I can’t thankyou enough been staying in the old village for over 14 yrs . We had never thought of staying here after our 7 day visit . Everything was excellent from start to finish . Beech towels are just over 1 Euro each and for your full stay . Bath robes in your room . Our room was cleaned everyday . Bed linen changed twice in the wk . Spare towels in the wardrobe . You don’t have to pay electric unless you have a time share . There is a park aswel with sun canopy’s over which is brill in hot weather and a lock on the gate so you can sit and relax . The night before we came home we got an invite on our door for a free drink and face paint free for the kids and free drink and ice cream . Washer and dryer in the room aswel with no charge . Things get charged to your bank card if you order from the pool bar restaurant etc . I paid cash on everything I found that better so no bill at the end of my hol . Heated pool inside and jacuzzi. Outside middle pool heated .faultless that’s all I can say STAFF ARE BRILL ❤️

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location, right next to the Old Village, which is stunning. The hotel and the apartments have everything you need for a relaxing holiday, the food and drinks are good and the facilities are great. The heated outdoor and indoor pools are essential when visiting Portugal out of summer, and if you like swimming. We couldn’t reasonably fault our holiday, it was fantastic and we would definitely return. Thank you Four Seasons.

This hotel was chosen by our insurance company, which included breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly and all spoke good English. Accommodation was a one bedroom apartment, which had all you would need for your stay. However, it needed updating as work surface was cracked and surround in bathroom cracked. That aside a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful.

Great experience, staff are what make this place excellent, always happy and efficient. Can't wait to return. Apartments are good and immaculately clean, just a little tired in places. The swimming pools both indoor and outdoor are brilliant.

Gut erhaltene Anlage. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer bezw. Appartement gut ausgestattet. Reinigung klappt sehr gut. Essen im Restaurant = Service etwas langsam aber sehr nett. Ist ja Urlaub, also easy. Qualität der Speisen frisch und gut zubereitet. Ganze Anlage Behinderten gerecht. Sauna, Whirlpool und Fitneesraum vorhanden. 1Stern Abzug durch Geräusch-Kulisse Abend und teilweise spät Nachts, sowie Palmendekoration mit Beleuchtungsketten die so grell leuchten das man Augenschmerzen bekommt. Absolut fehl am Platz.

Wonderful hotel. The apartments were complitly completely furnished. Include any type of facilities and amenities. Very nice and helpful staff. Pool, parking, spa,... . In a beautiful and calm place. Wonderful view. Breakfast was very good. Its little far from the beach but if you have car or bike you will not have any problem. The check out is early (10 am)in compares with other hotels and check is late(5 pm). Which makes little confusion. My suggestion is to change check in and out time to be much appropriate. Any way I loved to stay in this hotel and was good value for the money.

Great resort and apartment. Very good service all over. Large apartment with full equipment and good beddings. Superb daily cleaning. Warmly recommendable.

The staff were warm and welcoming. The accommodation was super except for 2 issues. 1. The bed was very firm inspite of the memory foam topper and 2. We were woken but noisy machinery, golf lawn mowers etc. at 7am every morning. The views were lovely though as we were located on the periphery of the grounds. Very clean and good facilities. We asked for the umbrella offered in the hotel information guide at reception but they weren't aware of this service but did offer to lend us a member of staffs umbrella. We were given a towel to use at the outside and indoor pools but weren't told there was a 110c charge to replace this when it needed laundering until we come to do this. I was glad we had hired a car as this made getting to the marina and other larger stores easier as this hotel is just a bit of a long walk, maybe 35 mins. From the centre. Breakfast was good, providing a waiter service and the offer of made to order omelets at no extra charge and I was glad we'd chosen the bed and breakfast option. November is a very quiet time in Villamoura and some restaurants and business are closed but the hotel does have good indoor facilities like pool, gym etc and provide activities and theme dining nights so is a good option.

Located in a nice area above Vilamoura. About a 15 minute walk to the marina area downhill. Plenty of cheap ubers to get you back. Excellent in room facilities and very clean. Nice pools and well kept grounds with very helpful attentive staff. Great breakfast choice and meal options. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel and staff. Food in the hotel a bit pricy for what it is. Pool areas great, jacuzzi would be better a bit warmer. Rooms spacious and was given a free upgrade.

overall the whole experience was excellent, we loved our time here and would come again in a heartbeat. It took us a day of 2 to figure out where the playground and kids club was located; we didnt get a map of the property grounds on arrival which was strange - had to ask after a few days of exploring but not stumbling across it as we thought would happen. We also got some misleading information on arrival - they gave us an envelop with a list of charges; we pondered all week whether we were going to have to pay extra for things we thought were included; we didnt in the end, however I am still baffled as to what it was all about. Great location for young families, though evening entertainment was very limited, nothing specific in terms of music or shows; it was more themed dinners. Could do with something to entertain the family even every 2nd night that included children, I think this may have happened 1 out of 9 nights only.

