Hostel extremamente limpo. Os empregados estão sempre a higienizar o espaço!
O serviço é profissional e atencioso.
As camas são totalmente fechadas e os quartos são grandes.
As áreas comuns (cozinha e sala de descanso) são muito espaçosas e permitem isolar-se para quem o quiser.
A localização é excelente, perto de tudo. Não tive que usar transporte.
Recomendo 100%!
Mas o que mais chamou a minha atenção foi o jardim muito lindo e limpo.
Da um ar de você está nas montanhas tipo interior, vale muito a pena em conhecer.
O proprietário Julien é super atencioso e fui muito bem recebido.

El trato del personal fue excelente. El desayuno estaba incluido en la reserva pero era básico.
Me hospede en una habitación para 10 personas, amplia con lugar de guardado y dos baños. Las camas eran cómodas y contaban con cortinas para tener privacidad dentro del cuarto. Todas las camas contaban con luz de noche y tomas corrientes.
Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de metro. Contaba con varios supermercados y restaurantes cerca.

Wer auf ein unkompliziertes Hostel Ausschau hält, das zentral liegt, sauber und freundliches Personal hat, ist hier genau richtig. Ebenso ist die Möglichkeit auf netflix, sporty und div. PS-Spiele zu zugreifen ... wer es braucht, denke aber die Stadt hat auch einiges zu bieten, aber für verregnete Tage sicherlich lustig.

Необоснованно дорогой отель. За такие деньги снимала хостел в Париже в комнате только для 4-х девочек, а тут такая цена за комнату на 10 человек, да ещё и общую. Завтрак в Париже был вкуснее, круасаны, а булочки. Еще в последнюю ночь вернулась и не обнаружила свой контейнер для линз и раствор в ванной. У ночного администратора сходила спросила, та просто пожала плечами, завтра выясните. Пришлось ночь спать в линзах. Благо утром мне вернули всё, но это было очень-очень неприятно. Весь день не могу опять одеть линзы, глаза болят. Так хостел неплохой, но 10 человек и многие так храпят. Берите беруши с собой. И примите к сведению, что ждать очереди в душ придется иногда долго. Благо старалась приходить после 12.00, когда народ уже спал

Best hostel in my life. Breakfest, rooms, garden everything is 5 star. In my opinion this is better hostel then most 3 star hotels. Stuff is very helpful and kind. You have bathroom in your own room and private space! If I visit Porto again I will defenitley stay here again. Amazing place! Btw they clean hostel EVERY DAY!

A clean and central hostel with fantastic 24-hour staff and a great garden in back. The beds are large and private and each room has its own bathroom. I took a train out late the day I checked out, so I would've had to bring my luggage around with me all day, but the hostel was nice enough to hold onto it AND let me hang out in the garden even after I handed my keys in.

I had the best experience there. I felt that I as in a 3 star hotel, not a hostel!
Super comfy bed "pods" that gives full privacy even if you're sharing your room with others!
It was very clean, central location to visit the city by foot, professional and friendly staff.
All of that for a very low price considering that the bath towel and the breakfast are included.

Отличный хостел. Ценовая политика - чуть выше обычного, соответственно и сервис и проживающие на уровень выше. Комната на 10 человек просторная. Очень удобные кровати со шторками и индивидуальным светом, чистое постельное белье. Санузлы чистые, но немного маленькие. Завтрак скромный, но перекусить достаточно. Персонал очень дружелюбный.

Ubicación muy buena. El personal muy amable. Las literas son perfectas para descansar. Tiene perchero, balda, ventilador, luz y enchufe individual. Las zonas comunes están muy bien. Un lugar totalmente recomendable.

Jai vraiment apprécié mon séjour de 9 nuits en chambre dortoir 8 lits (juillet 2018) dans cet hôtel très confortable, moderne et très propre, où tout est fait pour que les hôtes se sentent le mieux possible. Tout le personnel est très accueillant et toujours à lécoute, disponible et prêt à rendre service à ses clients. Lhôtel est très bien situé, tout est accessible à pied. Merci à Julien et à toute son équipe !

Bien ubicado y muy limpio. Desayuno incluido. En la recepción son muy amables y te lo explican todo muy bien. Como tuve que hacer el checkout antes de que abriera el horario del desayuno, me dejaron el café la noche antes listo para que yo me lo preparara. La habitación de 10 personas es muy espaciosa y las camas tienen cortinas y luz privadas para mayor privacidad.

