Fui trocar uma gravata e fiquei pelo menos 10 minutos à espera numa loja vazia sem ninguém a atender. A justificação foi que atendem por ordem de chegada. Este é um conceito de luz pretensioso que só afasta clientes. Há melhor atendimento ao cliente em qualquer mercearia de esquina.

O q começou por um atendimento de excelência, acabou por ser muito mais...
Faço questão de só ser atendida pela Yanyan.
Além da empatia q sinto por ela posso dizer q é muito simpática, dedicada, educada, muita atenta aos pormenores da personalidade dos clientes, prestável ...
Tanta coisa q posso dizer sobre ela...mas resumindo posso dizer q além de ser uma profissional de excelência q percebe o conceito da marca e q vai de encontro ao perfil dos clientes é um ser humano de uma delicadeza muito agradável.

The location was convenient but the selection is not too good. I wanted to pick up 3 bags but they only had one that I wanted. I had to choose something else because styles available are very limited. Service was not too friendly. Maybe it is just my luck but quite a few of the bags I look at had very obvious flaws(eg. scratches and dents). So do inspect your bag carefully before making your purchase.

Absolute Katastrophe dieser LV Laden. Die MA in hatte keine Ahnung hat mir alles falsch erzählt. Auf das W und E bei den Sonnenbrillen hat sie auf die Kopfbreite geschoben obwohl dass nur was mit den Nasen zu tun hat. West und East. Habe ich ihr dann gleich bewiesen und dann war sie total pampig. Absolutes NO GO da gab es noch eine weitere Sache aber denke reicht. War echt total enttäuscht dass mich des den ganzen Tag noch geärgert hat. Naja nicht zu empfehlen!!

Encore une fois plus que satisfaite, pourtant je n'ai pas acheté de sac et je ne suis pas une star. Un café m'a même été proposée. Même accueil que dans les autres vuitton
Alors je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs ? Parfois un peu d'attente mais appréciable car on peut prendre le temps de découvrir toutes les belles choses qui nous entourent !

The experience was ZERO. We went there knowing what we want to get, had to ask them twice for help. First they said they are busy busy second time we reached out the employee was laughing with security while clearly we have been asking for help. Last but not least when they got us our item there was no selection possible and the only one available was damaged.

Atendimento muito ruim pelo valor dos produtos. O atendimento dessa loja especificamente não condiz com o "padrão" de qualidade que marca tenta construir. As lojas de Madrid, Dubai, Paris e até a de Curitiba são muito melhores no que toca ao atendimento e cordialidade em geral.

Very very very bad shopping experience there. I just would like to ask for the price of one wallet, no one helped me. I asked several staff and their answer was no or wait. I waited for more than 20 mins, still no one came even I could see they were not actually occupied. The most terrible LV store I ever visited.

Impossible de mettre zéro étoile et c’est bien dommage.
Je me suis rendue tout à l’heure chez Vuitton Lisbonne.
Aucun acceuil, pas même un bonjour alors que j’y ai croisé nombre de vendeuses et vendeurs.
Je me suis approchée d’une jeune vendeuse qui m’a hostensiblement tourné le dos.
Même le vigile à qui je me suis fendue d’un « bonjour » n’a jugé utile de me répondre.
J’ai fait plusieurs fois le tour de la boutique ( en travaux, il est vrai, mais cela m’excuse pas tout ) en vain: personne ne m’a calculée.
Je me suis sentie humiliée d’être traitée aussi piêtrement.
Cette attitude est inconcevable pour une maison aussi prestigieuse.
Je sais, pour m’y être rendue souvent, qu’à Genève et à Paris, la clientèle est accueillie et respectée, mais à Lisbonne, cela ne semble pas être à l’ordre du jour.

Short, short hair (almost balding), wearing specs staff was very rude.
I took less than 10mins to see two wallets I like. While deciding which one to purchase, the staff looked disinterested and whipped out his phone to surf the net. When he's done, he asked me "so have you decided?". As I have not decided, he stood there and stared at me. He kept clicking his tongue and making some noise. At times, he gave a very annoying "hmmmm" like as if to ask me to hurry up. When I have decided on the one I wanted, I asked for a new piece but he said this was the only piece and "I would understand if you do not want it". I had previously asked if Paris would be cheaper. So he said, maybe Paris would another wallet they didn't have stock. I took both hints and went off. I was so close to purchase, but his attitude totally turned me off. Even though it's the same company, but I'm taking my business to the Paris branch instead.

