Positive: Very pleasant furnishings, lovely big terrace with a partial sea view, very well equipped kitchen. Supply of beach and sun lounging equipment.. Negative: Very big bed in very little bedroom, making it difficult to get out of bed on one side . Bed not very comfortable. Nowhere to hang clothes in bedroom. Apartment not serviced and had to buy toilet rolls, cleaning stuff for bathroom, shower gel . Owner didn’t appear until the third day. Instructions mainly in German!.

Positive: Very comfortable bed, but limited space to move around in bedroom, big bed, small room. Lovely large balcony with good views.. Negative: A couple of small points, we were away for 4 weeks and picked this apartment for the facilities. There were tablets for dishwasher but nothing for the washing machine, needed to supply our own. Arranged for friends to supply us. Kettle started to trip main fuse, owner replaced kettle within hours, excellent service.

Positive: Location, views, cleanliness, everything you need. Just great.. Negative: The only minor thing was the sofas inside weren't the most comfortable, but would be the only problem and not so much of an issue for a visit later in the year, In February though somewhere to sit in comfort of an evening is a bit more of a requirement. Positive: Location fantastic, everything you need in an apartment , good view over the beach, everything a short walk. Negative: Bed , bedding and pillows need to be updated.

Négatif: un détail : les 2 robinets de l'évier de la cuisine, sont très difficiles à manoeuvrer ; c'est parce que les 2 joints sont détruits et à changer. Un autre détail, mais qui ne dépend pas de l'appartement : c'est le bruit des musiciens le soir, fort, et jusque 23h30. Mais nous connaissions cela, puisque c'était notre 2ème séjour au même endroit. Positive: Il check in facilissimo con lo staff che ti scrive tutto per email. All'arrivo non riuscivamo ad aprire la porta, abbiamo chiamato per avere informazioni su come fare e ci hanno subito spiegato il tutto... Terrazzo bello e spazioso, pieno di ombrelloni, lettini per il sole e sedie. Cucina attrezzata, bagno pulito, posizione ottima. Tutto molto bene. Negazione: L'unica cosa che non mi è molto piaciuta era l'odore di pesce che si sentiva in terrazzo, colpa del ristorante sotto. Nulla di insopportabile però!.

Positiva: La terraza con vistas al mar es lo mejor que tiene el apartamento, levantarse y desayunar es una autentica gozada.. además de la ubicación que es perfecta y todos los utensilios necesarios para la estancia... sombrilla, palas, toallas etc.

Positiva: -La terraza era excelente. -La ubicación es perfecta.. Negativa: -Al estar el apartamento entre restaurantes, tienes 24h al día olores a sardinas asadas y comidas varias. -Los sofás, colchón y almohadas muy incómodos. -Las tuberías de la casa son muy viejas y se atascan. Tuvimos problemas con el WC. -Para arreglar el WC quedamos con el dueño a una hora y accedieron a la casa sin estar nosotros presentes a otra hora. - La TV solo tiene canales extranjeros. - Echamos en falta papel higiénico. - A las noches tienes música en el pueblo hasta las 00.30h aproximadamente y se oye bastante dentro de casa aún cerrando todo..

Positive: Alloggio ubicato a 5 mn dalla spiaggia. Pulito luminoso vista fantastica Carla la signora che si occupa delle pulizie e accogliervi gentile e disponibile.. Negazione: Un po’ rumoroso la sera ma a mezzanotte la musica dalla piazza finisce.

Positivo: So apartamento tem um tamanho ótimo, é bem localizado, tem uma vista bonita pra cidade e praia de carvoeiro, além de ser muito bem limpo. O anfitrião e a corretora foram bastante atenciosos.. Negativo: Travesseiros..

Positief: Alle informatie van de host verkregen via mail. Allemaal zeer duidelijk. Sleutel zit in een sleutelkastje. Dit vonden wij erg fijn, omdat we dan zelf konden bepalen hoe laat wij incheckte. Leuk welkom met een flesje wijn. Kamer zag er netjes en verzorgd uit. Bedlinnen rook lekker fris. Voldoende servies en keuken gerei. Mooi terras met uitzicht. Appartement ligt op loopafstand van het strand, winkels en restaurants. Gezellige plek!. Negatief: Het matras van het bed was wat aan de harde kant.

Positiv: Tolle Lage, von hier aus sind alle bekannten und beliebten Strände sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar! Super Ausstattung, sogar mit Strandhandtüchern und Sonnenschirm für den Strand - selbst ein Ballspiel war vorhanden!. Negativ: Was man wissen sollte: Jeden Abend laute Musik bis Mitternacht, die man deutlich - auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern - im Apartment hören kann..

