Análise: The house may be down a private drive, however the house is anything but private. A footpath runs alongside the property which is used frequently. In effect, people are wandering around a few feet from where you are trying to relax. The pool area is in a state of disrepair. The concrete surround is broken and uneven creating tripping hazards next to the water. Sunbed lats broken. Sunbed cushions stained. Floors dirty. Kitchenware and cutlery dirty.
