Worst shuttle service EVER!! Unfriendly staff, wrong informations about driving time and stops given by the staff, very long wait, very long travel time ... never again!

Awful service, waited over and hour at the airport for the shuttle bus, then was told it'd take 2 hours to get where I was going when it was supposed to take 45 mins. Get a taxi instead .

Excellent service usually & good value for money. But occasionally service & punctuality & reliability is appalling, and certainly not what tired international travellers expect or deserve!!

I used the service over 10 times by now, is the cheapest from all and never had any troubles with it, I think is fair to say, sometimes aircrafts get late and so they can get a bit late too, but hey the world doesn't spin around us and so far they have been good to me, so I am happy with it rating 5 stars!

Decent wait and driving time, both the drivers were friendly. 1 star as the quality of driving from both drivers was appalling. Was very close to crashing on multiple occasions, would not use again.

Wurde nie abgeholt, trotz hinterlassenen Kontaktdaten versuchte niemand mich zu erreichen und auch auf meine Anrufe (11 innerhalb von 2 Stunden) meldete sich niemand!! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

The worst shuttle company EVER. Two days before my flight they communicate me there is no place for me for the TRANSFER I'VE PAID. I had to struggle to find a way-out of this disconforming situation. They dont even care about the customer satisfaction and the service is totally unprofessional. They did not give me a response when I was at his airport office nor give me the money back that i've paid!! '' send an email or call to this number'' they said!! I'm waiting fot the refund of the money that's being a long email reminder story. The refund is going to be 75% of my money, so I paid for nothing, I call it scam.

Half hour late collecting my daughter. Dropped her off on her own with all her luggage 1.7km away from her hostel pointing down the road saying loads of hostels down there. Disgusting to leave a young woman on her own in the dark in a strange country. Not a good start for branching out in her own. Lucky she got there safe on her own steam would have out zero stars i would have.

5hours from Faro airport to Lagos which is usually a 55min journey by taxi,it was the worst ever .I know it's cheap but journey time on a bus is too long. The drivers are very helpful and pleasant

We arrived at Faro airport at approx 915am and went to the desk to check in At 1120 we finally left the airport eith a 1hr 40mins to hour destination in southern Spain with only another drop other than ours The your guy was on his mobile phone for the whole trip ok he had ear plugs in but still not concentrated on the driving with poeple in his care On the way back we were picked up at the hotel 30mins late 7am instead of 630am Only 2 in the bus until Portugal on route the driver the same guy as before started to drive eratick Ie slow then fast over the white line in the centre of the road I was in a position to see tje young man falling asleep at the wheel while driving at 120kph On a major road I shouted to him saying are you sleeping amigo it startled him and he said no but i know he was this made my wife and i both very doubtful about the driving ability of this guy and felt very uneasy while he was driving When we got to the airport i spoke to him he said he had been up since 4am and only had 4hrs sleep He drove for 14hrs the day before and he was driving until 6pm that night another 14hrs I dont think he should be in charge of a mini bus full of poeple Its also your responsibility as the travel agent to make sure your drivers are fit enough to drive after such long hours That young guy injure someone or even kill if he falls asleep at the wheel Very concerned passengers Leslie Albert Chadderton

Absolutely atrocious customer service with a rude, uncaring "helpdesk". Cancelled a booking made 5 days previously. Chose not to call me or answer my emails. Left me stranded at airport.

