We took the car at 12 p.m. after waiting more than 1 hour and in our journey, after 10 minutes drive, we noticed a little scratch in the glass not reported that, for sure, we didn't make. After returning the car the took us 500 euros for that scratch, saying that the car was new and had been rented only once 4 months before. Second lie, the car had more than 10.000 km. We paid, because they had the money with the credit car but will never come back. Take advange of turists that are not familiar with the new place is a seedy activity and is what they do! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, this is the biggest gift I can make you, I will not have my 500 back, but I am glad I can help others.

AJ Lagomarsino: Worst rental car experience ever. As someone that rents from Avis Budget all the time, I feel like this location is a complete scam. They charged me +$300 for tiny scratches on the bumper that were there when I picked up the vehicle. The woman behind the counter said there was nothing she could do about it, but said they would be in touch about my dispute (which never happened).

Eu tenho tendas do castelo e conheci o pessoal mais incrível que um gerente até fez alguns bons amigos de lá e eu alugaria deles novamente a tempo porque eles vão te ajudar em tudo, mesmo no pagamento, se necessário, mas tudo o que eu recomendaria a qualquer um que precise de coisas o mais rápido possível, eles vão ter isso para você.

Liguei por telefone para perguntar sobre alguns fones de ouvido Bose e um associado de nome Darrell atendeu o telefone. Perguntei-lhe honestamente o que pensava sobre estes auscultadores e ele disse que eram de grande qualidade e que muitos clientes gostavam deles. Ele também procurou os que tinha em estoque e ofereceu-se para me enviar uma mensagem de texto com um link direto para que eu pudesse comprá-los e ou entrar na loja e olhar para eles no dia seguinte. Darrell foi extremamente útil, honesto e tem um ótimo atendimento ao cliente. Eu definitivamente vou entrar na loja e voltar para este local, provavelmente o melhor atendimento ao cliente que eu já tive.
