We stayed in a Puro Beach room which gives you daily access to the Puro Beach poolside of beach. PB is a great place and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast is good but it’s the only area I have a criticism as it’s a bit like a school canteen, very busy and noisy but it was good quality.

Hotel muito bom.
Quartos com tudo o que é necessário e muito espaçosos. Fomos bem atendidos e ajudaram-me no que precisava.
Fiz o check in já muito tarde, mas não houve problemas.
A comida também é de surpreender, e o pequeno almoço tem de tudo, fresco e de boa qualidade.
O quarto tinha uma vista espetacular para a marina, e muito perto da praia. Também gostei por ser muito perto do casino.

Tout est excellent sauf un point le SPA qui n’en n’ai pas un !Eau froide et tous les jets ne fonctionnaient pas d’ailleurs il n’y avait personne !On s’en ait plaint et on m’a Dit que c’était En fait une « piscine de vitalité « ... il y avait bien un SPA mais pour les soins donc en supplément ! Je n’ai pas apprécié ce point ! C’est dommage car le reste est vraiment au top ! On y reviendra malgré cela

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Hotel has restaurant(s), spa, gym, outside pool area, hairdresser etc.
Room had twin beds, well equipped bathroom and a balcony with a sea view.
Definitely would visit second time.

Venho todos os anos pelo menos duas vezes, por razões profissionais. Fico obviamente com a sensação de não o desfrutar a 100%.
O quarto tem varanda, nesta estadia com vista para a Marina, noutras para a piscina e para a praia. A cama é espetacular, ideal para saltar nela se fosse criança, e o colchão parece uma nuvem de grandes dimensões onde se podem adoptar todas as posições.
O restaurante é fantástico, bem como o bar que o antecede.
A Marina é muito alegre e com bastante vida diurna e nocturna.
O Wi-Fi é gratuito.
Este ano (março de 2019) está aberto o novo Centro de Congressos do Algarve, com passagem directa a partir do hotel.
Propostas de melhoria: frigobar e desalcatifar os quartos. Bem sei que não é alcatifa ácaro-friendly, mas ainda assim deu para respirar mal na segunda noite.

Дуже відомий отель. Має неперевершені види у вікнах.Одна сторона отелю виходить на океан, а протилежна-на бухту з яхтами. Дуже видовищний краєвид...Затишні номери, але в люксах не завадило б оновити м'які меблі... І пластикові ванни я б замінила... Виглядають дешево.

O atendimento é fantástico. Os funcionários são incansáveis e cinco estrelas. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, extremamente limpos. O único ponto negativo é realmente a internet Wifi. Sinal de intensidade muito fraca, ligações instáveis sempre em quebra, redes diferentes para cada zona do hotel... consultar o email ou receber mensagens por aplicativos móveis como whatsapp foi um verdadeiro desafio.

Amazing bed, bathroom and staff. But hated the snootiness of their Peppers Steakhouse. Was included in my half board. I was on my own and had to suffer their looks as l didn't have any drinks with my pre paid food (I drank in the bar beforehand) One of the female diners actually told me she thought l was so brave to dine alone and she could never do that! Horrible experience. Apart from that and Hurricane Leslie, the hotel was very lovely

Eigentlich ein OK 4 Sterne Hotel, aber nicht mehr. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, wobei man allerdings beim Duschen regelmässig das Bad unter Wasser setzt.
Ein Zimmer gegen das Meer ist eigentlich super, allerdings wurde während des Aufenthalts ein Club in einem Zelt direkt vor dem Hotel eröffnet. Der Club wird vom Hotel betrieben. Da die Balkontüren nicht wirklich schalldämmend sind, stört das wenn man schlafen möchte. Da wir jeweils früh raus mussten zum Golf spielen, war das wirklich nicht optimal.
Ein weiterer Punkt sind die inbegriffenen Leistungen. Davon gibt es quasi keine. 6 Tage WiFi kostet dann schon mal 40 Euro. Das ist in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr denkbar, sollte man denken.
Die Lage im Hafen ist super, so muss man nicht in das ziemlich überteuerte Restaurant. Das Restaurant ist zwar gut, aber man isst in der Umgebung mindestens genau so gut für viel weniger Geld.

