Gehorige kamers. Inrichting wat gedateerd. Ontbijt was oké. Vriendelijk personeel, gezellige bar alleen niet voor onze tijd van het jaar. Wel gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van zowel het oude als het nieuwe centrum en het strand.

Traveled with a group of friends and had a great stay. The hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel was very clean and our room was. Would recommend staying at this hotel. Large selection at breakfast, the only downside was the food was not always hot.

Muy buen complejo hotelero, dispone de sauna, jacuzzi, piscina exterior y cubierta.
Habitaciones amplias y cómodas.
Desayuno Buffet excelente.
A unos 15 minutos andando de la playa y del centro de Albufeira, un sitio ideal para pasar unos días.
Solicita habitación con vistas a la.piscina, las otras dan a la calle , por.las vistas y por los ruidos.

Great location but breakfast not good,evening buffet is good but the bar staff are rude and unbelievably slow,then our daughter was in the kids club while my wife was at the pool then she arrived over to my wife on her own,so my wife went and asked why she was let out and they assured her that they were watching her from the club and that all was ok but it wouldn’t happen again so we took their word for it. The next day I went to collect our daughter from the kids club only to find her and two other children left on their own,when we left I spotted a kids club staff member near the pool casually chatting with some people near the pool so I went over to her and asked why the children were being left unsupervised,I explained that I could be anybody taking my daughter out and all she did was say sorry,I complained to a manager and explained the potential risks and was told that they would investigate but that was the last I heard about it. Then to finish our trip off we were humiliated at the front desk when someone put a drink on our room account,we explained to them that we weren’t even near the bar today but they didn’t believe us and wouldn’t take our word for it and went and produced a receipt from the bar with a squiggle for a signature which was not ours,I explained that I was leaving for the airport and after a heated exchange they finally agreed that we didn’t have to pay

Arrived to stay for a week for our 30th wedding anniversary. On arrival we mentioned it was our anniversary and the reception manager said happy anniversary and gave us a key for a upgraded room that over looked the pool and had a sea view. We then had slippers and robes sent to our room and a little after that a bottle of champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries. It was such a pleasant surprise. The staff are very friendly and l is very clean. The rooms could really do with a mirror above the dressing table/desk and a chair or stool. Otherwise a great hotel love the pub.

I arrived with my sister to a top class hotel! Everything was so clean and pleasing to the eye. 24 hour reception with very helpful and extremely well dressed staff. I find it hard to eat outside my own home as I am particular about hygeine, especially around food. I eat little food. Well! We went for our continental breakfast and I was trying everything! Never had such beautiful food Truly words are not enough to convey how amazing breakfast was and especially for someone like me..
We went for a few spa treatments which were reasonably priced and very enjoyable! The Dog and Duck bar was beautiful and the staff made it special for us . We went before the season started so they were getting the pool ready for the holiday season. I can imagine how wonderful it would be. They have lovely sofa's arranged around the lobby with libary books. An area for those wanting to work on their computers plus printing facilities. I feel they just about covered everything.

