Fijne rondleiding gehad. er werd goed uitgelegd hoe het productieproces in elkaar zit en ook de historie van het bedrijf en de Port aan zich. De tasting naderhand was best ok. Natuurlijk loop je ook weer door een supermarkt met hun dranken aan het einde van de toer, maar dat is meer dan begrijpelijk. Er waren ook wel bijzondere flessen die niet bij de normale slijter verkrijgbaar zullen zijn. Desalniettemin niets gekocht. Leuke activiteit als je in Porto bent.

Klimatyczne miejscówka.Można się dowiedzieć wiele ciekawostek o winie. Pyszna degustacja win! Ceny dosyć wysokie. Dla par polecana opcja to jeden bilet z 2 winami i drugi z 3. Razem spróbujecie 5 win! : ) W ich sklepie bardzo duży wybór win i innych produktów.

Cave absolument magnifique ! Dommage que le personnel ne soit pas sympathique (peut-être usé par le rythme des visites ?) Notre guide qui n'a pas esquissé un sourire de la visite a trouvé judicieux d'appeler la sécurité parce que l'un de nous avait le hoquet... Sûrement difficile pour elle de gérer un groupe de 45 personnes.
Ça aurait pu être génial...

Did the tour with fado and tasting for 21euros but it wasn't worth it really. Was nice to see the huge barrels but the guide talked too fast and didn't really talk about anything of note. The fado was a bit cheesy too. And the tasting was just two small glasses. Felt like one big commercial ploy.

We booked a tour with 4 people with an external company. When we arrived we got news unfortunately that this tour wasn't applicable with Calem. The waitress send us up to Taylor port up in the hills, where we received also the news this tour wasn't valid. Very disappointed and the waitress didn't try to solve the issue.

Good tour with very knowledgeable guide who was funny, but it is very touristy and a commercial thing where they bring in 50 people at a time to see the cellar. Great port, but I’d prefer a more intimate setting.

Though I am more of a beer person, I really enjoyed the wine here. 10 and 20 year port wines are the best of what we had. I wish they offered little crackers or cheese along with wine tasting packages, to clean your pallet. Clean toilets for a tourist location. Slightly expensive and wine served in small qualities. All in all, a recommended experience when in Porto.

와인 프리젠팅을 듣고 2잔 시음+ Fado듣는 패키지를 했어요.
아이들 둘을 데리고 갔는데 아이들도 좋아하고 흥미롭게 봤어요.
포트와인은 원래 달고 독한 편이라 (19도 정도?) 많이 마시진 못했구요. Fado 공연은 꼭 보고 싶었는데 이렇게 패키지로 보니 편하네요 ^^

We did an English tour which was way too big (nearly 50 people!!!) as a comparison, for the same price you get winery tours in Spain with max 15/20 people. The 2 port wines for tasting that are part of the standard tour are not great.
After the tour we didn’t want to give up on Port wine yet and went to the little tasting cafe in front of the building. There we had a great waitress who recommended us some different port wines from their production which were awesome. The LBV Ruby is excellent.

A 'must visit' in Porto! Great Porto: Fine white (sweet and delicious) and Tawny! Both awesome. The tour wasn't too long and the guide was amazing!

I'm on holiday, and don't know Portuguese, and don't note the names of places I go. But if this is the place I'm thinking of, then the sardines, fish cakes, and potatoes were amazingly delicious. And the owner is really nice

Visite comprise dans le prix du YellowBus. Agréable surprise, ce n'est pas qu'une visite commerciale, notre guide (visites en français en gros toutes les heures) est passionnée par son produit et le fait partager. La visite se termine par la dégustation et le passage obligé par la boutique. Les prix sont très corrects et on peut répartir avec une bonne bouteille pour moins de 10 euros.

Me gustó mucho la visita a esta bodega. En la visita te explican el origen y la elaboración del vino de Porto, muy interesante y al final lo pudimos degustar. Muy recomendable si visitas Oporto.

The Calem caves with any doubt deserve one visit. In the place with a guide experience you can understand the diference of the the type of oporto wines (withe, tawny, ruby, rose) and also make a taste of them. You also can see the how the porto wine is keep to get old.

