Buen hotel en el mismo centro de Sintra

Sintra was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel location is great. You can see the national palace from the hotel and the Quinta de Regaleria is a short wall away. But more importantly was the service we received especially from Andeas - so informative, always willing to answer all our questions. Very helpful and made us feel totally at home. It was a pleasure to see the staff communicate amongst themselves so that when one staff was away, the other knew what we required. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Although reasonably clean, the staff is very small and slow. Our room was not cleaned until 4:00 p.m. and that is after we along with other guests complained.
Service in the hotel restaurant was terrible! After an hour and a half, we finally received our meal, with some components missing. I must add that there were 9 people in the restaurant at the time. The waiter refilled our bread basket several times.

We read the great reviews and agree. This is a rare find. Large rooms. Modern. I especially liked the walk-in shower and not climbing into a tub. Just ask if you want one. Extremely friendly staff. We arrived early and they stored the luggage. The restaurant on site was superb for dinner. We had a wonderful evening meal. Breakfast is included. WiFi also. Convenient to all the transportation to attractions and can walk to others. This place is a gem

델타커피캡슐머신이 있고 미니바가 무료입니다. 기차역까지도 걸어가기 부담스럽지 않은 거리이고 헤갈레이라 별장도 걸어갈 수 있어요. 조식에 에그타르트도 나오고 맛있었어요. 호텔이 편안하고 위치도 좋았어요. 리셉션도 친절했어요. 방도 깨끗하고 욕실도 넓어요.

Sensacional. André, o gerente, foi de uma simpatia única e ajudou meu marido no preparo de uma surpresa pra comemorar meu aniversário com espumante e morangos ao chocolate. Delicioso e com muito capricho. A cidade por si já é uma graça e o hotel veio contemplar todo esse encantamento. Super bem localizado e um café da manhã delicioso. Recomendo.

Ubicación genial, limpieza, instalaciones, la cama comodisima, puede que el desayuno poco variado pero el servicio impresionante. Destacable el trato inmejorable de Evandra, una recepcionista de las mejores que he encontrado en todos mis viajes, nunca pierde la sonrisa y es educada, amable y servicial por encima de lo que exige su trabajo. Muy agradacedidos y encantados.

A mi pareja y a mi nos trataron fenomenal desde el primer momento. El hotel es prácticamente nuevo y moderno. La cama era cómoda y extra grande. Todo bastante limpio. Tienen un parking propiedad del hotel a 5 minutos andando. Estuvimos muy a gusto y muy contentos.

Hotel simples mas muito prático e com uma localização fantástica. Colaborador/recepcionista(André) desde o primeiro minuto em que nos viu meio perdidos a tentar estacionar de imediato nos auxiliou. Muito atencioso e muito muito prestável. Indicou tudo o que nós "turistas" necessitaríamos de saber para que além da estadia no Hotel a visita a Sintra fosse incrível. Desde os horários, aos valores normalmente praticados, locais para refeições etc etc. Estadia incrível. Os quartos muito elegantes, pode-se consumir todos os produtos existentes no mini-bar e além disso os quartos possuem máquina de café, acompanhada de diversas cápsulas desde café, descafeinado, chás etc, e tudo sem custos adicionais à estadia. Camas confortáveis, casas de banho limpas e com todos os produtos necessários de higiene pessoal. Pequeno almoço muito bom.

리셉션 직원이 너무 너무나 친절하고 웃는 얼굴로 대해주어 첫 인상이 무척 좋았습니다. 객실이 작긴 하지만 아주 깔끔하고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 층고가 낮지만 창문 열었을 때 탁 트여있는 뷰가 기분을 상쾌하게 해주었습니다.
신트라 시내 중심에서 가장 접근성 좋은 곳에 위치해 있고 가격도 합리적이므로 신트라에서 1박을 하신다면 무조건 추천드립니다! 신트라가 생각보다 언덕이 심한 동네라 숙소 잘못 잡으시면 계속 오르락 내리락 해야 할 수 있는데 이곳은 신트라역 앞에서만 조금 경사지고 캐리어 끌고도 편하게 이동하실 수 있습니다!(구글맵 도보 루트 맹신하지 마시고 신트라 역에서 차 다니는 큰 길따라 쭉 오시길 당부드립니다..) 호텔 바로 앞에 페나성, 무어성 순환버스가 정차하는 정류장이 있습니다.
조식은 음식 가짓수는 많지 않으나 간단히 한 끼 때우기에는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 캡슐 커피머신 이용과 미니바에 있는 생수와 음료가 모두 무료입니다!

