Eva Agrawal: This turned out to be a subterranean , dark and musty home. We had booked this home two years earlier ( 2014) for a family vacation in 2016. We paid over 2,500 Euros for one week' s stay from June 14, 2016 to June 21, 2016. We were 6 adults ( my two grown daughters , their husbands , my husband and I. ) There are several problems with this home besides darkness and the main living area (kitchen, dining and living space) being in the basement. There was mold growing in the dining\living area, one bathroom's shower drained very, very slowly. I had to stop showering to allow the run off water collecting to drain. The bathroom doors could not close because of swollen wood, the door entrance to the space we had rented had a broken window , which allowed the cat to enter . ( We had been told that the cat never entered). The photos did not show the reality of the home. Regrettably, we decided to leave after ONE night's stay. Besides being an uncomfortable atmosphere , one daughter was pregnant and concerned about the mold. My husband , who is allergic to cats , had an asmatha attack which required medical attention. And all agreed that the train, which ran often throughout the night , was too, too loud for decent sleep, especially while on vacation. However; We had traveled from the west coast US for a family vacation and decided to have an enjoyable time despite the extra cost. That afternoon we booked three rooms at Sol Verde Hotel nearby. BUT, many others would not have the choice that we had to scrap the reserved accommodations, and fine safer and better lodging for their yearly vacation. Carolina, the manager of Roses Village, is very nice and helpful, but unfortunately does not understand a client's basic expectations when they contract a vacation home. Yes, the home was clean, but it was not safe, and well maintained. My question: In Portugal are there standards that a bed and breakfast must pass? If not there should be. And, advertising must be more transparent. The pictures do not "speak" the truth. Please note that we rented 4 bedrooms plus the kitchen and living area. Many guests would not have rented this much area, but regardless there is a problem here, which should be addressed by the owners and manager.

Do início ao fim, a nossa experiência tem sido fantástica. Tivemos primeiro um dos seus técnicos de manutenção para verificar se o nosso frigorífico estava avariado para além da reparação. Dois dias antes da consulta eles tiveram um cancelamento e ligaram para ver se queríamos melhorar o nosso equipamento. No dia anterior recebemos um lembrete de que eles estariam lá, e no dia em que fui chamado quando o técnico estava a caminho. Foi-nos dada uma avaliação completa, o preço do que custaria substituir e uma recomendação honesta que deveríamos considerar seriamente substituir, o que nós fizemos. Quando fomos ver os modelos fomos recebidos, mas nos permitiram olhar por conta própria por alguns minutos antes de nos oferecerem mais assistência (da qual eu sou fã). Quando dissemos ao cavalheiro o tamanho do nosso espaço, a nossa lista de características que realmente gostávamos e aquelas que esperávamos mas que não eram necessárias, ele foi capaz de nos ajudar a reduzir a uma que tinha tudo o que estávamos procurando. E você não pode bater os preços deles. Ele também nos ajudou a escolher um freezer independente que é apropriado para o que a nossa família precisa. Eu não hesito em dar 5 estrelas a esses caras, pois eles têm sido absolutamente fantásticos em todos os aspectos do seu negócio (eu os usei para fazer manutenção de equipamentos para o meu negócio também, a mesma experiência). Obrigado por ser uma empresa local fantástica, com pessoal conhecedor, amigável e preços altamente competitivos.

Se houvesse uma classificação negativa eu a teria usado. A pessoa que trabalhou este sábado, 5/9, tem que ser uma das pessoas mais rudes ao redor. Se hes um empregado deve ser despedido e se hes um proprietário deve vendê-lo. Não há hipótese de eu voltar lá, e estou a dizer a toda a gente que sei da minha experiência. EVITE ESTE LUGAR.
