4 estrellas?lo siento mucho no le doy ni 3 llaves no esta cerca de nada solo del cementerio,esta muy obsoleto todo el mobiliario la unica señal de televisión española llegaba con lluvia,la cena mejor no cenen ahi cara y mala,ahi sitios mejores de precio y calidad QUE NO LE VENDAN LA MOTO QUE NO ES UN 4 ESTRELLAS NI POR ASOMO

Esta valorado como 4 estrellas,cosa que le queda muy lejos,las instalaciones muy viejas por no halar de las habitaciones,el buffet es bastanta pobre tanto el desayuno y la cena mejor no hablar.
No va nada de la mano calidad precio me parece un robo para lo que ofrece,les hace falta modernizarse BASTANTE.

Another great week at our favourite hotel in Albufeira. Thanks to all there who strive to make the customers happy. Those who deserve mention are Mr Garcia in the restaurant, ably assisted by the other young men and women, who’s names escaped me. Also a big thank you to Bianca on the front desk. Though we didn’t see her this holiday as she was away, she very kindly left instruction for us to be upgraded and also left a bottle of bubbly in both our rooms. A very kind gesture indeed. Again, any dealings with other reception staff were always pleasant and met with smiles and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Food as usual was fantastic. We never encountered any problems with the lovely traditional rustic style Portuguese food.
We hope to go back in the autumn when the weather is cooler.

Lovely stay. Rooms were clean and location very quiet. Short walk (less than 10 minutes) into old town. The Only thing was the house keeping were very loud in the morning and when the pool was left unattended during the day bugs settled in it.

L'hôtel est a 5 minutes du centre a pieds et a 4 minutes de la mer. Il est donc au calme et on entend pas le bruit et l'effervescence du soir. La vue sur la baie et la mer est très jolie. La terrasse au soleil le soir permet de profiter d'un bon moment de détente. Tout cela pour un prix correcte. La piscine est a l'ombre rapidement l'après midi et au soleil le matin. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées et on entend parfaitement ce qui de passe dans le couloir, voire les chambre d'à côté. La qualité laisse aussi a désirer : lampe qui ne fonctionne pas, coffre-fort cassé, abat-jour cassé, trou dans la porte de la salle de bain, bloque porte à la sortie de la baignoire (attention ou on met les pieds quand on y sort avec le tapis de bain), interrupteur mal situé. Le buffet est garni mais manques de saveur, viennoiseries sèche, chocolat chaud au goût de café, jus d'orange chimique. Ne vaut peut être pas ses 4 étoiles.

Chambre spacieuse avec grande salle de bains avec belle vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Lit de mauvaise qualité pas du tout confortable et des oreillers trop mou et anciens. Petits déjeuners avec des produits bas de gamme. Hôtel ancien mais propre . Joli décor de l entrée et du restaurant. Personnel sympathique attentif et accueillant. Chambre tenue propre. Hôtel bien placé à 10 min à pied du centre ville et de la plage.

Está situado en plena playa. La habitación espaciosa al igual que el baño. Estaba reformada pero hay zonas que no por lo que hay bastante contraste entre habitaciones. El colchón un poco duro. Destacar a los empleados que fueron súper amables lo cual es de agradecer. Sin duda volvería.

La atención del personal ( de todos ) excelente , pero como casi todos los hoteles de Portugal le sobran estrellas, a este quizás le rebajaría 1 . La limpieza mejorable, el estado de conservación en general de muchas cosas tanto en la habitación como fuera de ella se nota dejadez . Si cobras como un 4 estrellas al menos que se vea.

Brilliant hotel to relax.
We really like how quiet the hotel is, so no competing against large rowdy groups. (Not suitable for hen do's etc)
Short walk to beach and marina for excisions. Decent buffet style breakfast.amd friendly staff.

