Eva Agrawal: This turned out to be a subterranean , dark and musty home. We had booked this home two years earlier ( 2014) for a family vacation in 2016. We paid over 2,500 Euros for one week' s stay from June 14, 2016 to June 21, 2016. We were 6 adults ( my two grown daughters , their husbands , my husband and I. ) There are several problems with this home besides darkness and the main living area (kitchen, dining and living space) being in the basement. There was mold growing in the dining\living area, one bathroom's shower drained very, very slowly. I had to stop showering to allow the run off water collecting to drain. The bathroom doors could not close because of swollen wood, the door entrance to the space we had rented had a broken window , which allowed the cat to enter . ( We had been told that the cat never entered). The photos did not show the reality of the home. Regrettably, we decided to leave after ONE night's stay. Besides being an uncomfortable atmosphere , one daughter was pregnant and concerned about the mold. My husband , who is allergic to cats , had an asmatha attack which required medical attention. And all agreed that the train, which ran often throughout the night , was too, too loud for decent sleep, especially while on vacation. However; We had traveled from the west coast US for a family vacation and decided to have an enjoyable time despite the extra cost. That afternoon we booked three rooms at Sol Verde Hotel nearby. BUT, many others would not have the choice that we had to scrap the reserved accommodations, and fine safer and better lodging for their yearly vacation. Carolina, the manager of Roses Village, is very nice and helpful, but unfortunately does not understand a client's basic expectations when they contract a vacation home. Yes, the home was clean, but it was not safe, and well maintained. My question: In Portugal are there standards that a bed and breakfast must pass? If not there should be. And, advertising must be more transparent. The pictures do not "speak" the truth. Please note that we rented 4 bedrooms plus the kitchen and living area. Many guests would not have rented this much area, but regardless there is a problem here, which should be addressed by the owners and manager.

O depósito domiciliar mais desorganizado que já estive, absolutamente nenhum funcionário se importa em dar a conhecer onde as filas começam a fazer checkout, então você só tem um monte de pessoas em pé cortando-se umas às outras... durante toda essa bagunça corona ter as pessoas amontoadas e confusas definitivamente NÃO é seguro!

Ficou à espera mais de 1 hora para a recolha do lado do passeio, conforme instruído pela sua resposta por e-mail. Perguntou a um associado que estava a servir outros clientes lá fora e foi-lhe dito para esperar. Compreensivelmente eles estavam sobrecarregados, estes são tempos de reflexão, mas não há desculpas apenas uma reprimenda por não entrar na loja para falar diretamente com um associado mesmo que o meu nome aparecesse na tela deles. Home Depot, você pode fazer melhor.

Fui aqui porque tive uma situação traumática que me aconteceu. Eu vim aqui com medo e ansiedade e eles cuidaram totalmente de mim. O cavalheiro limpou minha arma e me ensinou a carregar e descarregar balas. Ele também me levou de volta e me ensinou a atirar da maneira correta. Eu saí daqui me sentindo seguro e seguro. Eles têm uma boa seleção de armas, e eles dão suas melhores sugestões para tentar vendê-lo no preço. Foi uma adrenalina tão grande atirar na minha arma. Estava muito abalado no início, mas quando superei os meus nervos iniciais, foi eufórico. Vocês são os melhores.