Great Place, why they get a 5 star is the staff..they really go that extra mile..room service is amazingly customer orientated.I asked for a bannasplit, and they did everything possible to make o e.reception Sgr.Fernando also.has allot of potential and great Customer orientated, but if I am honest I think the G.M is not a hands on person as their is allot of potential to make more money, but that's just my opinion.no beach chairs, but you get a discount, that's a negative as the beach is great, take care in the water, very big drop after a few steps.I always Train, but the gym. Equipment ( Bicycle) seat very wobbly..not enough weights, it is on the private area, but since 5 days I have not seen anybody in there. Broken mirror take care.car park is free and also wireless, great connection.bery sad to see so much food being thrown away, and in the other hand they are promoting Hunger awareness around the world..like I mentioned.needs a great leader as it is a great Hotel..

Location location location this hotel has it in spades, such an amazing easy to find and walk from hotel in the heart of Vilamoura - the hotel itself has amazing rooms with fantastic views and lovely walk in showers, the Resturant's are great and the breakfast is always something to get out of the comfortable bed for! The place to return too again and again.

Schönes Hotel mir sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber. Balkon ist super mit der Aussicht. Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr ausreichend und lecker aber keine Masse. Das Hotel empfehlen wir gerne weiter. Vilamoura ist jedoch nicht unbedingt etwas für Menschen die Portugal kennengelernt möchten. An indischen, chinesischen und italienischen Restaurants mangelt es hier nicht. Ein portugiesisches können wir nicht finden. Der Strand ist dennoch sehr schön

Beautiful hotel and resort located in Vilamoura, Algarve. Situated in Vilamoura marina, we had a fantastic view of the pool/beach from the 8th floor. Staff was welcoming and greeted us warmly, provided vital information of the area and notified us of local hidden gems. 35 minute drive from Lagos, which has some beautiful beaches and scenery. Would recommend the Tivoli Marina to any couple and family looking to relax, no need to leave the resort if you don't want to, as everything is right there.

Short stay with my infirm mother. Staff were very attentive. There was a slight issue with the room but we were given a suite all be it for one night but the transition to
the new room was seamless .
We needed a wheel chair during our stay and couldn't locate one ourselves. When I asked at customer service within 2 hrs we had a wheel chair delivered.
This hotel holds a lot of memories for us with excellent location, staff , and customer service I would never hesitate in recommending this property.

Hôtel bien situé mais pas digne dun 5 etoiles :- jai trouvé un demi-citron usagé dans le mini-bar et un megot sur le balcon.- Malgré le pare-douche (completement inefficace) il est impossible de se laver sans inondé la salle de bain, même en se lavant accroupi dans la baignoire.- Le petit-dejeuné est decevant comparé aux vrais 5 etoiles de Villamoura (Anant****ra par exemple qui lui, est exemplaire dans tous les domaines bien quun peu isolé).- Que dire de la piscine dont le carrelage se decolle, et dont les rustines ne sont même pas avec des joints...Les transats sont sales et le personnel nest pas particulièrement aimable.Les chambres sur la marina sont bruyantes, et les avions décollent au-dessus de lhotel de 6h00 à 23h000Je ne recommande pas cet etablissement, il ya mieux au même prix, voire nettement moins.

Hate this hotel, this ain’t no five star hotel let’s start there. I leave the hotel at 9 in the morning and come back at 6 in the afternoon to find my room still not done. When it is done it’s done like a 9 year old cleaned their room. My bed looked like they did it and then laid down to play on her phone. They should make the people who work here take a hospitality class, so fricking rude. The lights in my room malfunctioned and the ac doesn’t work that well (I sweat while I’m sleeping). In the pool area I waited about 15 mins for someone to pass by and they didn’t even stop when I asked. Bathroom gets water all over because they don’t build a decent place to shower, if my boyfriend were a few inches taller he wouldn’t be able to take a shower comfortably. Sink was all clogged. We booked a room with a couples bed and we got to the room to see two twin beds just pushed together, we asked of there was a way to make it more comfortable for us to sleep together but there wasn’t anything available. The gym also doesn’t have ac in this heat wave. This hotel has to get better in order to call itself 5 stars .

