Análise: Very poor organization. 90 min (!) wait in line to get to the counter. Beware, rule in this place is that you need 3 pieces of documentation to get a car: - a drivers license - a credit card - AND another piece of identification: passport or national id cards DIFFERENT from the drivers license. The clerk would not accept otherwise (company policy), and could offer no solution (had copies of the documents available...) or even transfer the contract to my wife, who had the 3 pieces and was also p... Análise: The buses are comfortable and run exactly on time.We used it twice, Lisbon to Obidus and back. The only trouble was finding the bus stop at Campo Grande, Lisbon. There were no signs whatsoever and no ticket office, an old local lady took us to the bus stop. I don’t think it’s the fault of the bu company though, that’s why I give them 5 stars. Leia mais
