. It was our ‘Theatre Week’: five nights and five shows, from comedy to musical not forgetting some drama! We stayed as always at Holiday Inn Continental with no ‘drama’ at all!
. The location is absolutely central with plenty of taxis at the front door or the underground literally round the corner! We used both, at different times, or just walked to our destination!
. The staff is polite and attentive.
. The breakfast buffet is much diversified and the lunch and dinner quite nice at the hotel's restaurant. The dinner buffet was recently replaced by dinner ‘à la carte’ and the menu is still quite interesting. We tried the octopus at one time and the cod fish at another and we were quite surprised with the result. Well seasoned –but not salted or spicy- and presented, both dishes tasted wonderfully and were a good example of Portuguese food!
. The rooms have a generous area and are always clean.
. The hotel has a multistoried garage which is very handy when one has a car.
. We certainly recommend Holiday Inn Continental and we will return whenever in Lisbon!

I am pretty disappointed with the hotel due tu the fact that we did not get what we paid for. Namely, we paid for room with 2 twin beds of 22m2. In reality we got much smaller room (I do not know how many m2, but for sure not 22 m2) with 1 twin bed and a sofa acted as a bed. We complained, but the hotel was fully booked and the first night my 77 old father was sleeping in a sofa acting as a bed. The next night he got one small devastated bed to sleep in. The next two nights we were accomodated in suite which solved a problem a little bit. In conclusion, we moved twice and the first two nights we did not have acomodation which we paid for.

Great location for visiting the Gulbenkian museum and accessing the Metro and rail station (for visit to Sintra).
Received a warm and helpful welcome when I arrived early after an overnight journey to Lisbon. Enjoyed comfort of my room, great breakfasts and during my stay. The cafe serves good coffee and cake.

The rooms are too small for a 4 stars hotel. When I did the check out I talked about it in the reception and they confirm that, all rooms are the some sizes. For me just one time.

Approx 2 blocks away from the Metro, this hotel provides everything you need and have come to expect from a Holiday Inn. We were 3 adults in the room which came with two twins and the coolest fold-out twin bed, which otherwise is a love seat. The room is quite small, but came with a large bathroom. The breakfast buffet is incredible with standard bacon, eggs and hash browns, but also smoked salmon, sliced prosciutto and salami, lots of fresh fruit and pastel de nata, among many other things. Located more in the business district than in the tourist area, but with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Highly recommend.

Cet Hotêl a quelques années derrière lui mais est excellent pour dormir, être au calme, prendre de bons et copieux petits-déjeuners et est un bon point de départ des visites touristiques : métro pour le centre ville de Lisbonne et Train pour Sintra et l'aquarium du port sont à proximité de l'hôtel, ainsi que des taxis à disposition devant l'hotêl.

アップグレード制度により偶々suiteに宿泊することができて大満足でした。部屋は広く清潔でとても快適な旅行を演出して頂けてとても感謝しております。
街の中心までは少し距離がありますが、徒歩で15-20分くらいでしたのであまり苦にはなりませんでした。空港からはタクシー利用で片道10€ほどでしたが、とても歩ける距離ではありませんのでご注意ください。料金は時間帯によります。
スタッフの対応も丁寧でとても満足できました。週末は朝食開始時間が7時でしたので、もう少し早めに開始頂ければと思いました。

Nice hotel for quick stays. A little outdated decor but very clean. Breakfast was filling and nice, tried some new Lisbon foods. Dinner portions were absolutely YUGE! Kids eat free here, that's what drew us since ours can really eat. Tip: IHG members: 3 kids eat free even if you don't have 3 adults. We had to talk to the manager to clarify as they thought it was only 2 only.

Billing charged me twice two weeks apart on credit card due to an error

Phone calls didn’t help so far to fix this, a refund was issued to the wrong guest, no one paid attention to the names on credit card, personal documents were given to another guest in hotel. Check in took forever, 20 minutes per guest, had 4 guests in front me and wait took forever
Breakfast was so busy, only one
Employee trying to serve everyone, his manager only looking and doesn’t help, you can hear everything through the walls especially
When kids partying until 1:00 am and again at 6:00 in the morning, didn’t help when I phoned reception to complain, they just apologized.

