Marquês de Pombal駅からバスで5分ほど。
ホテルの前がバス停。
駅に向かうのは下り坂だが、駅からホテルまでは結構な急坂を歩いて10分くらい。
まさに、行きはよいよい帰りは恐い。
なので、帰りはバスに乗ったほうがいいかも。
部屋は広く、コーヒーメーカー、冷蔵庫もあり。
1日1本、水が無料。
バスルームは広く、バスタブもあり。
朝食は、種類も多く、どれも美味しい。
しかも、スパークリングワインもあり！

This a very nice hotel. For those who have experienced already 5 stars hotels, then the Dom Pedro will result perhaps more a 4 stars than a 5 stars. Nevertheless the price per night is also closer to a 4 stars hotel. The rooms are spacious and elegant. At floor minus 5 there is a (very )small gym (3 treadmills and a bodybuoldong machine). Sauna, swimming pool and jacuzi are also available. A briad selection of massages are available if booked with at least 1 day of notice. The car park is private and costs 12 euro x day. The breakfast is well assorted. Staff is very kind as they all normal are in Portugal. Defintely suggested.

Clean room, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast selection in pleasant surroundings. Approximately 30 minutes stroll to downtown and the river. Close to shopping centre and a selection of restaurants.

Als je een gecancelde vlucht hebt en je wordt hier gestald is het geen straf, 24 uur goed gevuld met mooie kamer, heerlijk eten, goede verzorging en een wandeling door een prachtig winkelcentrum geheel geairconditioned. Daar ga je voor je plezier heen.

Nice breakfast, however room an lobby design are a little bit dated.
Bedroom (non-smoking) comfortable, but bathroom devoloped an ashtray odor overnight, and this was not resolved by maintenance despite informed of the occurrence.

Un hotel clasico, pero tiene muy buen servicio. Me pareció espectacular el trato al cliente. Las habitaciones muy amplias y tienen salón VIP, el cual es perfecto para descansar despues de camirar y aprovechar la vista espectacular del rio de noche. Esta cerca (a pie) de la parada de buses turisticos. Buena opción al mome to de visitar la cuidad.

Das Hotel liegt zentral zum Sightseen machen. Uns hat die Einrichtung und das grosszügige Zimmer sehr gefallen. Das Bett hätte etwas bequemer sein können. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Im Vergleich mit anderen 5***** ist es jedoch etwas einfacher. Es dürfte reichhaltiger sein.

Hotel godny polecenia. Duże wygodne pokoje - ładne widoki - szczególnie na rzekę. Trafiłem na widok stojącego tuż przy hotelu innego apartamentowca ale nie narzekam - dzięki temu zasłaniał słonce i było bardzo przyjemnie w pokoju! Trochę oddalony od głównego nurtu wędrowania po starym mieście ale od czego jest tramwaj i autobusy - to lepsze środki komunikacji niż taksówki - szczególnie w korkach!
Każdy, nawet najbardziej wybredny gość znajdzie w ofercie śniadaniowej coś dla siebie.
Dużym plusem jest sąsiedztwo galerii handlowej z doskonałym wyborem wód mineralnych, gdyż przy 5-ciu gwiazdkach hotelu - tego jednak w pokoju zabrakło. Oczywiście mini-barek oferował buteleczki na jeden łyczek ale nie jest to dobry pomysł aby uzupełniać płyny w ten sposób :)
... i to był drobny minusik :)
W każdym razie chętnie wrócę do tego hotelu przy kolejnej wizycie w Lizbonie! Obrigado!

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen mit sehr guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und direkt an das Einkaufszentrum Amoreiras wo man für jedes Budget sehr gut Essen kann.Das Frühstück war sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind gross und gut eingerichtet. Leider ist der Lärmpegel von der Anflugschneise des Flughafens und des Verkehrs bis in alle Nacht hoch. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig, man kann den Nachbarn im Zimmer nebenan gut hören. Der Flugzeugshuttel des Hotels ist 4x so teuer, als das Taxi. Trotzdem würde ich dieses Hotel noch einmal wählen, da die Aussicht vom 11. Stock Richtung Téjo sehr schön war und die Vorteile überwiegen.

