Ich habe Bravacar sogar die Tankquittung mit der Angabe des Treibstoffes gezeigt. Das hat aber keinen Eindruck gemacht. Bravacar behauptet weiterhin, es sei Diesel im Tank gewesen. Bei der Abgabe des Ersatzwagens am Ende des Urlaubes wurde mir als „Beweis“ eine Seltersflasche mit einer Flüssigkeit auf die Theke gestellt. Darin befand sich, laut Bravacar Mitarbeiter ¾ Benzin und oben drauf schwammen ¼ Diesel. Da der Tank bei der Übergabe so gut wie leer war und ich mit dem Wagen ja noch 30 Minuten bis zur Tankstelle gekommen bin, war bei der Übergabe noch kein Diesel im Tank. Ich habe an der nächsten Tankstelle Benzin getankt und ein paar Kilometer später ist der Motor mit einer Motor-Error Meldung ausgegangen. Da stellt sich die Frage woher ¼ Diesel in den Tank gekommen sein sollen. Ich weiß nicht aus welchem Auto oder Ersatzkanister Bravarcar den Diesel in die Flasche getan hat, aber ganz sicher nicht aus dem Wagen, mit dem ich gefahren bin. Ich habe versucht, dem Bravacar Mitarbeiter all diese Gegebenheiten zu erklären und klar zu stellen, doch es war ganz klar, dass die so vorbereitete Methode das Geld von mir zu bekommen durchgezogen wird. Da ich um 4 Uhr Nachts mit zwei kleinen Kindern in einem Industriegebiet Lissabons (Standort von Bravacar) auf den Shuttleservice zum Flughafen von Bravacar angewiesen war und Bravacar mir auch die 750€ Kaution für den Wagen nicht wieder gegeben hätte, wenn ich die Rechnung für die Reparatur nicht gezahlt hätte, war ich so gezwungen bzw erpresst worden die Reparatur gleich vor Ort zu begleichen. Dies ist aber nur die Finanzielle Seite. Ich stand mit zwei kleinen Kindern mit dem defekten Wagen mitten auf der Autobahn. Ganze 4 Stunden lang! Bravacar hatte am Telefon mitgeteilt, dass sie jemanden schicken, der uns abholt, doch gekommen ist nur der Abschlepper, der uns aufgrund mangelnder Sitzplätze nicht mitnehmen konnte. Bravacar sagte, sie hätten ein Taxiunternehmen angerufen. Die beiden Mechaniker des Abschleppers wollten aber bei uns warten, bis ein dann von Bravacar gerufenes Taxi kommen sollte. Dies kam aber nicht. Telefonisch erklärte ich Bravacar die Situation mit den müden und hungrigen Kindern hinter einer Betonleitplanke in praller Sonne bei 35 Grad Celsius zu stehen und das es den Kindern nicht mehr gut geht. Aber es kam weiterhin keine Hilfe. Dabei wäre es für Bravacar eine Sache von nur 30 Minuten gewesen und dort abzuholen. Erst nachdem ich die Mechaniker bekniet habe uns mitzunehmen, sind wir dort weg gekommen. Eine extreme Erfahrung, die ich nie wieder erleben möchte. Ich danke hier ausdrücklich den beiden hilfsbereiten Mechanikern, die uns trotz drohender polizeilicher Konsequenzen aus der Situation Gefolgen haben. Aber vor Bravacar kann ich nur warnen!

Fui muito bem atendido. Preço na promoção é irrisório. Carros antigos. Cobraram uma multa sem me avisar usando os dados do meu cartão. Quer dizer, não cobraram, subtrairam, sem consulta, um valor supostamente devido. Acredito que deveriam me cobrar e eu, por vontade própria pagar.

Be aware of these scammere, tried to make us pay deposit of 750 euros for a rent that costed 120 euros, via bank transfer privately. The Cars are also unsafe and old.

Good service, helpful attendants, excellent prices. Only negative was that they do not offer "ViaVerde" (non-stop at the toll).

Should get a negative star rating! Do not rent your car at bravacar! They arrived late to the airport and just shoved us into a white minibus without telling us where we were going or what was going on. The blonde lady was really rude and just kept arguing with the aggressive grunting driver on the way to the company shack. We ordered a fiat punto but got a different car, all banged up and with an empty tank of fuel. We also had to pay a large (750€!!!) deposit even though the car with insurance was only 40€ and the confirmation said that the deposit would be 750SEK = 75€ but that turned out to be a lie. The car was not working well as it almost did not make it up the hills in Lisbon because of a faulty engine. In short: horrible customer service, misleading information when booking and, last but not least, a car in inadequate condition - AVOID!

Serviço péssimo. O carro está num meio do nada para onde temos que ir de carrinha. As malas são literalmente atiradas para a bagageira da carrinha. Alugámos um Fiat Punto. O carro estava todo riscado, tinha um espelho partido, o travão de mão não funcionava como deve ser, o interior do carro estava em condições miseráveis… quando fomos entregar o carro reclamámos o mau estado do carro e a falta de segurança que sentimos com ele ao qual tivemos a seguinte resposta: "desde que ande, está bom". Não aconselho de forma alguma.

Ótimo custo benefício, carro limpo e bem conservado, mas os atendentes não são receptivos.

