No one actually came to view my property in the Algarve. I supplied photos and needed to email to alter the description on the site. Asked to reduce the price and remove the description of patio doors in October. By end of January this still hadn't been done. Emailed asking for property to be taken off the site but no response. Finally contacted another membe of staff to ask for this to be done. No 0 feedback available unfortunately.

I have to say that Spencer Becks have been absolutely fantastic, I had my property on with another site (mention no names] who I may add are suppose to be such a famous Group, they did nothing whatsoever did not pass emails on etc, then I changed and went with spencerbecks who have been so helpful, always there at the drop of a hat, always answered emails and phone calls straight away, even tho they are very busy they always had time to chat and help with problems even ones that were nothing to do with sales, so helpful the after care is brilliant too, would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell with them, thank you and the lovely staff for all your help,

This is a copy of the email I have just sent to Spencer Becks. I have had to give them a score of 1 simply because it isn't possible to score 0. The service is non existent but the fee would have been in excess of 20,000€. Completely unreliable. Is it any wonder estate agents have the reputation they have. "I messaged you 4 days ago and, sadly, no one in your business has had the courtesy to call me or leave a message. We placed the property with you earlier this year and at the time you made promises to get your colleague who deals with our area to call. No one came. You promised to arrange for a sign to be put up. We haven't had a sign. You promised that you would get a lawyer in Obidos to contact us. No one contacted us. In the 5 months since you agreed to sell our property you have not contacted us on any occasion to give an update or to make any recommendations.. You have failed at a very basic level to offer any sort of service. Can you please remove the property from your site with immediate effect".
