Wolfgang Pulz: Nochmals vielen Dank auf diesem Weg an Katja und Thomas. Beide sind sehr nett und haben uns bei der Planung der Touren sehr geholfen. Die Räder waren sehr gepflegt und liefen ohne Probleme. Zusätzlich hatten wir 10 Tage tolles Wetter. Die Gegend ist zum Rennrad fahren ideal, sowohl flach als auch bergig ist möglich. Christian Scheinhardt: Every house has a good soul, as they say. I found even several of them here, all in one and the same place. People who open their hearts to you the moment they meet you. The "Three Marias" in Lagos is filled with an atmosphere of warm cordiality. Here they not only care for the comfort of their guests, they make them family. Everything is simply and comfortably furnished. Again and again, lovingly arranged details show up: a few shells on the little table in the room; two matching flat stones on the safe; a glass of sea sand on the sink in the bathroom. The absolute highlight is the breakfast terrace. The view over the city on one side and down to parts of the old city wall on the other is breathtaking. Gulls laugh through the morning as their shadows glide across the floor and tables. From a terrace below, two cats are watching you curiously. The tables are perfectly laid, the extensive range of food awaits you on a buffet directly under the kitchen window. Here not only the body is strengthened for the coming holiday day, but also heart and soul get nourished. The hosts lovingly inquire about the previous day, the current well-being and plans for the next hours. Maria, Joao and Manuela are always at hand with tips and tricks to make the Lagos/Algarve experience even more intense for the guests. The breakfast offer consists of different kinds of bread, yoghurt, honey, chocolate cream, jams, sausages, cheese, fruit, olives, tomatoes, coffee, juices, homemade lemonade ... You should not refuse the offer of freshly prepared eggs. Scrambled and fried eggs are simple culinary delicacies. And if there's no bacon, the host is about to apologise with a cheese filled omelette. On a Sunday it happens that a fresh pancake is casually placed on the table. My favourite: add fresh fruit, drizzle honey over it and sprinkle everything with cinnamon. I had my birthday during my stay. Of course this did not go unnoticed. And then they came out on the terrace with a cake on which the candle was burning for the coming year and they sang "Happy Birthday!" to me. Thank you again, dears! Besides, breakfast lives from communication. The atmosphere of kindness seems to attract such souls. And already one is in conversation and exchange with ladies from France, an Australian lady on a European tour, with boys from Berlin and with a girl from Denmark. The "3 Marias" in Lagos is for me without doubt an answer to questions that had not even occurred to me before: In what way do I want to be treated on holiday? Exactly: In the same way I had the pleasure to experience it here! I would come back with pleasure again, dear hosts of the "3 Marias".

Há mais de uma semana que tento contactar o departamento de expedição e recepção. Parece que vocês não gostam de atender o telefone. Só me pergunto como é que esta loja funciona quando ninguém atende o telefone. Eu não quero nem mesmo dar uma estrela para vocês, mas eu tenho que fazer para que esta crítica possa ser publicada. Eu até fiquei na linha à espera que QUALQUER CORPO atenda o telefone para talvez eu possa falar com um gerente....... 15 MINUTES LATER........NOTHING? Faça melhor.

Não planejamos o tempo suficiente para desvendar todos os tesouros que este antiquário legal tem a oferecer. Da próxima vez que formos, e haverá uma próxima vez, eu quero ficar até ver tudo! Cada revendedor tem lá áreas montadas de forma tão bonita que toda a sensação do lugar é incrível. Grande variedade no preço de coleccionáveis, jóias, peças decorativas, e muito mais. É preciso ver!

08/18/2020 Aconselho os outros a não utilizarem o serviço de entrega em Home Depots. Encomendamos portas e janelas para um aluguer. Foi-nos dado um horário às 12:22h. Quando eles não apareceram eu tive que passar meia hora e 3 transferências pelo telefone. Fomos dados um horário de 16:22 novamente eles não apareceram nós ligamos novamente e passamos pela mesma coisa no telefone. Disseram que o motorista tinha um pneu furado e que seríamos os primeiros da lista da manhã. Bem, eles chegaram lá com as portas e sem janelas. Dissemos para o casamento pegar as janelas. A taxa do serviço de entregas deles era 80 dólares. Perdemos 7 horas à espera destas pessoas. Esta é a última vez que usamos o depósito de casa. Serviço inaceitável. Nunca mais.
