Excellent position just 5 mins from both the beach and the marina.
Comfortable rooms & very friendly staff especially in the dining room.
Stayed for a few days with a couple of friends on bed & breakfast which was buffet style.
Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

From booking, to check-in, to the staff, to the pool, to the food, to the bar - everything about this hotel is gorgeous! We were over for a wedding, and are so pleased we chose to stay here! We were greeted by Tatiana when checking-in, and could not have asked for a better experience! She is so kind and professional, and was so lovely to work with! In addition, we were welcomed with a choice of sparkling wine, or orange juice - does it get better than that?? We highly recommend staying here!

Lovely location, relaxing and can watch the world go by. Good choice of food and drinks. Ice cream is recommended. 4 stars given as one of the waiters was quite rude and abrupt in manner with customers, which spoilt the atmosphere. Such a shame!

Not sure where the boutique part is. They were renovating the pool area whilst we were there so that should be decent when finished. Seaview rooms probably not worth the extra.

Mais uma estadia neste Hotel q é sempre o nosso. Mais uma vez os parabéns a todas as pessoas q nos recebem. Desde a Recepção, bar, restaurante, a senhora q trata dos quartos. Amáveis, muito profissionais e sorrisos que nos convidam a voltar sempre. Um comentário especial ao Sr. António, a pessoa que, na praia, é responsável pela área q pertence ao Hotel. Um senhor. Mto atencioso e bem disposto é uma mais-valia e um belo cartão de visita.
Quanto às obras levadas a cabo este ano houve visíveis melhorias. Janelas, duche, colchões, máquina de café.
E apesar de compreender a mudança do chão (mais prático, mais asseado, mais saudável) sinto uma imensa nostalgia pela tijoleira q forrava de classe e frescura de mar o chão deste hotel. Uma sensualidade que se foi ...
Por último, parabéns também pelos ótimos jantares q aqui temos tido. Mto variados, boa escolha e uma esmerada apresentação da comida, feita até com arte.

1/ Hotel vieillissant et très décevant : piscine agréable mais ridiculement petite vu la taille de l'établissement, salle a manger elle-aussi ridicule (attendez-vous à faire environ 20 minutes de queue pour le petit-déjeuner qui est d'ailleurs tres médiocre d'un point de vue qualitatif);2/ Tout est payant, y compris le coffre de la chambre (je n'avais encore jamais vu un truc pareil!).3/ Les lits jumeaux sont minuscules et étroits.4/ Aucune ventilation dans la salle de bain (bonjour la buée et l'humidité après une douche et c'est evidemment pire si vous etes deux à la prendre a la suite!).5/ Terrasse petite et encombrée par du mobilier de jardin (plastique) encombrant et inadapté;6/ propreté de la chambre nettement négligée à l'arrivée puis durant tous le séjour (malgré des signalements répétés!!). Ne soyez pas surpris de trouver les vitres couvertes de traces de doigt (y compris ceux des précédents occupants) ou du sable par terre... inutile de le signaler! Ils n'en ont strictement rien à faire!7/ Personnel pas toujours aimable;8/ Hotel situé en deuxième ligne du front de mer et dont la vue est partiellement gâchée par les arbres de la rue et les hotels du front de mer.

Os quartos foram parcialmente renovados. As banheiras foram substituídas por cabines de duche com base escorregadia. Falta uma pega na cabine de duche para o hóspede se agarrar, evitando queda.
O café servido no hotel piorou. No ano passado havia máquinas Delta com café expresso de muito boa qualidade. Este ano, essas máquinas foram substituídas por outras Nespresso, onde só existe café forte ou descafeínado, de inferior qualidade.
O parque de estacionamento é muitíssimo insuficiente. A alternativa é pagar parqueamento na rua, ou deixar o carro num parque público onde já me partiram peças durante a noite, por diversas vezes.

An unexpected stay here due to flight cancellation. Generally nice hotel with very helpful staff at reception and breakfast. Breakfast itself had good variety although quality was just ok. Also we had ants in our bathroom.

Tbh this place is absolutely terrible. I cannot see how anyone can enjoy this hotel, firstly there is kids running around everywhere screaming which ruins your enjoyment. Secondly the showers are terrible, every time you take a shower water seeps through the wall causing water to go everywhere, this caused me to bin my top that was lying on the floor. Thirdly the food in this hotel is terrible with there being only 4 heated foods and the rest cold leaving me disgusted. If you are planning to go here DO NOT go here, instead go to the com Pedro 5 minutes away which has great food and breakfasts aswell as working showers.

A really wonderful hotel. Our suite was perfect, staff were very helpful and accomodating. Food/ breakfast was fine plus if you are full board there are several other quality restaurants in the resort where you may take your inclusive evening meal. The whole feel is very laid back a very good place to chill by the pool and recharge. Can't wait to return.

We visited over 4.5years ago, and was extremely pleased with the atmosphere of this hotel, it is clean, staff were very helpful and welcoming. The amenities were excellent and breakfast enjoyable. All round well worth the visit. Would definitely stay there again.

Se vc gosta de golf, também é uma excelente pedida.
Tem estacionamento pequeno, mas ao lado tem uma praça pública onde se pode deixar o carro sem problemas.
Recomendo a estadia.