The reception staff were really helpful even before we had arrived - they arranged transport for us from Faro. Check in was easy and quick and although we arrived before our room was ready we were able to have lunch in the restaurant. Our room was amazing - really spacious and clean. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and balconies with tables and chairs and sunloungers on. The pool area was excellent. It was clean and there were 4 pools of different depths so ideal for children. The hotel offered a selection of inflatables for the children to borrow which they really enjoyed. There is a tourist train into town although we didn’t use it. But it stops outside the hotel. A taxi is less than €5. We ate in the restaurant once and the food was tasty and good value. Ana on reception was especially helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely return!

We had a fantastic 5 night stay at the Four Seasons Vilamoura.Everything was amazing. We had a huge 2 bed apartment. Loads of sun beds and pools fantastic for children.Excellent breakfast and dinner served as well.Couldn’t fault the place at all.

Could only stay a few days, but it was excellent. Great staff, great service, restaurant served good food at a fair price and the locale is beautiful. Hope to visit again for a longer time

Great place to stay, pleasant walking distance to the marina. Always beds round the pool and great food. Even gave us free desert when we were trying to figure a route home after our flight got cancelled.

Fantástico empreendimento, atendimento fabuloso e condições ímpares!!

Visited as a family of four with two young children. The hotel itself was almost perfect for our needs with all the space and facilities we wanted. The location was slightly further outside of Vilamoura town than we realised and with two kids under 2 we needed to hire a car. Older kids could probably manage the 10-15 minute walk to the marina. Although there is a "complimentary shuttle" advertised, it isn't complementary. It's a train, occasionally a pair of trains, that tour every hotel in the vicinity and chare 2.50 EUR per adult, 2 per child, for a return trip. The problem is the hotel is at the start of the pickup loop so it takes 30-40 mins (on appalling roads, so not comfortable) to get into town. The flip side is the return journey only takes 10 mins because FSV is basically the first stop. The food in the in-house restaurant was surprisingly good, although the burgers were poor. Stick to pasta and steak and you'll be fine. Things to note - Highchairs and cots were advertised to us as being available but not flagged as having a charge - it was only when we arrived with no alternatives that we were told they were extra. For a two week trip, two cots and two highchairs cost us 200 EUR - absolutely extortionate. My recommendation is to hire a car and pop to the nearby IKEA, it's considerably cheaper to buy high chairs/cots from IKEA and simply leave them when you go home than it is to hire the old/not great quality ones from the hotel. Travelling in late may, the pools are very cold, even the indoor pool. Probably not a problem for older kids but we were disappointed the indoor pool was basically the same as the outdoor pool and far far too cold for young kids. YMMV but we were surprised (and disappointed) that the entire hotel and neighbourhood was custom built-for and overrun-with British tourists, with all the cliches of Brits abroad you might expect, and might hate. You may not care but we want to see something of the place we are visiting and don't want to live in a bubble. Surrounded on three sides by a golf course. That said, as a base to explore the region it was really good. The room service was good, the staff extremely good (and they genuinely seem to love kids). Vilamoura itself has literally nothing except restaurants and golf courses so be sure to hire a car - the car hire company recommended by the hotel was excellent too, Visacar, and were considerably cheaper than the big name alternatives. For example, a 12 day Nissan Micra-size hire with two baby seats cost £150 for the car and £170 for the seats (that's right, the seats cost more to hire than the car). Same story for other big name hire places. Visacar was much better and hiring a car literally saved our holiday - all the good stuff for kids is outside of Vilamoura.

Been visiting this resort since it was first built and throughout our visits have never been disappointed in the accommodation, the staff, facilities, food and overall ambience of the resort. They have kept abreast of the times in the updating and upgrading of the apartments and shared locations.

Premier expérience en Algarve et vraiment pas déçu. Nous sommes partis en février, en dehors de période scolaire. Donc hôtel au calme et bien entretenu, personnel au petit soin, déjeuner très copieux, infrastructures propres et très bien entretenu. L’eau est un peu froide à cette période mais le jacuzzi et la piscine intérieur dont leur office. Je recommande vivement cette hôtel. Possibilité de louer une voiture à Vilamoura. Pour nous euro par était parfait. 3 jours 50 euro. Ça permet de visiter l’agarve qui est une région magnifique.N’hesitez Pas .

