Fahrzeug vorab über TUI gebucht, Übergabe und Rückgabe problemlos, Auto sauber. Englisch oder portugiesisch von Vorteil. Empfehlung: Auto mit Mautstraßennutzung buchen, Kosten dazu halten sich im Rahmen. Warum nur 4 Sterne? Im Behälter der Wischwaschanlage war kein Tropfen Wasser, zuerst das Suchen wie der Motorraum aufgeht und mit den Gepflogenheiten dazu an der Tankstelle kannte ich mich nicht aus (Wasserschlauch der am Ende zusammengepresst werden muss). Zum Glück half mir ein Einheimischer.

Le service le plus long et désorganisé que je n'ai jamais vu, une attente de 2h rien que pour rendre la voiture. Never saw a service taking so long, 2h to give the car back.

We cane at 8:50 to make sure we could get in and out. The service rep was professional and kind. Mario was incredibly nice and fast. When you do business with Portuguese people you must understand that they are very customer oriented but DO NOT multi task. They take 1 customer at a time. So if a customer in front of you has lots of questions they will not rush them. They will also do the same for you. Take a breath and get a coffee! Have a smoke! Lol enjoy Portugal for what it is and not what you expect it to be. If you do that you will discover the generosity of the incredible people here. It will be your turn eventually!

Very arrogant staff and service. The car was not serviced and very noisy larming every 30 seconds. The rental rate high probably because of lock down of other companies. Probably I am spoiled with so good and friendly service at the other places! Be aware!

Awful. Would not accept bank card for deposit, or cash. We don’t have a credit card. Had already paid for car by bank card but they insisted on credit card. Told them they could take more out of bank account than they would take from credit card. Still wouldn’t give me car. Arranged for friend to come with her credit card, and she told me they were closed and to come back tomorrow. This is at 1pm in afternoon today. Absolutely furious, never again.

Ótimo serviço e viatura! Mau só mesmo o encerramento de DUAS HORAS na hora do almoço , que não faz muito sentido nos dias de hoje num serviço destes .

Aceita reservas online porém não honra a reserva mandando email horas depois dizendo que o veículo em questão não se encontra disponível. Indo até a loja a atendente disse que isso acontece pq o cliente consegue preços menores pela internet que nem sempre a Guerin quer honrar.

Não estou satisfeito com meu aluguel: quando reservei o carro, falta o tipo de combustível nos detalhes e somente quando eles entregam a você você entende que funciona com gasolina. ainda existem carros a gasolina?! eles cobram uma taxa adicional de 73,60 € para deixar Portugal: estamos na Europa ou fora deste mundo?

Nada a apontar, excelente serviço e carro, recomendo!

Great service. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Car was brand new and very clean. Returning the car went smoothly. Two things for improvement. 1. The office opens at 9.00 am. Most people also arrive at 9.00 to pick up or return their car, so it's quite busy. It took us about 45 min before we could drive away. It would be better if the office opens at 8.00 am, especially if you have a trip planned for the rest of the day, as we did. 2. The office has enough staff but only two computers, so it takes too long before people waiting in line can be helped. Extra computers would help to work more efficiently. Other than that, we can surely recommend Guerin Portimao for renting a car.

Carro com problema detectado já em Lisboa. Me convenceram de que não era nada, viajei com a família e o problema veio a se confirmar no meio da viagem. Perdi tempo da minha cara estadia no Algarve aguardando uma manutenção no veículo que já devia ter sido feita, sem qualquer compensação por parte da Guerin. Não pretendo nunca mais alugar ali.

Muito mau, informações incorretas, como era um carro alugado pela seguradora para as 9.00 h ,só pude levantar às 17.00 e não havia , esperei algum tempo, o carro estava cheio de danos e ainda tive que fazer um seguro com uma franquia de 3oo euros, que me informaram que sem isso não trazia o carro. Foi a pior experiência num aluguer de carro.

Hilda and the Manager of this store were incredible to us, during a very difficult time, even though we couldn't rent a car for our trip to Madeira, we wouldn't have been able to continue our journey with out the support of the staff. thank you so much!

I arrived at their office at 9.30 the lady behind the counter was attending to a customer, She got to attend me at 10.15 by then there was a que of 4 people behind me. My car and protection assurance was 80.12 euro on my email but because I was travelling to Spain they wanted another 80 odd euros, needless to say after getting a taxi to the office I never took the car rental. THE LADY NEEDS EXTRA STAFF TO HELP HER.

I waited 2 hours to get a car. Do not go to this agency. There is no water. No wifi and people are not friendly.

Good value rental. Extras can be well overpriced. Bought a car seat rather than rent at 50 euros for 6 days
