Expedia reviewer: Very nice and clean apartment the staff was very nice everything was excellent I would definitely recommend it

Marcia Ramos: I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in many countries, but I must say this one was the worst experience anyone could go through. The moment I got there ,the host informed me she had bad experiences with other guests and I quickly realized why: She does not respect guests privacy, money and well being. She knocked on the apartment’s door every single morning with no apparent reason,she many times asked me personal questions ,she has gone far enough to ask me how I was paying for the apartment given that money was never a problem for me.Yet,it does not stop there she claims to send housekeepers to clean but in reality they are not there to clean but to investigate guests and to tell her any information later on. She has gone far enough to tell me I could not cook in the apartment because I was going to damage the stove,so in other words starve my self.Last but not least,she will claim she has the right to do an inspection on the cleaning of the apartment,if she beleives (mind you I said believe without profs ) you don’t clean the apartment not every day,but every second of the day.In addition,she will ask for a deposit for long stays of 300 euros in case you break something,but in reality even if you don’t break anything she takes it off on the cleaning,that she did not make me aware that you had to pay for them when I reserved the place,you are not even given the opportunity to decide if you want housekeepers to clean the place or to clean it yourself.This woman should not be allowed to rent her place to anyone she violates people’s rights and integrity, it’s better to stay in the streets than to pay to stay here,she has gone far as trying to kick me out when I paid rent and was respectful towards her,I don’t understand why she has good reviews,I wonder if the bad ones are not being posted.I just wanted to make everyone aware of this,so no one has to go through the same experience I went through during the time I stayed here.

Adoro este lugar. É um passo atrás no tempo. Se você está na área de Manchester, TN, certamente vale a pena visitar. Um sortido muito bom de antiguidades e sinalização, colchas, bombas de gás, etc. O Sr. e a Sra. Shelton são pessoas adoráveis. A loja está limpa como um alfinete, os artigos estão expostos de forma bonita, a loja está bem iluminada. Eu recomendo vivamente uma visita. Eles estão abertos às quartas-feiras. A loja está localizada ao largo da auto-estrada 41, nos arredores de Manchester. Há uma boa sinalização para que você não tenha problemas em encontrá-la. Aproveite!

A minha maior insatisfação é a ausência de transparência e responsabilidade quando algo corre mal. A entrega dos meus quatro aparelhos não correu bem. A geladeira foi parcialmente desmontada para que pudesse caber pela porta da frente. Sem problemas. No entanto, foi solicitado um custo extra não anunciado. Depois que as linhas de água foram fixadas, recebemos um breve conjunto de instruções sobre as principais características. Em nenhum momento o distribuidor de água/gelo foi testado. Mostramos o filtro de água e fomos informados de que tínhamos de o instalar. Sem problemas. Depois que a equipe de entrega saiu, eu instalei o filtro de água e mais tarde tentamos ativar o filtro de água / fabricante de gelo. Ele não funcionou em absoluto. Liguei para o Appliance Direct e fui avisado para contactar a equipa de entregas. Disseram-me que tinha de tratar do problema sozinho ou que tinha de lhes pagar uma taxa adicional em dinheiro para que pudessem regressar. Recusei-me a pagar qualquer taxa adicional porque a instalação nunca foi testada quanto ao seu funcionamento ou integridade. Eu não recebi nenhum apoio real da Appliance Direct, pois eles sugeriram que eu provavelmente sou responsável pelo problema. Contactei a Whirlpool e eles estão a enviar um técnico. Cuidado com o comprador!