Reservamos este hotel pensando que tenía piscina y luego la piscina estaba lejos en otro hotel por lo que no fuimos ningún día .
Personal del desayuno no apunta la hab de las personas que entran y no limpian la mesa adecuadamente ( si el mantel está sucio deben cambiarlo )no solo quitar las minas de pan
Deben poner refuerzo d e personalmpor si se acaban cosas pueden reponer rápidamente y no tener la gente esperando a que traigan cosas tan básicas como pan. El dispensador de mermeladas vacio y Nadie se da cuenta

gostei bastante. Único senão foi a reserva ser nesta data, domingo de Páscoa o que a tornou um pouco mais cara. Para hotel de 4 estrelas se calhar os preços encontram-se dentro da tabela praticada. Bem, mas espero encontrar num futuro próximo preços mais atractivos.

Un servicio pésimo. Camarero es un impresentable no ha timado cambiando la bebida y cobrando por algo que no es. Por otro lado, la cena en el hotel malisima y muy cara para lo que se pide. Nos querían dar una habitación simple después de haber pagado una doble. Se olvidan de reponer las toallas etc un desastre de hotel

Comfortable, tidy and clean room. Unfortunately not much of a view from the window.
The breakfast buffet was very good with many different options.
The staff were not that great. For example, when it got busy at the breakfast buffet, the staff were not handling it very well, there were queues and there was a constant lack of plates/cutlery.
Also at the check-in and -out, the receptionists were very slow and apathetic.
The location is very good. It's not in the historic centre, but there's a metro station 5 mins away (the metro network is excellent) and a train station 10 mins away. There's also a lot of nice restaurants nearby and the area is quiet.

Nice and clean hotel, staff is very friendly. Nice that it is near all the transit systems and away from the super touristy areas so it is very reasonably priced. My only issue is the cleaning people do not respect the do not disturb sign and not stop knocking.

En general bien, buena habitación para dos personas pero para triple que fue nuestro caso no te puedes ni mover, además que ponen una cama plegable, pequeña e incómoda, mejor que no comercializarán las habitaciones para tres personas si son asi, el desayuno muy correcto.

Looks tired on the outside but still great on the inside.
Bathrooms not ventilated but the room fan makes up for it. Got checked in at 10am as our flight came in early.
Downside was that we could hear the couple next door on the first morning.
Ruben in the Restaurant made up for any short comings. His service went over and above all our expectations. I would strongly recommend that you try dinner at least once. The Chuliton ( T-bone steak) was amazing.

Arrived in hotel to check in tired from travel with pregnant wife, check in supposed to be 3 pm, but room was not ready for almost 2 hours. Reception was slow in serving guests and was not friendly. We complained about wait for room and how no one even went to us to tell us it was ready, and manager gave complementary breakfast for duration of stay. Went to breakfast and found out only for 1 person on the list of names server showed to us. He told us to sit down and start breakfast. Only wife ate. Breakfast staff communicated to reception about it and came back to us and told us our room has no breakfast included at all. And that i would have to sign a receipt and pay for 2 people. Didnt want to listen to our explanation and told us to take it up with reception. When we confronted server, how come my name on the list for 1, server then lied to our face and said we werent on the list at all. Wanted us to sign for 2 when only wife ate. tried to trick us into signing receipt.

first of all, the service was exceptional. We arrived on March 31, when the time change occurred. Thought we had it straight, but when we went down for breakfast the next morning, front desk said it was finished. A gentleman came by and overheard our conversation and said to follow him to the restaurant, where he offered us lovely breakfast buffet and told us to take our time eating. His name was Dinis and he was there to greet us each morning. The night we arrived, we were hungry and went down to bar to find something to eat. Waiter was very friendly and accomodated us with delicious food and drinks. As we were there, the bartender was demonstrating a favorite drink he concocted and it was most enjoyable to watch. He even offered us a taste! As IHG members we were upgraded to an Executive Suite, with lovely bedding. Service at front desk was most helpful with directions to the city and surrounding areas. As it turned out, we left a bag behind and it was promptly retrieved by Intercontinental in Porto and expressed to us from Lisbon hotel. No doubt that we will return when we are in Lisbon again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Some reasons for this low rating:
1, Front desk recognized my gold membership, but only 1 welcome gift provided with two people booked and checked in. The replied reason from front desk is “Only for IHG Rewards Member”, but my travel partner- my wife who is also IHG gold member, perhaps due to communication barrier, we finally got only 1 free drink coupon and brought another from lobby bar.
2, Asked twice for two pairs of slippers and brush kits then go for dinner, after 2 hours finally provided 1 pair and 1 kit in the room and asked again for the rest. The service lady seemed very annoyed to knock our door again.
3, After checking out, I received an additional bill for mini-bar, but we didn’t. After a long-time communication via email, they finally cancelled the money but the feeling was really not good.
4, It is hard to find the smiles and got the greetings from services people no matter in the lobby, corridor nor elevator…

