Análise: First: We had to try every apartment in the whole house after sitting 2 hours with our little child in front of the door. We had no info, which one is ours and we could not reach somebody. We booked our apartment with a pool. But we die not get any pool keys for the first two days from 7. We tried & tried to telephone somebody at the first and second day. No solution.