Положительный: Расположение просто замечательное - 1 минута и вы на пляже, так же удобен заезд и выезд из города. Все необходимые удобства в шаговой доступности: магазины, кафе, рестораны, аптека. Не смотря на то, что это апартаменты (то есть полностью на самообслуживании), 1 раз в неделю приходила горничная для уборки и смены постельного белья. Есть пляжные полотенца и зонтик, а так же пляжный теннис :) Отличный балкончик с мебелью и прекрасным видом на океан. Негативный: Нам все очень понравилось!.

Positiv: Die Lage "mittendrin" konnte nicht besser sein. Alles Notwendige war fußmäßig zu erreichen: Restaurants, kleine Supermärkte für den kleinen Einkauf, Kneipen, Bars, Apotheke usw. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, man hat ja selbst eingekauft. Sauberkeit und Ordnung im ganzen Haus.. Negativ: Manchmal war es etwas laut. Es war eben ein Mehrfamilienhaus. Kein Problem..

Positif: La situation géographique, nous étions tout près de la plage et de la place centrale de Corvoeiro. Négatif: IL n'y avait pas ou peu de produit pour les soins corporels (un rouleau de papier hygiénique pour 2 personnes trois jours), aucun savon pour la douche. Les serviettes de bain blanches tiraient plutôt sur le gris,.

Positivo: Luminosidade, vista, equipamentos e acessórios de praia.. Negativo: TV só tem idioma (audio e legendas) alemão.

Positive: The apartment was very clean; the instructions prior to arrival were clear. Parking was adequate on the street, and the proximity to the beach was great. And of course, the view was amazing.. Negative: A few extra essentials on hand like rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. would be helpful for shorter stays. The bed is comfortable but the pillows were not. There’s a musty smell due to the high humidity, especially in the kitchen cabinets.

Positive: Nice view. Good satellite TV. . Negative: Stove very difficult to operate. Sewage smell in external hallway.

Positif: Tout était bien , sauf la literie; le matelas est de qualité moyenne et a tendance à s'affaisser du côté "fenêtre".. Négatif: Il est dommage de ne pas trouver de petites choses en cuisine (éponge par exemple) et un mode d'emploi des matériels en Français.

Positiva: El pueblo es precioso y el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario.. Negativa: La cama no era muy cómoda y el agua caliente se acababa pronto.

Positiv: Der Balkon und Ausblick waren toll.. . Negativ: Auf den ersten Blick alles ok. Leider ist die Einrichtung komplett veraltet. Die Ausstattung der Küche eine Katastrophe. Fast alle Teller sind irgendwo angeschlagen. Das Besteck zusammengewürfelt. Die Pfannen komplett fettig und ölig. Mein Urlaub hat mit der Grundreinigung der Küche begonnen. Das Badezimmer ist ungepflegt und gehört ebenfalls aufgearbeitet. Strandmatten laut Beschreibung vorhanden, leider Fehlanzeige. Strandtuch war ebenfalls nur eines da. Bitte investieren Sie doch ein bisschen Geld in Teller, Gläser und Besteck und neue Tischesets, man mag es doch auch im Urlaub nett gedeckt. Die Lage ist gut, wer abends Ruhe haben möchte ist fehl am Platz. Bett /Matratze ist Geschmackssache, unseres war es nicht. Handtücher sind ebenfalls über Verfallsdatum. Wir werden auf keinen Fall nochmal dieses Appartement buchen!

Positiv: Die Wohnung war perfekt mit allem ausgestattet - von den Küchengeräten bis zu den Strandhandtüchern. Die Lage war zentral, die meisten Geschäfte und Restaurants waren schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.. Negativ: Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar über dem sog. Marktplatz bzw. Strand von Caraveiro. Jeden Abend gab es laute Beschallung und Live Musik - vor Mitternacht war an Ruhe nicht zu denken. Gegen Morgen ( 4 Uhr) wurden dann die öffentlichen Dusch-und Toiletteneinrichtungen gereinigt- das ist ja gut aber der unglaublich laute Lärm der Reinigungsmaschinen macht das Schlafen unmöglich!

Positive: Ottima posizione: a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Carvoeiro. L'appartamento offre una bella terrazza con vista mare, una camera con letto molto comodo e molti elettrodomestici: ottima la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice. Carvoeiro ci è piaciuta molto: nel raggio di 20-25 km ci sono spiagge da "cartolina" ed è ben organizzata, con servizi. La costa rocciosa dell'Algarve è semplicemente meravigliosa!. Negazione: Al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad accoglierci, abbiamo ritirato le chiavi in un'apposita scatola, sotto alla buchetta delle lettere con codice di accesso. Avevamo ricevuto una mail dettagliata con le istruzioni per raggiungere l'appartamento, per parcheggiare l'auto e ritirare le chiavi. Inoltre ci è stato fornito un nominativo di una persona da poter contattare in caso di necessità, ma ci è mancato il contatto umano, che, secondo me, non guasta come primo approccio, soprattutto all'arrivo in un paese straniero. Il parcheggio c'è, non sempre si trova nella stradina, ma a 200-300 m circa c'è più possibilità, in prossima di una scuola.
