Análise: Anyone who reads my reviews will know that I usually give them when I have had exceptional service' and this is what I received from Jose Estevao at the Praia da Rocha Avis office. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile, even when I confessed that I had forgotten to bring my passport along! Análise: Excellent service pick up and drop off to the airport. We had a windscreen problem and the following day they asked us to bring the car to the nearest location to exchange vehicules which was in praia da rocha. We exchanged severals time using whatsapp to get papers for my insurance. They always replied even few weeks after we left. Análise: Very arrogant staff and service. The car was not serviced and very noisy larming every 30 seconds. The rental rate high probably because of lock down of other companies. Probably I am spoiled with so good and friendly service at the other places! Be aware! Leia mais