Terrivel. Paguei on-line uma vez por 2 pessoas de volta ao aeroporto de Faro para o aeroporto de Faro. Ele apareceu como 'não pago' no formulário on-line por e-mail, então eu liguei e paguei uma segunda vez por telefone. A pessoa me garantiu que não receberia duas cobranças no cartão de crédito. Quando pegamos a transferência, o motorista disse que estava esperando 4 pessoas e não 2. Mais uma vez, perguntamos se seríamos cobrados duas vezes e o motorista disse que não. Não pensamos mais nisso e aproveitamos nossas férias. Um mês depois, quando devo pagar meu cartão de crédito, isso mostra que, de fato, paguei 120 euros e não 60 euros pela viagem de volta. Depois de enviar um e-mail várias vezes, o Faro Shuttle Bus recusou um reembolso. Ofereci-me para pegar um vale no mesmo valor e usá-lo na próxima viagem. Eles também recusaram esse compromisso. Não tenho certeza de como eles se dão bem com sobrecarregar as pessoas dessa maneira. A razão deles era que eu não o mencionei dentro de seus prazos! Se dois funcionários diferentes lhe disserem verbalmente duas vezes que você não será cobrado duas vezes, espera que não precise investigar isso e verificar. Isso é basicamente roubo. Não voltarei a usar o serviço deles e não recomendarei esta empresa aos meus visitantes. Terrible. I paid online once for 2 people from Lagos to Faro airport return. It appeared as 'not paid' on the email online form so I rang and paid a second time over the phone. The person assured me I would not be be charged twice on my credit card. When we took the transfer the driver said he was expecting 4 people not 2. We again asked will we be charged twice and the driver said no. We thought no more of it and enjoyed our holiday. 1 month later when I am due to pay my credit card it shows that I have in fact paid 120 euros not 60 euros for the return journey. After emailing a number of times Faro Shuttle Bus refused a refund. I offered to take a voucher for the same amount and use it on the next trip. They also refused this compromise. I am not sure how they get away with over-charging people in this way. Their reason was I didn't mention it within their time-frames! If you are told verbally twice by 2 different employees that you will not be charged twice then you hope that you don't need to chase this up and check. This is basically stealing. I will not be using their service again and will not recommend this company to my visitors.

Do not use this company. They may pick you up from the airport but they probably won't take you back to the airport. The pick up time was changed from 4.55 am firstly to 5.00am. a couple of days before the pick up by email and text. Only about 10 hours later they sent another email saying the time had been changed to 0330 am but they did not send a text at this time. A text was sent instead the next day less than 15 hours before the pick up time. Nowhere in their communications to me does it say that they will send a confirmation of the pick up time by text or email or when the latest change to this time can be made. When I phoned their emergency number, they informed me that the shuttle bus had arrived at my hotel at 0300 am 30 minutes before the pick up time that they sent me by text and email. Apparently, where I was staying at Lagos this is the further resort away from the airport but still only 45 minutes away by taxi. My plane was due to leave Faro airport at 9am so the bus should have been scheduled to arrive at 7 am. Hence, 5am was a reasonable time for the pick up with other customers to pick up along the way. I have sent them 3 emails to complain and ask for them to refund my 100 euros taxi fare and they have not replied. In the last 2 emails I have requested the complaints book which they are obliged to send you by law and they have still refused to reply. Obviously, they did not send a bus to my hotel and never had any intention of doing so. They received other bookings not so far away as Lagos and it just wasn't convenient for them any more and they believe they can get away with it because you're Englush and not Portuguese. This company is completely unreliable and do not care about their customers or leaving you stranded struggling to find a taxi at late notice to take you to the airport.

Terrable service. I was told to call the number on my booking for a refund when I rang they said I had to email, then after emailing 5 times I was told I could only get 50% back. I'd give them zero stars if I could but it will only allow a minimum of 1 stars.

The driver was horribly rude. We just asked him one question about the arrival time to the airport. He responded that when we arrive we arrive... He was talking loudly and screaming on the phone for about an hour (at 3 a.m!). But that was just the beginning...He was driving very dangerously, overspeed the limits twicely. He took the curves of the road very hard, breaking and accelerating without any reason. We felt sick all the way- we were treated like the bag full of potatoes. Finally, there is an advertisement in the bus about giving the tips, that it is not included in the price. For me it is just pure insolence! We suggest you not to use this company.

