The Brazilian girl in the reception was very kind, smily and nice however the lady that done my nails was very moody kind of doing me a favor. I asked to don’t remove cuticules either skin but she ripped some anyway. I chosen a pink colour in the catalog but it happened that they didn’t had so she offered me a similar one but it’s was totally transparent and opposite then the one I had choose. Instead of offering to change it - since she had just began - or even asking if I liked the colour she just kept going cause she was in a rush to to her own nails. So paid €18 for a gel vernis that I hated. Not coming back.

I wasn’t sure if I should have my lashes done in another country, but I trusted them and they did an amazing job! Beautiful little space, we were offered coffe/tea/champagne My lashes were done with attention to detail, they listened to my wishes and it was a very relaxing experience! I wish I could be a regular customer! ♥️

My eyelashes were done poorly. They stick the lashes onto the halfway point in your lashes, not at the root.

Attention to detail and care for the finished product was seriously lacking. I ended up with a cut cuticle right after the nail tech finished telling me she’d “have to be careful with them because they’re very thin and would bleed”. Overall not a very pleasant experience.

I stopped by Dez Studio for eyelash extensions. It was my first time ever receiving eyelash extensions. Olga was my stylist, and she was fantastic. Olga very clearly explained to me how to care for my lashes with the extensions, and she was generally very talkative and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the experience. She also asked really interesting questions, and shared her own viewpoints. Eyelash extensions are a long procedure, so it was really nice to have someone who was so talkative and who could explain the process so thoroughly. Olga seemed extremely experienced and helped me to understand and not be so scared. I have naturally quite long eyelashes, but I was tired of wearing so much mascara everyday and curling my eyelashes. Olga helped me to find a very natural-looking but curly set of eyelash extensions that flatter my eye shape and make my eye lashes look how they would with eye makeup, but still very natural. I'm quite pleased with the results! And last, I think it's a great value for the quality.

Came here as a birthday treat with my mum and we both loved it, beautiful cosy little place and everyone was lovely and helped squeeze us in as we hadn't made an appointment. Will be back!

Muito desiludida. Fui fazer manutenção de gel, em vez de renovarem o gel puseram acrílico. Pintura ficou mal, em vez de estarem brilhantes, fiquei com as unhas baças. E na hora da marcação disseram que era 25€, e no final quando fui pagar já era 35€.

I was so lucky to find this place the service was amazing and the staff was very courteous and attentive it was a true day at the spa. I did my nails and my lashes. Prices are a little bit higher than the United States but still it’s Europe I guess.

I just moved to Portugal and I've searched for a place to do my nails from now on. I found them and today, after my first appointment, I can only say that I am totally impressed! The professionalism and the services they provide are clearly 5 stars ones!! Definitely won my heart and I will be going there every month!

It’s a really nice place to visit guys! . Iast week i went there with my sis to do my lashes and it was done so beautifully!!!! it didn’t looked like fake and over done. The Price is also inside our budget and the staffs makes you feel at ease.