Worst experience ever! How can such a premium brand as Louis Vuitton allow this type of customer service? Staff is extremely rude, make you feel like you're doing them a favor for buying at the store, completely uninformed about their own products, unwilling to help or provide information, the availability of bags and purses is the worst I've ever seen around the world, keep a "waiting list" for the brand's best selling articles - even though the store in Madrid has them all available, and furthermore the concept of a telephone or e-mail is non-existent. Oh, and do not trust their word on "reservations" because it means absolutely nothing. And the after-sales service is just as bad. If you have the chance, choose any other store but this one: Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Paris, anywhere but here.

You cannot purchase more than 2 wallets even they are all different designs, even those are not the best seller items! Also, they are carrying very small amount of selections! Nothing to choose from! If you have anything in your mind, please triple the list of items. You might get hit on a few of those.
Staffs! It was extremely unpleasant shopping experience I’ve ever felt in entire of my life! Not willing to help or make you feel welcome to the store. Extremely rude, noisy, and unprofessional! Anything you can thing of the worst, they got it! It’s the worst store in entire world! :(

Adquiri uma mala para homem . Ao fim de 18 meses, a mesma apresentou um ragão que não consigo explicar dado o uso aleatório que dou à mesma . Reclamei e nada, é banal uma mala de 1500 € apresentar desgaste com pouco uso .

Eu, a cerca de dois anos comprei uma mala, no mês de novembro rasgou na parte central da mala , com dois centímetros de comprimento. Levei a minha mala , a Louis Vuitton na Avenida da Liberdade e qual o meu espanto que a senhora que me atendeu diz que não podem fazer nada, mesmo com a garantia da mala porque estava assim pelo bastante uso que teve !! Com muita insistência , a minha mala foi levada para o departamento de qualidade, onde não se responsabilizaram por nada !!!! Mas como disse, uma mala é para ser usada, não é para ficar no closet...
Estou bastante desapontada, ao longo dos anos o material que é utilizado nos artigos esta a perder qualidade, aconselho-vos s ir comprar artigos em marcas que se responsabilizam, em marcas sérias como a Gucci ou Channel ...

Desilusão com o serviço.. está cada vez pior.. ..desinteresse em ajudar nas peças que procuramos e estão constantemente a impingir coisas que não pedimos, ao ponto de nem ouvirem que não gostamos de determinadas coisas ( cores, materiais, etc). Apressam os clientes porque estão sempre stressados. Levam imenso tempo à procura de coisas que não têm nem estão informados dos produtos que estão disponíveis ou que serão lançados. Não dão feedback e ignoram os emails. Nem respondem. Atendimento vergonhoso.

Staying in the store for over 30 mins, nobody come and ask. When we ask for help they just saying "nobody is available now". That is so ridiculous. We bought an bag the day before but didn't bring passport for tax refund, and they were saying is ok to coming tmr but without the bag, the bag has to be in the store. We went the next day and the server didn't even ask and sad" that's not possible to do the tax refund today" . So terrible. Plz let the manager check these reviews to improve this poor service.

Foram-me oferecidos uns brincos e dois aneis de bijuteria com pedras, estas começaram a cair pouco tempo de pois, fui a loja várias vezes
reclamar e para meu espanto fui informada que a LV no mundo inteiro não dá qualquer tipo de assistência em peças de bijuteria.
É uma vergonha e um roubo e uma aldrabice, pois são peças muito caras e se quando existe algum problema temos que ir resolvê-lo a casas de concertos tradicionais.

Fui extremamente mal atendida. A vendedora que estava posicionada na escada para atender o próximo cliente não se interessou em nos atender, ficou ali parada no mesmo lugar. Pedi informação para uma vendedora que mal me respondeu e saiu correndo dizendo que estava com outra cliente, e a mesma que não nos atendeu nos ignorou quando me dirigi a ela pois estava com outra cliente (oriental, que tem fama de comprar muito nesta marca quando. está à turismo), eu fiquei próxima à ela aguardando enquanto a cliente oriental estava na dúvida, demorando para escolher e a vendedora nem olhava na minha direção, como se eu não estivesse ali. Demorou muito tempo até aparecer alguém para me atender que mal me deu atenção pois eu estava interessada em um item que não era de valor alto... em comparação com o atendimento na França, achei péssimo, vendedoras sem postura, não se comportam de maneira educada, totalmente incompatível com valor agregado à marca.

Great if you're here to just browse and not to buy anything. The staff clearly wasn't up to providing any kind of service or attempt to sell anything at all. The store has 2 floors though and the selection is quite good.

It is BELOW a one star...we waited and waited KNOWING exactly what we wanted to purchase and made it clear we wanted to GIVE THEM MONEY. We were told there were others before us but customers coming in after us were greeted with champagne...and assistance! There were 4 women in our party and we were planning on purchasing 3 handbags and a wallet. Fortunately we found Stivali where we were treated like Royalty and made several designer purchases. Don't waste your precious time like we did.