We stayed here one night due to a flight cancellation. We arrived to the hotel and after doing the check-in, the concierge told us they would pack our breakfast to-go for the following morning since we had to leave 30 minutes before the restaurant opened. In the morning when we were checking-out, we aked the receptionist for our breakfast and he simply said “I don’t have your breakfast”, he repeated the same sentence various times with complete disregard for us. If we would’ve known, we would’ve had breakfast arrangements elsewhere, but by then we had the taxi waiting for us and had to go straight to the airport. I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone if you care about hospitality.

I was staying here to attend a business event in the hotel and wasn't expecting much, but from the word go, I was impressed with this lovely hotel. Not too far from the airport and with great transport links, I arrived after a long, disrupted flight and checked in within minutes. Was pleased with my welcome amenity of a large glass of wine! My room was clean, spacious and well furnished. I slept really well in the comfortable bed. I could have done with some instructions on how to operate the twin headed shower, but I soon figured it out. The food was of a very high quality and with a wide range on offer. I had breakfast and lunch in the hotel. Our meeting room was large, comfortable and airy, with good wifi links. There were plenty of shops , bars and restaurants within walking distance. Check out was straightforward. I was slightly disappointed that it was so far from the tourist part of Lisbon, but, if I had had more spare time, it would have been easy to access this area by metro or bus. I would happily go here again for either business or leisure.

Fair hotel, located at 15 minute drive from the airport. Building is old and rooms are in good condition but the age is evident especially in the bathroom,
Garage is honestly expensive , elevators are a nightmare.

Buen hotel. La cama y las almohadas muy buenas. Buen buffet. La pega, como casi siempre, el aparcamiento. Lo mejor para poder aparcar medio en condiciones (ojo zona sin conductor de bus) es llegar algo tarde. A partir de las 21.30 no es difícil encontrar sitio por el hospital de al lado o en la zona azul, eso sí, quitándolo al día siguiente antes de las nueve de la mañana.

This four star hotel was exactly that. Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff, especially the food service folks. A crew of professionals who actually were consistently outstanding for our entire two week stay. Fantastic location. Hospital next door. Taxis waiting outside always. Not far from the airport. Close to the top tourist areas. Close to metro and bus stops.
You will not be disappointed with this hotel. We travel quite a bit, and this hotel was one of the best yet. We loved it and will stay there again when in Lisbon.

Dark room with broken furnitures, bath tube that keeps the water no matter what you do, "slim" walls and noisy guests. Breakfast for sure not intended for a 4* hotel. Receptionists that don't really know what to do and how to treat customers.

The hotel is 3 mins from a metro station, although it's a little dated but it's clean. The problem is their customer service. Check in, check out, or requesting help, they don't smile nor make you feel welcome. I've interacted with 4 people in the front desk, all men, except one is a little nicer, everyone else seems they hated the job.

Upon arrival I received such a warm and friendly welcome, this hotel has such amazing staff that will go out of there way to do anything for you. I really can not recommend this hotel enough! I had a great nights sleep and it is centrally located within the city and only 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro.

Sisådär. Var där med en annan familj och vi hade lite olika problem. Det läckte vatten från övervåningen i badrummet, det var plast runt brandvarnaren så den fungerade säkert inte. En simpel kedjelås kedja satt en centimeter för långt ifrån låset och gick ej att använda på ett av rummen. Frukosten ingick inte men med tanke på priset för ett "4 stjärnigt hotell" är det kanske självklart. Hissen krånglade lite. Fanns ingen pool. Frukosten var helt okej, decent läge och sängarna var ganska sköna.

Excellent location, easy access to public transport to/from airport, city centre and surrounding area of Lisbon. Many good restaurants are near to the hotel at a walking distance.
Clean, sleep very well, the pillows and bed are excellent. Quite, except the air cond is noisy and need to switch it off to sleep.
The staff are polite, friendly, approachable, and helpful.