Chambres spacieuses avec une très belle vue sur Lisbonne et le Tage. Petit déjeuner très complet le personnel est très accueillant et très à lécoute. Toujours souriant. La piscine est plutôt petite mais nous navons jamais trouvé trop de monde (4-5 personnes tout au plus lors des vacances davril) l’hôtel est bien situé et pas trop loin du centre. Il y a des bus et tramways a proximité immédiate (pas le métro qui est à 10 minutes à pied avec une belle cote au retour le soir .. mais on peut prendre un bus entre les deux si grosse fatigue ..)il y a de la circulation autour de l’hôtel mais les chambres sont bien insonorisées Centre commercial à proximité En résumé, très satisfait de cet hôtel

Huge room and closed to upmarket shopping center, great view from the room, massage, spa, jacuzzi, indoor pool in -5 floor, good selection of various foods for the breakfast. The welcoming apples , Porto Wine and water, Portugal custards and evening turndown service made your stay more memorable . The lobby is spacious... elegant hotel. It need renovations .

A empresa onde o meu marido trabalha faz as sua exposições anuais há muito neste Natal e adoro sempre vir aqui, os funcionários são de um profissionalismo extremo e super simpáticos. O serviço nunca falha. O hotel tem uma decoração muito clássica mas reconfortante.

Hotel lindo, aconchegante.
As instalações do quarto também são boas, camas confortáveis, tudo muito limpo, sempre trocam as toalhas mesmo sem pedir, a única coisa que eu esperava ser um pouco melhor, era o ar condicionado, se alguém sente calor ao dormir, ele não refrigera quase nada!
Fora esse detalhe, o hotel é muito bom e lindo!

Die Lage ist gut. Man braucht ein bisschen bis zur nächsten Metro und es geht bergauf/ab. Die Bushaltestelle ist jedoch quasi vor der Tür.
Personal ist super freundlich und spricht gut Englisch.
Die Zimmer sind auch gut. Nur im Bad finde ich das 1-lagige Toilettenpapier mangelhaft. Da hätte man mehr investieren sollen.
Das Buffet ist super und nicht überlaufen. Auch hier sehr freundliches Personal.

Personnel adorable (comme dans presque tout Lisbonne) et toujours a la recherche du meilleur pour vous: touriste!)
Le spa est peu frequente mais avec sa piscine interieure, sa salle de muscu climatisee , son jacuzzi, son Hammam et son sauna: le top!, sans parler des estheticiennes - masseuses qui sont tres agreables...

Von aussen ziemlich häßliches Hochhaushotel am Rande der Innenstadt, an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Der Blick aus dem Fenster fiel auf ein noch häßlicheres Hochhaus. Keine Aussenterrassen. Innen aber gediegen, Zimmer ausreichend groß und hübsch eingerichtet, toller Spabereich, freundliches Personal, Tiefgarage im Haus (teuer!). In der Hotelbar wurde allerdings schon um 22.30h fürs Frühstück eingedeckt, so dass der Absacker ausfiel. Der Raucherbereich war wegen Renovierung geschlossen.

Sergio and all the staff went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The location and view from the hotel were excellent, with easy transport to sights, walks, and the airport. The breakfast was delicious with extensive offerings. The pool and spa were a great way to end a day of sightseeing (although closed after 19:30). Service was friendly and helped with various requests: ice for a sore muscle, car wash before returning to the airport, and a fan. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

Hotel optimo, muito bem localizado, empregados muito simpaticos, optimo pequeno almoço, excelente mesmo.
Os lençóis de banho é o papel higienico sao muito fracos, nao estão, nem de longe, ao nivel de um notel de 5 estrelas. Recomendo um up grade!!!
A decoração é muito datada, mas é o que é.
Aconselho e voltarei.

