for the money you pay it's not enough!!!!, please be aware of things like AC ONLY IN BEDROOMS, you have to buy everything!!!! toilet paper, garbage bags etc. don't forget to ask up front about electric use for A/C after our week there and spending over $6500 they wanted to charge us an extra $130 for taking out garbage and using A/C, never once were we told this upfront, when we left was when I was being asked to pay!!! there was a note on the door the day we left instead of owners being there to say goodbye and ask if everything was ok, we had until 11 to leave but the pool was covered in the wee hours while all were asleep. small things like this left a bad taste in our mouths, nice property, nice area, quiet, but very sneaky how the whole experience panned out

Want to apologies for our behaviour at times being in a group of 15 males but Vienda summertime is such a quality place that offers just about everything you would expect and more from enjoying your holiday in a villa rather than a hotel I am giving Vienda 5/5 a and highly recommend Vienda summertime for your algarve holiday