Período de estadia: Janeiro/19.
Reserva: Para 2 adultos e 1 criança feita por site. Valor pago por diária na faixa dos R$318. No valor da reserva estava incluído café da manhã – crianças não pagam. Bem barata a diária por conta de ser inverno. E é um senhor hotel.
Localização: Ótima localização. Restaurantes próximos. Praia próxima. Totalmente seguro de dia ou noite. Fica ao lado de um ponto do trenzinho que circula a cidade.
Primeira impressão ao chegar: Com GPS muito fácil de encontrar. Recepção estilo hotel chique. Charmoso e tudo bem decorado. Amplo saguão de recepção muito lindo, imagino como fica no verão.
Check-in: Minha nossa, funcionários muito educados e gentis. Sem queixas quanto ao cumprimento do que foi feito na reserva.
Quarto: São muito bons, com decoração bonita e moderna e tudo novo. A cama e travesseiros eram ótimos. Tem cofre e frigobar. No meu tinha uma varanda com vista para a rua. Mesa de trabalho e poltronas. Aquecedor e ar-condicionado split. Muito maravilhoso o quarto, veja as fotos que postei.
Banheiro: Tudo funcionando sem problemas e lindíssimo. Banheiro de tamanho ideal e chuveiro perfeito para dizer o mínimo.
Internet: muito boa!
Lazer: Academia, Sauna, piscina ótima aquecida e aberta, sala de jogos.
Café da manhã: Ambiente muito bonito e bem decorado. Dá gosto de ver. Muito bom. As opções eram muito variadas e deliciosas. Uma funcionária fica à disposição para fazer omeletes na hora fresquinhas. Adorei! Excelente café da manhã!!
Refeições: Mesmo restaurante do café da manhã. Não sei se servem almoço ou jantar pois fiz refeições na rua durante meus passeios.
Garagem - Tem dentro do hotel e uma parte é aberta e a outra coberta.
Check-Out: Rápido, eficiente e sem erros. Solicitei late-checkout e fui atendido com cobrança de pequena taxa.
Resumo geral: Um excelente hotel para se hospedar. Adorei! Voltarei em breve se puder! Se estiver procurando um hotel para se hospedar em Albufeira recomendo fortemente este hotel! Não irá se arrepender!

In assoluto l'hotel in cui sono stato meglio durante la mia vacanza in Portogallo.
Il personale è gentile e attento, le camere sono ampie e dotate di terrazza con vista sul mare.
Le colazioni hanno un'ampia scelta con i piatti caldi preparati al momento.

Una struttura molto grande,da turismo stagionale, ottima la vista dai balconi e molti sono i servizi al sul interno, ci sono stato a gennaio ed il servizio delle colazioni è stato abbondante ed impeccabile. In sala colazione c'é una postazione solo per i cibi caldi con un breakfast chef che prepara quello che vuoi al momento ed a vista, personale gentile e disponibile, possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno dell'hotel gratuitamente.

Nice clean hotel. Close to everything you need. Shops bars etc. Land train stops outside as does the coaches for excursions. Hotel has its own pub called dog and duck. All inclusive drinks are a bit limited. Entertainment is bit hit and miss but this is provided by Thomas Cook so not the hotels fault as such. Rooms are nice and clean staff very friendly and helpful. Booked an excursion from the hotel direct, was very good and cheaper than tui for example.

I had a really nice time in the Vila Gale. The pool is really nice with plenty of seats all around it. The 2 things I would suggest however if you are booking it is to pay the extra for the pool view. We didnt and we were on the main road with not much to look at and no sun on the balcony at all throughout the day. Also make sure to ask for a room with no adjoining door. There is no sound proofing and when the people next door were up at 6 in the morning it sounded like they were drying their hair in our room.
Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel.

Ein Hotel in dem 85 % der Gäste aus England kommen. Dementsprechend wird in dem Hotel nur englisch gesrochen. Weder die Bedienungen noch an der Rezeption spricht man deutsch. Auch Hotelinformation sind nur in Englich verfasst. Das Hotel mach sonst einen guten Eindruck. Ich meine deutsche Hotelgäste werden hier nur geduldet.

The hotel comes as a 4 star hotel I say not at all I booked half board but had to pay for my soft drinks at dinner the hotel does not provide even 1 iron for any guests apparently when I asked I was told it's their policy the food is nothing special and the music played around the pool area often puts you to sleep lol also the entertainment is nothing to write home about lol also the prices in this hotel are incredible I paid €9 euros for 2 orange juices and the glasses were so small not big enough for a 5 year old I will definitely not be returning here and by the way the Wi Fi here is useless I hope I've been helpful

Uma semana agradável, mas ... Há sempre um mas. 1 as 9 da manhã já não há lugares na piscina estão todas com toalhas mas só começa a aparecer os donos as 11 da manhã .2, fraca a animação principalmente para portugueses ( felizmente apareceu um animador português que explicava o que se iria passar) mas a animação e muito fraca.... Jogos para ingleses ... Etc etc. Quanto ao resto o sraff e muito simpatico. Há limpeza. Se repetia? Não sei

