Aucun service.Nous avions réservé par expedia l ensemble de notre voyage dont ce prestataire pour la navette de Faro à notre hotel. Notre vol ayant 1h40 de retard j appelle expedia qui s occupe de les informer. Arrivées à l.heure donnée le matin, la personne avec sa pancarte attendait visiblement que des personnes arrivent. Une fois qu ils nous ont vu arrivés vers eux bizarrement il a baissé sa pancarte et une autre femme est venue nous dire qu ils nous prendrait pas au vu de notre retard et que soit disant personne n avait appelé le matin et qu on avait essayé de me.contacter. tout est faux!!! On nous dit alors de nous débrouiller par nous même à 45min de voiture de faro nous n avons pas eu d autre choix que prendre un taxi. Ce qui nous z coûte en tout olus de 90 euros.compris avec cette réservation. Une honte!!! Aucun professionnalisme.Je dirais même que ce sont simplement des voleurs qui profitent des.touristes.A FUIR!!!!! Merci à expedia pour l étude de ma réclamation en revanche.

Horrendous service. Didn't pick us up for our return transfer from lagos to faro which is an hour away. Told us they rang us at 5.30am to say our pick up would not arrive at 6.30am because the driver rang in sick. So instead of getting a replacement they just left us stranded. Had to pay 100 euro for a taxi to the airport or we would have missed a flight. Complete lack of duty to care and ridiculous considering we had already paid for our transfers!!!!!! No stars!!!

Absolutely terrible service. Didn't pick me up for my return flight after I had called the day before to confirm pick up. I had to book an expensive last minute taxi back nearly missing my flight, which they assured me they would refund.
I have been contacting their customer service department for two months and they never reply to my emails and hang up the phone when I explain why I am calling. They are liars and have basically stolen from me. Avoid!

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!! Habe einen Transfer von Portimao nach Faro zum Flughafen gebucht. Einige Tage vorher habe ich die Reservierung Storniert. 3 Wochen später habe ich meinen bezahlten Betrag immer noch nicht zurückerstattet bekommen. Ich schrieb eine Mail. Weitere 3 Wochen später immer noch keine Antwort auf die Mail und keine Gutschrift. Nun rief ich in Porto an: kein Rufzeichen. Nun rief ich die lokale Nummer an: nur eine automatische Ansage. Leute bezahlt lieber etwas mehr und ihr habt weniger Probleme. Wenn die Erstattung nicht selbstverständlich ist, was läuft denn da noch alles schief?
Absolutamente não é recomendado!!! Tem uma transferência de Portimão para Faro para o aeroporto. Alguns dias antes de cancelar a reserva. 3 semanas depois, ainda não recebi meu pagamento. Eu escrevi um email. Outras 3 semanas depois ainda não há resposta para o correio e nenhum crédito. Agora liguei para o Porto: não há sinal de chamada. Agora eu liguei para o número local: apenas um anúncio automático. As pessoas preferem pagar um pouco mais e você tem menos problemas. Se o reembolso não é dado como certo, o que mais está errado?
Absolutely not recommended!!! Have a transfer from Portimao to Faro to the airport. A few days before I canceled the reservation. 3 weeks later I still have not got my paid amount back. I wrote an email. Another 3 weeks later still no answer to the mail and no credit. Now I called in Porto: no call sign. Now I called the local number: only an automatic announcement. People prefer to pay a little more and you have less problems. If the reimbursement is not taken for granted, what else is going wrong?

Avoid!!! I have booked through Shuttledirect the transfer and they use Greenbus as a supplyer for the trips. Avoid both!!! This month I have booked this company 4 times to bring my friends back from my place in Algarve to the airport. Twice they didn't pick them up from the hotel address. I had to book last minute an expensive taxi! They do not even answer when you call the emergency line. I waited 20 minutes. When you book, they are supposed to give you a pickup time on Internet, but they never do. You have to call them. Once when I called Greenbus and asked the booking agent if I really can trust that the shuttle will arrive, she ang up on me. Rude manner.

