Anyone who reads my reviews will know that I usually give them when I have had exceptional service' and this is what I received from Jose Estevao at the Praia da Rocha Avis office. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile, even when I confessed that I had forgotten to bring my passport along! Jose drove us back to Alvor (a ten minute delay), but when I realized that I had left my North American order form back in Alvor. Another smile and back to our apartment. This was superb service! I also learned about Jose on the various trips. The car was perfect and there was no hint of the awful stories from other auto rental companies. Thank you for your wonderfully humane response Jose, I think you should have employee of the month prize, you have it from me!

Dont go in this office just risking to lose your booking online, I booked 2 times with them in a shortest period , the second time they didnt want give me the car because they didnt accept the card as deposit that was the same card i used before Alberto

Man versucht einem völlig unnötige Sachen an zudrehen. ( Navi, Diesel,Mautbox usw ) Nicht zu empfehlen. Man denkt man bucht ein Auto bei einem bekannten Autovermieter aber auch nur abzocke.