The property was well located in the quieter side Albufeira within a short walking distance of the old town and the Marina.The check in process was fairly quick once I’d past the theatrics of the man behind the counter and was upgraded to a sea view room. My room was in need of updating. The safe was not operational and the mini fridge was locked closed. This was disappointing as the amenities were not on offer. The room had also not been serviced completely - there was a cleaning rag left in there alongside a couple of packets of open biscuits left by a previous guest. The neighbouring property and resident dogs had a tendency for barking in the middle of the night which woke me on several occasions. I was unhappy that my room was between two smoking guests. Unfortunately this was extremely unpleasant as a non smoker and limited the amount of time I spent on my balcony. Belver should be a consideration when allocating rooms. Not all guests wish to be smoked on and there should be non smoking room areas of the hotel. The hotel was able to provide a mini hairdryer which was appreciated.Another let down was the lack of sun umbrellas by the pool. There were only two broken parasols, given the amount of parasol stands on offer these should be available for those that need a bit of shade!The breakfasts offered a good selection - although on the days I went for breakfast many of the tables hadn’t been reset. This meant I had to sit at a unclean tables - as did many others.

Struttura fatiscente. SAUNA: quella finlandese in sette giorni non è mai arrivata ad una temperatura decente, quella turca (a vapore) ha la porta con la guarnizione staccata e nessuno se ne preoccupa, nella doccia nessuno si preoccupa di inserire il bagno schiuma nella vaschetta, difficile ottenere le spugne per la sauna e o per la piscina. CAMERA: il frigo è inchiavato e se non ne chiedi la chiave non riesci ad usarlo, poi la ciliegina sulla torta? uno scarafaggio in camera trovato la sera prima della partenza. Sicher nicht das trendigste Hotel, aber mit Abstand das beste Hotel mit dem besten deutsch sprachigem Service. Egal ob Concierge oder Zimmer Service alle geben sich soviel Mühe, dass es ehrlich Spass macht hier zu übernachten. Zimmer Empfehlung: 513 gut, 519 besser, 520 the Best!!

So einen tollen Service vom Hotelpersonal haben wir selten gehabt.5 Sterne für das Personal.Wirklich toll Ganz großen Dank. Das Hotel an sich, bedarf ein paar Reparaturen.Es hat halt gelebt.Kostenloses Parken für Hotelgäste-toll! Das Frühstück naja,nicht so prickelnd und der Frühstückskellner leider sehr verpeilt.Zimmer ok und Preise ebenfalls.

We zijn uitermate teleurgesteld in dit hotel en de hotelmanager. In September hadden wij 4 nachten geboekt in dit hotel ( via een reisagent). We werden in een zeer smerige kamer gestopt. Versleten vloerdekking, een treurige badkamer en zeer vieze matrassen met diepe kuilen er in. Het was 38 graden en de airo deed het niet. Na een hele slechte nacht hadden we geklaagd bij zowel onze reisagent als bij de hotelmanager . Er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. De hotel manager , bood zijn excuus aan en we hadden afgesproken dat de nog niet genoten overnachtingen vergoed zouden worden aan onze reisagent. Wij hebben vervolgens overnacht in een ander hotel. Echter is er nooit een terugstorting geweest. De afspraken worden ontkend! Oplichting dus. Na maanden corresponderen heeft het reisbureau toch de helft van onze kosten vergoed. Zeer teleur gesteld dus. Niet heen gaan!

Je confirme, cet hôtel n'est plus à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Meubles des chambres vétustes et abîmés, le linge de lit et les serviettes sont trop rustiques. Le personnel est accueillant et nous retenons toutefois un parfait buffet au petit déjeuner.

Nice hotel in a good location but calling it a 4 star is pushing it a bit as I think charging €2.50 a day to use the fridge In the room which has no tea/coffee making facilities is a bit stingy. It also costs the same to get the key for the safe. Breakfast was good and evening meals were ok. Rooms were clean but beds and bathroom towels were not up to 4 star in my opinion. Over all enjoyable stay.

Extremley friendly and polite staff, they do a good job.
The rooms are clean and we had a fantastic view of the sea and beach.
The furniture was a bit outdated but if you don't mind that then you'll have a fantastic holiday no matter what.

Huoneeseen kuuluu pianonpimputus. Muka rauhallinen. Rauha kaukana. Tulin lepäämään mutta siihen ei meteliltä saanut mahdollisuutta. Huone kaipaa maalia, huonekalut kuluneempia kuin kirppiksellä, sängystä kangasosat rikki ja sänky liian kova. Näin rumaa huonetta en muista nähneeni koskaan. Tv on vanha iso loota josta jotain näkyy. Kuka tämän on muka laittanut neljän tähden hotelliksi. Kaksi on oikeampi arvio.

