We are foodies. We also enjoy even more good service.
We have found this here.
Only two Beers And One Cesar Chicken salad for the two of US.
We enjoyed IT a lot.

Although a little on the pricey side, the quality of food was equisit. Portions on photos on the website do not do it's justice. Very generous portions and filling. Glad we didn't have a starter and we could not manage a dessert. Very busy restaurant but very good and efficient friendly staff. Would recommend to go before 9pm if you want a quiet meal or have children as get very busy after then. But still very happy with the efficiency of the staff. Really can't fault this restaurant at all even the decor was tasteful. Will visit again without a doubt.

Não tive oportunidade de experimentar muito, era um almoço leve, mas o que comi estava excelente.
A carta é variada, permitindo escolhas para todas as ocasiões e gostos. Inspiração nórdica mas vai mais além. A repetir com mais tempo.

Steak / Peppercorn sauce is amazing .
Recommended to book this restaurant in the height of summer for a evening meal. Staff are courteous and take care of you.

Fabulous breakfast. My husband had the full English which was excellent. I had the eggs benedict with salmon which was fantastic. My son had a simple croissant but it was beautifully fresh and crisp. Will be coming back. Best breakfast we’ve had in the Marina and we’ve eaten almost everywhere.

Good location with seating over the water
They do a fusion of Swedish and traditional Portuguese food and usually have a selection of fresh fresh court that day
Limited option for vegetarians but for meat eaters lots of choice

Dined here twice in June. Both experiences were first class. Service was friendly and efficient, creating a great atmosphere. My wife and I shared the salmon gravadlax , a very tasty starter. The other starter we had was the Swedish toast, which was enjoyable too. The mains we had were amazing. The cataplan so tasty, packed with lovely flavors. The monkfish and prawn skewer was absolutely delicious. Would recommend without hesitation. The outside seating by the marina is worth booking in advance. No more expensive than its competitors.

Great friendly and relaxed service, very fresh and tasty salad for lunch with an ice cold glass of white wine.
The restaurant has a water side area, which is very pleasant.
Would definitely return.

Absolutely phenomenal, loved our two meals here. Beautiful setting on the marina, great service, this was the best cataplana we had in all of Portugal. My wife had a scallop vol au vent which was delicious, and a feast for the eyes too! For us to come back somewhere twice in the same trip means a lot!

We visited here early evening (6pm) without a booking. We had to be out by 8pm as ordinarily you would have to book, as the restaurant gets very busy. The chef knows how to cook food beautifully and we really enjoyed our meal. Would definitely return to sample more of the menu.

I visited Akvavit with my other half and 7 month old son. We didn't make a booking but thankfully they accomodated us. We were very lucky as we saw other diners turned away as they didn't have space, so we must have arrived at the right time. They accommodated with a high chair and were very child friendly. A couple of cats wander through the restaurant but are harmless and do not "beg" for food. Food is AMAZING. I had seen the photo of the seafood vol au vent so knew I wanted that. I also had the prawn lasagne which was very tasty. I hadn't had one of that kind before. My other half had rib eye steak which I tried and was very succulent. He also had garlic Prawns in a peri peri sauce to start, the sauce was divine. We had a bottle of Portuguese chardonnay which was very lovely. For dessert my other half had Swedish pancakes which looked nice. The bill came to €102 which I thought was extremely reasonable for three and two courses with a bottle of wine. I hope to return as the menu is out of this world and I'd love to work my way through it.

Un bon restaurant chic, on s'éloigne un peu de l'agitation du port de la Marina ce qui rend le lieu plus discret. L'ambiance est très agréable, les serveurs courtois, et les plats sont très bons, le bouillon aux palourdes et crevettes n'était pas assez relevé à mon goût mais c'est une question de goût peut-être.

You can't go wrong with visiting this restaurant. They excel in creating both meat and fish dishes, exhibiting the full flavour of Swedish/Nordic inspired cuisine. They have a wide range of desserts that are all specially crafted and honestly tasted quite amazing. Despite the price being quite high, I'd definitely recommend coming here at least once.

