Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Drei Pools waren für jeden Geschmack mehr als ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Umgebung und die Lage waren absolut top. Wer auf Strände und Badenstedt ist hier genau richtig.

Fantastic hotel with excellent facilities! A true 5-star experience. The premises is so pristine and well laid out. There is a beautiful lake with fishes to stare at (if you're into that kinda stuff! lol) There is also a 'fake' beach which is just as good as a real one. and of course; 24hr gym, indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, spa facilities etc... Perfect for a luxury relaxation break and also suitable for little ones. The house-keeping service could be improved tho.

We are just back from a week in the lake resort. We had a wonderful holiday. After an initial problem with the bedroom size in our selected accomodation to sleep two adults and two children under 2 micheal at reception was prompt to help and offer an alternative to accommodate all of us. We were made very welcome by all staff and looked after very well. The resort facilities, accomodation, staff, and breakfast are fantastic. It is also very well located for access to beach and marina. Thank you. We had a wonderful family holiday. I highly recommend the lake resort for families with babies and toddlers

This is a genuine five star hotel. The grounds are immaculate, the breakfast is incredible and the attention to detail throughout was unbelievable. For fun we were running our fingers around the tops of windows to check for dust-we failed! Even the gardens at the far back of the grounds are finely clipped each day and there isn't a weed in sight. The rooms aren't too shabby either!

Hôtel à l'image du prix :
Salle de sport, spa avec différents bains, deux piscines extérieures, plage artificielle avec sable, ( transats ) et terrain de sport ( foot et basket ).
L'hotel met également à disposition des restaurants et un bar ambiance avec chanteurs, le petit déjeuné est très copieux ( je conseille vivement l'omelette fraiche faite devant nous ).
Proche du port et du centre ville, la plage est à deux pas.
Le jardin de l'hotel est parfait pour des promenades ( parc avec lac ).
Seul bémol de l'hotel, il n'y a rien pour les ados, seuls les petits sont pris en compte avec le koala parc et une air de jeu.
Les chambres sont très propres et le personnel.
Personnel très professionnel.
En conclusion, bon séjour avec beaucoup de visites en dehors de l'hotel à faire.

Gute Lage, freundlich und nette Personal, schönes Zimmer. Fernseher leider klein, aber sonst sehr schöne Aufenthalt. Obwohl das Hotel nicht voll besetzt war, haben wir nach Anfrage kein Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen . Bei Brunchen wenig Gemüsenauswahl.

We visited in March, out of season, 40% occupancy. Five stars in every respect. Pool bar closed so lunch menu restricted.
A few minutes walk from the Marina. Lots to see there, mainly restaurants. We liked Nosolo. Behind the marina, the restaurants are less pricey.
Great beach just a short walk away.
Room fantastic. Nespresso machine added bonus.
Staff friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast provided a huge choice. High season might provide competition for space.
Pools nice and clean, but cold. Pools also frequented by seagulls!

A lovely, large hotel on the far end of the marina, so a little deserted when walking back at night as it is open ground on the opposite side of the road where some camper vans were parked up, but we were there at a very quiet time, so would probably be better at busier time of year when more people may be walking back. Hotel is very nice, clean, good size room and had some nice touches. My son loved getting back to the room to see if the curtains had been closed and the chocolate fairy had been! Breakfast was also a pleasant experience with lots of choice and a nice bright breakfast room. The hotel has bikes that you can use, however you can’t book them so it’s just your luck if you get to them first. The spa pool is cold to the extent I couldn’t get into it! But maybe that’s just my personal preference that I like to be able to walk into a luke warm pool, so it didn’t entice me to use it more than the one visit. The local beach is stunning and you can get to it quickly by using one of the gates near the children’s play park and going over the bridge, but it’s not very well signposted and you could miss the gates if you didn’t specifically know to walk to that part of the hotel grounds. You need to buzz security and give them your room number to gain re-entry, whereas some of the other gates you use your room card to swipe. Lots of nice restaurants in the Marina to choose from. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return again for a short stay.