Its an apart-hotel with great views. Looks really good on the outside. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Didnt like the elevator and the room, even tho its big, smelled like it wasnt cleaned in a long time. The AC didnt heat up the bedrooms. All furniture and curtains were old, used and outdated. On the plus side the floor in the bathroom was heated and the bed was confortable.

Plutôt des appartements car ils sont bien équipés : cuisine meublée etc... On peut louer sur des longues périodes. Nous sommes satisfaits du séjour, un peu loin du centre ville. Il faut impérativement avoir une voiture. Attention aussi à bien lire des conditions de ventes ! Par exemple : faut-il payer en supplément lélectricité, changement des draps etc...Car nous avons reçu dès notre arrivée une fiche des tarifs des services. Finalement, notre séjour est tout compris aux prestations.

Great resort and holiday destination. Has a bit of a 90s feel for those looking for nostalgia. Only downside is that you have to pay extra to get WiFi in the room. It is free to use in the lounge though. Staff are kind, friendly and helpful. And being black, it felt like they genuinely cared and were happy to help; a feeling that one does not always get. Nice kids play area. Next to golf course. Near town and cute little train to get you there. Uber is available and cheap. Around €3 to €4 to get to town by Uber.

This is a lovely hotel the staff on reception are very helpful we had a couple of minor problems which were sorted out very quickly with a smile. The pool area is very clean with plenty of loungers.

Stayed in the 2 bed apartment which was really beautiful. Perfect for a family or two couples with a small child each as the rooms are massive and could easily accommodate a cot in each room. Staff were so friendly and nice to me and my kid. Location is top notch and pools and surrounds are lovely.

Couldn't find any faults ! Buts was I looking? I was on holiday and it was everything you want on this type of holiday . The staff brilliant. The resort clean, to the point of manicured. The food & drink great. Wonderful weather. We shared an apartment with good friends and we didn't fight. Almost, but not quite, wanted someone to insult me to burst the bubble. Only kidding.

I believe good people can make a great business the staff here at the four seasons are brilliant ,accommodating and will always take time to be conscientious and helpful . The resort has very well kept facilities and the bar serves a great range of snacks ,main meals and drinks . I will definitely visit again ! 5*****

Överlag trevlig och serviceminded personal. Rent och snyggt, fina rum och bra med aktivitetsmöjligheter, vilket betyder att man kan ha en aktiv semester även under lågsäsong. Restaurangen är bra men lite dyr.

No se trata de un hotel de la famosa cadena Four Seasons, es simplemente un complejo de apartamentos que en su día se concibieron como Multipropiedad, es correcto pero excesivamente caro, el 95%de los huespedes son de UK. No lo recomiendo ya que no es un hotel como yo esperaba. Bastante viejo (no dudo que en su momento fuese una referencia).

Pas évident à trouver la première fois sans un GPS, à larrivée tout est ok ! Chambre spacieuse avec une jolie vue, bien équipée. Trois piscines trés agréables, même si leau reste un peu fraîche malgré les 30 degrés à lextérieur. Evidemment comme quasiment partout vous nechapperez pas aux boulets qui viennent squatter les transats en déposant leur serviettes et leur magazine people dès 7h du matin, mais là cest un problème déducation plus que dhotêllerie. Bonnes adresses de restaurants à Quarteira (5 min en voiture), à ne pas manquer restaurant a sanghria cuisine traditionnelle

The heated pool was really cold. Parking was tight and inconvenient and insufficient. The rooms were spacious and repairs were handled quickly.

Bei der Ankunft fanden wir einen Schranken vor, dann wurden wir in die Tiefgarage geschickt. Von dort mussten wir in die Rezeption, dann ins Zimmer. Der Zugang war nicht barrierefrei und es wurde keine Hilfe angeboten.Im Begleitbrief wird man auf viele Regeln hingewiesen, die man zu beachten hat, der Umweltschutz wird besonders erwähnt. Man wird aufgefordert, die teure Ausstattung zu schonen und Energie zu sparen (zum Beispiel die Heizung).Der Kamin in der Bar wird als Aufenthaltsraum in der kalten Jahreszeit empfohlen. WIFI ist nur in der Lobby (2 Sitzmöglichkeiten!) und in der Bar (Kosumpflicht?)gratis.Die Eincheckzeit 17 Uhr und die Auscheckzeit 10 Uhr entsprechen nicht dem internationalen Standard. Es war uns nicht möglich, erst um 11 Uhr auszuchecken (nach der 2. Vorsprache wurden wir noch auf einen dritten Termin verwiesen, obwohl unsere Anfrage schriftlich verzeichnet war). Das Essen und das Frühstück werden keineswegs gehobenen Ansprüchen gerecht, ein Gedeck im Restaurant kostet 4 Euro. Den Begrüßungscocktail kann man nur an einem gewissen Tag (Zeitfenster eine Stunde) einnehmen. Personal an der Rezeption schnippisch und unhöflich. Personal im Restaurant äußerst zuvorkommen, höflich und liebenswert.Obwohl der unhöfliche Brief über die Verbote und Regeln an mich namentlich adressiert war, behauptete die Rezeption, dass der eine Teil des Briefes nicht für Hotelgäste bestimmt ist.