The hotel is wonderful and the location next to the marina is perfect. We upgraded from a marina view to a see view; but this is very pricey.
The people are great, the bars are okay but not outstanding. The area around the pool is nicely done, but the pool isn't heated so watch out for the first entry, and due to the hotel being next to the sea it can get a little windy.
Still really enjoyed the whole experience.

This was our fourth visit to the Tivoli and what has brought us back to this hotel still remains with a few improvements.The poolside restaurant Oregano has really great food with the prices not being overly expensive for the area.Staff are just as good,with nothing too much trouble and the location speaks for itself.Planning trip number five.

Amazing place with a fantastic seaside view. Had drinks at the outdoor area of the hotel. The ambiente is high class, the service very convenient and price reasonable. This hotel needs work. The rooms smells and the beds are hard as rocks. We had to switch hotels. The location is great next to the marina and the beach is nice but the pool area and the rooms are just okay. It’s more like a 4 stars hotel not 5

Weve booked Purobeach room, overlooked marina.Nice and clean room with 2 balconies and one bedroom + one living room.Access to Purobeach Club was included.Clean beach and good services offered by Purobeach club. Great DJs music.Very nice location. Direct access to marina with a lot of different restaurants.Were satisfied with this hotel.

Not spectacular for a 5 star. Room had an influx of flies in the bathroom and all round decor and upkeep was very tired. Could probably do with a revamp. Nice, friendly, helpful staff mind you.

This is a lovely hotel in the town of Vilamoura in Portugal - the setting is stunning and the rooms are modern and bright - we had a room overlooking the marina with a balcony which was really nice. Transfer from Faro is really easy and costs around 25 Euro’s if you book ahead.

Ma copine et moi avons passé un week-end d’anniversaire fabuleux à la marina.C’est l’hotel le plus grand et le mieux situé de Vilamoura.En effet il répond plus que mieux à son 5 étoiles munies d’un spa avec une piscine intérieure et extérieure .Le service de chambre est plus qu’à la hauteur au moins 2 fois par jours avec des petits chocolats comme aphrodisiac.Le petit déjeuner est servi avec champagne saumon .Ce fut un week-end d’anniversaire riche en émotions avec des excursions de la sublime Algarve .Je recommande fortement cet hôtel que nous referons certainement dans les années à suivre .Un grand merci JB

--If you're looking for a 3 star property, you will be happy here. If you're looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel, you will not be happy. The overall level of service, customer care, food, and property management is not of a high end hotel. There are plenty of other hotels in the Algarve that I would choose to stay at next visit. --We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the rooms - they were also outdated (other than nice all white bedding) and had scuff marks on the walls and the furniture looked dirty and stained. Outlets were oddly placed and made it hard to charge phone, use curling iron, etc. The bathroom toiletries (shampoo, lotion, etc) were clearly used and left by the previous guest and not replaced.--The dinner buffet is not worth the price. You are better off walking a few minutes to one of the other restaurants in the marina.--The breakfast buffet was very good with a large variety of food and beverages--Room service was quick and friendly, but the quality, temperature and presentation of the food was lacking. Would not recommend.--They are also doing construction on the beach area in front of the hotel which caused a lot of noise and there was no access to the beach which was disappointing.

Wonderful customer service and amazing breakfast! The spa was also great, connected to the hotel - went for a massage in a relaxing bali-style room with private plant-filled garden. Relaxing and beautiful hotel within easy reach of beautiful, quiet and natural beaches along the Algarve.

Everything was top class the professionalism of the staff and facilities. It was my birthday whilst there and they surprised me with room service of champagne and birthday cake. Left early for flights home and we were provided with a breakfast box. We felt thoroughly looked after! We would definitely recommend and will be returning with the family!