Un sitio genial donde pasar tu estancia en Oporto. El lugar cuenta con cortinas en las literas, y habitaciones muy amplias. Tienes una cajonera bajo la litera al modo de taquilla para dejar tus pertenencias. Y te dejan una toalla para tu estancia, algo que veo muy buen punto, puesto que no en todos los hostales te la facilitan y es un gran hueco que te ahorras en la maleta. Cuenta con una gran sala común, con entretenimiento. Los desayunos son variados y creo que satisfacen a todos. Gracias en especial a Julien por su atención y simpatía. Ha sido muy amable , facilitandonos información sobre actividades, y lo que es de agradecer es que siempre tuviera una sonrisa para todos. Obrigado!

I guess one of the nicest hostel I have been so far. I loved how relaxed it was. Perfect place to rest during travels, rooms are very big and nice. The bunk beds provide some privacy which is amazing. The garden is a stunner.. There are hammocks and a bar. Not to forget the lovely staff, they are very friendly and helpful. Also there were some nice people staying. Can only recommend.. I will come back for sure :)

L’hostel est idéalement situé à côté du métro, à proximité de la gare, et nous pouvons visiter tout Porto à pied
C’est un lieu très agréable où nous nous sentons comme à la maison, j’adore aussi son jardin reposant
Le personnel est très chaleureux, de bons conseils, et toujours disponible
Le petit déjeuner est très bien garni, et c’est parfait pour bien commencer la journée
Les chambres et les communs sont toujours propre ✨
J’ai été très heureuse de séjourner ici et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Séjour parfait
L’accueil est charmant , la bienveillance du personnel fait de ce lieu un cocon pour y passer un bon séjour . Les cocktails du bar du jardin sont eux aussi excellents .
Le rapport qualité / prix est imbattable.
Le responsable de l’hôtel est très sympa et vous fait profiter des bons plans de porto.

Si vous devez dormir à Porto, cet endroit est idéal. L accueil, la propreté et la situation en centre ville permettent un séjour parfait. Le grand plus est un joli jardin et un petit déjeuner dans le prix de la chambre. J y retournerais dès mon prochain séjour à Porto.

Die garden ist wirklich schön. Die haben auch ps4. Was ja gut ist. Aber das hostel an sich ist nicht so sauber. Ein einzige Toilette und dusche für 8 betten. Die nicht sauber ist. Die Toilette war immer voll mit wasser nach der Dusche. Das frühstück schmeckt schlecht. Die lage ist eher weit von die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Obwohl es zentral ist.

“I found a GEM in Porto, Portugal !!”
Welcome to URBAN GARDEN Hostel, a wonderful, well-located, fully-functional, always-clean place to stay. I stayed there in 2017, 2018, and again now, in 2019.
Each staff member is poly-lingual, very helpful and well-informed about this beautiful, unique city, providing maps and detailed information re: local events and places to visit.
The common areas have a flatscreen TV, Netflix, PS4, and a computer available to guests, as well as reliable, FAST Wi-Fi, outdoors and in all of the indoor rooms.
There is a terrace, an outdoor bar, and a beautiful, well-planted yard, complete with hammocks, and outdoor restrooms.
Each bed has privacy curtains, a power source, fan, and shelf for personal items. Spacious lockers, with built in locks are beneath the beds.
The super-clean kitchen is well-equipped for guests who choose to cook, and several grocery stores are nearby. The dining area provides ample tables and chairs.
I am often in Porto, and this place is definitely my “GO-TO” place, always.
I recommend that you “Treat yourself !!”

Extremly friendly and helpful staff. It's similar to stay at home.. The breakfast was really good.. All hostel is so clean and maintained tidily.. The accommodation is comfortable with privacy.. All together is perfect as the location, interaction between staff and the guests whom are so friendly too, independant of age or race.. Wonderful affordable hostel and Good value for money. It’s 2 min by walking to Santa Catarina Via and to metro Bolhão as to the principal atractions of the city..

Certainement la meilleure auberge de jeunesse du Portugal!
Le lieu est propre, spacieux, les cuisines sont bien équipées, la décoration est recherchée, unie et les pièces sont fleuries.
Le personnel est souriant, efficace et vraiment adorable.
L’ambiance de cet hôtel est agréable, il y a un jardin avec un bar, plusieurs tables pour dîner/ jouer/ lire..., des hamacs...
Une petite bibliothèque en plusieurs langues est mise à disposition, des jeux de société, un ping-pong, une console PS4, l’accès à la TV, à Netflix et Spotify...
Nous avons testé 2 studios privatifs différents, et chacun était spacieux et impeccable.
Le rapport qualité/prix est très intéressant: entre 54€ et 59€ la nuit dans un studio privatif très confortable et bien situé dans Porto.
Bonus: la literie était de bonne qualité et le petit dej est simple et efficace (un buffet bien garni) pour 4€ si vous êtes en dortoir et gratuit si vous avez une chambre.
Bref, si je repasse à Porto je reviendrai dans cette auberge, je vous la conseille fortement.