Worst booking service I’ve ever experienced. We landed in Faro and tried to book a service at 9:45pm on a Friday, as we missed the last public bus, and had to wait until midnight for a ride.
We would have been more content with the wait if the women at the booking office weren’t so rude and unfriendly.
They shouted out to groups in the cafe area and ignored the passengers waiting near the booking office, like they had asked us to do. They even said they would leave people behind - and they were waiting right at the booking office because those ladies told the passengers to wait there. So rude and offensive.
Thankfully the driver was nice and our fellow passengers were lovely.

Flight departure time at 4:00pm. Pickup time at my guesthouse in Lagos at 11:30am. Two more pickups in Portimao. Arrived in Faro airport at 1:00pm. Clean and air-conditioned van. Little bit scared because of terrible reviews here but everything was on time. I recommend the service.

Serviço pessimo. reservei para o CFO da VW um transfer e enviam um mini autocarro! Dizem que o carro avariou.. que vergonha! Tive de cancelar o serviço e levarmos nós o senhor ao aeroporto..

Had to wait an hour at the airport on arrival, with no one offering updates. Then, on return, our pick up time was changed without us being informed and wasted our entire morning. Horrific.

If I could give no stars I would! We were left stranded on our honeymoon on our return journey from our hotel to Faro airport. We booked the evening before for a 4pm collection. Come 5.30 still no bus after the husband had to spend 45 mins on the phone with their helpline during which he was hung up on twice. Ended up getting a taxi which cost us €72 on top of the amount we had already paid in advance to book Green Bus and we almost missed our flight as a result! Have emailed their complaints department several times since coming home, they claim our emails went to the spam box. Still waiting on a refund seven weeks later.

DO NOT USE. Long queue at Faro Airport, 45 minute wait for car that only came after complaining twice. Then slow journey not using toll roads (paid for) in ancient vehicle with no car seats for kids (which we'd paid for). That was the good journey! didn't show up at all for pre-booked transfer back to airport. No response to refund email. TERRIBLE COMPANY. If you're looking for a good alternative then use Yellowfish, they've been excellent both times we've used them (only reason we didn't use them this time was because they were fully booked unfortunately).

Disgraceful service! Waited for a private car for over 1 hour and was told that is just the way it is sometimes! Useless. I then had to phone a emergency phone line (as normal number did not work) to book my pick up time -waited for 25 minutes on hold to get through and woman on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Will never use these people again.

What a joke of a company. They don't even deserve a star. Arrived at the Airport to find no driver waiting. After going around the aeroport from kiosk to kiosk I pho ed the office. They said that I had to wait for the driver but they didn't know how long it will be. I waited for over one hour and called the number a few more times which no one answered. I had to take a taxi to go to my destination. I will never use them again.

Not even deserving of the one star. An absolute joke of a company. They never displayed the company name on our arrival nor did that explain were they would be situated. Bearing in mind we arrived into the airport at a extremely busy time. We then took another company in error to which we had to return to the airport. Once we got back to the airport we had tried to ring the company to which we could hear a phone ringing and we were instantly rejected. When we approached the woman we were informed that our bus had left and that we had missed the transfer and that we had lost our money. They then became very confrontational and passive aggressive towards us and and I felt looked down on as they were pointing their finger at me and saying that it was my fault. I would 100% AVOID at all costs they are an utter joke!!
We then approached the company that we originally went with in error and they were more than accomadating and helpful I would definitely recommend Yellowfish transfers.

This was the worst company, I have ever travelled with. The driver was so rude, he followed Google Maps, but the hotel I was staying at was a bit hard to reach and I tried to tell him where to go. Then he got really angry and told me he was just going to leave me at the place Google Maps suggested. I called the lady from the hotel and she persuaded him to let me out at a bus stop, so they could pick me up. When I left (I think he expected a tip), he literally started shouting names at me on the street. I was actually scared, he was going to do something, cause he got so aggressive. After that experience, I decided to cancel my transfer back to the airport and take a different one. I cancelled before the 48 hours to get a refund and they told me, I will get an email with the refund instructions. Its been over 3 months and I still haven't received my refund. I keep calling the company and they keep writing emails to their colleagues, but so far I haven't gotten the money back. At this point, all I want IS TO GET MY REFUND and advise anyone to NEVER use this service.