Positives: Large room, large bathroom, breakfast great, location fantastic!Negatives: Building work going on (would have been good to have been notified before hand ). Room was not cleaned on one of the days and when we told them all they did was bring clean towels without cleaning the room! We had a marina view which was nice but spoilt by excessively loud piped music played outside so you could not sit on balcony and talk without shouting. No hot water during the day 9am to 5pm one day.

Staying at a 5* hotel you would expect to be warned that the main pool was closed, no direct access to the beach as it was closed, on arrival met with scaffolding in the entrance and drilling!
Breakfast offered a superb selection but it was like sitting in a noisy overcrowded cafeteria with very little space between us and the next people, no option to sit outside even though the weather was good 19 degrees. It was not at all relaxing or enjoyable
The sun beds basic no cushions and lots of cigarette ends all around the sun beds you had to get a towel from the indoor pool which was always completely full of people.
Coffee facilities in room for the stay you are given 2 coffee pods then you are charged.
Marina side of hotel although a great view absolutely no sun so if you can book sea view
Table tennis table in the middle of the hotel lobby, winky and not one decent bat or ball, when we asked for replacements at reception we told to go and ask at the indoor pool.

For a short break out off season this is an excellent hotel, friendly service with a great location in resort. Lovely indoor pool and spa, plenty of toiletries provided so you don’t really need to take your own, breakfast buffet both hot and cold was extensive with freshly cooked eggs and omelettes. We had a beach facing room so we got the sun which you wouldn’t in the winter if you face the marina but in the summer the marina side might be preferable.

Doesn't really feel like a 5 star hotel in comparison to others I have stayed in. Staff are friendly but things seemed a little disorganised, room wasn't ready until really late and they had a number of other funny little issues like running out of glasses in the bar.... Viamoura is not my sort of place but hotel does have the best spot in town.

This hotel is a scam. My credit card was stolen a few days ago. My cellphone was also hacked. I informed police and the bank and blocked the card. But I noticed with my credit card someone booked a room in this hotel. I informed the hotel the same day and explained the conditions. I did ask the management to be kind and consider it as an exceptional circumstances but after much follow-up they finally said we would not return the money. I was so disappointed. The hotel managers have no sympathy. at all.

El hotel está muy bien lo que no entiendo que se vaya con media pensión y en recepción nadie tiene idea de cómo va me dicen que tengo un crédito de 40€ para gastar en el resturante, me envían al restaurante a preguntar y allí me dicen que la comida si que está incluida lógicamente no la bebida y que tengo que estar a las 7 de la tarde. Como no me convence vuelvo a recepción a preguntar y me dicen que preguntan al chef y tras una larga espera me dicen que puedo ir a las 19:30 y me dan el menú. A la hora de cenar todo muy bien son unos seis entrantes y tres pescados y cuatro carnes de segundos y cuatro postres a elegir todo de muy buena calidad y perfectamente atendidos. Estando en el restaurante veo otras personas con media pensión que llegan a las ocho y media y no les ponen problemas así que no entiendo lo del horario supongo que me lo dijeron por si colaba y así evitar maxificaciones porque en la recepción me dijeron en un primer momento que era de 19 a 22 horas

I was a bit disappointed that you had to pay for the coffee in the room after you had received your one welcome pod! For A 5 star hotel I thought this may have been included. The balcony door was flimsy and didn’t seal properly so we could hear a whistle throughout the night and the ice machine on the corridor was out of order. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the service and friendliness of all staff were great though and we would stay again

Check in was quick and the staff very pleasant. We were sadly only there one night on a golf trip. However service was attentive and courteous. We have just returned from our holiday at this hotel and although we enjoyed the holiday the hotel was a let down. This hotel is not 5 star more like 3. The majority of the staff , cleaners,waiters, bar staff and especially breakfast staff all seemed to be miserable , no smiles no greetings. The room was ok but many things like toiletries not replaced, milk not topped up, cups and glasses not taken away and replaced, unacceptable when you pay for and expect 5 star. The balcony had a wobbly floor which was unnerving , the glass balcony was dirty and never cleaned and neither was the floor. On our floor 5th, people were using the tall vases outside of the lifts to leave there empty pizza boxes,many of them, empty wine bottles, trays of large aliminum curry dishes left??? Why ,what kind of people do that , they were left there for at least 24 hours.... maybe the cleaners were also annoyed at this and that's why they left them there all that time. Would not return to this hotel, it's a shame as the location is beautiful and deserves a beautiful hotel to compliment.

