Prachtige natuurroute . Paar keer pittig maar de rest van de tour maakt het o zo de moeite waard.

Tijdens ons verblijf in de Algarve hebben we mountainbikes gehuurd bij Musette Bike. We werden zeer vriendelijk geholpen en kregen super fietsen. De routes die we meekregen hebben we allemaal gefietst en zitten zeer goed in elkaar. Voor elk fietsniveau hebben ze uitgestippelde routes. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die enkele dagen verblijft aan de kust van de Algarve.

Rented a road bike for a week, I had several punctures in the first few days, however Rob replaced the back wheel with a new tyre and rode over 150km’s with no problems. They quickly reacted and sorted the problem for me. Excellent service.

Excellent hire of Ultegra BH road bike - really friendly, relaxed and helpful guys. Supplied some gpx files and paper maps which was a great help plus the bike came with 2 (not 1!) bottles as well as the usual other stuff. One word of warning - watch out for dogs chasing you on the back roads. They can be quite alarming. Thanks Musette!

I could not bring my bike, but I brought my own shoes, helmet and kit, hoping I could find a place to rent a decent road bike. One web search later, and Rob at Musette had me set to go. He loaded a nice route on my Garmin and I was off for a 40 mile loop over rolling terrain. Highly recommend. And this from a guy who does road bike rental in SoCal.

Great location if your staying in Salema. Really friendly and helpful staff. They all ride themselves and know the area. Range of bikes available. You will need some energy for the routes as they all have hills and even the smallest can drain you. The team there will answer aĺl your questions and make sure you are setup right, great way to see local places.

Der Laden war nicht so einfach zu finden. Nach etwas suchen haben wir optisch drei super e-bikes mit Helm und Reperaturset erhalten. Eine Route konnten wir uns auch aussuchen. Soweit so gut. Die Helme haben fürchterlich gestunken. Nach ein paar Metern musste ich das Rad mit meiner Tochter tauschen, es hatte für die Berge weniger Power, als das Rad was ich hatte. Wir haben eine kurze Route von 27 km genommen. Kurz vorm Ende, so 6 km vorm Ziel, war das erste Bike ohne Power! Also hieß es schieben! Von Kullanz leider keine Spur. Schade, es hätte mega sein können.

We had some trouble with one of the bikes resulting in it completely malfunctioning. That said we were really pleased with the service as somebody came out to us within 15-20mins with a replacement bike. We did the reccomended coastal cycle using the Musette app, which was in itself a helpful guide to have when foregoing the tour option. There were many off the path tracks culminating in incredible views. However, the actual route initself we found to be extremly strenous borderline treacherous. So much so that we were losing the will pushing the bikes up many of the hills. Our tour was roughly 22/23km which took us some 3hours or so. Overall the bikes were good quality and the service was excellent.

Hired mountain bikes for 6 days and did some great exploring and challenging routes and adventures on the west coast. Bikes were good quality and really enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff, the app was also worth using to explore the tracks and trails in the area. Loved the wild and remote ares of this region and will be back and highly recommend Musette Bikes.

I had an excellent spin on a perfect road bike. The route that they offered had some nice climbing and roads in a good condition. Great service and nice people, definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience hiring a road bike for a day riding in the hills up around Monchique. I dealt with Rob who gave excellent service -communications were great from start to finish. The bike I hired (BH Quartz) was comfortable with great handling, and was clearly well maintained. If i'm ever back in the area again I would definitely use Musette again.

We did the hidden beach tour with our family of 5. The tour was challenging enough (hilly) to make the 12 year olds work hard but not so bad that I couldn't pull a 4 year old in a trailer. Our guide was knowledgeable and answered many questions about the area. The bikes were fitted to each rider and we're generally in good condition.

Great must-do if you're in the Algarve. Did 2 absolute stunning bike tours (1 road cycle tour & 1 MTB tour) crossing magnificent nature! Material is of professional quality. Excellent guides.