Passei 5 dias neste hotel com a minha esposa e a minha filha de 11 anos. Devo salientar que nos últimos anos temos optado por férias fora do país, mas este decididos ficar por cá. O quarto, remodelado e com todas as comodidades, apesar de uma banheira já não fazer sentido na atualidade. A piscina imaculada. Água relativamente aquecida, com muitas espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sóis. O pequeno almoço é fantástico, com o acréscimo de omeletes na hora. Sumos naturais da compal e muita fruta fresca. A qualidade dos alimentos é inegável. No jantar, os pratos principais muito bem confecionados, excelente qualidade, acompanhados pelo vinho da casa (santa vitoria) também muito bons. Adoramos a localização, a 10min. a pé da zona histórica de albufeira.

Gostei muito da estadia neste hotel. Tem excelentes condições, com quartos limpos, espaçosos, confortáveis e modernos, piscina exterior grande e limpa, animação diária na piscina e animação noturna, spa com ginásio, piscina interior (necessita de touca), jacuzzi e vários tipos de banho (massagens pagas à parte). O pequeno almoço é excelente, com muita variedade, entre frutas, vários tipos de pão, pastelaria variada e fresca, várias opções de pequeno almoço inglês (ovos, salchichas, enchidos, legumes e saladas), iogurtes, bebidas quentes, sumos, entre outros. O hotel fornece shampoos, gel de banho, sabonetes e toucas de banho, existindo ainda a troca diária de toalhas, assim como limpeza do quarto. Todos os funcionários com que estabeleci contacto foram muito simpáticos e disponíveis, garantindo que a estadia corria da melhor forma possível. (Tive de imprimir bilhetes de comboio e mostraram-se logo disponíveis para ajudar). Penso que o único ponto negativo, apesar de ser comum à maioria dos hotéis, trata-se de não existir proibição de reservar lugares nas cadeiras da piscina, uma vez que de manhã as cadeiras com guarda-sol e perto da piscina ja estavam reservadas com a toalha, quando as pessoas não estavam a usufruir da cadeira. Apesar de não ter crianças, é um óptimo hotel para passar na companhia de toda a família, porque há várias animações pensadas nos mais pequenos. Fiquei num quarto com vista para a piscina e era muito bonita, vendo-se o mar ao longe. Fica a 5-10 minutos a pé da praia do Inatel. Perto do Albufeira shopping (4 minutos a pé), do centro de Albufeira (15 minutos a pé) e de vários bares e restaurantes. Recomendo e, se se proporcionar, voltarei!

This hotel is nice with a great outdoor pool area and indoor pool. Rooms are spacious. The food for breakfast was poor. Also you had to queue to get a coffee or boiling water for tea at a machine. This meant by the time you got back to your breakfast it was cold. Also had to queue for the toaster and it was very slow. The only part of the breakfast which was lovely was the fresh fruit. Room wasn’t serviced until late afternoon which is not great if you want to come back to your room after lunch for a nap. Also when I rang reception to get an iron they said they couldn’t supply one and that we would need to go down the street to a laundromat to get a shirt ironed. Great location as it is walking distance to beach and old town.

This place needs a serious updating. The staff was very friendly and the location was good but it only got 3 stars from me because of the outdated room. The bathroom was also borderline dangerous due to the unusual high bathtub and very slippery floor.

Im September verreist: an sich ein schönes Hotel. War das erste Mal in Portugal. Empfand das Personal als eher verhalten. Bin anderes vom Hotelpersonal gewohnt. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und war wirklich sehr gründlich! Essen war in Ordnung. Abendessen aber erst ab 19 Uhr, was wirklich spät ist. Strand ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Stadt ist wirklich schön und groß. Wenn man will kann man durchaus viel machen. Hotel ist zu empfehlen, dennoch würde ich persönlich nicht wiederkommen.

The property was basic and outdated. We could hear conversations in the hall at all hours and the walls were so thin, we could hear snoring in the next room every night.On the positive side, breakfast was very good and the location was convenient.

