We are traveling Spain and Portugal in a t4 VW camper and our alternator decided to go a day before our ferry home to the uk
We arrived at the garage first thing and by 4 pm this garage had taken the alternator off had it fixed and back on again in time to catch the ferry
There English was good and even took us down in to the town in their pickup so we could get something to eat
Credit where credit is due these guys went over and above for our cause and if ever find myself close with a problem will head here
After thousands of thank yous there reply was it’s our job
Even after a rough time with the van I have a good memory of this place

Eu estava a ligar para fazer um acordo de pagamento porque o meu cheque de pagamento estava em falta. O homem com quem eu falei era extremamente RUDE! Eles são sempre maus para mim ao telefone. ELE DISSE A TODA A GENTE QUE PREFERIA DEITAR FORA A NOSSA MOBÍLIA DO QUE FALAR COMIGO! ESTOU A FALAR DESTA EMPRESA... ELES TAMBÉM TÊM ESTADO A ARRANJAR A MINHA MÁQUINA DE LAVAR E SECAR HÁ MAIS DE 6 MESES. ELES SÃO SEMPRE MAL-EDUCADOS COMIGO E EU SÓ QUERO QUE TODOS SAIBAM. Se não houvesse um botão para nenhuma estrela, eu o faria.
Vendedor muito conhecedor (Craig) me ajudou a ficar dentro de um orçamento e não perder o meu tempo com um discurso de vendas sem sentido. Eu sabia o que eu queria e Craig me ajudou a economizar e fechou o negócio em 10 minutos. Este foi o melhor serviço que eu já recebi enquanto comprava aparelhos. Eu definitivamente permanecerei fiel a esta loja, altamente recomendável, A++++.
A pior companhia de sempre. A loja na Carolina do Norte de Garner é horrível. Comprámos um sofá e pagámos pela entrega, tivemos de esperar duas semanas para que chegasse. Devia ser entregue numa sexta-feira, aqui está na terça-feira seguinte, ainda sem sofá. Nem sequer podemos receber uma chamada do chamado motorista de entregas. Horrível atendimento ao cliente, a loja está cheia de vendedores do liceu. Fique longe....
