Staff super simpático e prestável. Embora a empresa mãe tenha pouca frota disponível. Só regresso pela eficiência e simpatia do staff, não se admite Monte Gordo em plena época alta não dispor de veículos suficientes!

Bijna een notaris nodig om een fiets te huren hier. Echt veel te duur voor een bagger fiets, valt van ellende bijna uit elkaar. Wat van gezegd maar doen net of je gek bent. Achteraf 100 meter terug een andere fietsverhuur met echt top fietsen zonder gedoe!

Book online if you want a car. Staff were more than helpful but company as a whole dont seem to have the stock required.

Never experienced such poor customer service. Took an hour and 20 minutes to pick up the car, I was the only person on there. Claimed they couldn't find my online reservation so tried to charge me a second, new reservation without informing me until I noticed the cost was more expensive. At which point was told to cancel my online reservation (which had been pre-paid) as they hadn't received it. I looked on their computer and I was top of the 3 person list of online reservations that day so don't on ire how they missed me. On returning the car the website says open until 7pm. Arrived at 6.35pm with the door locked and a man sat behind the desk which is 3 feet from the door. Refused to open the door so I could simply hand the keys back in. My flight out is 6am next morning and they don't have drop box so was forced to wait until that member of staff left the office so I could throw the keys in through the door.