Die Location ist zwar nett, aber man hatte uns, obwohl wir reserviert hatten, wirklich nur einen Katzentisch angeboten, obwohl, da wir sehr früh dran waren, es noch viele andere Alternativen gegeben hätte. Und das auch noch mit einer extrem unfreundlichen Begrüßung. Sind sofort wieder gegangen, und haben uns ein paar Meter weiter in das News gesetz. Hier hat man uns herzlich empfangen obwohl wir keine Reservierung hatten.

Dimanche midi : accueil hyper chaleureux, déjeuner délicieux, turbot, crevettes au curry maison, carpaccio de bœuf, jarret d'agneau braisé, le tout était très bon. Le service un tout petit peu long mais nous avions tout notre temps. Merci

Swedish mixed starter to share. Seafood copper pot main, bottle of red wine and rose prosecco. Absolutely delicious, staff are lovely as they gave my 3 female friends blankets as the sun went down to keep warm. Location on the marina terrace is amazing. Definitely recommend.

Great dinner choice! Excellent fresh seafood and a lovely view - right on the marina. Ate here two nights in a row it was so good. I recommend booking during the summer months as it does fill up quickly.

Wahrscheinlich das gastronomische Highlight in der Marina Vilamoura. Hat jedoch auch seinen Preis. Der Service kann dem nicht ganz gerecht werden, aus diesem Grund muss ich einen Punkt abziehen. Mir das halbvolle Weinglas beim Tischwechsel gänzlich wegzunehmen und auf meine Kosten ein neues Glas einzuschenken geht gar nicht! 4von5

Amazing Food -espacially the club sandwiches- and a lovely view of the ocean. i highly recommend get a sea view seat and enjoy the tropical sun. :)

Really nice restaurant, next to Marina. The view from the deck is amazing. We had lunch here. We ordered soup and hamburger and omelette. 4 stars because I feel the lunch selection was good however the quality of the food was not that great. The service was effective and nice.

Fantastic food, best steak I had in Vilamoura by a mile, & my fiancee loved her John Dory dish also. Prices are reasonable too, overall I highly recommend this restaurant.

Enjoyed three superb lunchtime meals there back in December 2007 and returned this evening after an eight year gap to find it's still at least just as good, if not better. Interior has a pronounced nautical appearance with all the furniture and fittings of a high standard and perfectly in tune with the marina surrounds. My fillet steak medallions were as tender and juicy as they could be and perfectly complemented by the mushroom and black pepper sauce. Later on, I over-indulged in a four part chocolate dessert and felt totally satisfied by the end. The service is understated but attentive and friendly. Thoroughly recommended and unquestionably in my top three places to eat on the Algarve.

Eaten alive by mosquitos...booked ahead...could have been advised as a courteous guest service to take vigorous precautions...fifty bites between my wife and I was a holiday disaster...some turned very nasty...I'll never eat there again.

Underbar restaurang med mycket fin mat och goda viner. Underbart trevligt personal och god service. Extra roligt med de skandinaviska inslagen både i menyn och i inredningen. Att sedan delar av personalen även pratar svenska gör att det extra trevligt och genuint. Hit kommer jag att gå igen!

Wonderful restaurant with very good food and good wines. Wonderfully friendly staff and good service. Extra fun with the Scandinavian elements in both the menu and the decor. The fact that some of the staff also speaks Swedish makes it extra nice and genuine. This place I will go to again!

Truly nice place with an excellent atmosphere and service. I especially love their fish here. Last time I was here service was a bit sloppy but I guess the waiter must've been new.

Este restaurante aparenta uma imagem moderna e elegante. Contudo, a refeição era pior que um bife feito no figo7, sabia a frigideira, estava esturricado que até se encravou na minha placa. As empregadas são simpáticas mas não atenciosas. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM. Quem quiser ir lá gastar uma FORTUNA para comer mal, este é o local ideal! Pagámos 109 euros para 2 pessoas. Se forem só vão se estiver lá O ANGELO REBELO porque é o único dia em que a comida se come!!!!!!!! NUNCA MAIS PONHO LÁ OS PÉS ! Todos os comentários positivos devem ser da dona que é uma velha chata que cheira mal.