GUYS!!!!!! same! didn't pick us up for the return journey back to Faro, even though I called a day before to confirm the time of departure with the company. Called them in the morning when we were due to leave and no answer. We nearly missed our flight home! :( and had to pay extra 100 euros for a taxi to the airport when i already gave them 50 euros at the airport when we first arrived for the return journey!! DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! you owe me 50 euros, wastemen, don't make me come get it myself LOOOOL. (ps. how do u give 0 stars lol)

Sehr gut und zuverlässig. Wartezeit am Flughafen inzwischen im Rahmen.
Einzig unverständlich ist, weshalb neuerdings bei Speedy Shuttle Buchung trotzdem komplett über die N125 gefahren wird und nicht mehr über A22. So richtig Speedy ist das nicht. Sonst aber super. Gerne bald wieder.

Didn't pick us up for a return transfer from hotel to airport. No prior warning or communication, simply did not turn up. They shifted the blame to Shuttle Direct who have now denied any responsibility. Avoid both companies if you can.

I took a shuttle to Sagres and it was fine. The return was however a bit more complicated, less smooth and instead of being dropped to Faro as I was told in the first place, I was left at the airport. The driver was however extremely nice and gave me lots of advice on things to do and see in the area, hence the 3 stars.

Ich hatte einen privaten Transfer gebucht. 1 Stunde vor der Abfahrt erhielt ich nochmal ein SMS mit weiteren Informationen. Der Fahrer war ein paar Minuten früher da, sehr nett mit modernem, sauberen Auto. Alles gut gut geklappt. Und das zu einem günstigen Preis.

Given the disastrous reviews here, I fully expected to be riding an expensive Taxi to the airport after the girlfriend booked Greenbus for our trip to Faro airport and back. Not so! The pickup address was a bit unclear, but we just waited somewhere we could see the whole (short) road from and a smart looking people carrier with the Greenbus logo on it arrived on time and with a friendly driver. He picked up a couple other passengers from various places on the way, all very efficient and we got to the airport on time with no problems. On the return our flight was delayed, but again no problems, we showed up at the Greenbus desk in the arrivals hall and were promptly registered, had to wait maybe 10 minutes and were walked to the car just outside. Everything went well, staff was friendly and prices were okay too. We would happily use Greenbus again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Waited over 1hr 30min to depart from the airport, despite they assurances that you'll depart after 'no more than 45mins'. On our return journey to the airport the driver never bothered showing up. Phoned up and they could not get hold of him and had no idea where he was! Ended up pay for a private taxi. They said they would reimburse for the taxi if I emailed a receipt - it's been 2 weeks since I emailed and I've received no response. Their service is unreliable and staff are very unhelpful. AVOID.

We booked the shuttle through Monarch when we booked our flights. We waited around an hour at the airport for the bus to arrive. We spoke to other people there who had said their bus hadn't showed up at all. It seemed like the average wait was around 45 minutes. On the way back, the bus was 30 minutes late to pick us up from our hotel and the driver drove very fast to get to the airport on time. A couple at our hotel said their bus was 90 minutes late. The buses were clean and new but I wouldn't book again because of the delays and our experience does not seem to be unique.

I checked in with Green Bus about 10:30pm for my transfer from Faro to Monte Gordo which is a 45 min journey on the A22. I arrived in Monte Gordo at 02:10am I had to complain twice for waiting and eventually was taken to the taxi rank outside where I had to join the end of a 50 strong queue. Eventually the last to get a taxi, no drivers wanted to do the trip to Monte Gordo as it was so late. Thankfully one guy relented. Green Bus are not well organised or customer focussed noting I was also a lone female traveller. I do not recommend this company, there are many others to chose from.

Our experience of Greenbus is worrying. We were meeting with friends in Portugal and previously having travelled via Hoppa had expected no problems. Our own transfer was relatively OK We waited about ten minutes for our bus and the journey proved problematic for the driver He had to use satnav for each hotel and we toured around Lagos for nearly an hour dropping off in narrow Alleys.
Our friends arrived two hours later and waited at Faro Airport for over an hour Not acceptable
Worse was to come : we waited at our apartment to see our friends off one week later and the bus just failed to show . The emergency number was useless and we ended up arranging a taxi at 118euro to get them to the airport.
Greenbus are a joke and we will not be booking with Hoppa again

Have used Green Bus for my last 3 trips to Portugal 2014/16/17. I have found this company brilliant. 3 retuned trips. Never a problem. Minibuses where all New Mercedes's. Drivers where ALL clean and very friendly. Have read the bad reports about them.... but I couldn't fault them at all. Some of my mates also used them. They also couldn't fault them. On time. And professional. Top markes all round.