Obrigaram me a deixar um depósito de 200€ à entrada! Não sei se foi pelo nosso aspeto(nao sei se é "mau" ter ido direto do trabalho fardado, ter piercings e tatuagens, mas fogo, estamos em 2018), mas a recepcionista Luísa ou Lurdes não devia estar a atender clientes, agradeço o facto da chefe dela no dia seguinte me ter pedido as mais sinceras desculpas, mas isso infelizmente não anulou a trampa q me senti na noite anterior. Ler um livro pela capa é muito mas muito feio mesmo, e em 2018 penso que até direito a indemnização por discriminação teria direito. Aconselho a quem tiver aspeto de pobre que não vá a não ser que goste de se sentir como eu.

Good location if on Business as its in the business district. About a 25 min Stroll into the Old Town. Plenty of local restaurants and Cafe's locally. Large shopping complex and cinema across the road. Hotel itself is as a 5 start should be, friendly staff, great facilities, rooms very clean and good size. Prices to eat or drink in hotel not bad, however atmosphere not great. 20 min to airport. Would stay again.

The hotel has an amazing sightseeing, it’s very clean, has big rooms and a very nice terrace where you can have a nice glass of wine. The restaurant is ok, the service is outstanding.
What did piss me off was the fact that they made me pay the transfer from the airport even if we couldn’t find the driver at the airport, and that the second day I didn’t have half of the things in the room (carpet for the shower, towels...) and when I told the guy during the checkout his reaction was “ok”. Not satisfied at all

Refeição fraca, buffet muito pouco convidativo. Precisa aprimorar o paladar. Localização conveniente. Cama desconfortavel, mas isto é questão pessoal, há gente que gosta de colchão muito mole. Na minha segunda estadia o ar condicionado não funcionava e a pia vazava água. Equipa muito atenciosa, rápida e eficiente.

Contraté un pack fin de semana romántico y fue un acierto, ya que nos incluía desayuno bufet ( excente en todo) además del parking. Tuvieron muchos detalles con nosotros. La limpieza excelente, las vistas extraordinarias, el servicio muy atento, educado y cordial. Volvería a repetir sin duda.

Hotel da velha guarda. Quando se entra neste hotel sentimos que já foi uma grande referência na capital. Nos dias de hoje vemos que a decadência do edifício, detalhes que vê a nessidade obras. Staff um pouco difícil. Mas nem tudo é mau, bom pequeno almoço e boa cama.

Costumo deixar o meu carro a lavar no hotel. Deixei recentemente 2 vezes e da segunda, estando o carro ainda relativamente limpo, pedi ao senhor para se focar nas pontas de resina no exterior. Sem educação nenhuma, respondeu que o que saísse com a pressão da água saía, o que não saísse, paciência.

Hotel very well located, lunch and delicious breakfast. Near a main metro station (M. Pombal) and easy to access the essential points of view of the city (tourism). Skilled staff, courteous and pleasant. Special mention for Ricardo and Andrei (Andre) for their help with the direction to take for Sintra, research on our trips to Lagos and Porto. Clean room, 5 stars and worth it.

The interior looks like Trump was in charge (lots of fake gold, fake paintings and fake news), but it’s a very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was really good (and I’m fussy) with great fruit and eggs and all. The pool/ gym area is small and subterranean.

Room not cleaned until late in day. Air Conditioner in room very poor and not addressed by Hotel after being notified. Room too warm at night to sleep properly. Прилетали компанией и заняли несколько номеров.Всем в номер принесли фрукты и вино и каждый день носили в номер воду,но только не нам...
Напрашиваться на подарки не стали,но это как-то странно....
Номера на вид комфортные,но это была самая не удобная кровать,матрас и подушки за все дни и города пребывания в Португалии.
На завтрак официанты с кислыми лицами и сервиса 5*с шампанским на завтрак мы точно не увидели.Как и шампанского;)
Месторасположение-со всех сторон одни дороги.Стеклопакеты не особо спасают...
Я всегда стараюсь оценивать по простому признаку:вернулась бы я в этот отель при повторном посещении города.В этот-нет.
Бывает всё в минусах:и месторасположение и номер,но чем-то цепляет.Не этот случай.