Very friendly reception, with someone to help with luggage and park the car (we were fine doing all this by ourselves :-) ). We got a nice quiet room at the back of a corridor (took us several minutes to walk from the reception, it is a huge hotel!). The room itself was spacious, with a very big balcony (first floor) overlooking the (artificial) lake. We did smell chlorine from the pools, but only when we were outside. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Nice to have a seperate toilet. At night we were suprised by an in-room spa-style treatment, but we were too tired to enjoy this. We also got a bottle of bubbles and lovely strawberries with chocolate for our wedding anniversary. The choice at breakfast was abundant. When we left we got a little present as good-bye. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but who cares if you sleep well?

We returned from the Lake resort just over a week ago, this was our second time in the hotel and what a place it is to visit. The hotel is immaculate and staff are so friendly. We were upgraded to a suite which was fabulous, and when you come down for breakfast there is not a thing more you could of wanted. Outside there are three swimming pools one being a beach pool, although a little chilly to enter in October was nice when your in. The blue lagoon served lively lunches and always on hand for a drink and not forgetting the pool boys who could not do enough for you and very pleasant.
A fabulous job by the resort and already looking again for May 2019..

Lovely hotel really nice stay (118). Nice room, clean and well furnished. Good sized balcony.
The grounds are lovely. The lake is a nice feature and the pedal boats are fun. Nice mini beach and pool for the kids. The main beach is 5mins walk, the marina is 10mins.
The spa was available to children upto 1300 each day as the weather had not been great. Unfortunately that's not normal, but really added to the stay.
Nice place for a family stay.

Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings, staff very helpful. Beach only 5 minute walk, that is if you want to leave the gardens and pool areas of the hotel. Would certainly recommend.

Just got back from 10 nights at the Lake Resort.
We had a fantastic time. The hotel was superb and the staff were all excellent. Special thanks must be made to Cassia who made our day with her always cheerful smile and extremely professional manner, and to Bruno who always had a smile and seemed to know exactly when he was needed. We will definitely be going back.

Location excellent for marina. Shuttle service to other areas would be good.Half board good value disappointing only two restaurants buffet not open in the evening . Speciality evenings good. Hotel is good disappointing no evening entertainment after dinner would be great to have live singers and Dancing the entertainers on the outside balcony for the fusion restaurant could easily stay and do a late set in the hotel .Not everyone wants to retire at 10pm.

Great location. Great facilities. But let down by housekeeping. Room often not done until 3 to 4pm and then fairly random what is left and taken. One day we were left 5 napkins. On another no glasses. They provided fruit when we arrived. We ate the bits we wanted and then bought some more ourselves. One day the plate disappeared with our fruit too.

Ok il y a un petit lac avec piscine, verdure et des mouettes sauvage. Mais c’est tout.
On dirait que l’hôtel n’a pas été rénové depuis plus de 30 ans

J’ai demandé une omelette, on m’a servi une espèce de crêpe sans goût
Y a que des personnes ayant des part dans l’hôtel où des riches mal habitués qui aiment ce genre d’endroit.
J’ai déjà fait des hotel 5 étoiles,mais celui ci en vaut 3 maximum et avec mon commentaire j’espère qu’il redescendra à 2 étoiles...
Je critique pas d’habitude parceque j’ai pas le temps.
Mais vu ma déception, faut arrêter de se faire arnaquer

Beautiful hotel resort. Nice pool areas and all services on the premises. A good choice of restaurants at the port nearby. Has it own access to the beach and there is a beach club where you can charge everything directly to the room. Great service from the staff. A/C is bit loud, otherwise rooms are perfect, maybe not as modern as it seems on the pictures. All rooms have a balcony or a terrace.

Le personnel, la piscine-plage, le kids club, les restaurants, toutes ces prestations sont dexcellentes qualités. La plage reproduite autour dune piscine ne vous donne pas envie daller sur la véritable plage face au froid de locéan. Il faut venir tôt (9-10h) pour être bien placé mais dans lensemble, nous avons toujours eu un bon emplacement. Ma fille a beaucoup apprécié le Kids Club dont des animateurs francophones. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est très complet et varié.La chambre mériterait une modernisation mais elle était très propre et bien entretenu par le personnel de service. La literie est ferme, ce qui a été difficile pour nous qui aimons la literie à laméricaine à base de lit enveloppant appelé Pillow mattress.Lemplacement est parfait : 5 minutes à pied de lanimation de la Marina sans être importuné par le bruit. 5 minutes à pied de la plage plaja de la falesia avec accès direct par larrière de lhôtel.Une excellente expérience dans lensemble qui donne clairement envie de revenir. Notre seul problème a été avec la société de location AIRAUTO que je déconseille fortement mais cela na aucun lien avec lhôtel.MERCI pour ce séjour!

