Lovely newly decorated very clean hotel. Staff very courteous, excellent included breakfast and free on site parking. Walk into town was close but you do have to be cautious as you must walk along a busy highway for a short distance. Highly recommend eating at the on-site not affiliated restaurant for lunch or dinner

Hotel de una estrella pero se merece más. Buen trato, desayuno bueno aunque monótono. Con pequeños fallos a la hora de reponer los productos del desayuno,pero solvetado. La limpieza depende del operario/a. Se notó de una semana a otra el cambio o si era la misma persona se esforzó más. Pero normal. Ubicación mala. Pero eso es.problema del ayuntamiento de la.xona que no realiza accesos peatonales con lo que te obliga a caminar por carretera nacional 125 un tramo.O coger coche o taxi.

Nice little hotel located centrally. The staff are very kind and helpful. Thank you Francisco and Luis. Nice pool I had to chance to swim in. The problem was the size of the room I think this was the smallest room Ive stayed at in any hotel. The good thing it came with a terrace which is nice to sit at overseeing the roundabout. If you dont like the smell of BBQ you will not enjoy it because on the lower level there is a Chicken BBQ place and the chicken tastes very very good. Thanks again for the staff who were wonderful to us.

Very good value hotel, well situated just off main N125 - easy to find with ample parking. Breakfast very good, room clean and quiet with good hot shower. Walk into town center possible but a lot of hill walking and busy roads at start. Would certainly use this hotel again.

Notre chambre se trouvait juste au-dessus du restaurant qui partage le même bâtiment. Odeur de grillades, bruit des clients et musique faisaient partie de notre vie privée... Belle piscine placée juste en dessous des clients du même restaurant. . Bonjour intimité.. avons été déçu des prestations ... Deux étoiles car le personnel est sympathique

Hotel tranquilo y agradable. El personal es acogedor y las habitaciones amplias. Aconsejo pedir una que tenga balcón pues todas no lo tienen. La piscina es pequeña pero suficiente para refrescarse pues los huéspedes no suelen usarla. El desayuno es abundante variado y de calidad. Está en la entrada de Tavira pero como es una carretera nacional, para ir al pueblo hay que coger el coche, lo que supone un problema en temporada alta, tanto para aparcar en Tavira como en el hotel a la vuelta, ya que el hotel comparte el parking con un restaurante y a veces no hay sitio para estacionar el coche.

Camere spaziose e Pulite, personale cortese e preparato, bellissima piscina ottima colazione a Buffet. La posizione inoltre è ottima in quanto a due passi da Tavira, ma sulla via Nazionale e quindi facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada. Consigliato!

My husband and I have just left the hotel this morning after a 4 day stay on our first time in Portugal. Before booking, we were slightly hesitant as the hotel only carried a one star rating. However, we were pleasantly surprised as the hotel staff were very helpful, smart and polite, rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable and breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I have a severe pet allergy but realised this hotel was pet friendly, so when expressing my concerns to the gentleman on reception, i was assured that although he couldn't guarantee anything, he would make sure the room was thoroughly cleaned. The room was spotless and the pillows still slightly damp as they must have been washed. I had no allergic reactions at all therefore the room must have been deep cleaned. The outdoor pool was clean and tidy although a litttle soulless, would be better with a bar/snack area/pool service to enhance the outdoor pool facility.
Our stay would have been better if rooms had a kettle etc and there was a bar in the hotel but this has been reflected in the star rating and price compared with other nearby hotels. A huge concern is where the hotel is situated, by the side of a very busy national highway with no walk way and the only route to access the town with the nearest bars, restaurants and shops. The walk to climb over the barrier to access a pavement or footpath is absolutely terrifying and should never ever be attempted with children. I would advise always getting a taxi to and from town as it's very cheap at €4.50. This hotel (motel) would be perfect for the price if there was a bridge to safely walk across to access any facilities. Once in the town, there's lots of atmosphere and the hotel is very close and convenient. To summarise, Don Rodreagus is lovely, its only the location that lets it down which is such a shame as the hotel has a lot of positives.

This hotel is great for staying one night. It has had a recent makeover which is nice. A real con is that you are charged if you want to drink the water of use the nespresso in the room. That is not very hositable same was for our check in and you need to walk next to a very busy road to get to the city centre since. But the breakfast is great and there is also a very nice swimming pool with lots of shade.

El hotel está muy bien, aunque le faltará cobertura Wifi en nuestra habitación, no se verían bien los canales de TV y la habitación daba a la carretera y molestaban el ruido de los coches. Camas cómodas, con minifrigorifico y baño bien. El desayuno muy bueno.