This is a lovely place to stay. 25-30 minute walk to the main square with waterside cafes. A tram ride away from the historic centre. 25 minutes from the aquarium in taxi. Spa treatments were fantastic, as was the food and staff. Great base to explore Lisbon.

Dune manière générale l’hôtel est bien localisé avec toutes les commodités de transports et commerces à proximité. Le personnel il est bien veillant et toujours à disposition pour aider.La propreté est bien assuré , mais comme quelques fenêtres ne sont pas toujours faciles à ouvrir, il reste un odeur un peu gênante, que vient peut être du parquet, des rideaux et du fait de ne pas avoir d’aération naturelle.

¿Un 5 estrellas? Por favor....
El hotel en si no está mal, pero de no estar mal a un hotel de 5 estrellas hay un trecho. Habitaciones normalitas, lo único destacable es que tienen una buena cama. Los empleados de recepción entre incompetentes y muy desagradables.
FRIO EN HABITACIONES: Estuvimos en octubre ocupando 3 habitaciones con temperaturas entre 2 y 13 grados centígrados en la calle, pues bien, el aire de la habitación salía frio aunque lo pusieras a 30º. Dimos queja en recepción 3 veces y no conseguimos nada, todo el rato que si lo iban a mirar, que si pitos y flautas. al final nos dieron la solución de subir unos calefactores a las habitaciones porque no conseguían que saliera caliente, para colmo solo subieron calefactor a una de las 3 habitaciones.
DESAYUNO: Cogimos el viaje con agencia. Al llegar pedimos que nos confirmaran que el contrato era alojamiento + desayuno y nos dijeron que efectivamente estaba incluido. El primer día desayunamos y nos dijeron que firmáramos para luego cobrarlo. Dijimos que estaba incluido y resulta que nos dicen que no. Pero si nos lo confirmó su compañera ayer... pues que no. ¡¡120 € por 6 desayunos!!
FACTURA: al irnos solicitamos factura de la estancia. Nos la sacan con media docena de errores, pedimos que nos la modifique y un chico joven de recepción empieza a ponernos caras largas, pues que si un ordenador, que si se va a un despacho dentro, cada vez con peor cara. ¡Como si tuviéramos nosotros la culpa de su incompetencia! Después de más de 30 minutos esperando y aguantando su mal humor, nos fuimos sin la factura.
Tela de servicio. Si buscas un 5 estrellas o incluso 4, seguro que hay mejores opciones.

Cet hôtel mérite vraiment ses 5 étoiles. Un service parfait, personnel discret... Des prestations haut de gamme pour un prix abordable par rapport à tout ce que l'hôtel propose. Staff were friendly, comfort was very good.The breakfast, however, as I went down to breakfast alone I didnt feel seen. The first morning nobody asked me for coffee and the second morning nobody came to ask if I wanted some more. So, I didnt go down to breakfast the third morning. It's very nice hotel. Super comfortable beds, great view on the river. Very efficient staff. Only one thing bothered me- you can hear sometimes people in room next to yours- except that--nice experience.
Place is next to big shopping center with many shops, so you can get quick coffee or breakfast or buy some clothes, if weather will suddenly change.
Hotel is 10 minutes walk from metro station.

Das Hotel ist recht zentral, die einrichtig um grunde sehr sehr schön. Zimmer, welches eine aussicht auf die Rohre (416) bot, war dunkel. Es war sichtbar, dass es schon abgewohnt war. Schimmel in der Dusche. In unserem zimmer gab es eine tür zum Nachbarzimmer, eelches ich als unamgenehm emfand. Was ich ebenfalls nicht in einem 5 * hotel erwarte, ist eine angebrochene minibar. Hier wurde ein angefangener Orangensaft vergessen. Allerdings mussten wir nach dem reklamieren und dem auschecken nichts bezahlen.

The room was extremely clean and our stay was quite pleasant. The hotel is magnificent, very luxurious. We had an iron, great hairdryer, a DeLonghi coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, an umbrella, a robe, and many other amenities that were great to have.
However, some spoons or stirrers in the room for coffee or tea as there is a coffee machine, would have been appreciated. I am not sure if it was only our room, but the AC was broken or did not work properly, as no matter how hard we tried, we couldn't get the room to be cold.

