Very professional service, offered an upgrade for a very nice car at a good price and we actually went for it, all good as far as we are concerned.

The staff was great. First time I have seen a DOWNGRADE. I have booked online a SUV “new car”, however I got a truck, like a delivery car, the worst car I have ever drive. Expensive and poor service quality.

Leider keine guten Erfahrungen mit dem Verkäufer gemacht, der Zusatzleistungen verkaufen wollte, die entweder bereits im Vertrag inkludiert oder nicht gewünscht waren. Die Tankfüllung wollte der Verkäufer mit angeblich 10% Rabatt verkaufen, der angeblich wegen der guten Einkaufsbedingungen gewährt wird - da hat er sich etwas zusammen gedichtet. Bei der Rückgabe des Autos übergibt man dann kostenlos den restlichen Tankinhalt! Darüber hat er natürlich nichts gesagt. Kann diese Station leider nicht empfehlen.

The worst ever Already when I arrived they started to tell us quite in a rude way that because we did use a cheap broker service from internet for the booking instead to book directly from them we cannot expect much from their service then they tried to sell us 20€ per day extra insurance and finally at the moment of taking the car they told us that they do not accept our card as a deposit warranty so they will not give us the car and if next time we want to avoid problem like this we should rent directly from them and not try to get a better price from a internet broker

Nous avons loué un véhicule 2 jours lors de notre séjour 212 euros (+80€ franchise) les 80 euros devait être remboursé 2jours après le rendu du véhicule et rien n'a été fait en plus de sa quelques jours après étant déjà entré en France un autre prélèvement de 212 euros ! Société pas sérieuse du tout !

Very disappointing company. I rented the car and they took my deposit and they never returned it back into my account. They say the deposit is usually returned into 10 days, but it s been 1 month since then and no trace of my money.

Nice new branch in the centre of Portimao, very limited parking, friendly, relaxed service. Car was older, but expected at a down town branch, however was very dirty on the outside, and inside the windscreen was terrible, another annoying point which seems to be getting more common in Portugal is using only water in the windscreen washers, cost cutting at best. On return parked the car across from the branch, staff member made me move the car literally 500meters into a hotel drop off, where coaches were trying to park, wasn’t very professional. Would use again, but need to focus a bit more on the finer points of rental.

VERY BAD SERVICE! ARROGANT AND IMPOLITE STAFF. TRYING TO SELL YOU ALL KIND OF INSURANCES AND EXTRA SERVICE ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE PREPAID VOUCHER. AVOID RENTING A CAR HERE. WORST RENTAL CAR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
