Stay away! By far, the worse service in Faro. I took my car out at around 11pm and did the regular walk around checking for damage. When I returned the car, the attendant did a perfunctory walk around and immediately went in front of the car with his phone and took a picture of the area UNDER the front spoiler. I asked him about it and he said "there is a scratch under the spoiler and it will cost you 240 Euros". When I said I did not agree to it he told me to go inside the office and complain to the supervisor. I went inside the office, asked for the supervisor only to be told "There is no supervisor on site". But since you did not sign the invoice agreeing to the damage, Customer Service will contact you before proceeding with the charge. It has been a month, I was charged 305 Euros, and no one has contacted me. I have now emailed them and will wait for a solution. The way the whole deal was conducted points me to believing this to be a recurring scam!