Stayed for 3 nights with my son. We loved it. Close to transportation to the city.Breakfast was great. Lots of variety to choose from. The swimming pool/ jacuzzi was the very best. Very relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly and answered our numerous questions.Did not like the rug on the floor of the room. But Oh well.... Will stay there again and will recommend it to everyone. Obrigada!

It was a wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with do it yourself Mimosa Bar. Not a bad way to start a day in Lisboa. My wife and I like to walk on vacation as much as possible. The hotel is on the top of a very high hill, so you should keep that in mind. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the exchange rate for the Euro. A little bit of a rip-off, but there are plenty of ATMs near by.

Wunderbares Lissabon! Das 5 Sterne Hotel Dom Pedro hat uns gut gefallen . Ein paar kleine Abstriche: Das Zimmer das wegen der Aussicht gebucht war hatte nicht, wie auf Bildern Fenster zu 2 Seiten sondern nur zum Fluss, hat uns aber nicht gestört, da die Aussicht trotzdem fantastisch war. An einem Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt ,erst nachdem wir in der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt hatten. Beim ansonsten reichhaltigen Frühstück fehlten uns Gemüse wie Gurken und Paprika, stattdessen gab es Obst im Überfluss in allen möglichen Sorten. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt , für 5 Sterne hätte ich mir ein Quäntchen mehr erwartet.

So far its like this;
Came to the hotel from a long flight room was not ready- but lady said come back in one and a half hour. I went out to do some errands and came 11/2 hour later as instructed....guess what room is not ready Sir....so I asked her...do you have another room available....noo as we are fully book today.....10 mins later a room was available....BUT it was a twin bed room....I paid and requested a king sized bed.....now she said come back in 45 minutes...I am sitting at lobby waiting....hope this review will open their mind for a better service...lets see how it goes

Nice place to stay. It is quite close to the center so one can walk to it. Also it's in front of a shopping mall which has a panorama view that one can visit as well. The hotel service was quite friendly and helpful, the rooms and bathroom were clean and you could find a chocolate on your pillow every day. Hôtel mal positionné, relativement loin de l’avenue de la liberté. Un ménage bâclé, cheveux et miettes sur les toilettes à mon arrivée. Impossible d’avoir la télévision du séjour. Quant au spa, celui comporte des traces de moisissures au niveau des portes du saunât. De plus, les jeunes enfants étant autorisé dans le spa, j’ai pu me baigner dans une eau où flottaient des résidus de couches d’enfants.
Le personnel est froid. La décoration est vieillotte. Le petit déjeuner est banal. J’ai pris l’ascenseur plusieurs fois par jour. Ce dernier s'arrêtaient sans raisons à chaque fois.
Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 5 étoiles.

Ich war von dem Schwimmbad enttäuscht. Die Beckentiefe ist 1,04 m ! Eher als Stehbecken gedacht. Der Fitnessbereich hat 4 Geräte.Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Bett sehr bequem. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, die Klimaanlage empfand ich als geräuschvoll. Das Frühstück war okay.

Dix jours de vacances en amoureux : sublime même si l'hôtel n'est pas des plus moderne ! Il y a un parking et même quand il n'y a plus de place la voiture est garée en sécurité par la conciergerie. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais on trouve moins cher en ville ! La literie est excellente, la vue imprenable si vous êtes dans les étages supérieurs (20 étages !). Je recommande surtout avec un rapport qualité-prix très bon (nous étions passés par Booking).

חדרים גדולים , רמת ניקיון בסדר גמור.
קניון בקרבת מקום 4 דק׳ הליכה , בקניון סופר , בית מרקחת וכל מה שצריך.

Hotel is old but super comfortable. Breakfast is really good as well the services for small conferences. Gym is small but the indoor pool quite nice

I frequently stay here when in Lisbon, was a bit disappointed as an elite club member in a few items this time that prevent me from giving five stars: 1)The robes and towels were old and frayed at the ends, 2) black mold in the bathroom (see picture), and 3) the window that hadn't been cleaned in ages (see picture). A true five star hotel focuses on details, with a bit more attention Dom Pedro would rank higher.