Cogimos la visita con espectáculo de fado. La visita nos gustó mucho, pero Dan demasiado información en poco tiempo y cuesta asimilarla; probablemente deberían preparar algo mejor el mensaje. Acaba con una degustacion de dos vinos y un espectáculo de fado que nos encanto. En total sobre hora y media, media de la visita y cerca de 1 hora de espectaculo

So worth it to visit. The scent of wine in the barrells are heavenly intoxicating.
In the shop, there are so many choices, it's tearing me apart. But I just go ahead and get a bottle of 10 years old Tawny and a bottle of 1983 Colheita.

Nice port wine visit. Our guide kind of lacked of "life" I'd say (but to be fair, the same day we had another guide through Porto and he was the BEST, so the second one lacked of character let's say). You learn a lot. You have to book in advance if you want to pick the time. (Fado music isn't actually from Porto so you should listen to it in Lisbon over then there). 12€ visit you get 2 tastings and 15€ visit you get 3.

This was a wonderful place to go for a port wine tour and tasting. Worth every penny of the 15 euros we paid for a tour and to taste three port wines. Cecilia was an amazing tour guide. Very informational. A first class operation all the way!

Einkaufen in den Port-Kellern von Porto im Allgemeinen und speziell bei Calem ist nicht zu empfehlen.
Wegen vielen Touristen (Calem schleust pro Tag bis 1600 Touristen durch Ihr Reich) und dem anziehenden Ambiente (andere haben noch anziehendere), sind die Preise in diesen Kellern jeweils um mindestens 10 bis 20% höher als der normale Marktpreis in den umliegenden Shops oder im Internet. Dies bestätigte mir auch ein Mitarbeiter, auf hartnäckige Nachfrage gleichgültig.
Bei einer normalen Degustation zur einer Führung, bekommt Ihr nur das billigste inklusive ausgeschenkt (Wert von geschätzten 1-3 Euros). Hat aber Alkohol drinnen und das ist ja für viele das wichtigste.
Achtung auch!!! Nur am Airport sind die Preise noch höher.
Wegen Unkenntnis und vorsätzlich schlechter Beratung, musste ich bei Calem, für eine Vintage-Port 2002, mehr als das doppelte des marktüblichen Preises bezahlen.
Was mich aber im Nachhinein, neben dem Lehrgeld am meisten störte, war die Beratung. Ich ging als Unwissender auf eine Beraterin von Calem zu und erklärte Ihr, dass ich mich nicht auskenne. Gerne aber einen Vintage -Port für das Abendessen kaufen und probieren möchte. Diese verkaufte mir einen 375ml 2002er Vintage-Port von Calem für 33Euro. (entspricht 66 Euro auf eine 750ml Flasche hochgerechnet). Zuhause angekommen entkorkte ich die Flasche, wobei sich der Kork pulverisierte. Denke mal, dass die lange falsche Lagerung im Shop etwas damit zu tun haben könnte. Nach dekantieren und filtrieren haben wir den teuren Tropfen genossen.
Aus Neugier recherchierte ich im Netz und fand den gleichen Wein für 30 Euro. Nicht aber für die 375ml Flasche, sondern für die 750ml. Also habe ich 220% mehr bezahlt ( wie gesagt Lehrgeld). OK selber schuld dachte ich mir. Dann habe ich wegen der guten Beratung aber sicherlich eine der besseren Vintage -Ports bekommen. Also weiter recherchiert und herausgefunden, dass der 2002er Vintage -Port der 2 schlechteste Vintage-Jahrgang aller Zeiten ist. Wobei, einen Vintage -Jahrgang gibt es nur, in allgemein guten Jahrgängen und ist nicht zu vergleichen mit Tawny Ports, LBV, Rubys.... ganz andere Liga.
Super 2 mal reingefallen
Tags darauf, einen «Manager» auf den Preis angesprochen. Verfing er sich in Eigenlob und der besten Lager-Qualität des Hauses. Das eine schlechte Lagerung des Produktes ein möglicher Grund für den billigen Preis der anderen Anbieter sein könne. Dem Foto des pulverisierten Korken seiner Flasche wich er unkommentiert aus und verwies auf die Vintage -Qualität und das der Wein ja sehr gut geschmeckt habe. Dies war jedoch nicht das Thema!!! Nach weiteren Vergleichen mit viel besseren Jahrgängen, die ich hätte billiger oder zu einem ähnlichen Preis hätte bekommen können, sogar im eigenen Calem-Shop, holte er 3 Euro (10%) und wollte mich damit begnügen.
Dann sagte er zu meiner Verwunderung: So hätte ich ja den gleichen Preis erhalten wie ich herausgefunden habe??? Nun erklärte ich Ihm noch einmal, dass es sich bei Calem-Preis um eine 375ml Flasche handle und die 30Euro für eine 750ml bezahlt werde! Dann war er wieder verwundert und fing irgendwie wieder von vorne an.
Die 3 Euro habe ich dankend abgelehnt und bin danach, mit weiteren Erfahrungen die ich dadurch machen durfte, weitergezogen. Fragte mich aber noch kurz selber, ob man als Manager geboren wird?
Tipp für Portkeller-Führung:
Ich würde Taylors für eine Besichtigung empfehlen. Da kann man selber eine Tour, mit Audioerklärungen in jeder Sprache (auch Deutsch, Chinesisch, Koreanisch…..), im eigenen Tempo begehen. Das Ambiente ist da auch etwas spezieller als im Massentouristenspezialisten Calem. Preise sind aber auch erhöht, kaufen kann man ja auch woanders.