A Louis Vuitton é uma empresa especializada na produção e venda de bolsas de senhora e malas de viagem, feitas em couro e lona (no século XIX e princípios do XX eram uma espécie de salva-vidas em caso de naufrágio).
Produz e vende também vestuário, sapatos, relógios, joias, acessórios, óculos de sol e livros. O serviço costuma ser bom.

Tenho tentado ligar para esta loja já desde há alguns meses sempre sem sucesso. Nunca atendem o telefone! Porquê???? Assim torna-se impossível fazer uma compra à distância. É inadmissível! Liguei para a loja de Madrid e atenderam logo! Realmente somos o Portugal dos pequeninos em tudo!

Atendimento horrível, e cada funcionário tem a sua opinião muito própria, porque cada um diz o que lhe apetece, fui lá com uma mala para substituir o rebordo, e da primeira vez que lá fui o trabalho podia ser executado, e quando lá fui para deixar a mala, já era impossível de fazer, e numa marca destas e aos preços que são, deveriam tentar satisfazer o cliente, era o mínimo.
Aconselho a que nestas situações tragam o orçamento escrito, para que o próximo funcionário que lhe diga que não faz, seja confrontado com algo escrito, coisa que não pedi, por achar desnecessário, e que me arrependi.

Péssimo atendimento. Práticas de venda que parecem ilícitas, porque se dão ao luxo de recusar vender mais do que dois artigos ao cliente por mês. Não têm respeito pelos clientes, dizem que guardam um dado artigo depois não o fazem e vendem a outro! Não atendem os telefonemas! Nem no 3º mundo se vê "lojas" assim! Muito sinistro e a evitar! É caso para dizer "luxo" de lixo!

Atendimento em loja muito demorado. Abusam nos excessivos e forçados "salamaleques" ,em desprimor da eficiência. Quanto ao atendimento telefónico ou por e-mail, simplesmente não existe. Neste momento estou há mais de 24 horas a tentar contactá-los, por todos os meios, sem resposta. Inadmissível numa marca que se diz de ... luxo!

Always crowded with many tourists so you have to wait your turn til a rep can get to u which the rep at the door kindly informed us that all reps are with clients but someone will be with us soon as they can. Wait was about 15 mins which gave us enough time to browse. We had Dulcineia who was absolutely lovely. We purchased a 480 euro wallet (which is on the cheap end for sales at LV) but she still took the time to offer as coffees and water instead of rushing us out as well as having our wallet monogrammed before we left Lisbon. Would highly recommend.

Very bad experience!! You get in and nobody tells you there is a waiting list. Then when you ask for help they tell you they are busy and you have to wait. I was about to spend a lot of money but I decided to walk away. I'm lucky that I can buy it online and have it delivered at my door with no stress at all. This store doesn't even deserve 1(one) star but....oh well!

Very bad experience. The Asian staff that let us in asked us for our need and we told her. Then we had to wait at the wallet section until after 10 minutes she moved from the door to serve us. I chose my wallet quite fast as I knew already what I wanted. At the cashier I had to fill a form and wait for the wallet to be packed. She took my mom away and showed her perfumes while I had to wait like an idiot a the cashier station. She returned after 10-15 minutes. When I complained about her service she even started arguing with me. Don't visit this shop. These people are simply too arrogant there.

worst service!!! even as we were willing to pay a very high premium they didn't even care. we asked them for an assistant twice after we waited 15 minutes but not even one respond. they kept us waiting and in the end they figured out a ridiculous reason to kick us out. Discrimination and rudeness at its highest level. yeah right and don't ask why noone likes your store...

買東西先看實體護照，然後要什麼都沒有，還限定一人只能買一個包，爛透了，等十分鐘，開口請人幫忙，還是沒人理你。旁邊的Gucci, 對面的Lowe服務都很好，別去這受氣了！

Visitei pela 1a vez a loja de Lisboa conhecendo a de Milão, de Paris, de Nice, de Nova York e a do Dubai Mall!
Fui surpreendido na abertura da loja pela Menina Susana Liu Yang, as suas boas vindas, o seu sorriso, o seu profissionalismo me emocionaram e ao chegar a casa com a prenda que adquiri na loja com o seu aconselhamento e cheio de pequenos detalhes, cheios de glamour também surpreendi a minha mulher no dia do nosso aniversário de casamento! E incrivel como uma loja de uma marca tao prestigiada nao atende o telefone e nao permite uma compra a distancia neste caso para o Porto em menos de 8 dias.