Der Empfang von 2 jungen Mitarbeiterinnen war herausragend... mit Tipps Witz Charme und Freundlichkeit wurden wir herzlich empfangen... !! Richtig toll!
Das Zimmer war riesig- mit Tv, Föhn, Handtuchwärmer und vielen Steckdosen (diese sind in Hotels leider ja oft Mangelware) die Minibar war kostenlos. Ebenso Kaffee im Zimmer.
Wir buchten ein Dinner für 35 Euro am Silvesterabend. Dieses war ganz gut. Alternative für Vegetarierer gab es ab diesem Abend leider nicht.
Das Frühstück hat mich nicht so überzeugt.

Great location in Sintra, and very knowledgeable and helpful front desk staff. We would stay there again. While not a deal-breaker, the breakfast was surprisingly modest and limited, compared to other hotels we have stayed in in Portugal. OK, but only OK.

Unser Aufenthalt im Sintra Boutique Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Hotel ist sehr modern, die Zimmer geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, Zimmer sowie Bad äußerst sauber. Einziges Manko sind zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad gewesen, was den positiven Eindruck insgesamt aber nur geringfügig tangiert. Nett war, dass in der Minibar kostenlos Wasser zur Verfügung stand sowie die Möglichkeit bestand, auf dem Zimmer einen ersten Kaffee oder Tee am morgen zuzubereiten.Das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe zur historischen Altstadt von Sintra, auch die Haltestelle für Sightseeing-Busse ist nicht weit entfernt.Uns hat super-freundliches und kompetentes Personal empfangen und durch den Aufenthalt begleitet. Das Hotel ist durchaus zu empfehlen.

女性スタッフの対応が最高。カタコト一生懸命なだけの英語を温かく聞き受け止めてくれ、分かりやすく説明してくれました。ファミリルーム部屋は広く、ミニバーはフリーでゆったり過ごせます。コーヒーのマシーンは使い方を入室時教えてくれた通りに使ったが使いこなせず残念。安くはないがまた泊まりたいホテルです。

It can be difficult to get to due to one-way streets, so make sure you have a Google Maps print-out of Sintra with the hotel on it to supplement the GPS. But everything about this hotel is great: location, staff, quality of the room. We have stayed here twice and will do it again.

Vraiment bel accueil de la part du personnel. Ils sont souriants, avenants et toujours prêts à répondre aux questions. Ils nous ont donné plusieurs bonnes adresses et informations diverses sur lhôtel et le site. Vraiment WOW! Lhôtel lui est très bien, propre et toutes les fonctionnalités. Très près du centre et de toutes les activités.

駅前の系列店からこちらに変更になりました。シントラの中でも最高のロケーションでしたが眺望なしの部屋だったので星ひとつ減点、朝飯はおいしかったので星ひとつ加点。ランチはビュッフェをやっていました。

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in for the price. Perfect location, very clean rooms, extremely comfortable. Food is great in the attached restaurant as well. Zero complaints. My only warning would be that parking is limited - I did not have any issues but I got one of the last available spots. During the busy seas I could see this being a real issue

직원들이 매우 매우 친절합니다. 필요하면 주변 관광지 예약도 할 수 있고, 뭐든 친절히 응대해준다는 느낌을 받을 수 있습니다. 조식 빵종류 맛있어요. 2박 3일 일정으로 묶었는데 숙소 위치 좋았어요. 신트라 기차역에서 걸어 갈만합니다. 근처 맛집도 가까이 있어요.
첫날 오전에 헤갈레이라, 신트라 궁전 구경하고 오후에 페나성, 무어성 갔다가, 둘째날 호카곶, 카스카이스 다 둘러봤네요. 개인적인 취향으로는 리스본 시내보다 신트라가 훨씬 좋았어요.
31일 저녁 호텔 레스토랑에서 마련한 신년 특별 코스메뉴는 재미있는 경험이었습니다. 1월 1일 0시가 되자 숙소 지대가 높아서, 저 멀리 시내에서 폭죽터지는 멋진 풍경을 볼 수 있었습니다.