침구가 깨끗하고 잠자리가 포근 합니다.
방은 2층에 있는데 짐도 들어 주시고 직원들이 친절합니다.
부엌사용도 가능하고 거실이 넓고 커서 좋습니다.
아침은 무척 basic 하지만 뭐 나쁘지 않습니다.
8명에 화장실 한개지만 그닥 붐비지 않게 사용이 가능 합니다.
처음에 방에 들어 갔을때 민박집 들어 간줄 알았습니다.
모두 한국인....모두 여자! 전 여성 도미토리가 없어서 믹스도미 예약 했는데 여성전용 예약 한줄....
그런데 같이 방쓴 한국손님들 아침일찍부터 페이스톡에 친구들과 떠들고 화장실 사용 후 뒷처리가 최악입니다.
에티켓을 지켜 주시길....

Great location in Porto. Near Balhão metro which is easy to get to from the airport. Central Porto sites are all walkable. I stayed in a bed in the 8 bunk bed dorm with its own bathroom. Each bed has locker, electricity outlet, light and best of all privacy curtains. Staff at check in was great in providing map and orienting to the city and providing lots of recommendations. Was a relaxing place to return to after being out all day.

2018. 3월에 묵었습니다. 직원분들이 굉장히 친절하시고 숙소가 넓어서 사용하는데 너무 편하고 좋았어요. 수건도 무료로 대여해주고 무엇보다 침구가 깨끗하고 이불이 포근해서 며칠 더 묵고 싶었을 정도였어요. 정말 추천합니다.

Definitely a five star! It's a wonderful piece of corner in the city center Porto. It's been careful built and organized by the owner Julien (whom you might encounter during your stay! Établissement neuf, très propre et moderne. On était dans une chambre très spacieuse avec 3 lits superposés bien conçus : petite lampe, rideaux et rangement.
Le petit déjeuner offert apporte de la convivialité que ce soit dans le salon ou bien a l'extérieur sur les fauteuils, les bancs ou le hamac, avec les autres locataires.
Julien, le propriétaire, est super sympa. C'est un français d'origine portugaise et il nous met à l'aise de suite.
À refaire au prochain stop à Porto !

Nice little gem in Porto. Well within the city centre and a good walk to anything, a 5 minutes from the nearest Metro, a short one from the best Francesinha just down the road. The place promotes a relaxing, carefree environment that lets you go at your own pace and able to feel like it is your own place. We were very happy with the staff in being ever approachable and accommodating to our needs. Overall, Urban Garden made our trip to Porto, first time there, that bit better because of the hassle free environment they gave us. All their advice were spot on! Thank you for being great hosts!

직원들이 진짜 친절해요. 관광스팟 이외에도 가볼만한 곳들 추천 많이 해줍니다! 비수기에 가면 정말 편해요. 12월 21일 쯤 혼숙방에서 묵었는데 저 말고 한 명밖에 없어서 거의 혼자 있다시피했어요! 방에 화장실 있고 온수도 잘 나옵니다! 방도 넓고 침대밑에 캐리어 넣는 사물함이 하나 있어요. 옷장같은 사물함이 없었지만 백팩 자물쇠로 잠그고 침대 구석에 두고다녀서 괜찮았어요. 침대에도 조그만 선반이 있어서 가벼운 소지품들은 거기에 두면 됩니다. 침대에 커튼 있어요. 다만 처음에 체크인 할 때 찾기 힘들어요. 호스텔 있는 사거리에 조그만 슈퍼마켓이 있는데 길건너서 그 입구 맞은편에 호스텔이 있어요. 계단이 많았지만 체크인/아웃 시에 직원 분이 달랐음에도 불구하고 두 분 모두 도와주셔서 무리가 없었습니다. 수건은 기본으로 한 장 주는데 그 다음부터는 3유로 받습니다. 근처에 프란세지냐 맛집인 카페산티아고랑 오래된 카페인 마제스틱 카페랑도 가까워요. 관광스팟이랑 엄청 멀지는 않아서 걸어다닐만합니다. 블루삭이랑 천원차이나던데 조식포함이라 여기했어요. 조식은 오렌지랑 빵, 햄, 치즈, 잼, 차와 우유, 시리얼 기본적인 것들이 있었어요. 엄청 많지는 않지만 간단히 때우기 좋아요. 이런거 안남기는데 직원들이 정말 친절해서 남깁니다! 성수기에는 어떨지 모르겠어요. 비수기에는 추천!