Fantastic hotel, staff service and cleanliness of rooms.The complementary shuttle service to all Dom Pedro golf courses was superb, making our golf holiday even better. Highly recommend this hotel, will be back!

This hotel has wonderful and happy staff that go that extra mile to make your stay perfect. They even assisted me to pay a parking fine online. The restaurant is excellent and the host at breakfast each morning greets you with a welcoming smile. We have previously stayed at The Lake and Crown Plaza in Vilamoura but now there is only one hotel for us the Dom Pedro Marina. Thanks for making this holiday very special.

Welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch even if the reception was a tad abrupt. Hotel is nice. Cleaners came every day. Furniture in room is a bit dated, faded wicker and the bathroom inside door has seen better days. Fridge wasn’t cold but air conditioning worked well. We were there for a wedding across the road in the Tivoli so only spent 1 day at the pool. It is essentially a hotel for golfers who will drink and swear around the pool from first thing. We spent the rest of our free time at the beach to avoid this. Location good for the marina. Overall it was a pleasant few days at the hotel.

The reception desk was fantastic, assisting with everything from golf transport to booking restaurants for dinner. Pool area was a little crowded but still very pleasant with a really nice space adjacent for breakfast and pre-dinner drinks. The bar staff were also extremely good and looked after us really well, even reminding us to order more before “happy hour” finished! Rooms were good size and comfortable.

Lovely hotel with excellent attentive staff.Lovely welcome drink on arrival .. nice touch.Bed super comfy and few nice little extras in room. Perfect location for shops, bars,restaurants and marina.Handy bus stop just opposite hotel for local service to Albufeira and Faro.Couple of minor things to mention.Overall great stay but would’ve liked some gentle poolside music and on a few days there was lengthy queue at breakfast time but lovely choice of food and staff quick to clean and reset tables.I would def return to this hotel. Thanks for lovely stay

We stayed here for 2 weeks and the service we received was not what we expected at all.
Firstly, finding out any information about the gym was a nightmare: the website does not state anywhere that there is a fee of €4 per person per visit to use the gym. We had to ask four different people before we even got told where the gym was and when it was open. We were not told at any point about the fee until we were stood outside the gym itself, being refused entry. Abysmal service for what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.
Secondly, the rooms. Whilst clean and well cared for, they did not meet the standard you would expect from a 4 star hotel. They were quite bare, with little decoration or personality. The air conditioning unit was also of poor quality, leading to some sweaty nights sleep, despite the lowest temperature being selected. Furthermore, we were charged for the water which was left out when we first arrived (in most hotels in Vilamoura this is complimentary).
To top it all off, nothing at breakfast is labelled making it a nightmare for anyone who has allergies or intolerances.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here. I really wanted to like this hotel - the decor of the main hotel as you enter and the pool are beautiful. It is just a shame that the rooms and service do not match up to this standard.
EDIT: In reply to the owner's comment, I am talking about the gym in your sister hotel that we were informed that guests from both hotels had access to. I am definitely on the right page.

Hôtel bien situé, à 5 min à pied de la plage, petite piscine pour l'Hôtel, peu de places de parc devant l'Hôtel, mais l'Hôtel fourni une carte pour le parking du casino contre une caution de 20euros qui sont restitués à la fin du séjour, situé à 5 min à pied de l'Hôtel, petit-déjeuner buffet bien garni, la boiserie des portes et meubles des chambres à revoir, sinon literie confortable, petit désavantage, la location du coffre-fort dans la chambre à 2,50 euros par nuit et caution de 10euros... sinon rien à redire, personnel et accueil agréable.

très bel hotel avec des prestations de qualité, un accueil chaleureux, un spa excellent qui donne sur la piscine. Et pour finir un pot daccueil en bord de piscine :; par contre il nous lont proposé mais il a fallu le réclamer car ils lavaient oublié). Seul bémol serait le parking un peu juste, malgré tout nous avons toujours trouvé une place car début juin. Jimagine quen été ce doit être complet. les places autour sont payantes et controlées (attention donc, à moins de séloigner et marcher un peu). Excellent petit déjeuner pour ceux qui laime copieux, ils seront servis.

Music blasting from the roof of this hotel ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! After complaining to the hotel at 5.30 in the morning it still continued. Very disappointing as this was not what we wanted. I do not recommend this hotel if you are in need of relaxing break, feel sorry for the guest staying here with their children.

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. It is more like an adequate 3 star. The whole place needs updating decor wise. The dinner menu is boring and repetitive. We went half Board but ended up eating out a few times in our week stay

Das Hotel ist zentral an der Marina und in der Nähe des Strands (2min Fussweg) gelegen. Zimmer nach hinten sind - aufgrund der Lüftungsanlage für die Klimaanlage - recht laut. Die Zimmer haben getrennte Wohn- und Schlafbereiche mit ausreichend Schränken. Der Fussboden besteht durchgehend aus kalten Fliesen. Leider waren die Zimmer auch recht schlecht beleuchtet - z.B. zum Lesen.
Das Personal war freundlich und versteht gut Englisch. Services wie Safe, WLAN, etc. kosten leider Geld.

I've put most comments into the pros and cons section already. Very stylish interior, moorish ceilings and subdued but lively lighting. The classiest Hotel in this area, and great for the price. Management said some upgrading of plumbing vents is on the maintanence list this Fall.