Air conditioning did not work, changed rooms and no better. Tiles missing in the ceiling of the bathroom over toilet area. Staff at spa not very customer friendly.

Terrible breakfast , hot food was cold and congealed, poor choice of cereals and yoghurt, staff seemed unhappy which always makes you wonder how they are treated. Hotel deco is dated and a bit run down. Don’t even dream of looking at the mini bar, you may have to remorgage your home for a bottle of water.
The only perk was a nice spa area and the staff down there were really nice.

Could do with coffee supply in the room. Opening time for swimming pool should be a little longer, may be until 9pm rather than closing at 7.30pm.

We were in a suite river view whith fantastic panoramic of the city of Lisbon, very big and comfortable. Good breakfast, good service. Very close to Amoreiras Shopping Centre where you
can find lot of places for lunch or dinner.
Very easy to move by bus. I will return back to hotel Dom Pedro very surely.

Un 5 stelle vero, raffinato, camere curate e spaziose, letti stracomodi e servizi eccellenti.
Il phon non andava e c'è lo hanno sostituito entro 10 minuti, nulla da dire.
Una stella in meno in quanto la posizione è un po' defilata rispetto al centro; intorno non c'è nulla tranne un bel centro commerciale. È comunque vicino alla metro ed a un gran numero di bus, che arrivano comodamente in centro in 10, 15 minuti al massimo.

Had a short stay in the hotel for 3 days and was pleasantly surprised witha room view, service, food and a good breakfast buffet. I didnt use hotels shuttleservice to and from the airport, but I think it is overpriced at Eur 50 per person, when you can get a cab fir Eur 10 - 20. Otherwise no complaints, great location and was treated for anice cake and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday, which was a totalsurprise. Will stay again when in Lisbon next time!

Overall this hotel was lovely but we were disappointed with the service. We had come from farso had requested early check in and the receptionist made no attempt to make us feel comfortable.We were told to go for a walk even though it was raining heavily, we asked for an umbrella and was told we would only get one once we checked in, which I thought was ridiculous.The Ac in the room didnt work and maintainance simply told us to open the window, the beds don’t gave real bedding just a sheet thrown over which was tacky.The spa was not available and we were not informed until we arrived very disappointed.

ruhiges Hotel mit gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Leider war das Personal bis auf eine deutsche Angestellte nicht sehr freundlich und ich ärgerte mich, dass ich für Nespresso-Kapseln jeden Abend betteln musste. Bis ich heraus fand, dass diese in diesem 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht inbegriffen sind und sage und schreiben 1Euro pro Kapsel! kostet!! Zum Glück war das dann doch nicht auf der Rechnung, die Raumpflegerin hat wohl verstanden, dass das lächerlich ist.

Very nice hotel; I had a spacious room and a huge bathroom. Good room service, decent breakfast. For me, the bed wasn't terribly comfortably and the desk didn't have a proper chair, just a stool, so somewhat uncomfortable to work, but otherwise a good experience.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Lage , alles relativ schnell zu erreichen , sehr freundliches Personal , gutes Essen , gutes Frühstücks Buffet .
Einziges Minus war die Sauna im SPA Bereich , das Holzgitter im unteren Bereich ist fast durchgebrochen und hohe Verletzungsgefahr , nicht würdig für ein 5 Sterne Hotel , da gibt es in Schwedisch Lappland im Wald bessere Saunen !!

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Grosse Zimmer und Betten, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ansprechend und angenehmes Ambiente. Gute Lage mit Anschluss an die Verkehrsmittel. Teilweise nimmt man ein Flieger war (in den Morgenstunden). Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

Quando cheguei ao entrar da porta do hotel era so folha das árvores,lembrei me dos filmes de far West..isto um hotel de 5 estrelas..não sei quem foi o artista que lhe deu as estrelas... so por ser em Lisboa..