Bella cantina personale gentile disponibile e preparato ma perché visitarla se possibile vedere "instituto do vinho do porto" che supervisiona e fornisce l'etichetta Doc per i produttori di vino?! (ingresso gratuito e all'interno del quale si paga solo la degustazione con cifre irrisorie).Oltre alle botti suggestive caratteristiche di una cantina purtroppo non ho trovato nessun valore aggiunto. Consiglierei il Produttore di non far pagare un prezzo per la visita, ma di pagare il prezzo giusto per la degustazione e concedere al cliente la scelta della tipologia di vino da poter assaggiare

The tour was quite informative and the facilities were fantastic. Plus the port was top notch for those who like their's really sweet.
However, for people fairly new to or not well-versed in the wine world, I think it was too technical and not enough happened to keep people interested. Compare that to the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin, where even people who have never tasted Guinness before could have fun going through the tour.

This was a tour de force.John our guide was very good. Answered our questions and entertained us with his stories. The selection of wines was well picked for us to get introduced to Calem Ports. The after tour to Kopke ports provided by Obre was even better. Bought an aged white port.

Un excelente lugar, la atención de los guías es estupenda. Además que se esmeran en su atención. El museo y toda la información que aportan sobre la riqueza de los vino en Oporto me ha parecido extraordinaria. Yo los invitaría a darle el plus a tan maravilloso recorrido, agregándole algo de picar al momento de las catas, realmente se agradecería.

Visita muy instructiva sobre la fabricación de los vinos y degustación de dos de ellos. Aconsejo llevar algo para picar, como algún fruto seco, porque el vino solo se sube son 20 grados

Se for em casal, peça 3 degustações para um e duas para o outro assim vc economista alguns euros e prova 5 vinhos diferentes. Se pedir 2 provas para cada um serão apenas dois tipos de vinho iguais para cada.

We enjoyed the experience at Calem port tour. The fado music was very nice. But the tour was a bit overcrowded and overpriced with only two small glasses of port. Overall - good if you want the Fado music, but if you want more drinking there may be better about.

Nice tasting room. You can have cheese, charcuterie or chocolate with your wine. It’s a good option if you just want to taste the wine without doing the tour.

The clerk in the wine shop at the exit did cheating.
I paid the wine with a card but, just forgot to give a 10% discount.
I'd like to cancel my credit card payment and then make it again.
But, she(clerk) said "It is only possible at ATM so, we cannot be cancelled. And it is cheaper price than the price discounted 10%."
The blonde bobbed-haired woman stole(steal) my time and made me feel bad. Also, she didn't know to caculate money.( I think that she doesnt have qualification at her job. CEO just make only wine?)
So, after meet her, all of good memories of CALEM turned into fraud.

와인을 카드로 긁고, 10%할인을 깜빡했었다.
카드결제를 취소 하고 재결제를 하고 싶다하자,
ATM에서나 가능하다며 취소가 안된다고 했다.
금색 단발머리의 그 여자는 내 시간을 뺏고 기분을 더럽게 만들었다. 또한 결제 전까지 CALEM의 좋았던 기억들을 모두 사기꾼으로 바꾸어놓았다.
기분이 나빠지고 싶다면 CALEM의 금발단발머리를 만나라.

