A bit sad with this Flat white. At the Lisbon Airport T2. The coffee is very weak. I had to order the second one and they just added a bit more foam. I asked if they know how to make the flat white and I was asked if I want more foam. They have no knowledge on how to make the coffee and just ruining the name of the brand. Very sad to see this. More training is needed and better preparation for the staff to make a proper coffee. Compare to other shops around here. This is still most empty. Not mentioning the price payed for a very bad coffee.

Absolute clusteref*!k. £20 for 2 sandwiches and a coffee, hustled along like animals to slaughter, dreadful staff (underpaid and over stressed.... Not their fault, but that of poor management). They spilled my coffee all over the counter and looked at me like it was my fault. If love to meet the owner for a quiet chat... Ps, the coffee is not good, very bitter, just like me after visiting here

Eat before going to the airport. Seriously though €6 for an egg & cress sandwich is a total joke and made me laugh, the food is bad and and drinks are overpriced too. Avoid!

The place looks cool. The food was ok (sandwiches and salads) but the service was bad. I grabbed a focaccia, asked the cashier if she could heat it up and gave it to me cold as ice (furthermore she didn't seem to like my request). Service is KEY and more important than cool furniture.

Prezzi esorbitanti, wrap vegano minuscolo ed insapore, assenza totale di sale. Prezzi non esposti. Bisogna mangiare i panini a temperatura frigo perché non li scaldano. Se lo avessi saputo mi sarei tenuta la fame.

Slimy acidic yoghurt that tastes more like plastic and totally devoid of probiotics. Fruit pot not much better, fizzy, fermented fruit. Nothing fresh. Wish I had looked it up before I went.

Expensive, not great foodwise, and prepare to pay more because the "automatic machine" counts less than what the cashier feeds it. We were so displeased that we asked for a refund on untouched items 2 minutes later, and they gave us trouble for not having a receipt which the cashier DID NOT give us.

Good place to drink a coffee in this full terminal 2. You find different kinds of sandwiches, fresh fruits, cookies and coffee in the soho restaurant.

This was the only food option after passport control, a very small stand with very limited options. Eat here if you want to eat a disgusting soggy wrap for 6.5 euros. Just go to McDonald's before you go through passport control, or get a takeaway and take it with you...

Cappuccino with overcooked milk, for a last tosta mista in Portugal better go to the McDonald's next to them.

Super expensive, better to go to MacDonald s (toast are actually better there). Cappuccino is bad and the food is too expensive for the fake taste they have.

Pedi uma bebida quente, mas era tao quente que tive que meter gelo depois de esperar 40 minutos para que arrefecesse. E o sabor era horrivel.

If you choose to propose a « pain au chocolat » to your clients, please do it right. It has to be good and it is definitely not the case : poor quality, poor flavour. And, the capucino was not good... I guess they don’t really care, they will have many clients because they are in an airport, they don’t put customer satisfaction on first place for their business model. It’s sad.

Do not eat here. It is expensive. It is bad food and it is bad service. They do not heat food correctly. My chicken sandwich was still almost frozen inside. One to AVOID at all costs. 46 Euros of water money on garbage food and awful service that just didn't care at all about giving service. I fly often but will NEVER take my custom again to this place.

Some arrogant little man chose to close half of the seating are half way through my drink and forced us all to leave.

So bad and so disorganized. Just go to McDonald's or the other place across the way. Oh, and they barely filled the grande coffee over half way.
