The rental car station is next to the airport. You just have to get out of the terminal, walk to the right for about 300meter and it is just across the roundabout. You don’t need to wait for the shuttle service like most of the other rental car companies. It took me less then 10minutes to get the car and 5minutes to return it. The invoice came fast by email, no problems.

Car damage scam 2.5 months after returning the car. I had the final invoice emailed to me 2 days after return, with no issues. Over 10 weeks later I received another email about a scratch and demand for EUR185 to pay. Rejected false claim, unclear what they do next.

Awful experience for us because of very high extra costs, unbelievably expensive insurance of 20euros/day else huge deposit of 3 000. They try to squeeze every penny

Bonjour j'ai loué le véhicule corsa car pas Peugeot" son équivalence"" ..j'ai souscris une assurance prenium via avec mon billet d'avion Ryanair la prestataire ma demandé de souscrire une franchise a l'agance malgres être couverte a l''assurance remboursement et dommage . l'accueil et sympathique il y a deux personnes au guichet un parle un peu français .bien faire le tour du véhicule et faire noté les rayures plus de cinq centimètres de long et de large vous avez une Bonne présentation du contrat (une fiche de réception et livraison du véhicule bien regarder le kilométrage du véhicule inclus car dépassement c'est 0,20 €km supplémentaire .j'ai eu un problème électrique du tableau de bord mais ouf la jauge essence était inscrite et surtout souscrire le véhiculeavec un GPS heureusement j'avais la Map Google et mon GPS nomade Tom Tom bonne route a tous

Prévoir 200€uros en plus que la somme prévue ! À la base 38€uros, on m'a retiré en plus 165€ + 7,50€. L'explication donnée : assurance, surplus de kms ( 120kms à 0,35cts) et le reste, je n'ai rien compris.. Et ne pas oublier 40€uros pour le plein de la voiture. Ce qui fait un total de : 38+165+7,50+40=250, 50€uros.. Merci Rent a Car

Habe über Check 24 hier ein Auto gebucht. Bei Vorlage des Voucher, wusste man von den Konditionen nichts. Die Vorauszahlung wurde nicht akzeptiert. Stornieren war nach den Vertragsbedingungen auch nicht möglich. Die Mitarbeiter hatten keine Ahnung oder wollten sie nicht haben. Sie schwarzem mir, das erste Mal in Portugal, die Autobahnplakette auf, mit der Begründung, dass man vom Flughafen nicht ohne Autobahnnutzung wegkommen würde. Totaler Blödsinn! Bin nur ohne Autobahnnutzung durch ganz Portugal gefahren. 75€ umsonst bezahlt! Hinterher ist man schlauer. Bei der Selbstbeteiligung sagte man mir, diese wird auf der Kreditkarte geblockt. Auch gelogen! Die Kreditkarte würde gleich belastet Nur Lug und Betrug! Ich kann mich jetzt mit Check 24 rumärgern, um meine geleistete Vorauszahlung zurückzubekommen. Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen!

Scammer. Will charge Your credit card for stuff you never received. Charged me 83 Euros for fuel, unless i returned the car with full tank. Only charged back after several mails and i threated with my lawyer.

Hired a car for our German trip to Garmisch, picked it up at Munich airport, travelled 2hrs to Garmisch and the 2 hrs back, this was all the usage we had on the car, got back to the UK and I've received a German invoice that I can't read and they've taken £70 from my account, the car was the only a £100 hire to start with. I've sent an email asking why and I'm awaiting the response

Flizzr are rascaldoms! Don't repeat my mistake and rent this "cheap" car because in fact you gonna pay tripple. Flizzr leased me car with vignette that expired couple of days earlier than my rent. As a result Asfinag commited penalty 120 euro to Flizzr because of outdated vignette at car and after that Flizzr charged me with 150 euro (120+VAT) - month after I returned a car. By the way there was no warning from Flizzr side - they just charge it from my card. I've tryed to contact administration - finally they explain me what was the transaction. And reported that Flizzr is not going to return money withdrawn as a result of this unlawful transaction. If you don't want to get worst service ever and lose your money - bypass Flizzr