It is little bit expensive. I paid 15€ for s short tour and for 3 glasses of wine. You can have other offer for 12€ the same tour presentation but with 2 glasses of wine. You can find wine caves cheaper around. Try to search on internet before to go.

Excelente cave na Beira do Rio Douro, bem próximo a Ponte D. Luis I. A visita guiada é bem elucidativa, os vinhos que degustamos são bons e o preço de venda é comum só Porto, ou seja, entre 9,00 e 50,00 euros. O museu é interessante, principalmente por ter interatividade. A entrada normal é 12 euros, já a com Fado é 21,00.

The guide seemed to have no knowledge other than what was already written in the exhibits and presentations. He was unable to answer guests questions. The shop staff were rude and unhelpful and more interested in playing on their mobile phones than assisting customers.

Merece la pena, la visita se hace bastante amena y tienen cata de vinos al final, nos ha costado 12 euros la visita con el guia y dos copas de vino, que era la visita mas barata, luego tenian otra cata con 3 copas que creo que eran 15 euros, y probaban mejoes vinos.

Nul, aucun intérêt....
Visite quasi inexistante, la guide ne nous apprend rien sur le porto, et ne fait que présenter les bouteilles sur un murs ou elles sont projetées. Bref jn coup de com' au final cher, vu qu on y apprend rien !!
Dégustation sans intérêt non plus, vu que les verres vous attendent sur un table, et quon vous dit juste ce qye vous buvez, pas d'explication d'arome, on nous simplement "C'est la bouteille que vous avez vu tout à l l'heure !!!"
Donc passez votre chemin, et gardez votre argent pour faire une autre cave ;)

Realmente merece la pena, sobretodo el museo, tiene juegos interactivos con los que divertirte, es amplio y acogedor.
En cuanto a la atención del personal, es muy buena, inclusive hacen visitas guiadas por el museo, el cual tiene mucha información divertida, hasta los niños se lo pasan bien aquí.
También tiene algunos detalles que marcan la diferencia, está bastante bien situado.

We deden met een grote groep een rondleiding inclusief proeverij. Helaas werd die groep nog veel groter wat de rondleiding al onpersoonlijker maakte. De gids was vriendelijk maar ze bleef ook erg op de oppervlakte. Ik had graag veel meer over port geleerd, maar ik heb het gevoel dat ik nu alleen een paar marketingfeitjes ken die ik ook op de site had kunnen lezen.
Tijdens de proeverij nam ze ook nauwelijks de leiding en we moesten de verhalen over de port die we gingen proeven uit haar trekken. Ze heeft eigenlijk niks over de ruby port verteld en alleen een mager beetje over de witte port. Meer dan twee glaasjes mochten we trouwens niet proberen. Voor het geld vond ik dat nogal zonde.

Visite guidée trop touristique et dans un français très moyen. La visite parmi les tonneaux ne fait pas très typique, on a du mal a croire qu'il s'agit de vrais fûts. Dégustation correcte mais on en ressort assez dubitatif sur les différents Porto qui sont goutés l'un après l'autre sans réelle transition.
Probablement pas le meilleur chais a visiter de Gaia.

Stopped here for a port tour in English on an afternoon. It was a very well done museum and 30 minute tour and tasting. We paid a little extra to taste 3 ports and were glad we did; white, ruby and tawny were delightful.

Il est très beau et notre guide passionné par le Porto. Les explications sont illustré par un système vidéo qui aide bien à la compréhension. Nous avions opté pour la visite à 35€ avec dégustation de 3 porto avec fromage et chocolat.
La visite est très sympa, on apprend tout sur la réalisation, la conservation et la mise en bouteille du Porto.
Cette dégustation se fait dans une autre salle, plus intimiste et c’est très sympa.
Les produits sont qualitatifs.
A 35€ en revanche ce n’est pas donné.

Bodega de Vila Nova de Gaia en la que se pueden realizar visitas guiadas acompañadas de una cata de vinos de Oporto. Realizamos un tour guiado en español y degustamos cinco vinos, entre ellos dos tawny, la especialidad de Cálem. Se trata de una experiencia muy didáctica, tanto para los grandes aficionados al vino como para los recién iniciados. Sin duda merece la pena. También es posible acceder a su tienda o degustar unos vinos con fado en directo.