This hotel is very well positioned for the old town, it is clean and well kept. Breakfast was good only think I would say was staff clearing tables would lean across you will still eating . Prices at pool bar are quite high, cheaper and nicer places to eat near by. Over all good holiday .

A very average hotel. Great location but everything else is just average. Rooms are quite small and tired looking. There are definitely not enough sunbeds to go around so unless you get to the pool before 8am, you wont get a decent spot. Entertainment was lack lustre and the breakfast was pretty boring and repetitive. We had a room that overlooked the main strip which meant that it was really noisy. The pub is great though and the cleaners are fabulous.

Goed en prima ontbijt! Gebakken eieren kunnen beter ipv gefrituurd. Geldt ook voor de bacon. Dient mooi uitgebakken te zijn ipv verwarmd.
Ruime kamer met prima balkon. Bedden kunnen beter. Zere nek aan overgehouden.
Goede locatie. Wel een kamer nemen aan de zwembadzijde. Water moet betaald worden, net als de kluis. Dat is naar mijn mening een minpunt! Personeel is erg vriendelijk.
Good and great breakfast! Fried eggs can be better instead of the fried ones submerged in oil. Aslo applies to the bacon. Should be nicely baked on both sides instead of heated.
Plus: Spacious room with great balcony. Beds could be better. Sore neck was the result.
Good location. Do take a room on the pool side.
Minus: Bottled water must be paid for, just like the safe in the closet. Pitty...
Crew is very friendly.

Everything you need for a great vacation is available at or near this hotel.Spacious room, huge outdoor pool (indoor pool too), spa, fantastic buffet breakfast; walking distance to beaches and great restaurants. We stayed in 5 different accommodations while exploring Portugal, and this hotel was definitely our favorite !! We hope we have the opportunity to return one day.

Hotel was dirty, pool area was never cleaned, birds droppings all over the sun loungers. Maids cleaned rooms however floors were still dirty. I got my handbag stolen at the breakfast area on the last day, not one member of staff helped looked for it. We were treated like criminals!

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr komfortabel und sehr zentral gelegen, sowohl zur Altstadt als auch zur Neustadt. Das Hotel war überwiegend von britischen Touristen besucht.Was wirklich genervt hat ist, dass ab sieben Uhr morgens die Rennerei zu den Liegen begann, und um zehn bereits 70% aller Liegen reserviert waren....natürlich ohne, dass jemand diese Liegen genutzt hat. Die Reservierer waren zwischenzeitlich wieder im Bett oder beim Frühstück. Obwohl diesbezüglich ausdrücklich ein Verbotsschild am Pool angebracht war, hat dies vom Hotelpersonal niemanden gestört.In der Nacht war es leider regelmäßig sehr laut wenn die britischen Touristen laut grölend aus der Stadt zurück kamen und um drei Uhr morgens die Türen extra laut zugeknallt haben.

El hotel está muy bien, tiene spa, gimnasio, piscinas, sauna, baño turco...El único inconveniente es que está un poco retirado del centro (unos 15 minutos andando) y por la noche las calles están un poco solitarias, aunque supongo que los meses de julio y agosto estarán más animadas ( nosotros estuvimos a final de mayo). Por los demás todo estupendo.

Hotel muito limpo e acolhedor e perto do centro. Precisa de uma renovação a zona do spa (sobretudo o jacuzzi) e o restaurante não brilhou (pelo menos a carne de porco com gambas a algarvia foi uma desilusão, carne e gambas demasiado cozidas). Pelo resto, piscina, quartos, simpatia dos empregados nada a apontar.

Fantastic hotel. We're all inclusive, and food so far is plentiful and high quality with plenty of choice. The restaurant is very smart, and there is a pub on site which gets very busy and has a great atmosphere. The pool bar is lovely. The room is good, ours overlooks the pool with a view through to the sea. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Albefeira and the beach. I'd recommend

Inizio senza botto. Cambiamo camera all'imbrunire in quanto l'aria si fa fresca e la camera anche: riscaldamento KO. La nuova camera è all'altezza. Il posto non è nuovo ma viene attualizzato costantemente. Pavimento in parquet molto igienico in rapporto alle moquettes classiche, colazione con vastissima scelta. Il tutto a prezzo abbordabile. Location distante dalla spiaggia ma tutto a disposizione: piscina int/esterna, fitness, sauna, jacuzzi...senz'altro consigliabile. Dettagli: tasti consunti degli ascensori, personale disponibile.