É uma pena que o staf nao trabalhe corretamente pois é dificil de acreditar que as pessoas nao sao tratadas da mesma forma.
A lógica deste resort:"Acesso restrito a maiores de 16 anos". Dois adolescentes ambos sem cartao de identificaçao: um alto (175 cm) e um baixo (152 cm). Ao alto que tinha 12 anos nem questionaram pelo cartao de identificaçao (que supostamente deveria ser verificado) e ao baixo com os respetivos 16 anos so por nao o transportar nao o deixaram entrar o que é uma vergonha num resort deste nível.
Enfim... Uma autêntica vergonha.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this amazing hotel. The service was fantastic with friendly helpful staff throughout. The food was excellent, there were plenty of choices for vegetarians, vegans and other nutritional requirements - especially at breakfast. The bar menu portions are generous, as are the drinks measures, which are served with snacks. I used the Blue Spa everyday; it has a larger pool heated to around 28 - 30'C (good for swimming), during the family time 10 - 2, the jets are turned off. There are two spa pools, around 37 - 38'C, and two steam rooms - Turkish and Roman - as well as a sauna. You can relax on the plentiful loungers and chairs. It's best to visit in the bathrobe provided, as lockers are for those having treatments. a range of herbal teas, water and towels are all provided, and there's no extra charge for using this facility. The artificial beach pool looked a great safe place for families. There are lots of places to lounge around the three pools. The staff regularly check if you need any refreshments and again towels are provided. The water was a little too cool for me to swim there during my stay. The grounds are beautiful, with walking/ running trails, lots of wildlife around too.
There are some great places to relax around the interior, checkout the balcony of the Zanzi Bar and the Jaipur tea room. The hotel has bicycles for guests to use, again no extra charge. Upon arrival, there was fruit in my room, everyday a large glass bottle of water, and chocolates in the late afternoon. There's a happy hour in the sports bar with a 30% discount on certain drinks. In the spacious rooms, there's plenty of storage, a mini bar, safe, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, separate toilet and balcony . The materials used are natural, which enhances the health and well-being aspect. The televisions have useful information, TV, paid movies and radio channels. They run a supervised children's club from April, however families can make use of these facilities at other times, which included a playground, a sports pitch and an indoor games room. I would definitely return to this place, it deserves the five stars.

Desde as diversas piscinas exteriores (uma das quais com areia dando a ilusão de praia) até ao Spa (acesso incluído na estadia) passando pelos diversos restaurantes e bares, o serviço é irrepreensível.
Os quartos são espaçosos, com atenção ao detalhe na decoração e na informação. As camas são um sonho! Extremamente confortáveis.

Hotel and it's services were excellent. Staff were attentive, polite and were very professional. It was Low season, but there appeared to be no more than approximately 40 guests in the hotel.The Marina was very, very quiet. The cleanliness, food and staff in the hotel were very high standard and I would recommend.

-Bel hôtel très bien situé par rapport au port et à la plage.
-Les alentours sont très bien entretenu et il est très agréable de s'y promener.
-La propreté est au rendez-vous, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien pensées.
-Les soins/massages sont abordables et variés.
-Le personnel est gentil et souriant.

-La décoration et l'ambiance general sont sans goût et froid, tout est pensé pratique et il n'y a pas d'âme et de charme,cela fait "usine a touristes"
-Le petit déjeuner est un peux à la limite de ce que l'on attend d'un 5*, il manque des plats typiques.
-Le restaurent n'est pas a la hauteur d'un 5* vous trouverez beaucoup mieux ailleurs pour moins cher en cherchant un peux.
-Les consignes du spa ne sont pas clairs (panneaux simples plutôt que du texte a lire) et les usagers n'utilisent pas de serviettes, ne se douchent pas avant ou après le spa, ou vont se rincer dans la piscine accessible directement. Cela n'est pas hygiénique et digne d'un 5*

Lovely location near the marina with nice outside pool and well kept gardens. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast good - the outside room a nice place to eat. Spa was very nice. We used it every day. Beach is quite close. There are several beach restaurants. The best is the Thai. The walk along the beach extends for many miles and is very pleasant.

