Was only ones on site. You don't want the regular rooms you will want the upgraded and refitted rooms. Staff very helpful. The owners don't care that much

Excelente opción en vilamoura , aunque en cuestión de 10 años el precio se ha multiplicado por 4. Las villas son amplísimas, quizá los muebles son algo anticuados pero el entorno merece mucho la pena. Indispensable coche , hay parking en la puerta de cada villa.

Estive aqui hospedado em família e gostamos bastante . Estivemos numa das casas renovadas recentemente. Muito bem equipadas , bem decoradas e muito confortáveis . A área envolvente é muito bonita . Uma boa relação qualidade/preço . Um aspecto que não gostei , foi o facto de o check in ser apartir das 16h e nós só podemos entrar às 18.30h, porque houve um atraso na limpeza, ou seja.... 2 horas e meia depois ( depois de uma viagem de 6horas ) !!! e o check out ser as 11h da manhã o que na minha opinião não tem lógica nenhuma, no qual deveria ser revisto pelos proprietários! (A limpeza que dizem que fazem de dois em dois dias não é limpeza é só fazer as camas .)

My first ever visit to Portugal and this is where we stayed. We were immediatley welcomed by some super lovley people (an african couple who i think run the place? I think the said they were from Zambia) anyway they were honestly amazing. They made us feel so so welcome and were super friendly. I have some dietary issues and they had no issue whatsoever working around that when i asked. They have very basic food there (burgers, sandwiches etc) but its really nice food. I would highly reccomend staying here if you are planning on a visit to Portugal.

If you are looking for somewhere relaxing for a holiday then Prado Villas is the place to stay. The villas are well equipped and very clean & tidy. The area is quiet while still being a short taxi ride away from central villamoura.

Rooms a little dated and could do with update and some maintaince. Staff friendly. Great position for the golf. Cheap enough to get an uber to the harbour area

Really great place.. So relaxing and peaceful.. Nice little bar that does food.. Run by a great couple from England... Will be heading back soon.

Just visited Prado villas ( villa nr 3) . We( my wife and 2 daughters) can recommend this place. Beautifull villa, large rooms. True, it is not new, but is is clean , new towels and cleaning every three days. Fisrt week was very quiet. Had the large claan pool to our selves. In the living room the airco was defect, within two days it was repaired. We arrived early ( about 11.00 h,) and although the reservation said 1600h, we got a villa right away. On the second day I foud out out I head forgotten my astma medication, Mrs Isabelle at the reception was a great help to get new medication the same day ! No charge what so ever. While we their we noticed some villas where being renovated, so ask for a renovated villa.. there are no shops nearby, so i recommend to hire a car.

Just seen this review and feel that it is only fair to give a positive response to provide a balance. We have been to Prado Villas on at least 7 occasions and always found the accommodation to be clean. The furniture is somewhat dated but has everything you may need for self catering. We have just booked again for short break and are paying £17 per night for a 2 bedroomed villa. I am somewhat astounded at what some people expect for extremely reasonably priced accommodation. The receptionist at Prado Villas is and always has been very helpful when we have had any issues, which tend to be remote controls not working for the TV etc. Cannot recommend it highly enough if you are on a budget and are realistic with what this will provide.

The staff is unfriendly! We booked something different and they didn't tried to solve anything they offered us. Our kitchen was broken, the interior dirty and the manager didn't want to give us the complaints book. If not all other hotels would have been fully booked, we would have gone somewhere else. The interior is old (note there is a difference between old and portuguese style!) and not renewed like they said for that place (note: not the other place they are trying to sell you afterwards). WiFi? It's a lie! However, the only thing that was great at this place are the cats running around there - be nice to them.