Nice hotel. Just on the outskirts of Taviras main Center, so expect to either walk into town (10-15 mins) or if you have a car it’s a quick 2 minute drive. There is plenty of free parking in town. Hotel has a nice pool and balconies on every room. There is no elevator but the staff will help you if you ask. Decent buffet every morning and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel, although we never tried it.Everything was very clean and the bed was big. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Une adresse à ne surtout pas manquer ! Un peu excentré de la ville (1 km du centre) mais si paisible ! Propreté irreprochable. Accueil très convivial. Petits déjeuners excellents. Tarifs défiants toute concurrence vu le standing. Nous y sommes allés début février donc n'avons pas profité de la piscine exterieure qui semble au top. Nous reviendrons

Camas cómodas, personal amable y habitación limpia y espaciosa (con terraza y calefacción por bomba de calor).
El desayuno buenísimo (bizcochos caseros, pasteles, panes, quesos, embutidos, frutas, huevos, bacon...).
No está muy lejos del centro, el "pero" es que para llegar al centro hay que cruzar una carretera general y hay que tener mucho cuidado (son pocos metros). Si el hotel consiguiese que el ayuntamiento pusiese una pequeña acera y un paso de cebra para cruzar sería inmejorable

Staff and management do their very best to ensure you enjoy your stay.The hotel and pool are always very clean. Rooms are well furnished. Breakfast is very good. The only slight negative is navigating and crossing the main road to walk into town. This really needs a pathway to walk along and cross a very busy road. The pool is superb I was only surprised it was not busier. There is no bar although the adjoining restaurant sells drink when it is open.

Nicely refurbished hotel very close to Tavira center (20 minutes walk). I was very impressed with the front desk service. The pool area is delightful and breakfast was delicious. The restaurant on the hotel property was excellent; good food and good value. The mattress was outstanding -- essential for a good nights sleep. Overall, I was very happy with my brief stay.

Fantástico, solo le hace falta un ascensor. habitaciones pequeñas pero muy coquetas y bien aprovechadas lo mismo que el baño una ducha fantástica. Desayuno es impecable todo muy bueno y de todo.nos encantó la piscina inserta en un campo de olivos y almendros muy natural con unas vistas muy relajantes. Y el personal amabilísimo. Hotel molto ben curato e pulito. La camera era davvero bella, nuova e dotata di tutti i comfort. La colazione super sia per chi ama il dolce che il salato. Unica pecca la posizione, seppur vicino al centro di Tavira, si trova su una strada ad alto scorrimento. Un po' pericoloso per i pedoni, se invece vi muovete in auto, bus o taxi è davvero perfetto!

Accueil sympa. Petit déjeuner correct, seul regret, comme dans la plupart des hôtels un jus d'orange infect, vraiment dommage au pays de l'orange. Situé au bord de la route bruyant mais la chambre et bien insonorisée et très fonctionnels.
Et n'hésitez pas à manger un délicieux poulet à un prix très raisonnable au petit restaurant au pied de l'hôtel.

The best thing about this place is that it’s new and better to come in dry season.
Rooms are quite small but clean.
Building stands on the busy road so it’s always very noisy, sleep with closed windows.
Breakfast is ok, nothing special. Breakfast coffee is not even filter, but instant. Nespresso capsule coffee is ridiculous expensive
Will not come back.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt um 2 Nächte verlängert, da uns das Personal die Sauberkeit und die zentrale Lage so gut gefallen haben. Der Preis ist Unschlagbar. Angrenzend zum Hotel befindet sich zudem ein portugiesisches Schnellrestaurant. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, mega günstig und das Personal sehr bemüht. Das einzige Manko des Hotels ist, dass es direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Einen Familienurlaub würde ich hier also eher nicht machen. Aber für ein Wochenende zu Zweit oder einen Städtetrip ist dieses Hotel ein super Geheimtipp. Die Fenster des Hotels sind sehr Schalldicht, man hört nichts von der Straße.

The hotel was very clean with new renovations. The staff was extremely friendly and was in constant communication with us when it was necessary. They were accommodating with our late arrival time due to our late flight. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel made an honest mistake in our booking and as a result, they comp-ed both of our rooms and were extremely apologetic. The staff handled the situation exactly as they should have and I was very impressed. My family will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Fint hotell, bra restaurang på området, fina pooler och helt ok rum. Inte bästa läget vid trafikerad väg, men endast 10 minuter att gå ner till mysiga Tavira centrum.

Sehr netter Chef, ganz neues Haus und wunderschöne Zimmer mit schönem Bad und sogar Regendusche. Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist sehr praktisch und das Essen ist lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich. Es liegt eben direkt an der Straße, dafür mit Parkplatz.

Hôtel refait à neuf ,clim dans les chambres ,superbe piscine service de consierge . petit déjeuner copieux et surtout..des patrons ..adorables...et attentionné je recommande et surtout je reviendrai ..