Visitamos la bodega para hacer la ruta con cata. La experiencia estuvo genial. Tienen una zona de visita libre, (Una vez adquieres la entrada) muy interesante. Con actividades visuales, y una entretenida zona en la que hueles los distintos matices de ingredientes que puede contener el vino y juegas a adivinar a qué pertenece cada olor.
Agradecimientos a nuestro guía Leonardo, porque nos hizo la visita por la galería muy entretenida y amena. Atento a nuestras preguntas , y con muy buen sentido del humor. Supo meterse en el bolsillo a todo el grupo, de cualquier procedencia y edad! Obrigado!

Nos ha gustado mucho la visita de la bodega y la degustación. El guía muy simpático y todo explicaba de una manera muy interesante. Nos convertimos en amantes del vino Oporto :) El vino que nos sirvieron en la degustación estaba buenísimo y el guía nos explicó como olerlo, removerlo para que se evapore el alcohol y como tomarlo. Nos dejó bastante tiempo para disfrutar del vino y hablar un ratito. Es verdad que algo para picar con el vino no estaría mal ya que con 2 copas se nota la fuerza del alcohol, no me imagino como estaría con 3 copas.
En la tienda al final de la visita nos compramos una cajita de 2 copas para vino Oporto y así tenemos un recuerdo y copas perfectas para tomar el vino en casa :) Lo recomiendo!

Vient ensuite une visite guidée d'environ 30min, un guide très intéressant qui va à l'essentiel tout en répondant à toutes nos questions. Came here with my family, wife and two kids (5, 9 years). The staff were kind and our guide tried his best to get the kids not bored (they were bored anyway). I liked the guided tour, good to understand a little bit more about the wine from Porto. I purchased the special tour and had three options of wine to taste. Only reason I’m giving this a 3 star is because another French group (which was probably big enough for their own tour) ruined it for us and the guide by being way too loud and rude. We didn’t hear a word from the guide and learnt nothing till the tasting which she kindly came and gave us a guide but it was very very rushed.

The tour was a bit disappointing since there was only a short explanation and a video. We did not see much about the process. The fado show was enjoyable but the wine tasting was not worth the money since we got no explanation about the wine we drank.

Overall we had a good experience, but we were expecting way more. We had a quick walk through a couple of rooms with bug barrels and a superficial explanation about the types of wine.
For the price we paid (13€ each for the ‘tour’ and a couple of glasses for tasting at the end) we expected to go in a bit more deep in the making process, grapes, the factory and about Porto wine itself. Instead, we had a quick overview and explanation/slide shows in between about the types of their wines.
The guide seemed pretty knowledgeable and kept our attention til’ the end, but again, we got a bit disappointed.
Anyway, shout out to Porto wine!

Depois da visita fazemos a esperada degustação. Eles dão duas opções, já experimentei as duas e honestamente a mais caro para quem gosta de vinho vale muito a pena. Quem não liga muito ou acha tudo a mesma coisa, pode experimentar a mais barata que não vai se arrepender.

Muy bien todo hasta que llegamos a la cata de vinos, que es algo que ellos, además, incentivan desde que entras. Generan una expectativa que luego no se cumple. Solo 2 copitas de vino. Se nos hizo muy muy escasa la degustación. En La Rioja hay bodegas que duplican y hasta triplican esta cata, añadiendo además incuso algo de "picoteo". Cara la visita para lo que se recibe a cambio. Lo mejor fue la guía, que hablaba muy bien castellano y se la veía totalmente apasionada de sus bodegas y del vino de Oporto

Jamás he disfrutado tanto del mundo vinícola. Primero íbamos a contratar la visita a Ferreira, pero luego leí un poco sobre las Cálem y decidí ir allí con mis amigas.
Una de ellas ya había estado por lo que pudo comparar en tre una y otra y me dijo que estaba mucho mejor que la otra visita de Ferreira en la que ella estuvo.
Nuestra visita la teníamos para las 12'15. Primero nos hicieron entrar a un lugar común, un pequeño museo donde se puede oler los diversos aromas del vino con esencia a chocolate, frutos secos etc. Un mapa resumen de los tipos de cálem, el proceso, sus colores. La verdad que no es muy grande pero resume bastante bien todo.
Luego entra un guía y avisa "Grupo España" o "grupo Italia"... Y da comienzo, el chico que nos tocó a nosotros era joven pero lo explicó todo perfectamente, el porqué de esos colores, el sabor, la manera de elaborarlos, medidas de barricas, oxidación. ¡¡CLASE MAGISTRAL!!
Y para finalizar entras en una habitación con muchas mesas y barricas y vinos donde se realiza la cata, dependiendo ya lo que cada uno haya contratado. El único pero, debían acompañarlo de un vaso de agua para limpiar paladar y saber apreciar el uno del otro. Allí puedes estar el rato que determines, ya que la sala es muy grande y por lo tanto hay espacio para el resto de grupos.
Cuando terminas, al irte pasas como es evidente por la tienda, la cual tiene bastante variedad tanto en tipos como en el tamaño de los vinos. Y sus precios están muy bien.