Excellent location, a very short walk to the beach and marina. Superb hotel, definitely a 5* in my opinion. The facilities, rooms and food are excellent. We didn’t use the outdoor pools due to the temperature but the indoor pool in the spa was excellent, along with the other facilities in there.

This hotel had everything it has fantastic grounds, 3 great pools , loads of sun beds which are nicely placed so you are not too close to others. Great breakfast and restaurants Lovely bedding and spacious rooms. I stayed at the Lake Resort for about 2 nights. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. The restaurants were phenomenal. I also thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, and spa offered at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lake resort is located in an exclusive part of Algarve, and near the marina where you can find lots of restaurants. the hotel also offers complimentary bike rental and pedal boat. I highly reccommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Algarve

Excellent place to stay / have a meal. The restaurants do have a limited variety of vegetarian food, however, the food we were served was excellent. The main bar is a great place have a sun downer.

Very peaceful but just a five minute walk to the busier marina area. Great to have free access to spa facilities. Lovely grounds. Plenty of sun beds. Very friendly service oriented staff. Loved our meal in the lake restaurant. Good value and choice on the 33 euro fixe price although drinks overall are on the more expensive side - pound falling v euro doesn’t help. Would like filter tap water available in restaurants as when I asked, server didn’t think allowed to provide. No note in room to say the large bottle is free and replaced daily. Great breakfast and not hurried to leave. Rooms good size and very fresh and clean. Comfy beds. Nespresso. Fridge. Great relaxing holiday.

Breakfast had everything and it all seemed so organised quite and calm the rooms were lovely and our bed was so comfortable. It was our wedding anniversary and they kindly sent us some bubbles and chocolate strawberries

This hotel is perfectly good and in a great location. It's not 5 star standards however. The (cleaning & back of house staff) staff never smile and none of them really speak as you're walking around the grounds. The restaurant for lunch is quite expensive and none of the staff will ask how your meal was. Similarly on checkout, no one asked us how our stay was. Grounds are well maintained and it's clean but do not expect 5 star service.

Superbe hotel avec prestations haut de gamme. Petit dejeuner extraordinaire et spa très agréable. Préférez les séjours hors saison pour un rapport qualité prix imbattable sur Vilamoura. Personnel impeccable et gentil.
Pour diner, passez par la porte coté jardin et allez manger au restaurant les pieds dans le sable. La restauration de l’hôtel est réellement à améliorer, c’est dommage.

Lovely chilled out hotel with friendly staff. The grounds and equipment are all well maintained. Only issue was lack of sun beds bit as we were leaving it looked like they were putting out more beds as it was coming to the start of the July season.

Los restaurantes y las piscinas excepcionales. La limpieza de las habitaciones pésima, el mantenimiento de las instalaciones bastante malo. No se corresponde a un 5 estrellas, como mucho un 3. Desayunos variados y completos. Jardines espectaculares. Insisto, el problema más grande es la falta de limpieza por parte del personal q creo q viene dado por la falta de personal para realizar estas labores.

Brilliant family hotel with a novel swimming pool beach. Two excellent restaurants. Good poolside service and meals/snacks. Breakfast good and varied with egg station. Close to the Marina and beach. probably 10-15 minute walk to each. Rooms and bathrooms on the small side but the staff make up for the drawbacks as excellent. Scary monster dressing up needs taking out of the kids club programme as not suitable for toddlers but otherwise kids club excellent.with a varied programme.

Comme toujours, la plage artificielle fait son effet ! Cest un peu la guerre pour trouver une bonne place près de cette dernière car beaucoup réservent et partent déjeuner sans respect pour ceux qui sont honnêtes.Les chambres sont parfaitement entretenues et le personnel est aux petits soins. Le parking gratuit est aussi appréciable pour les véhicules loués depuis laéroport. cétait notre deuxième année et une troisième est en perspective...

Beautiful hotel situated very close to the Marina and the main entertainment centre of Vilamoura.
Would recommend the hotels own bbq buffet evenings . The food and ambience of the restaurant were wonderful.

