In terms of variety and price the store is good. However, the customer service is so bad, it made me run away, I just couldn't buy anything.

Note for management: Basic customer service training needed for short girl with dark curly hair. My wife was rudely accused of damaging a shoe box while attempting to find her correct size - it must be noted that a mismatched pair was inside said box and no help was offered prior. Even though the box was not damaged, I believe it would be a good time to remind this staff member of the value of a shoebox vs the potential sale of two pairs of shoes (I was about to buy a second pair of Kanga’s) and an acceptable attitude towards customers. As a senior recruitment consultant, I think this staff member would be better suited working in the stock room away from customers. Sorry about the one star but this experience is simply not acceptable for any paying customer.

Helpful shopassistant, but not too pushy, they are always where they need to be. Great shoe selection, great prices, all shoes made in Portugal.

Es tummeln sich kaum Touristen, stattdessen eine Menge Einheimische, es ist ein kleines, sehr belebtes Marktzelt. Mit köstlichen Käse-Speck-Baguettes zu fairen Preisen und vielen verschiedenen Sangrias. Tolles Feeling da!!
