Análise: Someone called our room telephone at 04:30 in the morning and knocked on our door. Woke us up and made us worried, we thought we have to evacuate because the hotel is burning down, we didn't have time to answer the phone or open the door because you know it's 04:30 IN THE MORNING! Reception admitted it was a wrong wake up call! Whoever did that had only one job and it was to call the right room! Room is nice and comfortable but the toilet needs a better ventilation! Análise: This place is great, staff are very helpful, everybody knows your name. Great atmosphere with dinner at night and bar. Beds in dorms have a great setup with privacy screens, lights, usb chargers and power outlet, very, very clean bathrooms and dorm rooms and public areas. Análise: Siamo stati in questo appartamento 3 notti. Il check in non è stato effettuato, nel senso che siamo arrivati ci sono state date le chiavi verso le undici dalla ragazza delle pulizie, siamo tornati poi alle 14 circa e da lì non abbiamo più visto nessuno. Abbiamo dovuto mandare le carte d'identità per email. La cucina molto bella, purtroppo la camera non così tanto.