Uma boa experiência a estadia no hotel, que tem localização privilegiada, próximo ao aeroporto, e também ao Campo Pequeno, centro de transporte e comércio. Ótimo quarto, limpo e silencioso, apesar de ter aviões e trens passando próximo. Os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores, assim como o acesso ao restaurante e à academia, que tem escadas. Bom custo benefício para a época do ano. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

This was my 1st time to Portugal and Lisbon, I made it a point to stay at the Holiday Inn, as I prefer to stay in the IHG program. I know what to expect, and the holiday Inn, Lisbon was another great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I got to know several of them and they gave me great advice and pointed out the things that we're must see around town. It made my travel experience all the better. Rapporto qualità prezzo non dei migliori anche se in giro c'è ben di peggio. l'albergo è situato in una zona non lontana dal centro se si ha la macchina, l'intorno dell'albergo non è sicuramente dei più belli ma a poca distanza il campo piccolo con l'arena dei tori già diventa migliore. l'albergo è abbastanza vecchio all'interno, spycialmodo nelle camere che comunque hanno letti confortevoli. c'è anche la possibilità di avere un parcheggio interrato (a pagamento) oppure sperare di trovare uno dei pochissimi parcheggi in strada davanti all'albergo (non controllati). davanti all'ingresso ci sono sempre moltissimi taxi disponibili per portarvi dove volete. vicino all'albergo per fare colazione c'è un bar che fa menù colazione con bevanda calda, fredda, dolcetti o panino a 5 euro quindi super buono e conveniente.

Das Personal hatte eine tolle Einstellung. Alle waren freundlich, zuvorkommend. Auch wenn das Hotel nicht im Mitten der Innenstadt liegt, ist es immer noch sehr nah und günstig zur ganzen Stadt gelegen. Taxis, Züge, U-Bahnen und Busse sind alles zu erreichen. Die Taxifahrt zum Fluss dauert höchstens ca. 20 Minuten. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut erhalten, ruhig und gemütlich. Die Lounge in der Lobby ist ein netter Ort, in dem wir uns am Ende des Tages entspannt haben. Der Preis für die Zimmer mit Frühstück, WLAN war sehr preislich.

The rooms were fairly large, excellent space, quiet, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The front desk people were friendly and most understood English which helped me tremendously. A new girl was working our second night at the hotel and she couldn’t explain why we had to to pay the city tax twice. When we stayed in France days earlier, we stayed at the same property for 3 days and only paid it once while Portugal apparently makes you pay it per night. None of this was explained and were confused. I did not want to argue and just paid it but I still feel like it was not correct information or fair. I would definitely go back in the future.

Habitación: cómodas camas aunque la supletoria era algo floja para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Baño cuidado y correcto.
Desayuno: aunque había de todo, le faltaba algo de calidad para tener 4 estrellas.
Localización: se encuentra la lado de los metros de "campo pequeno" y "entre campos" este último estación de tren también. Esto hace que desplazarse al centro se realice de manera muy cómoda. Para los amantes de las caminatas también es posible ir andando, pasando por el parque Eduardo VII totalmente recomendable.
Sin embargo cabe destacar su buen precio para una triple, probablemente lo mejor.

Got a very poor welcome at reception by the youngish lad, not sure if he could smile or not. The rest of the staff were ok but when you first turn up you do expect a welcome and a smile.So at every opportunity avoid him Room a bit overpriced especially those on the back of the hotel which overlooked nothing but more buildings. Never mind will try somewhere else next visit.

Comfortable hotel, questionable food, the staff at the reception were not always very helpful, we waited a very long time to get a meal voucher and had to wait to use a service lift for accessible access to the restaurant but for the most part they were lovely. The rooms are nice, only 1 tv channel so you dont speak or understand Portuguese you'll be a bit stuck on that front! Theres no extraction so my room got very humid when I had a shower which was annoying and there were lots of silver fish in there. USB ports near the bed are so useful! The restaurant is nice and clean however the food isn't great and theres not a lot of choice.

Check in was quick, people at the desk were helpful. Great location-close to the metro, shops etc. Easy commute to the core and airport. Rooms are a good size for 3. The bathroom lacks an exhaust fan so the room gets muggy pretty quickly after a shower. The window opens—no screen—be careful!