I had the best hostel experience here in urban garden porto! The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was kindly prepared and the bed was so comfortable that I already missed it on my way to the airport. The location is also great if you are coming from the airport as Bolhão station is direct from airport. If you pass thru the mall and use elevator it will be easier to get to the hostel uphill! I would like to come back next time in Porto!

Great hostel with extras available every day. We had a chorizo night that was free and included wine, created a great atmosphere and chance to meet other guests of the hostel, especially handy if travelling on your own!

I spent here a couple of nights, in a wide six beds room.. everything was brand new, clean, nicely furnished and new windows-not noisy !
included breakfast with fresh jam and orange juice in a causy garden not bad as a wake up :-)
Julien and the ladies were nice and helpful.
Together with the good location close to the center .. I definitely recommend it!

Un merveilleux séjour au sein de cet hôtel propre et sécurise... La literie est confortable et les rideaux sur chaque lit, procurent une intimité qui manque d'habitude dans ce genre d'établissements...
Le personnel, sympathique, présent est toujours à l'écoute, ainsi que le cadre spacieux ont été les ingrédients de ce délicieux séjour... Je recommande vivement !

The hostel is convineintly located if you are coming from the airport. Its only 2 blocks away from Bolhao station & if you plan to go to anywhere else around Portugal, the bus station is close by. The staff are very friendly & courteous. The rooms & toilets are always clean. They have a good selection for breakfast, I particularly love the freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning! I highly recommend this hostel!

Kind, friendly and helpful staff, clean spaces at an amazing spot of Porto, close to public transportation station (Metro Bolhao). Spent only one night there but obviously planning on visiting Porto again and for sure I'm going to choose this place to stay. Clearly one of the best hostels I've been to in Europe! Strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap, youngish, energetic, calm and simply a nice place to stay in Porto!

Lovely new hostel with great staff, cool communal area and an awesome quiet garden space to chill. Mixed dorm room was clean and bed super comfy. Each bed has a good locker space for storing things safely. Being so central there was some noise from cars outside at night but nothing more than expected. I would definitely come back again.

Localisation idéale pour visiter la ville à pied, lits confortables et très bien équipés (rideaux, lumière et prises individuelles).
L'équipe de réception se met en 4 pour vous aider et conseiller sur les visites et resto.

I stayed here for 2 nights and this place is amazing! Once you enter this hostel, you´d be greeted by the most amazing and warmest host ever, Julian, who´s extremely enthusiastic and will introduce you to places to visit when you´re in Porto.It is strategically located in the city. Supermarket, restaurants, main shopping street Santa Catarina just next street, point of visit all within walking distance. Its located close to both metro station and walking distance to the main intercity bus terminal. I got the 6-bedded room, so it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The toilets were clean and modern. Breakfast was provided, cereal, bread, HAM AND CHEESE, coffee, milk and FRESHLY SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE! What else could I ask for!My next trip to Porto, this is where I´d be!

It was best experience of hostels. Staff was so kind room was super clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Definitely I would love to stay at this hostel.

Hostel super agradável, mesmo na baixa do Porto, o staff é extremamente atencioso e competente. As camas são super confortáveis - é tudo novo - e está impecavelmente limpo. Recomendo a 100%.

3 nuits super agréables dans cette ville magnifique de Porto. Hostel très bien situé dans le centre, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied et d'arriver de l'aéroport sur une ligne directe du métro. Le personnel était très agréable, de bons conseils et multilingues. Petit déjeuner très bon, propreté irréprochable et confort impeccable du dortoir (lit, rangement, linge). Je recommande à 100%.

Amazing hostel located right in the center of Porto. The conditions are very good (recently refurbished), the rooms are very nice (the interior decor is fantastic) and the outdoor space is also pleasant. Truly recommendable

Cet hostel est tres accueillant avec de réel services, comme le petit déjeuné avec un jus d'orange tout frais. Des serviettes et des produits pour la douche à disposition.
Ainsi qu'un confort irréprochable des matelas neuf avec le nécessaire pour dormir fourni (couette, oreiller et draps).
Le personnel sera vous accueillir et vous conseiller sur les bon endroit à ne pas rater.
La coure intérieur permet de vous relaxer et de profiter de leur mini bar...