Lovely hotel, central based, less than 10 minute walk to the beach (back of hotel), less than 15 minute walk to the old town, McDonald's & KFC across the road, cake shop (€4 for cake and hot drink) just next door and a mall with a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away.

Urlauber - Hotel mit wenig Charme
Speisen sind gut und schmecken frisch. Der Speisesaal ist leider sehr laut. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer der Hauptstraßen und ist bei geöffnetem Fenster laut (auch im 3OG). Klimaanlage ist vorhanden.

Em Agosto/2017 estive uma semana de ferias neste hotel em regime "tudo incluido" tendo sido entregue uma listagem dos produtos e serviços que estavam contemplados.
3 principais notas negativas deste hotel:
Primeiro - na pratica não cumprem com o que estava listado, como por exemplo o consumo de bebidas nacionais (licor beirão) que estavam consideradas na listagem mas quando encomendado fui informada que teria de pagar
Segundo - num hotel desta categoria é inaceitável que deêm copos de plástico para servirem de cinzeiros.
Terceiro - o atendimento geral eram pouco simpáticos, por vezes até arrogantes, o que levou a evitar falar com o pessoal do hotel. Será que se eu falasse inglês ou francês teria tido um trtatamento diferente?
Deixo aqui o meu alerta: se forem passar férias neste hotel tirem um curso de linguas para TEREM UM ATENDIMENTO BOM.
Eu não recomendo a ninguém que só fale português.

Went in November. Very quiet at this time.
Food at restaurant was of a lot of choices. The bar area was OK, don't expect quick service though at all. Bartender was rude to us, mostly because we where one of the only young couples there. Rest where retirement age. Price very steep for drinks as well. Good location for site seeing and touring attractions.

Solo pase un fin de semana y fue estupendo. Las comidas estaban muy buenas y los postres también. Esta en una buena zona aunque hasta la playa hay que bajar una cuesta. El personal muy amable y atentos. Habitación muy cómoda, spa y gym gratuito . Solo cambiaría que pusieran los carteles de las comidas y otras indicaciones en Español también.
Pero por todo lo demás estupendo. Si puedo repito o voy a otros hoteles de la misma cadena.

Hotel dobrze usytuowany, 800 metrów do plaży, w pobliżu sklepy spożywcze, około 600 metrów od centrum starego miasta. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, wymiana ręczników, dodatkowo otrzymuje się ręczniki na basen. Basen czysty, wokół basenu leżaki. Duża liczba angielskich gości, a więc jedzenie dostosowane pod Anglików, co dla mnie nie jest do zaakceptowania. Byłem w opcji all inclusive i był naprawdę mały wybór podczas posiłków. Śniadanie: pieczywo, ser żółty, szynka z bloku i klika dżemów, generalnie potrawy niedoprawione albo niedogotowane, np owoce morza prawie surowe. Generalnie hotel godny polecenia osobom, które nie będą jadły w hotelu.

El hotel no es nuevo pero esta muy bien conservado. El baño reformado y todo muy limpio. Personal muy atento. Comida muy Bien y el Todo Incluido ofrece buen alcohol aunque no estén incluidos los añejos o marcas Premium. En realidad le daría un 3.5 exactamente.

Este hotel é por mim conhecido ha muitos anos mas tenho dizer que começaram muito bem desta recepção dos clientes inicialmente tinhamos um cesto com fruta variada, carrinha do hotel que nos levava a praia com tempo tudo deixou de existir
Tenho realcar a mudanca da piscina interior em 2016 ficou 5 estrelas.
Agora a animação em 2017 foi horrivel, sem graca nenhuma nem anexo para um hotel de 4 estrelas é de lamentar pois desde que visito o hotel foi da pior que ja vi.
A melhor coisa foi o circo e rancho.

