Coffee is good, but I would say that service staff could be a bit more active. Most of tables are occupied by dirty plates and cups. No space to place them even if you decide to take them away yourself. Service isn’t super fast, but I would say it’s possibly because of constant crowds.

Poor organization. Also the coffee was cold it costs €3.5. They just add cold milk to the coffee and not hot milk. Gave 1 star as google doesn't allow to give 0 or negative.

Well I would like to say it was pleasant or at least not to bad but the server took my almost half full cup of espresso from the table to put it away. She dropped it on her plate so she even made a mess taking my cup... when I made her aware that I wasn’t done, she just lifted her shoulders and walked away... It would be one thing to take accedantely somebodies unfinished stuff but it’s different if the server doesn’t regret it or if there is even no apologize. I travelled a lot and I was never that much dissatisfied that I really made a rating ... this time I am ...

L’arnaque, En plus des tarifs très élevés ils se permettent les extras ( dire un menu expresso avec une pastel n’est pas la même chose que expresso avec une pastel ) donc j’ai payé 5,50€ au lieu de 3,40€ le tout comme indiqué. Et quand j’ai été réclamer le serveur m’a dit que ce n’est pas pareil et d’un coup il ne comprend plus français ni anglais !!! Le café était pas mal mais la pastel di nata a fini dans la poubelle. Completely messy organization. I ordered a sandwich and a coffee; one lady took the sandwich while a second lady made made pay by card. After queuing for 7 min to get the sanwich and the coffee, I realized that the second lady had only charged me the coffee... I told them there was a mistake and I still had to pay for the sandwich that had been put aside for me, but this was not anticipated in their protocol and the only way to get my sandwich was to start again from the beginning: queue +5 min to pay and another +7 min to arrive to the serving area. Not the best perspective when you are about to miss a super early flight with an empty stomach :(

The place is fantastic but I want to comment on the cappuccino - sometimes more is less. the capuccino as I took the picture impressed me due to its size. It 's a soup bowl. This may look interesting but it makes the experience not so good because as you taste the crema it separates from the coffee and you drink only the coffee. So the true cappuccino experience only comes back in the end of the drink. The coffee and the milk are very good so I would suggest the standard size cup so you would feel the mixture of the milk and the coffee all along the drink - when you as for a cappuccino you don't want to explore, you want to feel awesome ! Congratulations anyway !

Um ótimo local para um café da manhã no Aeroporto de Lisboa é o Hediard. Boas opções de menu, atendimento cordial, boas instalações, fácil acesso, ambiente agradável, local acessível. Relação custo-benefício boa considerando o fato de estar em um Aeroporto. Experimentei o croissant simples com café com leite e fiquei satisfeito. Eu recomendo.

If you want to be “served” by rude, unfriendly woman who long time ago lost all the idea of customer service. Good luck!

My first negative review ever goes to this place. The staff was very unfriendly and annoying. They had an error on the menu, which I didn’t know – how could I and that’s not my problem – They we’re trying to explain me that I was wrong RAISING HER VOICE. When they realized they made the mistake, they didn’t apologized. I walked away. I don’t need this treatment after an overseas journey. “Rotisserie VERSAILLES” was much better, cheaper, and friendlier, just how it should be.

The staff is not correct. They speak badly to the guests. The man in charge of the payments is rude and looks down on the customers. They allow some customers who have not bought anything to sit down to reserve the table, and leave those who have just paid standing with their breakfast on their arms. If you point out to them that you do not have room when some people are sitting without buying anything, they answer that you just have to eat with your tray on the seats in the middle of the airport. To be clear : a coffee Shop to avoid !

Bom atendimento e excelentes produtos... um bom meio caminho para quem vai viajar e precisa de comer algo.

A nice atmosphere, but the £3.90 cappuchino is a disaster. Starbucks 20m away would be a far superior option... and that’s saying something. The ham and cheese croisant was edible, but could be more refined. Staff are friendly though - so that is a big plus. There is so much potential for this cafe. It has the location, serting and branding. Look forward to visiting again and seeing if there are some changes