We stayed here for one night after checking out of our Four Seasons timeshare in Almancil because our flight was one day later than our checkout day. Beautiful hotel - really nice pool area, unit was very clean and larger than expected and we really enjoyed eating out on the balcony with lots of pretty birds coming to visit. Wish we could have stayed a whole week!

Wir waren mit 4 Männern in diesem tollen Hotel. Das Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern war sehr gut ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein Wc mit Dusche oder Badewanne. Die Küche hatte 2 Kühlschränke und sogar eine Spülmaschine. Es war alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Tolle Poolanlage, aber im März noch zu kalt. Ein kleiner Indoor Pool wurde auf 28 Grad beheizt. Frühstück sehr gut, nettes Personal. Der Hafen mit mehreren Restaurants ist in 15 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die direkte Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt, tolle Villengegend. Nettes Personal. Alles gut, wir kommen wieder.

We had a really lovely time at Four Seasons Vilamoura. Service was excellent, staff very friendly and attentive! They especially looked after our Mum on her birthday, which was great & very much appreciated. Hotel was pretty quiet....but that was to be expected in January. Great facilities....nice pool, jacuzzi & sauna. Food very good at breakfast & dinner, reasonable bar prices too. We had a 2 Bedroom Apartment , interconnecting with a Studio, which was perfect for the 6 of us. Highly recommend the 2-Bed Apartments, very spacious with all the amenities you could think of. Furnishings slightly dated, but nothing major. A nice 20 minute walk to the marina & easy to get a taxi back, only 5Euros. There is a small supermarket and also a few restaurants/bars nearby (they were all closed, but imagine would be great in high season). Will definitely be back!

wir haben ein sehr schönes appartment-hotel vorgefunden.der service sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.die aussenanlagen, schwimmbad, whirl-pöol sehr gepflegt und ansprechend..wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen.

empfehlenswert und ruhig gelegen, wenn man nicht unbeding an der Marina oder Strand im Trubel sein möchte.

Nice hotel really good staff nothing was too much trouble. Location not great if you enjoying walking about 1.5 k to center.Apartment very clean everything you might need, we stayed in a studio, not great balcony very small, only really room for one, go for the one bedroom if you can.

Spotlessly clean, good location (20 minute stroll to the marina), first class staff, very good breakfast and superb facilities. Huge 2 bed apartment. Looking forward to my next trip. Highly recommended.

Wir (Familie mit Baby) hatten ein Appartment mit 2 Schalfzimmer gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden - Komfort, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Ein Babybett wurde uns für einen geringen Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr praktisch war, dass man ganztägig bis 22 Uhr abends im Restaurant Essen zum Mitnehmen (Take away service) bestellen konnte - das Essen war hervorragend - auf Nachfrage wurde auch frischer Fisch angeboten.Einziger Mängel - die Zimmer waren sehr kalt in den ersten beiden Tagen (Reisezeit Februar)- anscheinend wurden sie vorher nicht beheizt - die Heizung läuft über die Klimaanlage und war sehr laut. Die Badezimmer waren gar nicht beheizbar.

Booked this hotel only a few weeks before travelling, there were only a few rooms left. The location was excellent situated in between a golf course and within easy reach of a local supermarket and restaurants. It is a 15 minute walk into the harbour of Vilamoura. The themed evening meal nights are good value and the food is excellent. There are are three outdoor pools set in a lovely design. There was never a problem getting a bed for myslelf or my familypoolside. Studio room we had was spacious with a fridge,washing machine, dishwasher and cooker.All staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.

passamos uns dias muito agradáveis, com a hipótese de alternar entre as piscinas exteriores e a interior, tendo esta uma temperatura ideal para os mais friorentos. menos positivo a ementa do restaurante e o facto do bar da piscina tem um menu pouco apetecível e preço elevado.