Com um serviço simpático e boas instalações, próximo da praia e areas comerciais. Animação nocturna do hotel foi de modo geral muito fraquinha. Piscinas e Spa muito boas.

Amazing hotel. The service of the staff is very professional and the rooms are neat. We recommend getting a room on the south and pool side for the best view on the atlantic.

Great stay and nice staff. Breakfast is good but not great, they should improve on their eggs and bacon! Room is clean and air-conditioned, also the room keeping is really neat.
Swimming pool inside the complex is really nice and warm but the outdoor one is not heated and therefore a bit colder (end of April).
Big plus is the 10 minute walk to the old city centre for nice dinning and drinks!

Leider immer und überall lästige Untergrundmusik.
Besonders nervig die " Musik" den ganzen Tag- alle 7 Meter

Stayed with my granddaughter for 4 nights B/B. Chosen for its location and indoor pool, both were great.Although I booked a non smoking room, I was disappointed not to find a designated seated smoking area.. No smoking permitted on balconies, which were not screened from your next door neighbours. So not much privacy. Smoking only allowed on the front step, which I do not think reflects well on smokers, or the establishment.. The patisserie next door has outside space for smokers and serves alcohol! Very reasonably priced too.Otherwise a great break away. Rooms were well cared for, not dated as mentioned by another review, clean and well presented in a traditional style. Could do with new mattresses, but slept well. Lovely bathroom with toiletries.

Todo muy bonito y muy limpio, nos fuimos a todo incluido el hotel estaba vacio y tardaban media hora en atenderte ( e dicho que el hotel estaba vacío??) no se porque ponen todo incluido cuando la cena fue bufet que mas que un bufet era lo que habia si querias bien y sino tambien nada de variedad uno d pescado otro de carne y arroz el desayuno igual una tostada y un colacaito y para rematar el almuerzo no es bufet es a la carta y la carta para que la veas o comes hamburguesa o hamburguesa nada de comida para niños pequeños y sobre todo aburridisimo para pegarte un tiro vamos!! Pero por lo demas todo muy bien jajaja

Stayed for Christmas all kinclusive, biggest mistake ever , no entertainment except for a busker dragged in on Christmas Eve , 10 days of poor food choice.
Manager has requested all guest leaving to attend a brief review meeting to give feed back, he could not even bother to attend his own meeting.
Over all poor Christmas Vila Gale has blown it for me , only booked this due to a super stay at the Villa Gale in Madera in July 16
Information is king when your abroad
The Manager must take notice I'm sat here in the bar listening to all the guests that have bothered to turn up for his feedback meeting, why WAS he not bothered to attend or even send an apology

Gutes Hotel. Die Aussicht an der Poolseite Richtung Meer ist sehr schön. Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr gut mit großer Auswahl. Freundlichkeit des Personals könnte etwas besser sein, abgesehen von einer Dame an der Rezeption.Anosnsten ist es ein gutes Hotel und ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

We enjoyed our one week independently booked stay in 2015 very much. Hotel situated a little walk from the beach but no problem and a pleasant route. Meals good. Nice swimming pool area, nice bedroom and helpful staff.

A nice clean hotel about a 10 minute walk from the old town. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. There's a taxi rank nearby so they can rustle up a taxi at very short notice. There are two supermarkets and a KFC & McDonald's nearby if that's what you're into!

Já algum tempo que não usufruía dos serviços do hotel Vila Galé Cerro Alagoa. Fiquei surpreendido pela positiva. Tem o Wireless mais rapido que encontrei nos hotéis e unidades de alojamento na area de albufeira. O serviço de recepção continua impecável e todo o staff oferece simpatia e boa disposição quando prestam o seu serviço. A única área com a qual não fiquei satisfeito tem a haver com a insonorização dos quartos relativamente ao barulho da rua. Deve ser melhorado.