Front desk was wonderful to start stay. Met you outside to help with luggage and get car parked (Hotel has own parking lot which is key with a city that lacks parking). Showed us room and made sure we were comfortable. Answered all of our tourist questions with great English (always a plus). Hotel is 2 minutes from National Palace and 10 minute walk to train station. The bus for all the castles was right in front of hotel. In a word, perfect. Breakfast in morning was plentiful with a mixture of hot, cold and pastries. Best selection we had on our 11 day trip through Spain and Portugal. Hard for me to see how this hotel could improve for the price. Would 100% stay there again should I ever come back to Sintra

Highly recommend! This hotel is affordable, walk-able to most of Sintra, has comfortable beds, and the absolute best staff. All of their employees we interacted with were very friendly and eager to help us with anything we needed. Especially Evandra - She was our favorite! Also, the breakfast was delicious! Bonus Feature: They have complimentary espresso and baked goods every day!

Great location and top notch amenities. Free minibar & a towel warmer! Parking is a challenge so i ended up way down the street but the staff moved my car in front of the hotel for me later that night. I was able to leave it parked there for the day so i could tour the area! They truly take good care of you!

Property location was excellent but everything else truly disappointing. Restaurant and bar were closed thru our stay . The TV in the room had no English channels except for CNN and the breakfast was absolutely disappointing... everything was cold and tasteless

The hotel is a beautiful contemporary and luxe conversion of a great old building in old Sintra. The staff were great and the breakfast was terrific. It can be hard to find in a car and with gps In an area of tiny one way streets but it’s worth it.

Very well located hotel if you plan to visit the different “must see” in the area. The rooms are spacious and there was plenty of good choice for breakfast. You have a selection of different pillows on demand if you have special wishes. The receptionist was very friendly and even helped us finding a parking place. I really recommend.

A great hotel right in the centre of Sintra. An easy walk to the cafes and shops and close to the buses going to Montserrat, the Castle etc. Very nice breakfast too. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer sind nicht so groß aber dafür sehr ordentlich und sauber. Personal ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Helfen gerne und sind sehr zu vorkommend. Das Frühstück ist das einzigste was uns nicht so gefallen hat. Ansonsten war's Super. Dankeschön. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Gut gelegenes Hotel. Parkplatzsuche ist mit etwas Glück verbunden. Hotelpersonal aber sehr sehr bemüht und freundlich. Zimmer sind für 1 bis 2 Übernachtungen ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt aber zu klein. Frühstück leider eine Enttäuschung. Kaffee einfach nur schrecklich. Auch Abends im Restaurant eher mittelmäßiges Essen. Schlecht gewürzt und überteuert.

La struttura é molto bella, la camera e il bagno che ci hanno assegnato grandi e puliti. La camera ha anche una bella vista su una delle principali attrazioni di Sintra! Abbiamo trovato impagabile anche la sua posizione molto centrale e il parcheggio gratuito per la nostra auto a noleggio. Lo staff, gentilissimo, ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli per la visita delle bellezze della città. Buona la colazione.

Parking can be a little tricky, but you do receive assistance from the hotel if needed. hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming :) perfect location for visiting Pena Palace and also has a variety of food options around the area.

Quattro stelle come la classificazione di questo bellissimo albergo al centro di Sintra. Personale disponibile, stanze molto curate, bagno con bidet e servizi funzionanti e puliti, accappatoi a disposizione, frigobar gratis, colazione sufficiente ( ma potrebbero fare di più), servizio parcheggio per la vettura. Una Stella in meno in quanto hanno sbagliato il checkin dimenticando la seconda notte, con relativi disagi da parte nostra: abbiamo dovuto chiedere di rifare la stanza e riattivare la chiave elettronica per entrare.

Leuk, klein hotel in t centrum van Sintra. Auto word voor je in garage gezet en wanneer je vertrekt staat deze weer klaar. Ontbijtbuffet is niet speciaal. Mensen zijn heel aardig en behulpzaam.

