Взяли на прокат два велосипеда(обычных, не электро),хотя изначально согласились на электро, на быструю езду и без нагрузки на ноги, но отказались, и не прогадали , потому что ехали вдоль берега до hotel Marina, а людей было очень много и поэтому не разгонишься на велосипедах. Оставили депозит за каждого €50 и за прокат €15 на 4ч, этого нам хватило(доехать до hotel Marina за 1ч и поездить по улочкам самого города и подальше от пляжа, остановиться поесть, недорого за 2ч, и обратно за 1ч) .Проверяйте на месте велосипед, можете его протестировать, закрывается прокат в 19.00ч. Остались давольны ))) Здесь можно купить подешевле билеты и на другие развлечения, например Aquashow(водные аттракционы на целый день, открыто до 17.30)

Aluguei 2 bicicletas eléctricas e um atrelado para bebés por 2 semanas. Não podia estar mais satisfeita com o serviço e o estado de conservação dos equipamentos (como novos!). Recomendo sem duvida alguma! Serviço excepcional!

J'ai loué 2 fois un vélo de course. L'expérience client est super: très bon matériel, Hector ne se fait pas prier pour te changer des pièces pour le régler, et il y a une assistance en cas de problème! Vraiment top!

Abbiamo noleggiato due bici: una per adulto e una per bambina. Sempre gentili e con sorriso. Ho forato e mi hanno sostituito la ruota in 2 minuti. Per una settimana abbiamo visitato le tutte le spiagge di Quarteira e Vilamoura. Grazie

Terrible customer service! I rented two bikes for my wife and I. After the first full day of riding the bikes, one of the seats break. I decided to call the store to report this in order to avoid being charged for it. I was unable to bring the bike into the store the next day, as I was out on a cruise, but was returning the bikes the next day anyway. I bring the bikes back and as soon as the store owner sees the broken seat he says "I must charge you for this." At first I calmly tried to explain that the seat was already half-broken as it came off very quickly into riding the bike. But the guy stubbornly refuses to accept that he gave us a broken bike, claiming that all the bikes they rent out are in good condition. He then says, "You should have called." to which I explained that I did (this was the third time I had said this by this point). So he calls his colleague who I spoke to and it's clear that he is arguing with her about charging us. He then hangs up the phone and says, "Yes you called, but I must still charge you, this is normal." Then hands me my deposit back, keeping €10 for himself. I must say that this guy does not reflect the entirety of my customer experience, as the other store colleagues were very pleasant. If you decide to rent a bike from this store, make sure to ask for Heidi, as she'll actually treat you with good customer service.

S půjčením kola jsme byli velice spokojení. Obsluha milá a mluví anglicky a myslím si, že i turisti, kteří anglicky neumí by neměli žádný problém. Jen předložíte pas nebo občanku a řeknete jméno hotelu. Zaplatíte 50 euro jako depozit ( to vám při návratu kola vrátí) a vyberete si kolo. My měli obyčejné za 8 euro na 24 hodin. Nabízejí tam však i lepší kola ale ty už jsou za 15-25 euro na den. Ke kolu vám zadarmo dají i zámek s klíčem nebo i helmu, coz je super. Objeli jsme si tak pláže na obě strany, a kolo jsme vždy zamkli na parkovišti a šli se koupat na pláž. Z Quarteira vede perfektní cyklostezka do Vilamoura a je možné jet i dále. My to vzali kousek i přes pláž