As we arrived we got a double room with two separate beds what was not appreciated for married couple. But after a conversation that was fixed. However room seemed to be cheaply furnished and not that what you can see in pictures.

We had a sea view room with an amazing view. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, they deserve all the praise we can give them. The hotel itself is nice with nice rooms. Downsides are that of you want to use the rooms safe you have to pay a deposit(€15) on top of the price of the safe itself (~€2.50 per day). We feel that the safe cost alone should have sufficed without the deposit fee, which you do get back upon return of the lock with reciept, but that's at the end of the holiday so it was a bit pointless.
Apart from that we can't fault the stay. We went half-board at the hotel and we loved the food buffet for breakfast and dinner.
The pool is small but nice to use for some fun or excercise as there were never many people in it if at all.
It is located on quite a steep hill but it's about a 5 minute walk to the stairs down to the beach (there is also an elevator down to the beach operating till around 21:00). The town is not far either around 7-10 minute walk. It's is also quite hilly to get down to. The town wasn't anything special, lots of shops, restaurants and clubs, and a lot of people.
But if you go the opposite direction of town you will find the marina, the place is nice and calm compared to the main town with a nice choice of restaurants again and lots of excursion options.
So all in all a great hotel in a good location (if you don't mind steep hills). I would recommend to anyone.

Posto in una posizione buona, sulla colazione e sul cibo nulla da dire, STOPPPP... la piscina fate conto che non c'è, come l aria condizionata nelle camere, l hotel e vecchissimo ed a bisogno di una ristrutturazione immediata, le camere sono sporche, la biancheria e sporca, il letto e meglio dormire a terra, la struttura è frequentata da persone di una certa età, all' accettazione ci hanno accolto come se fossimo degli animali incapaci di capire. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto. Ci sono posti migliori a prezzi inferiori in zona... se proprio dovete venire non vi dimenticate "asciugamani,phon,bagnoschiuma,shampoo,una tv, ventilatore, cassaforte,qualche doppiapresa e se ci volete pure vedere nella stanza portatevi una torcia, per il minuscolo frigo in dotazione ammesso che sia funzionante chiedete le chiavi all' accettazione" da non tornarci mai più.......!!!!!!!!! Incubo!!!!! quando rientrate a casa raccomando un vaccino generale.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que cumple las expectativas aunque se queda un poco corto por culpa de las habitaciones rústicas (yo creo que para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas debería de ser más actual). Muy bien equipado con una piscina perfecta para pegarse un chapuzón escuchando algo de músics y con un servicio de amaca perfecto si quieres pedir algo y refrescarte en cualquier momento. Dispone de Gym con 3 máquinas de cardio, espalderas y un par de pesas y esterillas, sauna, baño turco y servicio de masajes.

Personnel très accueillant et très serviable à larrivée. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre le lendemain car bruit au niveau de la piscine (chaufferie ?) (nous étions au 2ème étage) + musique au bar. On nous a changé sans problème dans un petit appartement à côté. Vieillot mais très calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Dejligt hotel, med en super udsigt. Bevares det er lidt slidt enkelte steder, men det er uden betydning for oplevelsen. Personalet er super søde og gør hvad de kan for at man får et dejligt ophold. Der er ikke langt til stranden, men gider man ikke det, så er der gode muligheder for at tage sol ved poolen.

Lovely hotel. The view from the room was incredible. Breakfast had a huge selection to choose from and the hot food was always hot. The room decor was a little random, but it made no difference to us as the room was clean and comfortable. Staff in the hotel were just lovely and always happy to see you. It is just a short walk from the old town - around 10 minutes, it it was even as long as that - and the views along the way were wonderful. It is up a hill, however, we felt that this made viewing pleasure even better and didnthan mind the walk at all. We didn’t find it as taxing as other people have mentioned in their reviews. Overall we had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