This company is terrible. We paid for and booked a transfer to the airport from our hotel with greenbus. They did not show up to our hotel to take us to the airport. After ten minutes of waiting after the arranged pick up time we called the company and waited a further 20 minutes for them to answer the phone. When they finally did they told us that the driver had already arrived and left. They told us that we were a no show, when in reality we had been waiting out the front of our hotel five minutes before the scheduled pick up time. They then refused to have the bus come back or arrange another and when we asked for a our money back they declined. They are not reliable or honest. We will definitely avoid this company in the future.

Absolutely appalling service! They cancelled our return transfer from Lagos to Faro last minute so that we had to book another transfer on short notice. Cost us an extra 70€ and any attempts to contact Hoppa/Greenbus afterwards to claim a refund failed because the customer care team didn't even bother to answer to any of my emails/phone calls.

STAY WELL CLEAR...Avoid this rip off company at all costs. They take your money up front and do not deliver a service. I arrived in Faro at 1am with my 2 kids and found a lot of unhappy irate holidaymakers waiting at the Greenbus desk. I soon met people who had been waiting 2 HOURS for their paid transfer. I was not waiting at the back of the queue with 2 kids outside the airport at 1am for a transfer which may not show up. I could walk to Vilamoura quicker. So shared another taxi with a family €20 each and left everyone else morning at useless, insincere, unhelpful staff. Greenbus - you should be ashamed of your company, plus I want my £20 refunded for a no show taxi. Never will I use you again.

Terrible. Waited 45 minutes in a queue to be told the 16 seater bus I had booked was at least a 2 hour wait, probably longer and that I should just get a taxi. The return bus didn't show either, despite the fact I confirmed it with them the day before!

Avoid Avoid Avoid !! DO NOT USE these unprofessional, unorganised and utterly useless shower... They left us (8 People) with no transfer to the airport leaving Albufeira. They didn't show up!!!...we had to find last minute alternative transportation to the airport...when we rang them they hung up everytime...Also when we arrived to Albufeira a week earlier, we had to wait 1 hour 45 minutes to get a bus to our villa...I hope this review will help others to avoid GreenBus and organise reliable transportation

Don't do it! We booked our transfer before departing and joined the long queue upon arrival. There was a long queue of quite rightly irate and frustrated passengers ahead of us who had been waiting over an hour! One family had been there for over 2 hours. There was no management or apologies from the staff who didn't seem to care or have a clue as to what they were doing. Clearly not enough drivers. In the end we gave up and got a taxi.

This is the 3rd time this month we have a guest coming via Greenbus from Faro. And the 2nd time i've tried the phone for 15min, another phone for 15min, and the EMERGENCY phone for 15min, meanwhile online chat that doesn't seem to work.
She's in transit, didn't receive a pickup time and her booking number doesn't get processed on the website. One gest had to take a taxi and got told it would get refunded. And anther geust took them more then 3 hours to drop a guest, while its an 1,20 min drive, the driver wasn't lost, he just didn't know the way, he said...

To destination waited 45 mins!!!
on return to Airport...the journey would be an hour maximum.
A female collected us .She spent most of the time on the phone. Driving round lost!!! Trying to pick others up! Swearing to person on other end of phone.....Looking at paper work while driving........Hands off the wheel......
Still half hr later in Portimao!!!
We said we needed to be at airport....
Headed towards A22...then she was back on the phone ....
She then headed off to Villamora driving round roundabouts, on and off pavements.....
It was a nightmare!!
She still couldn't find the pickup.
We said we HAD to be at the check in.
Eventually she drove to airport. we had been in the mini bus for 2 hrs !!!!
Desperate for the toilet, nearly missing check in.
Will not use again!!

We got picked uo from Faro ontime but driver was driving way to fast ,driving conditions were wet and he was way over the speed limit,we had to ask him to drop his speed .I am not happy at all and will be contacting the company on arrival home.

Not great, they say you don't wait longer than 45 minutes. They made us wait 45 minutes exactly after asking multiple times. When asking we just got rude answers. The driver himself was very nice and the ride was pleasant. Airport staff needs a customer service training though.