Una delle prime cantine che incontrerete dopo aver superato il ponte, ci siamo fermati per degustare il porto ovviamente. Molto buono!
Ci è stato consigliato di provare il loro cocktail (fatto con il loro porto) che sinceramente non ho amato per nulla.
Peccato per gli orari molto ristretti...alle 19 ci stavano praticamente buttando fuori...

Beautiful place to visit. The French tour guide was wonderful, she patiently explained everything and was interactive. I recommend getting the €16 tour with the 3 tastings. It’s not only the number of wines you try, but they’re also “better”.
The location is very convenient too as there are many activities to do and enjoy the river and view just outside.
They have a shop with so many different options that you wouldn’t easily find anywhere else.

Localização fantástica, com vista para Porto, excelente café e ainda tem um bom restaurante. Servem além do café, possui um bom cardápio onde não consumimos, mas muito bem frequentado. Deu vontade de passar o dia inteiro lá. Tem excelentes atendentes, que por sinal são Brasileiros que fizeram questão de nos atender e nos proporcionar uma boa experiência. Letícia nos atendeu.

Visite en plusieurs langues. Un peu rapide malgré tout. Ne vous attendez pas à de grandes caves. On comprend bien la façon de faire le porto et les différences entre les différents vins. Dégustation de 2 ou 3 portos à la fin avec quelques explications sur la façon de le préparer et de le boire.

The guide was really nice and explained all kinds of Porto wine they do very well. The museum where you wait for your tour was pretty interesting. The tour was really exhaustive but sometimes you can hear other guides more than yours. The wine you can try was amazing.

Cave très agréable a visiter. Les caves datent du début de la commercialisation du porto vers 1850, le hall d'accueil très intéressant et professionnel, le personnel enthousiaste. Les joueurs et chanteurs de Fado nous ont fait découvrir leur musique pendant que nous dégustons des portos.

Bellissima esperienza sia per la cordialità della guida si per le degustazioni dei due bicchieri di vino ; la cosa che mi ha colorito di più è stato lo spettacolo di fado (musica tradizionale portoghese) dove la cantante mi ha emozionato e affascinato a questa bellissima musica. Consiglio si comprare il pacchetto completo !

Pésimo trato en cuanto a servicio en su terraza. Nos levantamos sin ser atendidos tras 20 minutos mientras un camarero mita el tiempo pasar tras su atril. Quizás no tenga aspecto de saber de vino, cierto....donde se esté una superbock que se quite lo que sea que vendan en Calem.

Esta bien , pero podrían poner algo para picar con la cata... Cuesta de beberse el vino a palo seco y parece que sea un bébetelo y vete. El vino bueno y el tour esta bastante bien si te interesa saber un poco más.

No fuimos a la visita, pero si tomamos unos vinos de oporto y un plato de embutidos y quesos. Copas muy escasas para su precio y embutidos de calidad no muy buena para lo que vale. Lo mejor la terraza en frente del paseo.

Cogimos la visita de 16€ con cata de 3 vinos. Primero entramos y te dan 15 minutos para ver el "museo" por tu cuenta. El guía era bastante majete, y una vez dentro nos hizo una breve explicación de lo que es el vino de oporto, las barricas y alguna cosita mas. En la visita no recorres mas de 50 metros. Subes a la sala de catas, dónde las copas ya están preparadas. El guía te da otra breve explicación de los vinos y se va porque tiene que recoger a otro grupo. Los vinos ya los pruebas por tu cuenta. En una hora escasa, todo hecho. Soy hostelero, y he visitado ya bastantes bodegas de varias D.O. La impresión es que despachan a los visitantes. Es un negocio, donde cuanta mas gente pase, mas beneficio generan. Tienen visitas cada media hora, de entre 15 y 45 personas, para que os hagáis una idea de lo que digo. Ni de lejos vale los 16 euros que pagas (o 13, con solo 2 vinos). Para nada recomendaría esta bodega. Espero que las demás tengan otro enfoque. Tenéis muchisimo que mejorar