Reason for two stars. This hotel is up a very very steep Hill which we found very hard to walk up and we had to use taxi's. The food was extremely repetitious it was the same menu every night. They charge you for ice which I have never known a hotel to do before. If you buy a bottle of water for €3 they will give u a smal glass of ice to go with the water because u bought it from them but being hot the ice soon melts u drink the water n soon after you go back to the bar for some ice to cool your water but they say you have had ice and now a small glass of ice is €1, we have been on many holiays abroad n cruises but never ever have we had to pay for ice! They charge you for the fridge they charge you for the safe which we were told were £25 each thats £50 before you start n then we were told we had to pay for ice well that did it for us. The entertainment was repetitious every night the same man playing a saxophone and a piano playing 5 or 6 tunes every night and they ask why the bar is empty I'll tell you why the bar it is empty there's a four star hotel across the road and they do a Bacardi and Coke and a vodka and lemonade which me and my wife drink and they charge €10 your Hotel charge 13 euro for the same drinks if you work it on a 10 night stay which we were and say you have three each in an evening that is €90 more than you do not need to spend oh and be careful if they say there's a charge for sea views 95% of the rooms are sea view they charge me and my wife 120 English pounds I must admit the room view was stunning which the room was 306 next door the lady gentleman we got friendly with said they never had to pay any extra and they had the same view which I am about to take up with the travel agent.

Very nice hotel with a wonderful room. Staff went out of their way to help. Not a overly modern hotel which was great as we could laze and enjoy our time , it did not feel like it was only a place to sleep. They also have a spa which we enjoyed.

Nos mandaron a este hotel porque el que teniamos contratado estaba cerrado por obras (lo cual fue ilegal por permitirnos hacer la reserva y porque no nos notificaron nada) la primera noche esperamos (Contado por reloj) más de 45 min para cenar, para el entrante tardaron más de 20 min.
La habitación debía ser una suite, y he estado en hoteles de 2 estrellas con mejores habitaciones, las vistas muy bonitas eso si, a 55 min andando del otro hotel que estaba cerca de la zona de ambiente.
En definitiva, yo no recomiendo este hotel ni ninguno de esta cadena, nos han estafado y no volveremos.
Además albufeira tiene fácilmente mas de 100 hoteles entre los que elegir, así que no elijas esta bazofia.

Hay detalles que deberían renovarse, las camas malísimas. Recepción y personal perfecto, excepto el personal de servicio de limpieza entran en la habitación cuando dejas dicho que no molesten con el cartelito en la puerta; ademas había una cucaracha, que comprendo que es de fuera, pero estaba en el cuarto de baño.

Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber guter und sauberer Standard. Nur den Kühlschrank im Zimmer sollte man nicht gebrauchen müssen. Ist verschlossen und ein Schlüssel nicht greifbar. Kostet vielleicht extra, sollte man im Sommer nicht drauf verzichten! Dafür hat man einen fantastischen Meerblick.

The hotel overall is outdated but kept clean, and the staff are ok, but it is definitely not up to a 4* standard.I had upgraded to an executive room, which it was not, the bed was firm and uncomfortable, the air conditioning did not work (which we reported to reception but nothing was done), there was spuradic smells of sewage coming from the bathroom, no in-room tea/coffee facilities, TV didn’t work very well, you had to pay €2.50 per day to use the safe and €2.50 per day to use the fridge. The only saving grace for the room was the outstanding view from the balcony.The rest of the hotel was ok, swimming pool and breakfast are both decent.We liked the location being quite quiet and inbetween the Old Town and harbour.If this was graded as a 3* hotel, I would have reviewed it more positively.I would never stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The hotel is split over many levels, reception is on the 3rd floor, pool, bar and restaurant are on level 1. Food is as expected. We stayed on a half board basis, breakfast was plentiful and the 3 course evening meal was adequate. Bar prices are higher than in town, but not exceptionally higher. Make sure you have change . Pool is fine with sun loungers to one side. At high season there will not be enough loungers for everyone, but there just isn't the room. The hotel and rooms are a little tired but it is almost end of season so that is expected. The staff have been excellent, friendly and charming. Will visit again.