We rented a small car, a Fiat Panda, and every went alright... we picked it up right at the branch which looked okay to us. We were not quite sure what to expect after we had read the reviews from previous users. The car was still pretty new (34,000km) and besides some minor scratches in good condition. Service was okay but it could be more polite and more friendly. Overall it was good and we would rent there again :)

Bravacar Lisbon airport. Avoid like the plague. No one at the meet and greet. Supplied phone numbers ring out. 45mins after collection time aggressive guy turned up. Taken to a run ddown office in an industrial area. Wait another 30mins as car not ready, meanwhile he is arguing with another customer as they aren't happy either. Toilets were overflowing. Our booking said new fiat punto or similar. We were given a 2012 reanault megane, stank, had burns in the upholstery. Panels dented and scuffs and scratches everywhere, clutch was knackered too. How these people are still in business in 2018 is beyond me. AVOID

BRAVACAR does not meet the minimum standards of other Easyrentcars partner rental companies. BRAVACAR simply should not be part of the list of rental companies listed by Easyrentcars: it is an amateur company, from the backyard, with a "fleet" of vehicles in poor condition and mechanics. They tried to push us a filthy vehicle, with several crashes, a broken taillight, damaged wheels and, worse, with warning and mandatory inspection lights on! More than 45,000km of pure garbage... During de pick-up prpcedures, try to contact the phone number indicated on the confirmation voucher and pray to be answered! Good luck if you find someone at the drop-off... Prepare to wait a reasonable time.

Não sei nem como se considera uma locadora de carros... Locação horrível, carro sujo, todo batido, luz do motor e luz de manutenção acesas no painel. Sem considerar a falta de profissionalismo. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum.

STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY! We rented from Bravacar Xmas week in Portugal after arriving from an extremely long flight from Australia. At pick up we were told straight away that they couldn’t take the whole family as their pick up van was Brocken down. They only took my husband and we waited at the airport for over an hour. Then the car had absolutely no petrol and we struggled to get to the petrol station. A couple of days into our trip we discovered the car had no break pads!!! We just couldn’t believe Bravacar rents out cars with NO BREAKS! We called Bravacar Lisbon asking for a replacement vehicle, they weren’t very professional at all, they ask me to drive to Lisbon for a exchange of vehicle ( we were at north of Portugal 380km from Lisbon and they want us to drive with no break pads to Lisbon... suicide) they didn’t offer anything else, so much they could have done but they choose not too simple told me to drive to Lisbon with no breaks... As we were at the garage shop for a nail punch on one of the tyres I ask the man to check the pads and for our surprise he did confirmed that we had 0% pads left at the rear and when we told them it was a rental car they were extremely surprised too, and they suggested we got it change for our safety as we had a child with us, so we immediately called bravacar again and told them we need to change the pads and I ask if we pay will we be refund whatever amount we pay, and they told me to find out how much will it cost and get back to them so they could approve it, simple ridiculous after all that happen they still bargain the price of our safety... at the end they authorised the change of break pads and after 5 hours at the garage we missed a family lunch and so much more it’s a holiday to forget all because of this situation, we traveled so far and to get such a bad service it’s very disappointing.... sorry about the long review but people need to know that BRAVACAR IS NOT SAFE OR PROFESSIONAL

Although this car rental place is cheap I WARN YOU PAY THE MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.. only one lady seemed to be okay to talk to they mislead us about alot and for a country that has tolls basically everywhere they dont offer or have easy passes. I personally spent 185 euros alone because of this

Everything went extremely well! Fast pickup at the airport + fast renting process (€500 deposit on credit card ) + returning the car without any problems at all (deposit was returned) + transfer service to the airport. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Be careful, it looks like one of the workers is stealing credit card details, because he took my credit card behind the desk and looked at both sides quickly. The service itself was horrible, we had to wait 40 mins and do a lot of calls to to their office to get our prebooked car. The car was a remade UK car it had weird problems. Last year it was great cheap cost and nice service, but after this time I'll never use it again.

Nous sommes un couple et avons réservé une voiture pour la semaine chez bravacar et nous en sommes très contents ! La voiture a certes des éraflures ou des rétroviseurs abîmés mais qui sont sans danger pour la route. Nous retenons que des points positifs : - Check in et check out rapide, pas de temps d'attente. - Le service de transport de l'aéroport à bravacar et pareil pour le retour, très agréable car pas besoin de chercher son terminal au retour dans l'aéroport (se renseigner sur l'endroit où ils vous prennent à l'aller car nous n'avons pas trouvé et fait à pied mais 30 minutes de marche ont suffi) - ils parlent français c'est très agréable - ils sont les moins chers de tous les concessionnaires que nous avons regardés - la voiture était confortable, a très bien tenu la route. Bref nous sommes ravis et à ce prix nous reviendrons chez eux sans hésiter !

A FUIRE, que des veilles voitures services client horrible ! Si vous avez un problème demander le livre de réclamation, s'il ne vous le donne pas appeler la Police. Au Portugal c'est obligatoire ce livre, il est officiel et controlé par l'état !

The place is all right but it's worth being careful with everything. Waiting time can be long. We had some problems but everything was solved in the end.

O pessoal que atende é 5 estrelas, sendo mais específico o Nuno e a Liliane. Muito atenciosos e fazem de tudo para atender bem o cliente. Eu recomendo sempre a Bravacar.
