Must of got a bad night judging by the other reviews..it felt as if our waiter was very uninterested and the food wasn't great had the pork mignon, sauce delicious but the pork was very tough...however setting by the water is out of this world

Eat here twice, the food was excellent (my wife and I are both good cooks so it takes a lot to impress us) the staff are friendly and very professional, we'll definitely be coming here to eat again on our next trip to Portugal

Fantastic Restaurant our favourite in Vilamoura. We have been going for 18 years and never disappointed. We just home and ate four out of our seven days there. Always Great service and Fantastic Food. Very friendly staff could not do more for us. Can't wait to go back. Love it.

Best meal that we had as a family whilst in Vilamoura for three reasons. Firstly, the quality of the food is fantastic, especially the fillet steak. Secondly, the staff are excellent and provide good quality service. And lastly, we went here on two occasions and found it fantastic both times. We would also like to mention the hard working young woman, who works outside of the restaurant (between the outside seating area and inside seating area), who works during the morning and also at night cleaning and setting up. And also works at getting customers in, as she is very polite, welcoming and friendly.

Been here for 4 years on the trot last time with 22 guys from our golf tour games us one waiter who couped very well

Delicious food. I had the linguine pesto and my friend had a salad, both were delicious. The portions are very large but we took home what we couldn’t finish and had a nice bit for lunch the next day! Quality was great

Myself and my wife, came over on honeymoon our first time in Portugal. We visited the restaurant 4 times throughout our stay and hands down the best dining experience of the trip, can not speak highly enough the staff were wonderful attended to our every need. Would definitely recommend Lamparos. Beautiful memories made......

Bel établissement avec du personnel à la fois sympathique et efficace. Très bonnes pâtes aux fruits de mer. Bon rapport qualité / prix. A noter : du Minuty à la carte pour 32€ la blle

Sehr gutes Restaurant. Die Preise sind der Lage angemessen. Da ich selber aus der Gastronomie komme, weiß ich ganz genau was es heißt einen solchen Laden zu schmeißen. Wir waren jetzt ein paar Male dort zum Essen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. (Was man nicht zu allen Restaurants am Hafen sagen kann). Egal wie besetzt das Restaurant ist, das Personalist aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch im grössten Stress finden Sie noch Zeit für ein lächeln und kommen an den Tisch um nach dem befinden der Gäste zu fragen. (TOP). Das Essen hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wenn Ihr Gute und schön zubereitete Desserts mögt, unbedingt dieses Restaurant besuchen. Für mich das mit Abstand beste Restaurant in Vilamoura. Hat seine 5 Sterne absolut verdient.

In Vilamoura eet je overal wel goed bij de restaurants aan de haven, maar dit Italiaans restaurant springt er wel uit. Twee grote terrassen aan het water en een naast het restaurant. Hier twee keer gegeten. We hadden gegrilde vis, vlees en pizza en allemaal top. De bediening is vriendelijk en efficiënt. Als je van toetjes houdt of moeilijk kan kiezen is de Chef Surprise een grote aanrader. Wel verstandig om met zijn tweeën te delen... Als enig nadeel kan ik verzinnen dat het binnen in het restaurant misschien wat fel verlicht is, maar dat is uiteraard een kwestie van smaak.

Très bon restaurant, le personnel et très accueillant et sympathique, le service était impeccable, nous nous sommes régalés et le service était rapide alors même que le restaurant était plein. Merci beaucoup pour ce très bon moment passé chez vous ! Les pâtes et le poisson sont très bon. Et a mon goût c'est les meilleures pizzas de la région, faites avec des ingrédients frais...

Fantastic service and superb food
Il Lamparo is one of the best restaurants we have come across in Vilamoura. You obviously pay for the difference in quality and service but come away feeling it was money well spent. The whole night was an effortless joy - including the man who introduced us to the restaurant and two hours later remembered us and thanked us for agreeing to eat there. Our waiter who stayed with us throughout was so well mannered and polite without being pushy. We ordered three mains and later had three desserts, two rounds of alcoholic drinks and a bottle of water. It came to 90 euros excluding tip. The food was we found of the highest quality both the two types of linguine and the pizza that we ordered. The pizza deserves mention as it was significantly better than that that we ate elsewhere. The desserts were of the highest standard and generously portioned. Though considerably more expensive than we are accustomed to spending it was money well spent.