Just had a week in this hotel with family and thought it was great. I don't know what more people could want. It's in a great location for walking into town, or the beach. Breakfast and dinner contained a good selection of foods although I can imagine fussy eaters may have trouble as there aren't many "plain" options. The drink prices are not cheap but bringing your own soft drinks or water from the local shop is accepted.
The facilities are great, downstairs the spa contains a gym, heated pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Massage is also provided for an extra fee. There is also a large sitting room with TV and a large selection of free books. In the evening the pub opens with entertainment on each night. Our room was large and clean with all the usual features. We asked for a kettle on arrival and it was provided straight away.
Some reviewers have mentioned the poolside entertainment as a negative point but I personally thought they were fantastic. Regularly stopping for a chat and encouraging people to join in with new sports and activities.
I would certainly stay here again.

für eine längere Zeit oder den kompl. Urlaub dort im Hotel zu verbringen finde ich nicht so toll, weil das Personal schon beim Check-In einen völlig genervten und gelangweilten Eindruck vermittelt hat, null Freude am Job!Der extreme Chlor-Geruch im gesamten Eingangsbereich den fand ich völlig nervig, denn ich hatte doch ein Zimmer im **** Sterne Hotel gebucht und nicht im Schwimmbad, das war aber schon extrem und hat mir manchen Morgen gleich die Luft genommen, die Zimmer Türen im gesamten Hotel schließen nur über ein kräftiges Zuschlagen und das nervt, zum Glück hatte ich keine 14 Tage. Das Frühstück ist lala und nichts was man erwähnen müßte, obwohl es so tolle Sachen in Portugal zu essen gibt, aber diese Kantine im Hotel lies auch das ganz vermissen.

Contrairement à ce qui était annoncé dans votre site , la piscine ,le spa et la salle de fitness étaient fermés pour cause de maintenance. La literie minable pour un 4 étoiles. En revanche satisfait de la restauration. Je souhaiterais que lorsque vous me vendez un hôtel ,les options reprises sur votre site soient réelles.

Jai séjourné une semaine dans cet hotel familial (août 2015) avec une amie. Laccueil et le personnel y sont très agréables. Le restaurant propose une variété de plats locaux et internationaux corrects.En revanche, un rafraichissement simpose urgemment quant à létat général de lhotel car les locaux sont veillissants et les prestations (salle de sport, jaccuzzi, sauna...) ne sont plus au niveau attendu.

The stay was, yet again, fantastic. Only downside was there are not enough sunbeds around the swimming pool - every bed was taken on Sunday so we, as a party of 11, had to sit on the grass.

Stayed here twice and going again this year. Breakfast very good ,staff are excellent very helpful and the rooms are superb. The pool area is wonderful well maintained clean and spacious also a beautiful indoor pool and spa.

Tengo que hacer un comentario negativo por que si dicen que es un buen hotel para familias, no deberían haber prohibido la entrada a la piscina cubierta a los niños a partir de las 17:30. Llegas de dar una vuelta por Albufeira a las 18:00 horas y no puedes bañarte con tus hijos. Muy mal pensado por parte de la dirección.

Magnifique hôtel. Chambre spacieuse vue sur piscine et la mer. Tout le confort souhaité (piscine intérieur, extérieur, jaccuzi, salle musculation, restaurant, pub) tout sur place. Le personnel très aimable. Parking pour voiture. Boutiques proche de l hôtel ainsi que des restaurants. Et une superbe pâtisserie riveira spécialité portugaise. Plage de sable et falaises à perte de vue. Ce voyage restera inoubliable.

Restées seulement 4 nuits nous ne sommes pas restées beaucoup à lhôtel et n avons pas eu besoin du personnel. La piscine est très bien, le jaccuzzi un peu petit, la piscine intérieure légèrement chauffée. Petit déjeuner complet et tres bon.

Hôtel bien situé par rapport au centre ville.Seul point négatif lié à certains clients non respectueux des autres et de lenvironnement autour de la piscine (réservation de transat alors que cest pourtant interdit, déchets non jetés et parfois tombant dans la piscine)

Familjevänligt, härlig pool och område, gratis parkering på stor parkeringsplats på andra sidan gatan från hotellet. Stora frächa rum med bar och riktigt frächt badrum.- Nästa gång vi åker till algarve blir det det här hotellet.