Without a doubt, The Lake Resort is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Every area of the building and surrounding grounds are stunning and immaculately maintained, and the staff are phenomenal and happy to help with anything.
The resort itself is a 5 minute walk from Vilamoura Marina, and less than 5 minutes away from the beach. The rooms are large with ample wardrobe space, a bath and a shower, and our balcony overlooked the pool area.
There are 3 outdoor pools, two of which are next to each other and tiled as regular pools are, the third is set back and designed to mimic a beach with sand and a rock formation on one side.
The spa facilities are free to use (treatments cost extra), and include a sauna, Roman bath, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and heated pool. There is also a 24hr gym on site which is free for guests.
Breakfast is buffet style and has a huge selection of pastries, breads, cold cuts and hot breakfast foods. There is also an outside terrace which you can use during warm weather for breakfast dining.
Overall, an absolutely beautiful resort that we wouldn't hesitate to come back to!

Die 5 Sterne sind sehr gescheichelt.
Das Hotel wird hauptsächlich von Familien frequentiert, dafür ist es sicher gut geeignet, es gibt 4 Außenpools, einer auf 24 Grad geheizt, die anderen 21. Sämtliche Pools haben eine maximale Tiefe von 140 cm.
Die Gäste kamen zu 95% aus Großbritannien, die Verständigung mit dem Personal auf Englisch war kein Problem. Es gibt für Familien eine Kinderbetreuung, wobei da für deutsche Kinder sicher die Verständigung ein Problem sein dürfte.
Das Zimmer (Gardenview) war sehr schön, das Bett gut, WC + Bidet + Waschbecken separat, dazu eine moderne Dusche + Badewanne in einen weiteren Raum, aber die Sauberkeit, insbesondere im Bad ließen zu wünschen übrig.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, allerdings stark auf den englischen Geschmack zugeschnitten. Was uns besonders störte, war, dass man nicht im Freien frühstücken konnte, es gab zwar einen Innen- und einen Außenbereich, wobei der Innenbereich den Charme einer Bahnhofshalle hatte, der Außenbereich war zu allen Seiten geschlossen und verglast. Der Kaffee war eine Zumutung, der Tee war nicht viel besser.
An einem Abend haben wir die Zanzibar getestet, auch leider eine Enttäuschung: Wir hatten 2 Longdrinks bestellt, Mai Tai und Singapur Sling, beide Drinks schmeckten, als hätte man reichlich mit 7Up aufgefüllt. Der Preis dafür war allerdings ordentlich, zusammen 17€. Außerdem erwarten wir in einer Bar eigentlich, dass unaufgefordert etwas zum Knabbern hingestellt wird, auch das ist nicht passiert.

Lo mejor la situación cerca de la marina( el puerto) se puede llegar a pie a todos los sitios incluso a uno de los beach club más conocidos de la zona "No solo Agua". Did not stay here, but went in and got a brochure. Fairly expensive, but looks pretty grand and has lovely, extensive private grounds with lake. Hotel rooms and apartments. On the western edge of Vilamoura Marina. Beach 3 minutes walk.

Fomos ao restaurante Fusion pela altura do Restaurant Week da app The Fork. Menu excelente e serviço exemplar no atendimento, tanto no lobby do resort, como na recepção do restaurante. Aproveitamos para conhecer um pouco mais o espaço, mas os exteriores, certamente por estarmos em época baixa, não tinham quase iluminação nenhuma, embora não possa negar que também dá um certo charme.

Localização e envolvência excelente, simpatia/atendimento extraordinário de todo o staff. Piscina e lago bem cuidado com extraordinária beleza. Quarto espaçoso e bem decorado com welcome de frutas... Pequeno almoço bom, mas na minha opinião que gosto e aprecio os doces regionais algarvios lamento que não houvesse nenhum doce de amêndoa, tarte de alfarroba ou outros tipicamente algarvios.
Menos bom:
Gin servido num copo de galão grande... Não me parece de bom tom...
Cheiro intenso a plástico no avançado dos pequenos almoços...
Conclusão, uma unidade hoteleira de excelência que proporciona momentos de muito relaxe e descanso. Parabéns

Endroit magique, j'y suis déjà allé 3 fois avec ma petite famille (2 enfants de bas âge), on s'y amuse comme des petits fous, la plage artificielle est un must, le petit déjeuner fait partie des meilleurs que j'ai savouré de ma vie... Seul petit point négatif, le manque d'activités/spectacles pour distraire les clients, surtout en soirée cela serait un gros plus....