L'hotel si è rivelato comodo, piuttosto vicino ad una stazione della metro (Campo pequeno) e ad una stazione della ferrovia metropolitana (Entrecampos).
Ottimo il buffet della colazione, molto gentili e professionali alla reception.
Un piccolo negozio di giornali e souvenir nella Hall. La hall si presta anche per piccoli meeting con i colleghi, con tavolini bassi e divanetti.
La camera (una doppia uso singola al 5º piano) era spaziosa ed accogliente, impostata su colori caldi. Ottima la pulizia del bagno, qualche traccia di polvere nella camera.
L'arredamento coniuga semplicità, eleganza e funzionalità, ma rivela qualche segno del tempo e dei precedenti visitatori.
Ci ritornerò.

This hotel is dated but don't let the appearance deter you - the Staff are fabulous, I always sleep well which is the most important consideration for me. Additionally, it's walking distance to many good and varied restaurants and the metro.
It has a particularly good English TV channel selection - 10x more than you find in most European hotels and a short distance to the airport. Can be an excellent value hotel in Lisbon.

This hotel is close, but not too close, to Lisbon airport - making it ideal for business meetings. The hotel is very smart looking and the staff efficient and courteous. My room was excellent and was kept very clean and tidy by the hotel staff.
The meeting rooms were also of a high quality and were serviced by efficient staff.

The hotel was well placed for our needs, easy walking to Campo Pequeno. We were booked for 2 nights half board, but at check-in we were not given any vouchers for the evening meals, even though I had reminded the receptionist we had paid for half board. On entering the dining room for dinner, we were shown to another room, where we were given a menu. I explained we were on half board and should be on the set menu. After some confusion and much explanation the restaurant manager took me back to reception to verify the details and sort out the problem. The meal that night was not up to standard, very little choice of vegetables and poor quality meat. After dinner I returned to the reception and asked for the meal vouchers for the following night. I was told to go back the next day to collect the vouchers. The following night´s meal was totally different, much better food with a good variety on offer.
As we were leaving to go out for the evening a large party of Irish rugby supporters arrived at the hotel and most of the children in the party seemed intent on playing rugby in the reception area and causing havoc with the lifts. They appeared to be totally lacking in any parental control and the hotel staff seemed to be wary of asking them to behave. We returned to the hotel at midnight and the children were still running riot.
On checkout I was charged again for the 2 evening meals, although this was rectified.

Late arrivalにもかかわらずスピーディにチェックイン出来、長時間の移動による疲れと初めて訪れる国に対する不安がすばやく解消された。又翌朝眺望の良い部屋への移動もスムーズだった。フロントスタッフの対応を評価する。レストランのスタッフも親切で丁寧。全体として好印象。空港に近いため飛行機の離陸時の騒音が部屋でも響く。騒音対策の改善点が必要だと思う。

À entrada, no lobby, cheira imenso a cano de esgoto, tanto de dia como de noite, podiam resolver o problema facilmente com ambientadores.
No check-in, disseram-me que só havia disponível um quarto em zona de fumadores com 2 camas separadas, quando eu pedi especificamente, no acto da reserva, um quarto com cama de casal, quando pedi para falar com um superior, o mesmo nao se encontrava, muito conveniente quando procuramos respostas ou fazer uma reclamação.
Funcionários do hotel sem formação, nao sabem dar respostas no terreno, nem resolver problemas. Muito fraco mesmo, nao recomendo a ninguém. Relação valor-qualidade = 1

Nice accommodations. Good location, both to get to airport and an easy walk to the Metro stop to get anywhere in Lisbon. Would have liked a free continental breakfast. One other service that would be nice is NOT to charge for the machine that weighs baggage. It would seem that that would be a nice little perk to staying there. Overall, no complaints and, if we return to Lisbon, would have no qualms about staying there again.

The Holiday Inn-Continental is an older hotel but the cleanness is immaculate, service is top-notch and location cannot be beat. There were taxis waiting right outside the front door anytime of day or night. I felt absolutely safe as a solo traveler. I checked in earlier than early check in time and my room was ready. La pulizia delle camere lascia molto a desiderare: polvere sotto i letti. Il terzo letto, che in realtà é una poltrona con un materassino da campeggio, é scomodissimo. In quest’ultima abbiamo trovato calzini e uno scontrino dei precedenti viaggiatori. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare dei bigliettini scrivendo che mancavano il sapone delle mani, poiché non veniva automaticamente rifornito. La nota peggiore é stata una mattina, quando alle 8,30 la donna delle pulizie é venuta a bussarci alla porta dicendo che doveva pulire. Per finire, dopo ben 5 notti che non ci cambiavano le lenzuola siamo dovuti andare alla reception per chiedere il cambio.

