Ils ne méritent même pas une étoile. Nous avions commander un taxi pour 6 qui n arrivait pas et quand on s est décidé à appeler la dame pour vérifier l adresse et l heure de départ elle voulait nous faire prendre 2 taxis au lieux d un et plus cher que prévu... Elle nous a désagréablement raccroché au nez... Je le déconseille vivement !! Désagréable, faux plan, taxi jamais arrivé... JAMAIS LES APPELER !

I have been let down by this so called public service. Made a reservation at a restaurant, booked the taxi online two hours before we needed it. Then waited and waited .only to be informed that the had for no apparent reason the had cancelled of course we in turn let the restaurant down

Me he sentido intimidado y amenazado ante un conductor,esta misma noche, que antes las advertencias de llamar a la policía, el sujeto se lo tomaba a reto, Como turista me he sentido minguneado y amenazado por dicho sujeto, del cual no he conseguido tomar una foto de su matrícula del vehículo por las reiteradas amenazas. Cuidado, Uber ofrece mejor servicio siempre conductor identificado, un sujeto que no se merece cualificativo alguno, ya que insultaria a la inteligencia en general, a sus actos, y a la gente que viene a desembolsar grandes cantidades de dinero, que deja por el suelo a una profesión........Deplorable....

Para quem gosta de m**** esta recepcionista é um prato cheio. Mal educada já para não falar do facto de ter ligado praí 5 vezes para me atenderem. A essa senhora desejo que a despeçam porque de certeza que há pessoas que precisam mais deste trabalho do que ela.

Called them, answered within two rings. The chap was polite and spoke good English. Taxi arrived within a few minutes. Driver was very friendly and helpful. A good experience and not at all like most of the reviews on here.

Decent enough taxi service that uses mostly Mercedes cars. Some drivers are decent some are miserable.

Don't answer the phone. Lie that taxis are on the way. Waited an hour with shopping at Lidl, they stopped answering the phone with 5 groups all waiting for a taxi. Not a single one arrived in that time. Ended up walking 45 minutes home with the shopping. I can't believe they can operate so poorly and be the only real taxi option.

Never ever turn up. Never ever pick up the phone. Ordered a taxi from them, waited an hour for nothing to arrive. Don't use them!! Find another service online.

NEVER NEVER NEVER use this taxi firm! In the early hours of yesterday morning (14/09/17) my 20 year old daughter and her friend were physically assaulted by the taxi driver who picked them up from the strip in the New Town. My daughter felt unwell and asked him to stop the taxi so that she could get out. He demanded a ridiculous amount of money for the short fare and when they said they did not have that sort of money, he tried to grab her friends bag. When my daughter tried to intervene, he slapped her so hard in the face that she fell, sustained leg injuries and a twisted ankle. This person was in his 60's, was bald with grey hair around the sides. He is around 5"6ins. I tried to call the taxi firm before we went to the police and were told that they could not tell me who the driver was - TOTALLY & ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE! We hope the police can find him, however do not hold out much hope. PLEASE SHARE this so that this despicable person does not do this to somebody else. Please see photos of her leg.

Fui literalmente passado para trás por um taxista ontem à noite 13/09/2017, que no qual se negou a devolver meu trouco. A corrida deu 3,90. Dei 10 euros a ele e ele não me entregou o troco alegando que a corrida tinha dado mais, isso porque antes do local de destino, parei em um café, pois queria comprar cigarros, como o café estava fechado pedi para ele seguir ao destino final. Quando lá chegamos paguei com 10 euros e o valor da corrida era 3,90 €, dei 10 euros a ele e não recebi o troco, pedi o troco e ele alegou: Por ter parado no café fica 3,90 e mais 3,90 por eu te deixar aqui e o resto foi pelo tempo que parei no café. Ele na verdade ficou parado no café apenas alguns segundos com o taximetro ligado, mas logo percebi que o café estava fechado, e outra. Mesmo que ele tivesse ficado parado mais tempo, tenho que pagar apenas o que está marcado no taximetro. Liguei na central, a recepcionista mal educada disse que não podia fazer nada. Quer dizer: Fui literalmente roubado e a central não faz nada. Aonde está os nossos direitos de cidadão? Como uma prática como está pode ser aceita? A matricula do carro é 17-PF-45. (TAXI PRETO) Cuidado com este taxista, pois ele é burlão. Já o denunciei as autoridades também.

The worst service in the world..i've never seen a horrible customer services like that, and not replying our calls, always late, cheating in the fare, taking always the rarest routes..even one star is too much for them.

Rubbish, ordered 2 taxis to take 6 of us for my birthday meal only 1 turned up so half our party missed it. No-one answered the phone when we chased them up. AVOID

Have been in Albufeira for the last week and used these guys everyday and have found the drivers to be polite and friendly providing an excellent service at all times. Our only gripe was one day it took ages to get through but we had rang a little later than other days to book...the drivers had always advised calling between 6.00 and 6.30 in the evening to bookand with the exveption of this day we had no other problem at all. Many thanks for your help during our stay!

Taxi bellen en ze komen. Kan wel wat vriendelijker zijn aan de centrale telefoon. Je betaalt extra voorrijkosten als je belt. Als je een taxi in het centrum neemt betaal je alleen de meterprijs.

Por muito que goste do serviço em si, os telefonistas deviam ter mais atenção ao cliente e não ser de tal maneira rudes. De resto é compreensível a demora, visto estarmos numa região turística a meio do verão. Um treino de assistência ao telefone seria mais que bem vindo.

Os profissionais de táxis dessa Cooperativa, são genericamente simpáticos e educados. Porém, os vossos serviços de atendimento ao público (pedidos de táxi pelo telefone), são péssimos!!! Funcionárias antipáticas e mal educadas! Mais; no período da hora de almoço e do lanche, é desesperante o tempo que se está à espera que atendam uma chamada. Depois, quando a UBER se instalar, queixem-se...

Primeiro seria bom que me atendessem segundo têm um serviço de 0 estrelas que só dei uma por não haver mais baixo. Em albufeira no verão é difícil chegar a todos mas se têm os clientes para tal têm de arranjar o staff para tal. Depois vão fazer manifestações por causa do Uber que pelo menos trata do serviço

Bem nem sei por onde começar... 1h para atenderem o telefone. E quando finalmente atendem são mal educados, atendem como se fosse um frete fazê-lo... Enfim lamentáveis.

Y para completar mi hijo dejó su teléfono en el taxi y cuando llamamos de nuevo para pedir al taxista que lo devolviera, dijeron que tenían más de 300 choferes y más de 100 carros así que no se darían el trabajo de buscarlo o preguntar a los choferes si estaba en algún carro y si llegaba a aparecer no había manera de que te contacten ya que ellos no llaman a nadie!!! Es decir si olvidas algo en un taxi de esta compañía lo perdiste, porque nadie se preocupara por entregarlo. Por mi parte nunca más!!! Eso sin contar que la operadora te manda al infierno si te toma más de un minuto la llamada.

Waiting 30 mins one night and waiting 1hr 30min second night and never turned up despite ringing back several times. Some drivers rude. Unreliable.