Très belle expérience vécue dans ce lieu pour une visite privée exclusive :)
Nous avions réservé une visite en francais pour 10h20 le matin, hors période d affluence et nous nous sommes retrouvés a 2 personnes avec notre guide qui a pu prendre le temps de nous expliquer les rouages de la cave et répondre à nos questions.
Avant la visite un petit musée interactif bien ficelé.
Après la visite place a la dégustation de Porto. Effectivement ce ne sont pas les meilleurs cru qui sont proposés, mais cela donne un avant goût !
A l issu de cela le magasin vous permet de continuer le voyage.
Une terrasse d été est situé devant la bâtiment si vous voulez approfondir votre palet gustatif.
13e par personne pour la visite de 1h et la dégustation de 2 verres.
Le prix reste un peu élevé tt de même !

Guía en español a la bodega, escueta pero con una idea general de lo que es el vino de Oporto. Cata de vinos para finalizar, salimos un poco de lado!
P. D. Recomendable llevar algo de comer para acompañar la cata, un trocito de queso, chocolate o frutos secos.

El museo muy normalito, sirve para que vayas haciendo tiempo mientras vienen todos los que han contratado la visita. Aún así, hay algunas cosas curiosas de leer y ver.
La Visita a las bodegas muy bien explicada por el guía y duró bastante. Pasamos por varias estancias para acompañar a las explicaciones. La degustacion de los vinos muy muy rica. Ojo! Se suben a la cabeza enseguida! Así q nada más salir, a comer.
Compramos varias botellas para disfrutarlas en casa.

와인 정말 너무너무 맛있고 파두공연 가성비 좋습니다. 노래를 10곡정도는 한거같아요
와인 잘 못드시는 분, 술 잘 못드시는 분은 사진에 나와있는 라그리마 와인 추천이요!
라그리마는 눈물이라는 뜻인데 너무 달아서 마지막 잔을 마실때는 아쉬워서 눈물이 난다는 뜻이라네요 ㅎㅎ 공연 다 보고 1층으로 내려오시면 와인 판매처가 있는데 매우 저렴하고 선물용으로 좋아요!

Una cantina stupenda e un giro guidato niente male, ci siamo ritrovati a dover scegliere la guida in francese dato che quella italiana non è presente e quella inglese iniziava dopo un’ora.
Ci sono moltissime botti piene di vino veramente molto buono. Consiglio la visita con l’assaggio di 2 vini (uno bianco e uno rosso) a tutti gli amanti del vino, anche se non è un sapore per tutti quello del vino di calem...

Meglio prenotare on line! La visita guidata l'abbiamo fatta in inglese, la guida è stata molto chiara e simpatica ed è stato davvero molto interessante! A rendere il tutto perfetto il museo interattivo con cui "giocare" in attesa della visita guidata alla cantina (piccola ma dalla grande atmosfera) e la degustazione di porto finale. Durata totale un' oretta.

Un'esperienza imperdibile de se passate per Porto, abbiamo provato una degustazione di vini con formaggi, salumi e cioccolato...paradisiaco!!! Il personale gentilissimo, la location spettacolare con il panorama che guarda sul ponte Luis, sull'altra sponda della città e in sottofondo la musica FADO !!! Sembra di vivere fuori dal tempo!!! Eccezionale.

Das diversas caves que já visitei, esta é a que tem a visita mais pobre. Não vale o preço do bilhete.
A visita praticamente não tem informação histórica. As áreas visitadas são pobres. A visita é feita para turistas em massa que só querem tira foto ao lado de uma pipa para marcar presença.
Para terminar em grande o guia estava tão cansado que ficou metade da visita a reclamar do próprio trabalho.
Para quem deseja conhecer as caves do vinho do Porto, recomendo que vá a outra.

Nous avons visité cette cave ce matin (10H40 en français) avec mon épouse et ma fille. Notre guide etait excellente, competente et conviviale. On y apprend bien plus que des visites avec audioguide. La qualité des produits est au rendez-vous avec des prix plus que raisonnable par rapport aux produits proposés. Visitez et consommez sans hesiter et sans moderation! Me encantó la visita. Duración de 1 hora. Se me hizo muy ameno gracias a nuestro guía español Nacho. Contaba la historia con pizcas de humor que hizo que la visita nos pasara volando. Hice la cata de 2 vinos.