Location perfect (away from noisy centre), my friend booked us rooms on 5th floor and they were fabulous . Steps down to and up from the blue gate challenging, but lift to beach a godsend, and when it wasn’t working early Sunday, someone came to fix it the same day.

when we arrived at the reception, person sitting behind d desk was great, fast check in and went out of his way to show us the place ( back entrance etc) in details.The staff at the Restaurant were super nice. We arrived late but the staff were very helpful, gave the service with smiles. No mention of their closing time but we knew as it was mentioned at d reception. Want to thank each person in d restaurant especially the Indian from Bangladesh who served us and you know who u are, sorry forgot ur name. You helped us the first night with our order(not d one who took our order).Each time he saw us anywhere in d hotel and asked if everything was ok. Cleaning staff, whenever we passed them in d hallway, they always greeted and tried to have some conversation. Also the person cleaning d pool in d morning Our check out also went great . Very helpful person behind d counter. I give 10 out of 10 to this hotel.Place has nice sea view, very clean and comfortable room with nice balcony.Only down side is if you have some issues walking , going to town is lots of down and up hills but I am sure there is other ways to do it. Thank you!

Arrived here last Monday and was told there was a problem with our rooms so we had to stay at another hotel for 2 nights. The other hotel was not what we wanted but after speaking to the lovely Bianca we were given compensation. Thank you Bianca for making our stay very nice.

We love this boutique hotel, the staff was so accommodated and super friendly. This hotel is almost perfect, would really suggest to improved on the quality of the bedding and the room can use some upgrading as its a bit dated. The location is excellent, you can walk to the beach, the restaurants and the old town very easily. Highly recommendation.

The hotel is very tired needs alot off TLC ,rooms are not what is not what they have photos off on website this is not 4 star hotel.advertised indoor pool and there was not ,beds uncomfortable sunbeds really uncomfortable and people putting towels on sunbeds so could never get on,as towels were left there all day.really disappointed with hotel.

Mixed review for Boa Vista Hotel and Spa! The good: welcoming and helpful reception team, brilliant English speaking staff in general. The staff in all areas are friendly and attentive. Lovely evening entertainment of live piano and saxophone. The poolside is eye catching and clean, lovely to sit by for drinks and lunches. The rooms are cleaned daily, and again spotless! Bed comfortable and great shower! The decor in the hotel reception area, corridors and flowers is pretty! You can book excursions through hotel and hairdryer available on request. Things that could be improved: The Food! Really let's this place down. The continental Breakfast is great, lots of different meats & cheese and fruit but don't bother with hot breakfast. With dinner, there is Not a good range of choice. Food quality is just ok, very basic. Just eat lunch and dinner out! Added extras: you pay for the safe and the fridge. Personally you already have paid for your room, so these should be part of it! Deck chairs crammed together due to space! Because we didn't pay extra for sea view we were put in city view room which is right down in basement under the pool area. Fine for the back gate and pool access but stairs are a pain especially with cases. Being out in balcony is very loud due to city view. Room decor In ours very basic but we were content due to room comfort. In the future when we visit Albufeira again, we do plan to stay in this hotel again, but will choose sea view to get a room in main hotel site and upper levels where we can use lift! Everything else we could cope with, even enjoyed the hotel, and very much enjoyed our holiday! Thank you to the staff here! You work very hard!

Hotel a 4 stelle ma rimaste al 1962 quando hanno aperto. Arredamento delle camere obsoleto e letti scomodossumi(executive room vista mare). Problemi di cattivo odore nei bagni. Posizione centrale per la spiaggia e Albufeira Town ma purtroppo l'accesso ad essa chiudeva alle ore 22. Puoi andarci solo se sei anziano e prima delle 22 sei in albergo. Nota positicissima da 10 stelle é la gentilezza e la cortesia del personale (in particolar modo Bianca e Diego) che consapevoli dei deficit strutturali e organizzativi della proprietà fanno di tutto per sopperire con molta gentilezza e con quello che possono a questi gravi problemi. La vista delle camere suo mare é molto bella. La colazione abbondante ma rivolta per lo più ad un utenza inglese.
Consiglierei alla struttura un restyling sia strutturale che di design per poter accogliere persobe più i giovani.