Tarde el check in (15:00) y habían habitaciones vaciás, pero no estaban arregladas. La reserva era con dos camas y me dieron una con una cama matrimonial grande.
Tiene una agradable terraza para fumar en el segundo piso.
En la habitación se escucha conversaciones de afuera y eran de las camareras que estuvieron un buen rato si hacer nada. Ademas, hay un Zumbido de cañerías continuo.
En la habitación la llave era antigua y no tarjeta como el resto.
Lámpara de velador con pantalla metálica no ilumina nada.
Mobiliario moderno y espejo antiguo no combina.

Stayed 5 nights and would stay again. Fantastic location right by the National Palace, shopping, restaurants, and the bus stops for Monserrate and Pena Palace. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room. Good size bathroom with combo tub and shower and good lighting. They also have a good breakfast and the restaurant serves good dinners at a reasonable price which we ate at the last 3 nights we were there.

Obwohl sehr zentral gelegen, sehr ruhig. Fast im Zentrum. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Zimmer modern eingerichtet, aber nicht sehr groß, wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten, ebenso das Badezimmer. Ein Boutique Hotel sollte aber auf Teppich-Auslegware im Zimmer verzichten, da gibt es andere Möglichkeiten. Sehr gute, sehr leise Klimaanlage . Frühstück nichts besonderes. Einige Parkplätze vor der Tür, Personal hilft beim Parkieren.

The moment we arrived, we were greeted by two friendly and helpful young ladies at the front desk. Our room was immaculate and very quiet. The mattress and pillow choices made for very restful sleep. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff even served us before their usual opening time on our last day, since we had to leave early.The central location of this hotel could not be better! We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the Sintra Boutique Hotel!

Been visiting Sintra with my family and on the way back to Lisbon we came to this hotel asking for help with booking a taxi, because we need car bigger than usual since we was in a group of 5 people. My mom was asking if they have a toilet, but the guy on reception says: toilet is only for the guests of the hotel. After that they say they can't book a proper car and we should walk to the train station. I'm very happy a never ever will be a guest of this hotel. Do not recommend to anyone.

This is a very good hotel, comfortable beds, good bathrooms and a decent sized room.
The breakfast was good and the staff are lovely.
The location is perfect.

chambre et petit dej corrects rien a dire mais gros probleme de parking devant.le soir on a pris notre voiture pour sortir et on a du descendre 500m a pied pour la prendre et on nous avait promis au retour que qq la remettrait au parking prive. on a donc parqué le véhicule comme on a pu et qui genait un peu la circulation puisqu ils allaient la mettre au parking et rien n a été fait la voiture est restée toute la nuit mal garée.sinon hotel correct

Schöne Zimmer sehr zentral ,Freundlich !! Parkplätze sind nur 3 vorhanden das finde ich doof da das eine Einbahnstraße ist und dazu noch sehr schmal !! Man kann aber das Auto etwas auf dem Bürgersteig parken und die Hotel Angestellten fahren es in die Tiefgarage die 300 m weiter weg ist !! Blöd nur wenn man das Auto häufiger braucht !! Aber es lohnt sich hier zu übernachten !! Preisleistung würde ich sagen etwas übern normal !!

Bom dia! É um bom hotel, não muito grande mas com qualidade. Quartos bem espaçosos com vista para o centro...a localização é muito boa, bem perto de alguns monumentos, como, o Palácio Nacional de Sintra e a Quinta da Regaleira, os outros ficam um pouquinho mais afastados, mas não faltam transportes para lá chegar. A comida tem qualidade e o pequeno almoço também. Gostei muito! ❤️

This hotel is absolutely brilliant, great location, friendly staff and good food. The rooms are a decent size, the beds are very comfortable and mini bar soft drinks are free! I was most impressed by the customer service I experienced from Toni, nothing was too much for him, such a pleasant guy and so helpful and knowledgable about what to do in Sintra, where to eat and how to get to places.
If you are looking for a great location, a lovely room and excellent customer service this is the place to stay. I'll be back.

