I recently organized a surf camp at the sagres nature surf camp and I have to consider that it is one of the best surf house I have ever partnered with. The recently renovated structure is really beautiful, it has a very special living room and a large shared kitchen. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. You really eat, rich breakfasts. The surf house staff, surf school instructors and Massimo the official photographer are very friendly and professional. The atmosphere inside is fantastic! I highly recommend it for those who want to experience a real surfing adventure !!! Marco, WE RIDE SURF SCHOOL

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei den Surfkursen ist miserabel. Ich habe selten so lustlose Surfinstruktoren wie bei Sagres Natura erlebt. Keinerlei Hinweise zu Gebiet, Strömung, Verhalten bei vollem Line-up und Sicherheit. Tipps zur Technik werden einmal erläutert und teilweise an Land rein theoretisch vorgeführt. Während dem gesamten Kurs überhaupt kein Service auf dem Wasser, stattdessen unverständliche Rufe / Laute gegen den Wind und Handzeichen vom Land aus, dazu noch mittelmäßiges und verschlissenes Material. Man hatte das Gefühl, man war als zahlender Kunde eher lästig. Besonders die Motivation und die Lehrmethoden der Surflehrer sollten dringend verbessert werden.

Nice hostel with a great chilly atmosphere. It’s good if you’re surfing as well, because the hostel is kind of deserted during the day. Surf school is really nice (Roje and Joao are amazing teachers). Some rooms have no lockers though, and the kitchen is missing some equipment, those are the only 2 downsides

Stayed there 3 times in 2 years. I fell in love the first time! Since then they renovated and some things have changed a little but still, the surf school is great and the people are lovely and welcoming! Renata is the nices receptionist u could find. Would come back everytime.

The camp has been renewed in 2018 and it looks amazing the stuff is helpful and friendly and usual, this is the place you cannot miss if you want to learn to surf in the Algarve.

Bereits nach einem Tag konnte ich viel über das Surfen erfahren und einiges lernen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr freundlich und entspannt. Unser Trainer war professionell, geduldig und hilfsbereit. Selbst ich - Mitte 40 und wenig sportlich - hatte meinen Spaß und konnte viel mitnehmen. Nächstes Jahr bin ich wieder dabei.

Such a cool place ! The facility is great, the common room is awesome, relaxed and very well furnished (chill sofas, pool, guitars...), the kitchen has everything you need and the people are fantastic and helpful. I did not attend the surf school but rented equipment and it was good quality. The dorms are OK as long as you can stand sleeping in a common room ! Beds are good and towels are supplied. I'll be back !

Ein Freund und ich verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche im Sagres Natura Camp, einer der entspanntesten Urlaube seit langem. Im Camp fühlt man sich sofort willkommen, die Gäste und auch Mitarbeiter sind sehr international und alle durchweg super freundlich. Wir haben oft in der großen und gut ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftsküche gekocht, gemeinsam gegessen und Karten gespielt. Auch der Ausflug ins Restaurant mit anderen Gästen und Surflehrern, war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, ebenso das vielfältige Frühstück. Die Stärkung war auch nötig, denn als Anfänger braucht man die Energie beim Surfen. Im 5-tägigen Kurs haben wir dank der sehr geduldigen und immer wieder motivierenden Coaches die Grundlagen gelernt und konnten am Ende schon ein paar Wellen surfen. Vielen Dank an das Sagres Natura Team, wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in Eurem Camp auf diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde und können eine Reise zu Euch unbedingt weiterempfehlen!

Amazing surf house, lovely people and great times, I really recommend for people who want to join surfing in Sagres

Great Place to hang out and chill. Really nice facilities and location. The surf lessons however, are only ok for absolute beginners but nothing for someone who‘s had surf lessons before. You don‘t feel like you are in a professional environment. One of the instructors seemed even rather uninterested and did not really do a great job...

I have been in Sagres in different hostel's and SAGRES Natura hostel is the best one in SAGRES. Have the best atmosphere, everyone are really nice and helpful, the rooms are great and clean , the hostel is 5 minutes walking to the beach and to the center so it's a perfect choice if you don't have car , I got some surf lessons and probably were the best one's I got , you can learn very quickly (I'm really surprise with myself) , I really recommend and I want to return this summer

Unos verdaderos impresentables. Ayer de camino sobre las15 horas hacemos reserva por Booking. Confirmada la reserva, me envían un sms para que les diga a qué hora voy a llegar. Les digo que aproximadamente a las 21 horas. Me contestan que cuando llegue llame a un móvil q una tal Sara. Llegó a las 20:45, llamo al número indicado y nadie contesta. En el hostil no hay nadie y en recepción hay un post-it con otros dos teléfonos de la tal Sara, a los que llamo y tampoco contestan. Después de ocho o nueve llamadas, decido buscar otro alojamiento. TOTALMENTE IMPRESENTABLES. COMO PARA FIARSE DE ELLOS.