First and foremost location is superb. Front office are professional and helpful but real shinning stars are Patricia in Customer Care and the two (Did not take names) older Doormen, in particular Gent with Moustache who went way and beyond. A True Professional and Decent and caring Person.
Unfortunately Housekeeping are dreadful
A) Had requested iron and ironing Board direct with Housekeeping and later Front Office but only came day later after repeated requests
B) Housekeeping Maid was insistent that she cleans room and she started cleaning room whilst we were still in room preparing to go to pool
C) I was bitten by large mosquito and swatted it against wall and unfortunately this was never cleaned away for last 3 Nights of our stay,hard to miss large bug and blood spat on wall next to bed
D) On last full Day requested iron and ironing Board and came hours later (Requested 3pm and came just before 7pm after chasing Front Office)
E) Room never cleaned properly (Dust etc) constantly asking for Towels etc
Throughout our stay in Room 418 the toilet flusher was faulty and although this was reported on first Day it was never looked at which meant every time you flushed toilet it constantly stayed in flush mode and you had to jiggle flusher unit or float for it to return to normal refill mode.
However overall with exception of Housekeeping and Maintenance was Wonderful Stay but certainly not a 5* experience.

It was a very nice stay! The hotel is the finest in Vilamoura and the location is perfect. Only negative was the elevators who worked so slow. Also peaoe are up putting their towels on the sun beds earlt in the morning on not showing up until noon. This is frustrating, so it’s hard to get a bed located by the the pool. Great breakfast and food alternatives. Amazing staff!

We stayed for a week and had an amazing experience. Staff was very nice and helpful, not only our room was ready when we arrived at 12 but also they had champanhe and cake waiting for us because we were celebrating an anniversary.
Breakfast was delicious. The only small annoyance was lots of people “reserving” pool chairs by laying towels on it and then disappearing for hours.

Arrived today at 10am. It’s now 2.15pm and room still isn’t ready. Being a 5 star hotel you think they would prioritise this. Very poor service so far. So far hotel looks grubby I’m really surprised they have a 5star rating. After 3pm finally got in room. We paid £285 a night for this room and it’s not much better than a travel lodge in UK that you pay about £60 a night. Shocking to be honest. This hotel is not worth the money.

We arrived with a group of 27 people, and several of them have already left as a result of bad service and the rude attitude of those staffed. One guest, upon checking to pay her outstanding bill, noticed that the hotel had charged her 400 extra euros for another night’s stay. With some interrogation, they were finally convinced to deduct the charge. What they did not compensate for, however, was the expensive dress she had left on her bed - only for it to disappear with no compensation or apology. This is the level of ineptitude each of our fellow travelers have dealt with day in and day out.
The rudeness of the staff also haunted us throughout our stay. When one sixty year old guest simply asked about the cramped and slow nature of the elevators, he was told by the reception that he is on vacation and shouldn’t be complaining about elevator speeds. Likewise, another guest, nearly 80 years old with a severe back condition, who for the life of him could not climb the flight of steps from the marina to the hotel, was refused access to the lower lobby past 12:00 AM due to “security reasons” despite his family imploring the front desk to make an exception. He had to spend the entirety of the next day in his room, dealing with severe back aches.
Of course, this also tells you about the lack of accessibility in this supposedly five star resort as well. What if an individual on a wheelchair required such assistance? With no ramps, what was such an individual to do?
Let us also mention that fact that the front desk often refuse to answer their phones when we call from our rooms, how the staff at the breakfast buffet rudely throw us out of the restaurant by 10:45, as though the only inclusive meal of the day must be paid for with angry glares and rude comments. And let us also emphasize the fact that the resort’s “private beach” requires you to churn an extra 20 euros a day just to be able to lay in front of the sea. Everything comes with an extra cost here, even for-granted things like a beach!
Overall, for a group of people that had travelled thousands of miles for a family reunion, this resort has left quite a bitter taste in our mouths. We will not be returning, and we cannot try enough to dissuade anyone else even considering this place as a vacation spot to look elsewhere.