This hotel is so overrated. It represents a hotel from the past, it is so old and out of style that it was depressing going back there every day. Albufeira is such a wonderful place that you just don’t want to go there after a beautiful day or night I’m the city. The only good thing is the view from the rooms; amazing view but other than that not worth it the price. The AC is like an AC from the 40’a and barely cool the rooms; the beds are so uncomfortable and make so much noise; the inside of the bathroom door had cracks all over for all the water that has taken fromThe shower; if you are an older person or traveling with one or if you have knee problems, forget about the shower. It is so high that every time I took a shower I was afraid I was going to bust my body. The pool might look nice from your room but it’s so dirty, the tiles are oily and nasty. Anyway, this place has potential but until then, stay away from it!

Highly recommend the Belver Boa Vista Hotel. ALL staff were so helpful and friendly and genuinely helped make our holiday an enjoyable stay! Our room was dated and tired and in need of a re-vamp but the majority of other rooms have already been upgraded but regardless our room was clean, sheets were clean and we were issued clean towels every day! Breakfast & meals were nice Complimentary drinks and nibbles were appreciated too. Hotel had quaint a layout with lovely sea views. Sun loungers were limited but the hotel location was close to the gorgeous beaches and old town bars, restaurants and live music. Special thank you to Manuel who was so obliging, appreciated the welcome Prosecco after a hard day sunbathing at the beach and the hot chocolate at end of an evening (clearly we had had enough cocktails ha) ... also Ed (Gustavo), such a friendly helpful young man with good humour and Safiu who was so endearing and polite who works very hard also! Last but not least John on reception on an evening who wasn’t fazed when we staggered in chattering on an evening (we called him ‘Bond.... James Bond because he spoke better English than us) ..... Look forward to booking again with my daughter.

L’hôtel est prêt de la plage, de trucs touristiques et de quelques restaurants intéressants. Beaucoup de choses se font a pied et le service dans lhôtel est bien. Le déjeuner inclus est vraiment complet et le personnel est gentil et souriant. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas et c’est un secteur très chaud du Portugal. Ils nous ont prêté un ventilateur ce qui n’était pas lidéal...

Do not expect 5 star, with extremely high standarts. with that said, the room cleaning is fast and good, the morning food is nice, the staff is always forthcomming, and the view is fantastic. i would deffently go there again. remember its a grown up hotel, so leave the blaster at the room, when you go to the pool ;)

Very dated and tired but clean. Staff very helpful. At the top of a long hill. Steps cut off a large corner of the hill, but close at 10pm. Very few sun loungers which look a bit dirty. Only 9 minutes down hill to the fabulous beach. Fab views from the hotel

Portogallo meraviglioso.. Bellissima vista dal balconcino semi chiuso della camera!! Vista piscina e molto altro!! Colazione standard ma di buon livello!! Il meraviglioso pianista/chitarrista ci ha alietato le calde serate di settembre con melodie uniche!! Per non parlare del barista che ogni sera ci proponeva cocktail nuovi!! Un amore!! Grazie a lui ci siamo dimenticati che il letto non era esattamente quello che uno si aspetta da un hotel a 4 stelle!! Scomodissimo e con materasso quasi inesistente!!

Wij zaten op de onderste etage, zeg maar de kelder (kamer 001). De kamer was schoon maar niet al te groot. Het complete hotel is erg gedateerd zowel aan de binnen- als de buitenkant. Op onze kamer stond notabene nog een beeldbuis tv. Verder oude meubels, bedden etc. en niet aantrekkelijke kleurstellingen. Koelkast en kluisje tegen betaling bij de receptie. Kamer en afdeling erg gehorig (lees storend). Naast het hotel veel last van blaffende honden van de buurtbewoners. De hoofdstraat loopt onder je balkon door dus veel verkeersdrukte. Verder was het ontbijt karig en er zat totaal geen variatie in. Veel hoogte verschil in de verdiepingen. Onze kamer zat in de kelder, dan per trap 2 verdiepingen hoger was de ontbijtzaal, en nog weer 4 verdiepingen hoger had je de receptie. Voor de laatste was er dan wel een lift. Tevens veel storingen met de elektrische deursleutel (soort creditkaart). In ons geval wel 7 keer een nieuwe gehaald....dus 7 keer naar de receptie (6 verdiepingen hoger).
Het zwembad was er wel maar het water was erg koud. Gelukkig is het strand dichtbij op 5 min loopafstand. Verder was het hotel voor 90% bezet door Engelse vooral oudere gasten. Maarrrrrr....als je met alles wat hierboven staat geen moeite hebt kun je dit hotel wel boeken.
PS: wij komen hier niet meer terug.

