Thijs Kleemans: It should've been called "medium" steakhouse, as the food and service wasn't rare (well, maybe in the way that it was nearly nonexistent), nor was it well-done. Visited for lunch, restaurant near empty, yet I had to go in myself to get a waiter (5 staff, all more busy with their phones than customers). After a while I finally got my food, which was slightly better than regular fast food, but should in no way be aligned with a steakhouse. Meat was dry, even though it looked medium/rare. Best part of the meal was actually the onion rings, which kind of says it all. Drinks were okay though (hence the second star, instead of just one). Then, of course, I had to go in myself to request the bill, and when presented, they tried to guilt trip me into giving a tip... First I paid the bill, then got the: " usually, there's 10% added towards it, would you like to pay this by card or cash?". I just feigned being a dumb tourist and not understanding what was meant, but for mediocre food and horrible service there's a snowball's chance in hell that I will ever pay anything more than the bill, actually I should've gotten a discount, as I did most of the "service" part myself. Don't believe the 5 star reviews here, it's probably from people who never actually ate here.

Esta foi a experiência do PALAVRA sempre. Os funcionários nos ignoraram e passaram duas vezes antes de eu ter que ir ao balcão de atendimento ao cliente para pedir ajuda. Eu estava procurando a mesma panela há meses e me disseram que o conjunto não poderia ser quebrado, mas a panela que eu queria estava apenas com a outra panela de molho, então o conjunto foi quebrado...... levou 45 minutos para o balconista entender que eu queria pedir a panela enviada para minha casa. O gerente não parava de dizer que não podia ser mandada, mas o id tem que dirigir para outra loja. Esta loja é a pior a que já fui em anos. Normalmente são lentas, mas isto foi um absurdo! O Lee arranjou-nos um serviço de emergência no espaço de duas horas após o meu pedido de emergência, esta noite. Jeremy ligou para me avisar que estava a caminho e chegou a tempo, diagnosticou e consertou o AC do nosso quarto principal em tempo recorde, juntamente com a recalibragem de outro termostato para nós. Ele era amigável e eficiente e muito competente. Não poderia estar mais satisfeito com o nosso serviço esta noite. Obrigado Cool Today e obrigado Jeremy!!