I didn't catch his name (14:40 English tour on Monday, Aug 5th) but our tour guide was funny, sassy, and very informative. His enthusiasm was entertaining, but helped us remember facts. I'd go back to take another tour if I knew he was going to give it, just to hear what he'd say.

Wycieczka obejmowała zwiedzanie muzeum pokazujące jak produkuje się wino Porto, degustacja wina oraz koncert ma żywo fado (cena 21 euro). Na miejscu można kupić wina oraz inne pamiątki. Miejsce warte odwiedzenia po całym dniu zwiedzania.

Visita ben strutturata, consiglio di prenotare la visita su internet in modo da non fare file e trovare la disponibilità della lingua desiderata ( tra Inglese, Portoghese, Francese e Spagnolo). 박물관 둘러보는 시간 15분 +영어 가이드 투어 30분 + 나머지는 시음 천천히 할 수 있는 시간
가이드 분 설명이 매우 빠르셨고 미국식 억양이 아니라서 정말 열심히 들어야 들렸다.
그래도 포르토 와인에 대해 약간의 지식은 얻어가서 나쁘지 않았던 것 같다.
2개 시음하면 13유로 3개는 16유로 (물론 가이드 포함 가격)

As others have said the English tour groups can be big, but it’s a very popular spot and a famous port house we expected that. Despite the size the tour is professionally done, very knowledgeable guide and a range of tasting options at the end. I took the two port taste and my husband took the three, meaning we ultimately tried five different ports. Recommend that option if you want to try more!

Alene det at sidde ved Douro floden midt i skønne Porto, var en gave i sig selv. Vi fik let tapas og skøn portvin, ikke som smagning, men valgte selv fra kortet. Rigtig god oplevelse, sød og opmærksomhed betjening.

Asked for a wine tasting at around 545pm. Server gave us a menu and asked to sit down.. waited until 620pm and when she finally came to help is, I was informed that the menu needed to be changed because they no longer offered wine tasting after 6pm. When I informed her that we were sitting down for over 20min waiting to be served, she got an attitude saying she did not and started asking 'who gave this lady a menu' to her colleague. After telling her it was her, she rolled her eyes and said 'fine what do you want?' At that point I decided to get up and leave.

Not sure what happened but I saw some people complaining about the size of the pours in the tasting! Are you kidding me? The three "tastes" were massive! The tour was interesting and wine was overall good with the tawny being the stand out. Recommend!

El tour de las bodegas es muy bueno, se explica la elaboración del vino, sus tipos y variedades. Yo pedí la degustación de vino con chocolate y fue una experiencia única. Me llevaron a una sala específica para esto y me ofrecieron tres copas de distintos tipos, con cuatro tipos de chocolate.
Personal muy atento y amable, lo recomiendo.

我們訂了 "tour&taste&fado" 行程，有酒莊導覽、品酒及fado演唱，雖然每人要價21歐，但是真的很值得，除掉最開始15分鐘導覽員連珠砲式的介紹，我大概3分鐘之後只能聽關鍵字，連在一起聽得實在很心虛，真想快點結束，雖然他說得很認真。之後被帶進品酒場，桌上已經放好2杯酒，一杯是fine white 白酒，一杯是towny 紅酒，2杯都等級不錯非常好喝。更棒的是一邊品酒一邊放鬆欣賞 fado 演唱，來葡萄牙一定要聽一聽她的國技，本以為是哀淒的訴說，現在為了帶動現場氣氛多是歡快的調子。開場先是一般吉他伴奏，fado吉他主奏，結束後女歌者登場，她低沈的聲音情感豐富，雖然語言聽不懂，聽著她的音調，看著她的表情，也被帶進了她的fado世界。原本是為了舒發心中的悲苦而傳唱，但現今我可感受到fado帶給歌者的驕傲與成就感，fado就是葡萄牙的代表！4首結束換了男歌者上台，歌聲也是屬於低沈，但是我比較沒有共鳴，便期待女歌者可以再現身。最終女歌者再次上台合唱，在賓主盡歡的氣氛下結束，非常推薦！

Adorei. Foi magnífico ver as caves e saber de certa forma os "segredos" que faz com que o vinho do Porto seja óptimo.