Old hotel which definitely has to be renovated, the so called upgrade to the executive room at the top of the Hotel was a room to the streetside, which was 1level above the reception (at streetlevel). The partial Seaview was a bending over the spacious balcony so you could see the Ocean. The pool was crowded, because the space around it was really small, so it looked like a packed Sardine can. The breakfast was small in variety , the quality of the food was lowcost. The staff on the reception was friendly and helpful with questions of the town. From the Hotel to the beach and the center of Albufeira it takes about 5 minutes walking. To the party area with the bars and club strip you need to take a taxi.

Så underbar service! De hörde alltid efter hur vi hade det och frågade hur de kunde hjälpa till, alltid med ett stort leende på läpparna. Personalen var familjär och vi fick många goda råd om var vi skulle äta och om hur man tog sig fram i Portugal samt vad som var värt att se. Varje dag bjöd de på något snacks till de gäster som var på poolområdet, och vi fick gratis frukost hela semestern Själva rummet var helt okej men inget utöver det vanliga. Framförallt var läget gudomligt, fem minuter från stan och stranden (ligger precis nedanför hotellet) och vi hade stor balkong med havsutsikt, även poolen hade havsutsikt. Det är också väldigt nära marinan där man kan åka på roliga båtturer (ca 5-7 min) för en billig slant. Ett annat plus var att det inte fanns några barn på hotellet (inga barnskrik vid poolen) då det är ett vuxenhotell. Kan tillägga att vi hade läst dåliga recensioner om hotellet innan vi åkte, men att vi fick en chock för ingenting av det stämde. Detta är den bästa semestern vi haft och hotellet var absolut en stor del i det! Jag åker definitivt tillbaka! Vi var två tjejer som åkte på solsemester, gick ut för middag och drinkar på kvällarna och någon kväll kanske vi festade till det lite extra, är man ute efter en sådan resa är detta hotellet guld Massa pussar till Hugo, Diego, MR garcia och älskade nazmul

We stayed in this Hotel for 1 week only, from 5th Oct 16 When our group arrived at 2330 hrs we were told NO rooms were avaliable and we had to be sent to another hotel and arrived there at midnight, so we had NO evening meal, and was sent back to the Boavista Hotel the next morning.
The food in the hotel Boavista was by far the worst we have seen. The dinner is from 7pm to 10pm but after 7.30 pm there is nothing left and having went to dinner at 7.45 all there was left was a few chips and a few carrots. The staff was completly uninterested, and we had to go out and pay for a meal in an outside restaurant even though we were half board. WHAT A TERRIBLE HOTEL we will not go near there again.

J'avais choisi une chambre avec vue sur mer et la vue est magnifique. Cependant j'ai trouvé l'accueil plutôt moyen, l'état de la chambre idem. Les murs étaient un peu sale, mais lits confortable et chambre plutot agréable. Hôtel très bien situé, proche de toute commodité à pieds. Si vous comptez rester dans le chambre choisir un autre hôtel sinon, hôtel parfait.

Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben, speziell auch hinsichtlich des Unwetters am 01.11. mit Unterspülung derStrassen und Häuser, Restaurants und Läden!Bedingt durch die Lage oberhalb der Altstadt blieben wir verschont! Außerdem kommt uns diese Lage sehr entgegen, da ohnehin ruhiger als mittendrin! Die Anbindung an die örtlich verkehrenden Busse ist bei Bedarf ebenfalls sehr hilfreich!Sehr positiv möchten wir auch hervorheben, daß die Unkompliziertheit mit der Anmeldunggen im Restaurant gehandelt wurden!! Kein starres nur Halbpensionn o.ä.!

This hotel has been described as a 4 star accommodation, but compared to other hotels that I have visited, this is quite away from that. Although being in a great position, the hotel in general is in a poor condition, having dated décor and a low standard of maintenance. My wife and I spent a long weekend there, but had to listen to the sound of lift engineers trying to fix one of the lifts that wasnt working. On one morning in breakfast buffet some of the food selection ran out. The next day the Wi Fi stop working in half the hotel. The heat setting on the rooms hair dryer was broken. The balcony door would not close properly. This was my first visit to Portugal and will not be my last, but I found the whole Boavista experience rather disappointing.