The Tivoli Marina Vilamoura hotel boasts itself as a five star hotel but in my opinion is only a three star property at best. The reason for two of the three stars is for the good restaurants on the property and for some of its friendly staff members. I had the chance to eat or drink in 5 of the Tivoli’s restaurants and had somewhat fairly nice but inconsistent experiences. My wife and I dined in our first night at the Puro Beach restaurant located literally on the ocean front. It’s a beautiful dining room situated directly on the beachfront with terrific views. The room itself was all white with low tables and low effective lighting. We were greeted by a friendly staff and were waited on by a very knowledgeable waiter who guided us through the extensive fresh fish display and let us design our own dinner menu. The food was fresh and delicious and at a very reasonable cost. Our waiter even gave us day trip traveling ideas for the next day. We also dined at the Peppers steak house on the property the following evening. At first there was a huge disconnect because once being seated we did not have a waiter approach our table for 20 minutes. I had to go to the host stand to ask for a waiter to take our drink order. After waiting another 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive did the evenings experience improve. The server who ended up taking our order was able to help us choose the right steak from their huge selection of cuts that are all cut to the order. We were going to share the Tomahawk Steak but the waiter was great to talk us off the 1+ kilogram steak (2.5 lbs) and brought us a very tasty 22 oz ribeye. Part of the steak was cooked more rare than than medium rare and he was quick to notice and return it to the kitchen for a quick refire on the grill. Our other food experiences were similar at the hotel whether or not in a restaurant or at one of the two swimming pools or Puro beach club were good. Speaking of pools, the main pool at this hotel is seriously lacking maintenance and had black mold encased in all the missing tile pieces that are apparent throughout the entire pool. We did spend a whole afternoon at the Puro Beach pool, hidden away in a very remote part of the resort. The first greeting we had was a very rude pool host who was extremely unfriendly and made us feel very unwelcome at the pool. She first told us that they were completely booked and had no chairs available. After some prodding she eventually found two pool chairs that we could have. The problem here is that when checking in, we inquired about this adult only pool and the staff person checking us in told us that we could just go to the pool and make our reservations. The person who checked us in should have told us to go to the pools website and make reservations there. Apparently the majority of the people who go to this pool are non hotel guests and take the majority of the good seats. The hotel should give priority to any paying guests of the hotel before allowing people from outside the hotel take up all the pool chairs. We tried to make reservations for the next day and for Sunday and the rude host informed us that they were fully booked. Again, the hotel should be more concerned with guests if the property and not taking reservations from non guests. If your lucky enough to get a pool reservation, it is a fun pool to be at. There was a live band playing on the Friday of our stay and we eventually were moved into better chairs by a much nicer host who came on a bit later in the day. If you’re not concerned with being at the much larger pool with many kids running and screaming around you, then you have that option. The Puro Beach club on the ocean was good but the walk on the hot sand to get to the ocean is not very convenient.
Don’t miss out on using the facilities health club and spa. The spa is worthy of five stars and the staff was warm and welcoming. Management should work on bringing this resort up to 5 star standards before advertising it as such.

Se o objetivo é descansar e conseguir dormir esqueça, seja por festas no pure beach ou casamentos a terminar 3 ou 4 da manhã completamente insuportável, desrespeito da lei do ruído vigente, obviamente com a conivência das autoridades locais no vale tudo das licenças para o bem da economia algarvia.
Resposta: Ainda estou no hotel, estou a ocupar dois quartos com a minha familia 737 e 738 a reclamação na recepção não foi recebida com tanta boa vontade, infelizmente não é a primeira vez que acontece e já fiquei tanto do lado da praia como do lado da marina, quanto a ser familiar tenha cuidado quando aconselha as famílias a vir para um hotel que não se consegue dormir. A ordem de prioridade do hotel é festas e tem de ficar claro certamente terá público, infelizmente eu sou dos que precisa dormir de noite.