Autobus miał jechać ok. 1h, jechał 3,5h rozwożąc pasażerów po hotelach, niekoniecznie po drodze. Nie polecam.

Tuve miedo por todas las reseñas negativas, pense que se retardarian Horas. Fue todo absolutamente perfecto. Un tiempo de espera normal, contando con los precios que se pagan. A mi personalmente me fue muy bien, y lo recomiendo. Si vas con prisas no es lo mejor….hay que contar que se paga un precio muy bajo y que ellos trabajan lo mejor que pueden para minimizar el tiempo de espera.

Booked a private transfer for our family. They only give you an hour from the flight landing to clear security and locate their hidden desk that is not named properly. We didn't quite make the time. We were declared a"no show" despite having phoned them 11 times to no answer. When we asked how we should now get to our apartment, the lady stated " I don't care" . it got heated and when we took a photo for the complaints process she called the police. They arrived and were very understanding, they helped comfort the now upset children, explained that this company often let's people down and helped us arrange a taxi. As it stands we have been told they will not refund the £120, we are also out of pocket £200 for alternative transfers.

Comodo il servizio diretto tra aereoporto e hotel, ma viaggio infinito (non si sa bene perché non prendano l'autostrada) e autisti non bravi all guida. Difficile trovare il desk, che ha un'insegna minuscola sotto a quella ben più visibile di Escudo Tours. Ridicolo dover chiamare il giorno prima della partenza per sapere l'orario di pick-up, basterebbe calcolarlo in base al volo come all'arrivo. Tutto sommato però un pensiero in meno rispetto a dover prendere i mezzi pubblici. Prezzo Altino, si appoggiano a TerraVision.

Voucher says to call 48 hours ahead to arrange pickup time. So I called and was quickly told to call again a day before the journey. One day before the trip from Lagos to Faro the unfriendly lady on the phone asks why we didn’t call ahead of time and states that the only shuttle left leaves at 6:45am. Great job, amateurs.

Waited over an hour at airport. Waited 15 minutes again in the shuttle before leaving. Then what was advertised as a 45-60 minute trip has been nearly 2.5 hours since they don't disclose that they make a number of stops way out of the way along the way. If they were honest with customers expectations it wouldn't be so bad. Positives are that the driver was very friendly and drove well. Shuttle bus is also large and well air conditioned and clean.

Dreadful experience Shuttle arrived 30 minutes before expected which had a knock on effect for the rest of the pickup’s Drove around Portimao twice waiting for clients as we were too early We continued our journey taking in many of the “sights” arriving at Faro airport 3 hours and 10 minutes after original pick up Dehydrated and totally fed up The option of speedy shuttle appears to have disappeared In future I will pay whatever for a private transfer

Horrific experience. Charged me then said my payment hadn't gone through despite me sending them confirmation from my bank that it had, making me spend €70 extra on last minute travel to and from the airport. They will not refund me the €40 I spent. Awful response time and inconsiderate towards its customers. I would highly recommend not using this company.

Waited for our shuttle bus outside the main gate of our apartment block to go to the airport for pickup at 1:00pm and we had waited until 1:40pm with still no bus. We were even called and told it’s 15m away at 10 past 1 which was clearly false reassurance. Horrible professionalism and punctuality which is a strong negative for a transport service handling transportation to airports for flights.

Don't bother we booked this through the Ryanair flight process. Yes they may say only a maximum of 5 stops to your destination. However they didn't have a driver or vehicle so we had to wait 2:30 hours. So we shared a cab with another couple ...costing €55. One way.

Worst shuttle company ever. Would never book it again. Waited at the station for 3 hours on my way back when they knew I had to catch my flight. Called the emergency number and they told me that the driver is on his way. 2.5 hours later I was told that there is no car available today. In the meantime no one answer the phone neither in the office nor the emergency number. Didn’t get my money back until now. So be careful with this company they aren’t reliable.
