We took the car at 12 p.m. after waiting more than 1 hour and in our journey, after 10 minutes drive, we noticed a little scratch in the glass not reported that, for sure, we didn't make. After returning the car the took us 500 euros for that scratch, saying that the car was new and had been rented only once 4 months before. Second lie, the car had more than 10.000 km. We paid, because they had the money with the credit car but will never come back. Take advange of turists that are not familiar with the new place is a seedy activity and is what they do! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, this is the biggest gift I can make you, I will not have my 500 back, but I am glad I can help others.

AJ Lagomarsino: Worst rental car experience ever. As someone that rents from Avis Budget all the time, I feel like this location is a complete scam. They charged me +$300 for tiny scratches on the bumper that were there when I picked up the vehicle. The woman behind the counter said there was nothing she could do about it, but said they would be in touch about my dispute (which never happened).

Fiquei surpreendido ao ver a nova renovação do BB e B. Agora parece um aspirante ao Pier One, com demasiados objectos de decoração e mobiliário. A secção de Natal foi avassaladora, mas não de uma boa maneira. Gostei quando ela tinha mais produtos domésticos, agora é apenas mais uma loja cheia de artigos pegajosos que ninguém precisa.

Eles têm o departamento de pintura bloqueado para que apenas duas pessoas possam estar na área para amostras de tinta, tingir tinta, agitar tinta, fazer perguntas, pegar tinta e um sortimento de outras coisas. E a fila atrás da barreira estava cheia, sem qualquer distância social. Só clientes infelizes, cheios de gente infeliz.