Don’t go here. Absolutely not worth your money. There are cheaper hotels that are much nicer in the area. Very very outdated. Buffet was horrible and you have to sit in the basement. Rooms are not isolated so I heard the slamming of doors until I fell asleep at 3AM. Called the reception 3 times before that to Please do something about it. Nothing happened. Not suitable for kids, Nothing to do in the hotel. It’s also not in the city centre But in a bankig district. Do. Not. Go. Here.

The hotel was nice, clean and safe. The front desk staff were amazing and so helpful. Nice restaurants around the hotel.However, it is a taxi ride away from the main tourist and shopping areas. It is to far to walk to the main tourist areas. The hotel was a nice place to stay and crash for the evening and then off again the next day.

Glöm det här hotellet om du vill sova i lugn och ro..Du kommer alltid höra dina grannarnas oväsen. Hissen låter så mycket så att om du inte väcks av grannarna så kommer du till 100% väckas antagligen av hissen eller av städerskan som börjar väldigt tidigt på morgonen ..annars tycker jag att det är bra för övrigt ..

Es un hotel con unas habitaciones muy antiguas, una de las lámparas de la habitación no encendía, el aire acondicionado fatal, en las noches era insufrible poder dormir por el calor. Llamé a recepción para notificar el problema y no me solucionaron me dijeron que no podían cambiarme de habitación y que el técnico iba al otro día pues me imagine por la hora, pero al siguiente día ni me llamaron ni fueron volvimos a dormir con el mismo calor, menos mal que solo había reservado 2 noches, mi intuición me decía que no debía confiarme. Pedí una cama supletoria y me pusieron un sofá cama de mala calidad.

Éramos um grupo de 13 pessoas, com 5 quartos, 2 quartos estavam em perfeito estado ja os outros 3, deixou a desejar. Um quarto tinha um cobertor todo amarrotado, sem higiene alguma, outro quarto tinha uma toalha usada dentro de uma gaveta, tinha sido pedido um quarto com cama de casal e e uma cama extra para uma criança, foi nos atribuido duas camas de solteiro e uma cama extra por fazer, por ultimo, não se justifica um quarto tresandar a tabaco, ainda para mais ficar uma criança naquele quarto. Na recepção, o empregado com sorriso irônico, claro que não podia fazer nada, supostamente tinha o hotel lotado e que não daria para atribuir outros quartos. A única solução foi dar nos apenas uns cartoes para falarmos da nossa experiência. Foi uma experiência horrível, não recomendo, para um hotel de 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar. Com certeza nenhum de nós lá voltará.

Cama extra sem condições de uso. No dia seguinte ao chekin informaram que iriam trocar e o fizeram por uma igual, com colchão um pouco menos estragado (é uma cama de campanha, que eu usava quando acampavam).
Isto não é compatível com o que diz o hotel nem com o preço cobrado e pago.
Pior, com paguei antecipadamente terei que aturar até o dia 30/08/2019

Grundsätzlich gutes Hotel. Sauber. Ruhiges Zimmer. Allerdings bei Check in und check out extrem lange Wartezeiten. Das ist nicht zeitgemäß. Kein express Check out möglich.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questa struttura, quindi non posso esprimere un giudizio completo.
Ad ogni modo mi sono trovato molto bene come c c'è da aspettarsi da una struttura IHG.
L'unico appunto che posso fare, ma è del tutto soggettivo, sono i materassi, a mio avviso troppo "molli".
Per il resto tutto ok

Positives: The room is spacious and well equipped. The lounge area is quite big.
Negatives: service is average, the check in didn't feel welcoming at all, they didn't take my credit card hence I had to immediately pay for everything I consume, the gym is old and falling apart (no weights in the gym), the breakfast is really not good (nothing seems to be freshly baked).
Location: it is close to the parque Campo station which is quite good although you will need to change a few stations to get to alfama region.