4 nuits à un prix aberrant pour un hôtel qui n'est pas un 4* Accueil glacialchambre de 12 m2 avec un ameublement vieillot, une SDB minuscule et sale, un rideau de douche en plastique horriblement salemoisissure dans la SDB, une serviette de bain avec 3 à 4 trous de la taille d'une pièce de 1 € !!!!!! et tous les bords élimés.Wifi qui fonctionne quand il veut et sans débit malgré le fait que le routeur était pendu à des fils électrique devant ma porte !!!!!insonorisation de l'hôtel catastrophiqueDeux école primaires juste en dessous de l'hôtel : bonjour la sieste.

Not a 4-star hotel: asked for the bus timetable, was told they don't have that kind of information, the bed is soggy, bed springs poking the back, the room is hot with no minibar, loud hallway and louder air conditioner. Close to the beach (like any other hotels in Alnufeira), clean swimming pool. Breakfast is edible.

On arrival we were told that we would have to share a room eventhough we had booked and paid for two seperate rooms- the problem was the hotel was overbooked. This we found quite frustrating and irritating as we had travelled a long journey and were tired. However the problem was rectified the following morning. The view from the bedroom was fantastic and when the maintenance man was called service was efficient. Breakfast was adequate- we had evening meal on only one occasion which was a tropical evening- the food was quite disappointing for this. Overall we enjoyed our stay- the hotels location and views are what really make it.

Wenn man viel unterwegs ist und nur zum schlafen dort ist, geht es. Das Möbelinventar ist sehr veraltet. Einiges wurde erneuert, wie z.B.zusätzliche Schubfächer im Schrank oder im Bad. Das Bad war ok, aber sehr eng. Das Zimmer an sich hat zum nächtigen gereicht, aber es waren nur 2dünne Laken zum zudecken vorhanden.Das Frühstück war immer gleich, gewechselt wurde Rüheei und Spiegelei alle 2Tage. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war trotz Gardenview auf den Atlantik gerichtet, mit ein paar Häusern davor. Zum Weinchen trinken und Abends entspannen vollkommen ausreichend. Der Fernseher ist allerdings museumsreif und der Anschluss um die Sender einzustellen war kaputt. Vor der Eingangstür hat es Wasser von der Decke geregnet. Waren von den 7Tagen nur 5Nächte dort, weil wir noch einen Ausflug nach Lissabon gestartet haben. Dort waren wir im Ibis, nicht zu vergleichen, weil das Ibis für einen Preis von 37,00€ viel mehr bietet an Ausstattung. Wie gesagt, zum schlafen ok und duschen, aber mehr auch nicht.Vorteil war, dass der Strand nur 3Minuten entfernt war.

Hotel muy agradable, habitaciones cómodas y con vistas increíbles. El personal es muy atento pero la comida no es buena, es de una calidad muy baja. Una pena, considerando la gastronomia de Portugal.

Super Aussicht, toll gegen aber alles aus den 60ern. Alte Möbel leicht rampznoert aber mit Charm, besser als ein neumodischer 500 Bettenklotz!!! Für einfache Ansprüche okay.

Ggeneral standard accommodation, ,10 minutes from beach and commercial areas for restaurants and bars etc.
We stayed as bed and breakfast option which enabled us to try out restaurants in town rather than stay in hotel for all meals. I can recommend the "hot stone steaks" in BANKS restaurant.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und erhielten eines zur Strasse. Es hatte kein Meerblickzimmer frei und erst am nächsten Tag konnte das Management entscheiden, wie wir für dieses Downsizing entschädigt werden. Wir haben am nächsten Tag ein tolles Meerblickzimmer Delux executiv erhalten. Das zweite Bett war etwas bequemer als im ersten Zimmer, wo jede Feder spürbar war.

Kurzzeitverweilung.Dass Hotel muss dringend auf Vordermann gebracht werden.Kein oder sehr schlechter WIFI-Zugang.Es verdient die 4-Sterne überhaupt nicht.

das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, trotzdem sind es nur 10 min zu Fuss zum Strand und nur 15 min zur Altstadt. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch und der Service ist einwandfrei
