean although a bit small but still useable. The apartment was large although it was not well stocked with toiletries and the kitchen had no washing consumables so you need to buy your own washing up liquid, sponge etc. There was no washing machine although the TV was quite modern...although only having one English Channel, Sky News. We brought a mini dvd player with us but the TV was wired into the wall and there was no power socket near by to provide power. There is a shuttle bus to the old town that only runs a handful of times a day and it is small so dont bank on getting on it. Lastly, to activate power in the apartment, you need to insert your door card key in the wall. When you leave, the power switches off to the entire apartment a few minutes after you remove the key card. This means any electronic clocks, chargers or other devices lose power and you have to reprogram them on your return when you switch the power on again. Food in the hotel and the vending machines is very expensive. All in all, a very reasonable hotel.

Tolles sauberes Hotel mit großzügigen Appartements. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.

Lovely hotel. Stayed self catering so didn't try out food. Lovely pool and bar and central to the old town and new town. Rooms more like apartment and comes with dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge.

Excelente aparthotel com excelente localização e relação preço-qualidade muito boa. Tem um óptimo mini-golf a não perder.

Adorei o atendimento e o espaço é muito bom.

Ainda estou a disfrutar e até agora só maravilha