A única critica que gostaria de apontar é em relação aardvark cama, achei excessivamente macia ! Como estava acompanhada de minha mãe (84 anos), ela sentiu um incômodo maior em relação a essa condição, unifique posso pontuar! Chambre propre et climatisée mais la décoration pas très moderne. Laéroport se trouvant près de la localisation, il faut dormir les fenêtres fermées sinon on entend le bruit des avions jusquà minuit et au petit matin. Le lit dappoint pour le 3e adulte était trop petit et inconfortable alors que nous avions bien réservé la chambre pour 3 adultes. Chambre un peu petite pour 3 lits. Lhôtel est excentré mais près du métro. Personnel aimable et serviable.

Estuvimos en la "suite ejecutiva" mi pareja los dos nenes y yo, la comodidad extrema y con unas vistas increibles. Respecto a la atención, no ha sido del todo excelente pero en todo lo demás ha sido tan buena que merece una excelente. Volveríamos

Room was ok exactly as expected, but wifi was very poor, dropped out every 3-4 minutes and had to reconnect. Poor mobile signal to fallback to on the 13th floor as well.

Very good staff members, so helpful and very professional .
I like how they deal and gave us complementary water and fruits for the extra days.
Very nice stay.
But we didn't like that they didn't add coffee and water in everyday as any other hotels beside it's pricey compared to other 4 stars hotels.

The property location was 10 minutes from city center , nice area , close to metro / train, shops around the hotel , staff were very good eager to help with a smile , breakfast was worth it. Plus , I will stay back in this hotel if I return back to Lisbon

The room assigned did not have a working air conditioner and when I complained about it they sent the technician who said the ac is working fine. This was 11 PM at night. Next day when I went down to talk to the manager, I found out that there were other guests who were having the air conditioner issue. IHG just spoilt my vacation in Lisbon. We were sight seeing the entire day and when the guest could not sleep the whole night when ac is not working then it is not acceptable. Just FYI ... the hotel management later accepted that the hotel ac had issues and they are working to get it fixed

I was traveling for a vacation from US to Lisbon and the hotel did not meet expectations when compared to holiday inn’s in US. The 1st day we checked in, we could not sleep because of the air conditioner. I complained about it and they sent the technician to look into it and when he came he said it is working fine. Before leaving he said he will bump down the air conditioner temp for the floor by 2 degrees which also was of no use. I called the reception and asked if they could provide a cooler/Fan and I was surprised to hear the response. They said all the coolers /Fans were being used by other guests. This confirmed that there was something wrong with air conditioner and I said I would like to talk to the manager in the morning.In the morning I went to the reception where I met another guest from Sweden who were checking out and they were really unhappy. They had the same issue where AC unit was not working and also leaking water. At that time I was sure that there are other people in the hotel who are having the ac issues. After speaking to the manager he upgraded us to another room as I was ready to checkout of the hotel.
I still feel that IHG should not keep such hotels in its chain as people are going on vacation and trusting the IHG brand for its needs. What’s the point of staying at IHG when you can’t sleep properly and wasting your vacation time dealing with switching rooms and packing unpacking your luggage. Lastly I would also like to add that ac in the lobby was also not great.the hotel rooms look old and it definitely needs an upgrade.
I would urge IHG corporate to look into the hotel amenities and have it meet IHG standards as you cannot be treating your platinum members or any other guest with sleepless night. I think IHG should refund for my time waste on my vacation and for the 1st sleepless night.

Stay was fine, no real issues. €4.50 for a Pepsi and €4 for a KitKat from the mini bar is a bit ridiculous though, there's no justification for prices like that. Bought a can of Coke from a local shop for €0.8, literally a fifth of the price....

Beautiful hotel, welcoming check in, friendly cleaning staff, accommodating wait staff, not just to us but to all of their customers. Rooms were clean. Despite airplanes flying overhead I didn't ever hear them and the room was very quiet, heard very little inside noise and almost no outside noise. Beds were comfortable. Towels were amazing! Rooms were clean, wood in the bathroom on bottom of doors was starting to warp but nothing too bad. Pillows were a little too big and hard for me, but that's a personal preference. All around relaxing and welcoming experience.

la chambre est un régal et le lit immense
quelques défauts de vieillesse pour un 4 étoiles mais très correct .
Le réfectoire fait un peu cantine mais la nourriture est bonne et varié.
un 4 étoiles portugais ne veux pas dire 4 étoiles français!!!
le personnel est très agréable et en plus quadrilingue.
près du bus et métro , un bon point pour les visites.
