Frederico Mendes: O atendimento nem sempre é o melhor quando a loja está um pouco mais movimentada

No Name: Extremely disrespectful with a client who merely asked a question. I don't even know this woman but as someone who worked in retail management (higher end to be fair) I simple cannot ignore the attitude and behaviour. The question that triggered the owner was "how much for the 2 tops including postage". That triggered a torrent of rudeness and disgraceful responses by the owner... The client had queried on other items and at no stage, as proven by the images shared by the owner, did she say she didn't want the other ones. She merely asked a question. When others pointed out, on the owners own post criticising the client that she is on the wrong... her response was "I have 4 stores... must be my arrogance". That says it all really. Avoid as much as you can. I dread to think what would happen if there was an issue with the product or quality or whatever. Post covid-19 we all will be more careful with where we spend our money... mine and many others definitely won't be going anywhere near this place. Avoid.

Recebeu uma excelente assistência com a canalização. Queria fazer funcionar uma conduta de gás até ao local onde se encontra o meu alcance eléctrico actual. O Rodriquez ajudou-me a encontrar todas as peças que eu precisava e cortou e enroscou um pedaço de cano. Ele foi capaz de responder a todas as minhas perguntas sobre gás natural, uma vez que eu não encanei uma conduta de gás antes.

Infelizmente apesar de ter tido grandes experiências com encomendas/pick up online na loja antes, hoje não foi tão bom. Comprei e paguei por um ar condicionado portátil, o valor foi deduzido da minha conta. Conduzi uma hora e meia até à loja para ir buscar o meu artigo e foi-me dito que o artigo foi vendido há meia hora atrás a outra pessoa. Isso foi porque a encomenda chega à loja uma hora mais tarde do que o seu placied online, por isso ayd vendeu o que pensávamos ter comprado.

COMPREI UMA MÁQUINA DE LAVAR $800 HÁ CERCA DE 6 SEMANAS. PAGUEI PARA QUE FOSSE ENTREGUE, FUI IMEDIATAMENTE LAVAR UMA CARGA DE ROUPA. SAIU DO QUARTO E VOLTOU 5 MINUTOS DEPOIS E O QUARTO INTEIRO FOI INUNDADO. CAUSOU DANOS NO VALOR DE $500. ENVIEI AO GERENTE DA LOJA LARANJA DO PORTO A MINHA CONTA DE REPARAÇÃO. ELE DISSE-ME QUE IRIA CONTACTAR O FABRICANTE PARA ME REEMBOLSAR E PASSARAM 6 SEMANAS E ELE RECUSA-SE A DEVOLVER OS MEUS E-MAILS OU OS MEUS TELEFONEMAS.... NÃO DESPERDICE O SEU DINHEIRO NESTE GRANDE NEGÓCIO QUE RECEBI CUSTOU-ME 500 DÓLARES E AGORA NEM SEQUER A CORTESIA DE MOSTRAR QUE ELES ESTÃO POR TRÁS DOS SEUS PRODUTOS.
