Agence sérieuse, parle très bien anglais, tarifs corrects et pas de surfacturation abusive. Bref, à recommander. Attention l'adresse Google n'est pas ma bonne, mais de toute façon depuis l'aéroport vous y allez en navette.

Best Deal is a great rental car. Theo come to get you at airport and it’s just few minutes long. The car I rent was New and very comfortable for an « economical ».

I have been reading these reviews and looking at the photos and I think there may be some confusion. I think this is not the Faro branch of this company. Best Deal Faro is in Aquilinas de Ribeiro, (not sure if that's correct spelling) so some of these reviews are probably not about the airport branch. We've used Best Deal at FARO for many years and found them to be straightforward, pleasant and helpful. There's no nasty surprises and the cars are reliable.

Car was ok But one year later we have received Toll fines even though we paid for Toll road use. I have never had an issue with any Car hire company in Portugal or anywhere in Europe so something Is not right!!!! Avoid unless you want fines in the future

Très bonne voiture louée avec Best deal ! assurance tout compris plus bris de glace ... prix imparable sans aucune surprise au retour ! Personnel attentionné et au service des clients. Navette rapide à 1 km à peine de l'aeroport ! en 15 min au retour on avait fait le check up, transferé les bagages dans la navette et on était arrivé dans le hall de l'aéroport. Je recommande fortement en passant directement par le site de bestdeal !

J avais un peu peur voyant certain avis. Mais chez eux faut pas avoir peur Ils sont hyper sérieux et honnête Pas d obligations de prendre assurance sans franchises. Je la voulais pour ne pas avoir de problèmes. À refaire je loue chez bestdeal les yeux fermés .

Good clean car, location about 2 minutes from airport. Shuttle bus picked us up from arrivals and we got dropped back in hire car. Staff all very pleasant and the price was amazing. 2nd time we have used them and very pleased with service.

I rented car in January 2020 and my satisfaction was 100%. Almost new car, no hidden fees, I recommend !!!

No hidden costs and, unlike other local car hire firms, are there it try to con you with extra expenses when you leave the car back. Always so very friendly.

Location début Septembre 2019. Un très bon accueil dès l'arrivée pour le transfert en navette jusqu'à l'agence. Formalités et remise des clés, rapidement avec des conseils d'un agent souriant. Véhicule super propre et quasi neuf. Retour sans problème même très tôt le matin. Je conseille cette agence.

Good value, cars spotless inside, and drove well but multiple marks on outside of people carriers I had, but most cannot be seen without looking closely. Customer service was good, but had to ring to be met at airport during Easter weekend. Fees are all clearly stated and there are no pushy sales

Very competitive price, somebody picks you up from the car park (P4 location). We had a 3.5 year old Fiat Punto that drove brilliantly. No issues whatsoever. We were not pushed into getting any extras. The block on the credit card was unblocked as soon as we returned the car. We would be happy to book with Best Deal again.

The courtesy bus was quick and easy both to and from the airport all made even better by the polite and efficient staff. However the Opel Corsa developed an annoying mis-fire when warmed up which was particularly noticeable when going up inclines. Having said this the car remained reliable throughout the 2 week holiday.

Longish walk to airport pickup then a 5 min drive; car in very average condition, dents knocks and not that clean, wipers poor, engine rattled but it was reasonably priced. Handy drop off outside airport area

Everything was seamless. I picked up and returned the car after a month. Everyone was nice and there was no pressure. I was scared at first from all the comments but everything turned out to be really great. Thanks guys!