We have just returned from a week at this lovely hotel. Perfectly situated 25 mins from Faro airport, between the beach and the marina. Dozens of options for dining out within easy walking distance of the hotel. However a special mention must go to the on site restaurants. Excellent choice, quality of taste, presentation and service in beautiful surroundings. Dont even get me started on the huge breakfast buffet, which really set us up for the day. This was included with our room but might be charged with some room bookings. We were far outnumbered by golf players but as non players this was wasted on us!! Apparently its good here for golf too!!We also loved the combination of lakes and pools and even a little beach. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic Resort!!! My Husband & I were upgraded to a panoramic room as we were celebrating our Anniversary & Birthdays. Courtesy of the Hotel, we received bubbly on both occasions & fresh strawberries covered in chocolate & a small celebration cake with candle. I can't praise this Hotel enough. The location was 10 minutes from the beautiful Falesia Beach which we walked along most days. We pushed the boat out but was sooooo worth it. The Staff were so polite, courteous & welcoming. Nothing was a problem from start to finish. The only "downside" was coming home. Thankyou Blue/green Spa Resort. We will be back.

What a great place. Close to the harbor. Very clean hotel both restaurants and morning breakfast places are exceptional the only weird thing is that all the toilet roll holders are behind you so don't panic if you are on the toilet facing forward and didn't pay attention when you walked in. This is of course 1st world problems so I wouldn't say don't book based on this but it was the only thing I could find that was unusual. Now back to the sunbathing. Hope you enjoy it as much as we have. Fab fab place.

Pleasant. Visited here during peak August as we stay with family locally. The place is pretty, but totally overcrowded leaving you little room from anyone in every direction. The pool is seriously busy and the lunch area by the artificial lake is literally tetris. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend coming here in August, but maybe during an off-peak period it would be much nicer.

Not 5 star quality and I am a 5 star traveler. Service 3 star (if you get any at all, pool or room), service erratic. Furnishings 3-4 star. Food average and at times dull. Facilities great, especially for families, if cramped, 4 star. Less fun if you don't have kids due to huge numbers in pools and everywhere and extreme close proximity of all sunbathers and swimmers. good spa.great proximity to marina and beach.poor bathroom design in room.

Os apartamentos são muito bons. Primam pelo conforto, modernidade, espaço e bom gosto. Embora não substitua uma boa praia, a piscina de areia é muito boa sobretudo para os mais pequenos. A comida do restaurante Gustatio é muito boa embora o atendimento não tenha sido tão bom assim. Toda a área que circunda o hotel é muito bonita e está bem cuidada, o que permite bons passeios.

Been there for a congress, very nice resort close to the beach (less than 1km).
It has a SPA, 3 pools and plenty of large and really clean rooms.
Great breakfast, you won't be disappointed.
The only suggestion is to improve the internet connections, nearly inusable in some moments.

Beautiful grounds if you have children and arent leaving the hotel....now the negatives. This is not a five star hotel. There was no separate concierge and the people at the desk were not helpful and could not provide directions. Also they could not recommend restaurants. There are 3 pools, no adult only pool so beware. No possibility of lap swimming. The dinner buffet is 37.00 euro. The panoramic view is not worth and extra money as it is a view of three kiddie pools and grass. The balcony was tiny and there was no poolside service . You will need a car (bring a gps-useless staff) to go anywhere beyond the overcrowded and expensive marina. The bathroom is ridiculous as the shower trough extends to under the make-up counter. You need to stand half in and half out of the shower to dry off, or shave. Dont be fooled by the five stars because it isnt even close.

Stayed for 3 nights for my partners 50th birthday could not find any fault
The room which was panoramic was excellent as was the bed.The management even left my partner a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne. Nice people, nice holiday.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut. Der Aussenbereich, die Lage des Hotels sind hervorragend. Zum tollen Sandstrand sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.Frühstück wirklich gut.. Vermisst haben wir allerdings frische Tomaten.Das Personal sehr hilfbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, wie überhaupt das ganze Hotel inclusive der sehr großen Außenanlage sehr sauber ist.Der SPA - Bereich ist ausrechend groß, aber zu überheizt. einfach zu warm.