Stayed in the junior suite for a one-night visit to Sintra. The room was wonderful. A great view out the window and a very comfortable bed. The reception was extremely helpful, gave good recommendations of places that I would have otherwise never found. We had a small issue with the drain in our shower and the front desk clerk came straight to the room to help...and helped with a smile on his face. The breakfast in the morning was perfect. Pastries, fruit, coffee, and fresh OJ. Would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a nice stay in Sintra.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Parken war direkt vor dem Hotel möglich. Von der Rezeption wurden wir in unser Zimmer begleitet und alles erklärt. Die Zimmerausstattung ist perfekt. Kissenmenü, Minibar kostenlos, Blick zum Placio National, super sauber. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. Tolles Frühstücksbuffett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

My nephew was married 13 May 17 in Sintra, and from arrival hotel staff was warm & friendly. Receptionist mapped us out. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, excellent customer service. Room was spacious, extremely clean, well decorated and a good size window gives a wonderful view of the city. Large wardrobes, safe available. Beautiful decor in the bath room, shower was excellent. All kept in the most pristine condition. Large and comfortable towels and dressing gowns. There is a coffee and plenty of water as courtesy. Toiletries were ok but an defoliant soap was great!

Exquisite hotel. The staff is personable, and very helpful. The rooms are lovely, and include non-alcohol mini bar items (free of charge), bathroom toiletries. robes and complimentary breakfast in their restaurant. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also, the train station is nearby. We immensely enjoyed our stay! If we are ever in Sintra again, we will stay at the Sintra Boutique Hotel.

La habitación era silenciosa y el desayuno bueno. La atención fue fabulosa, en recepción estaban siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Aunque solo tenían 3 plazas de párking frente al hotel, se encargaban de aparcar tu coche en otra zona del pueblo que tenían disponible.

Perfectly situated in Sintra.The Boutique Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was both friendly and competent. The price (approx. 100€/night in early April) is very acceptable.Highly recommendable.

So modern and well-priced. Service was excellent, rooms were perfect, and breakfast was good. The hotel restaurant is a bit lacking for dinner, but there are numerous other options within close walking distance.

Lovely hotel, great location. Modern rooms with great amenities. Best thing about this hotel is the staff - especially the manager Andre and the waitress at breakfast Caroline. Went out of their to accommodate any requests and make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend!!

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung. Es gab sogar kostenlose Getränke in der Minibar. An der Rezeption war man sehr freundlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Auch gab es dort wertvolle Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und zu guten Restaurant.Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker.Auch das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Team war super. Der Check in lief problemlos ab und ich habe auch gleich die Touristenausstattung erhalten (Karte und Empfehlungen). Anschließend wurde auch direkt zum Zimmer geleitet. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und hatte einen tollen Ausblicke Richtung Palast. Das Frühstück war superklasse. Angefangen vom frisch gepressten Orangensaft über frische Eierspeisen, einer tollen Auswahl an Wurst und Käse bis hin zur einer vielfältigen Obstplatte. Natürlich haben auch die lokalen süssen Teilchen nicht gefehlt. Der Check out verlief auch problemlos.

We flew into Portugal from the U.S. for our honeymoon and made Sintra one of the many stops we would be making in Europe. The staff was extremely helpful with planning our tours in Sintra and spoke English very well. This hotel is right in the center of town with Palacio Nacional de Sintra right across the street. The Quinta da Regaleira is a short 7-10 minute walk as well. For the Moors Castle and Pena Palace are a short bus ride away and the bus stop is a 1-2 walk from the front of the hotel. I have a habit of booking boutique hotels for their taste in art, elegance, and cleanliness without being bourgeois about it all. Sintra Boutique Hotel lived up to all of these expectations. Our room also had a great view of the town and we were able to open our window to sit and people watch. They also gave us a complimentary fruit dish when they found out it was our honeymoon. On our last day we overslept (still recovering from jet lag) and they called our room around 12:30PM to very kindly wake us up. If we ever make it back to Sintra, we will definitely be staying here again.

A cozy hotel near by Chiado, Alto, Cais do Sodre and Rossio. At a walking distance from several major attracions. The room is small, bearing the required minimum. The place is clean and the staff very friendly.

Oh, where to start with this lovely little hotel? Friendly staff. Beautiful location. Wonderful breakfast. It was a perfect place to relax after a long work week. The only thing to watch out for is what another reviewer said: the top floor rooms have very high windows, so you cant really see out unless you stand on the teeny tiny little balcony. Otherwise, its a great stay.