O dia começa de manhã e como tal, é bom que haja uma boa harmonia. Os empregados de mesa do pequeno almoço não se sentem há vontade para fazerem o seu trabalho, têm uma líder muito pouco profissional. A idade devia ensinar mais personalidade. Eu não falo com o meu animal de estimação, como a senhora fala com as pessoas que à ajuda. De resto tudo cinco estrelas

DO NOT BOOK -- This hotel routinely bumps people to other hotels. We received one day's notice. Other people are turned away when they go to check in. Appalling customer service. Go elsewhere for relaxation.

Hotel 5*. Simpatia no atendimento. Vista magnífica, a melhor, com pôr-do-sol maravilhoso. Pequeno-almoço agradável, com muita variedade. Adorei o mimo antes de deitar. Só faltou a cabeceira da cama, e mais luminosidade, mas a cama e o conforto é de 5*. Recomendo.

Having travelled over 20+ countries worldwide, my favourite 5* hotel has to be Tivoli Marina Vilamoura. From their delightful welcome to their daily courtesy providing little chocolates to the room & all around prompt assistance to questions and/or requests; just splendid. The ocean view room was nice but the Marina view is much better. It is perfectly placed directly opposite the Marina, especially compared to other nearby hotels & the interior/archictecture is a sight to see in terms of detail. Their gym facilities, spa, jacuzzi & outdoor pools were perfect. Their Purobeach Beach Front & Pool Lounge were vibing & a perfect way to relax with drinks/cocktails & food/snacks. I highly recommend this hotel to all wanting to stay at Vilamoura & the pricing is decent. I anticipate returning soon!

the hotel is nice enough. ask to be South facing. we are north facing on the 1st floor and the balcony does not get any sun at all. nice view of the marina, but the early in the season it is quite cold to sit out.

Das Hotel ist an und für sich sehe schön. Die Zimmer sind toll, die Lage einzigartig, das Frühstück toll die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend.
Leider finden im Hotel zur Zeit umfangreiche Bauarbeiten statt über welche wir weder im Verlauf der Buchung noch während unsres Aufenthaltes infomiert wurden. Ich habe vollstes Verständnis, dass regelmäßige Bauarbeiten notwendig sind, doch möchte ich darüber bereits bei der Buchung, spätestens jedoch im Hotel infomiert werden. In unserem Fall wurden wir um 7.45h durch eine ständig laufende Kreissäge und dem Piepsen rückwertsfahrenden LKWs unsanft geweckt.
Hätte man uns im Vorfeld darüber informiert, hätte ich das OK gefunden und ich hätte mich bewusst nach Alternativen umsehen können.
Wir wurden dann seitens des Hotel in das Anatara Vilamoura umgebucht, sehr schönes Hotel, allerdings nicht am Meer.

Este é sem duvida o Hotel mais mediático em Vilamoura, apesar de já ter muitos anos, nunca foi um Hotel " antigo" , pois tem um visual bastante moderno e arrojado.
Uma unidade que está certamente na vanguarda, ao longo dos anos tem sempre sofrido alterações que o valorizam cada vez mais.
A partir de Junho de 2018 vai ter a um salão que virá a ser um dos maiores salões de congressos no Algarve onde vão receber congressos de empresas e realizar muitas noites e eventos de gala.
Para além disto tudo, esta unidade também promove no Verão inúmeras actividades na praia que fica nas traseiras do Hotel, cujo restaurante também pertence ao Hotel.
A vista é fantástica e o serviço é merecedor de todas as estrelas que tem. mesmo que não passe uma noite nesta unidade, recomendo vivamente a visitar o Bar que fica no primeiro andar com uma vista fabulosa para a marina, acompanhada por espectáculos de musica ao vivo.
